Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

The objectives of the study are to look into the fisheries processing industry, analyze problems the industry has, and develop strategies for the industry to take care of the problems. The study was performed in two different dimensions : industry level and firm level. Nevertheless, the study focused on the following main problem areas raw material, production, technology development, internationalization, and managerial performance. The secondary data were utilized to analyze problems at the industry level, For analyzing the firm level situation, an empirical study by using a mail survey with a questionnaire was accomplished. The main problems found were as follows : First, difficulty in procuring raw material was the most serious and main problem. It was caused, externally, by the announcement of 200 nautical miles by most of fishery abundant countries and, internally, by drying fishery resources in the nation's coastal areas ; Second, the rate of fishery processing has been continuously increased and the degree of the processing has also been sophisticated, which implies the pattern of demand for the fishery has been changing widely and deeply. The industry, however, seemed to be unable to meet the consumers' satisfaction ; Third, with the importance of technology for ensuring the changing demands in the fishery processing industry, there has been little effort in research and development both at industry level and at the firm level ; Next, the industry has mainly involved in exporting in association with internationalization. Not to mention about foreign direct investment, technology transfer was not active ; Finaliy, most of firms were densely located in a few areas. The managerical performance in terms of main financial ratios still needs to be improved. Thus, strategies, which would take care of the repective problems, were developed. At industry level, the strategies were developed by reasoning mostly based on the findings from the literature survey. A scheme for internationalization of the firms was suggested. This was made by extracting the factors which would differentiate the firms' internationalization stages. In order to achieve this analysis, discriminant approach was employed. Despite the utility of the findings, it was mostly emphasized that harmonious efforts among government, the industry supporting institutions such as banks, and firms are needed for the successful operation of the strategies. Also, a list of areas for further study was provided especially in relation to the validity threatening parts of the study.

Recently, the mold industry has been developed to high-quality and high-productivity with various demands of the high-tech industry. Also, geometry parts of injection mold are complex and diverse optimum design through the injection molding analysis has become a matter of course. The mold industry is trying to revitalize the industry with demand technology development and manufacturing process improvement. However, products that have undercut is the need for a