Purpose As information management grows in importance around the world, organizations are investing in information security technology. However, the higher the level of information security technology in an organization, the higher the techno-stress of employees. The purpose of this study is to suggest stress factors related to information security technology that affect the reduction of employees' intention to comply with information security and to suggest ways to alleviate stress. Design/methodology/approach The research presented a model for mitigating technical stress related to information security based on technical stress theory and person-organization fit theory. 346 questionnaire data were analyzed from the members of the organization who applied the information security technology, and the research hypothesis was verified through the structural equation modeling. Findings The hypothesis test confirms that security-related techno-stress reduces the information security compliance intention of employees, organizational technical support mitigates technical stress, and person-organization fitness mitigates the negative relationship between techno-stress and compliance intention. The results of the study contribute to the organization's strategy for minimizing the reduction of the information security compliance intention of employees, and are meaningful in that the theoretical basis for mitigating techno-stress is provided in the field of information security.

본 연구는 2008년부터 2011년까지 행정안전부에서 시행하고 있는 공공기관의 개인정보보호 수준진단 지표의 정책적 의미를 고찰하고, 각 지표의 중요도 선정에 따른 개인정보보호의 정책적 문제를 다루었다. 우선, 개인정보보호수준진단 지표를 선정하기 위해 개인정보보호에 대한 정책 방향을 개인정보보호의 정책 및 기술적 측면, 개인정보의 관리적 측면, 개인정보 침해 대응적 측면인 세 분야로 구분하였다. 그리고, 각 정책방향에 따라 선정된 지표의 세부사항에 대해 학자, 전문가, 실무자를 대상으로 AHP 조사를 실시하여 우선적으로 추진해야 할 정책을 정하도록 하였다. AHP를 통해 개인정보보호 수준 진단 지표의 중요도를 도출하였으며, 개인정보보호정책의 일반적인 체계를 갖추기위해 필요한 정책과제를 도출하였다. 결과적으로 공공기관의 개인정보보호의 제도적 기반 확충을 위해서는 웹사이트상의 개인정보관리, 개인정보보호를 위한 전담 조직 및 인력, 그리고 개인정보보호시스템 도입 등이 우선 시 된다. 본 연구의 정책과제를 기초로 공공기관의 개인정보보호 수준진단 체계가 지속된다면 개인정보를 취급하는 공공기관에 대한 국민의 신뢰가 높아지고, 개인정보의 안전한 유통 및 가치가 향상되리라 기대한다.

본 연구는 사회복지 전공대학생의 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위와의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도의 이중 매개효과가 있는지 실증 검증하는 데 있다. 사회복지 전공대학생 295명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Process macro를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 부트스트랩을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 변인 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도는 각각 단순 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 정보보안 태도와 정보보안 행위의 관계에서 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도를 동시 투입하였을 때 각각 단순 매개효과가 있었다. 넷째, 개인의 낙관적 편견과 정보보안 의도는 이중 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구는 사회복지 전공대학생들의 정보보안에 대한 정보보안 태도, 개인의 낙관적 편견, 정보보안 의도, 정보보안 행위를 활용한 모델의 확장성과 사회복지 정보보안 교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하였다.

정보보호시스템(Information protection system)기반의 IT 환경 구축이 보편화되면서 공공기관 및 기업체에서는 정보시스템 자원의 활용과 통합을 위한 하나의 필수적인 환경으로 인식하기 시작하였고, 클라우드 시스템(Cloud System), 클라우드 보안(Cloud Security), 빅데이터(Big Data), 빅데이터 보안(Big Data Security), 산업보안(Industry Security)등이 이슈화 되고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 인해 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 구축에 따른 내외부적인 보안 위협요소 분석과 대응방안 수립하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 도입에 따른 여러 가지 보안 위협요소를 알아보고 특히 산업보안적인 측면과 내외부 보안위협요소에 관한 측면을 조명하여 대응방안 수립에 관한 기반 지식을 제공하고자 한다.

기존의 기업 정보보호 활동은 정보보호 조직 중심이 이었으며, 최고경영자는 정보보호와 기업경영은 별개의 것이라고 생각한다. 하지만 각종 보안사고가 끊임없이 발생하고 있으며, 이에 대응하기 위해서는 정보보호 조직만의 활동이 아니라 기업경영 측면에서의 정보보호 활동이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 제시된 기업 거버넌스 및 IT거버넌스 등을 살펴보고 기업의 정보보호 활동에 기업의 비즈니스 목표와 경영진의 목표를 반영할 수 있는 정보보호 거버넌스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 정보보호 거버넌스 모델은 계획 단계에서부터 최고경영자의 참여를 유도하여 정보보호 목표를 수립한다. 정보보호 목표에 따라 정보보호 계획 수립, 정보보호체계를 구축 및 운영하고, 컴플라이언스 감사, 취약점 분석 및 리스크 관리 등을 통해 그 결과를 최고경영자에게 보고함으로써 기업의 정보보호 활동을 강화할 수 있다.

전자상거래, 전자정부 등 사이버 공간에서 활동 증가에 따라 안전하고, 신뢰성있는 정보화 기술 활용을 위한 정보보호의 중요성이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이에 미국, 영국을 비롯한 주요 선진국은 자국의 정보보호 강화를 위해 지속적으로 예산을 확대해 나가고 있다. 우리나라도 정보보호를 차세대 먹거리 산업 및 신성장동력 산업으로 육성하겠다는 계획을 발표하는 등 정보보호에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 높아지고 있다. 그러나 높아지는 관심과 필요성에 비해 우리나라의 정보보호 예산은 소폭 확대되었고, 정보보호 예산 부족이 우리나라의 정보보호 산업 성장 저해 요소로 지속적으로 지적되고 있다. 또한 정보보호 예산 편성 방안도 전체적인 정보보호 내용을 포괄하지 못하고, 정보화 사업 내에서 일부 보안 SW, HW, 서비스에 국한되어 요구가 가능하도록 되어 있어 명확한 예산 파악 및 실질적인 예산 확대에 어려움을 야기한다. 국가 전체적인 정보보호 역량 강화를 위해서는 정보보호 예산 및 투자의 확대가 필수적이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 정보보호 예산 현황 및 편성 방안에 대해서 검토하고, 미국의 정보보호 예산 현황 및 편성 방안을 분석하여 효과적인 정보보호 예산 확대 및 개선 방안을 제안하였다.

최근 물리보안과 정보보안으로 양분화 되어 있는 영역자체가 융합되고 있는 추세이며, 이러한 융합의 중심에 있는 것이 융합보안관제이다. 그러나 이러한 추세에도 불구하고, 융합보안을 위한 이들 두 영역의 보안 이벤트를 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 관한 구체적인 솔루션은 찾아볼 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 물리 보안 이벤트를 활용하여 정보 보안의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 정보보안 오브젝트-기반 접근법을 제안한다. 또한, 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 이용하여 확장성을 고려한 많은 양의 물리 보안 이벤트의 의미 있는 이벤트 조합을 찾는 체계적인 방법을 제안한다. 특히, 출입통제시스템과 영상감시 시스템에서 발생되는 물리보안 이벤트를 이용해 컴퓨팅 시스템 접근 정보보안 효율성 향상을 위한 구체적인 실현 과정을 기술하였다.

Growing information threats have threatened organization to lose information security controls in these days. Many organizations have accepted the various information security management systems does mention necessity of a continuous evaluation process for the executions of information security management in a theoretical aspect. This study suggests a continuous evaluation process for information security management reflecting the real execution of managers and employees in organizations.

Recently, many Korean firms have suffered financial losses and damaged firm's trust due to information security incidents. Hence, a lot of firms have realized the importance of the information security. In particular, the demand for information security certification has increased. This study examined the effect of information security certification using the event study methodology. Our research shows that the announcement of the information security certification significantly influences the market value of the corresponding firm. The certified firms rise, on average, o.4993% (-2 day), 0.5462% (+1 day) of their market value. Further, we found that the financial sector in our data showed a 1.4% higher abnormal returns than the nonfinancial sector. On the other hand, whether a firm first acquired the information security certification is not significant. Our paper presents that it is possible to analyze the effect of the information security certification using the event study. We are expected to be used in making a decision for the investment of information security. Also, our results indicate that the firm which have acquired the information security certification should actively announce that fact.

With the development of IT technology, various services such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles are being introduced, and many changes are taking place in our lives. However, if secure security is not provided, it will cause many risks, so the information security becomes more important. In this paper, we analyzed the research trends of main themes of information security over time. In order to conduct the research, 'Information Security' was searched in the Web of Science database. Using the abstracts of theses published from 1991 to 2016, we derived main research topics through topic modeling and time series regression analysis. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were Information technology, system access, attack, threat, risk management, network type, security management, security awareness, certification level, information protection organization, security policy, access control, personal information, security investment, computing environment, investment cost, system structure, authentication method, user behavior, encryption. The time series regression results indicated that all the topics were hot topics.
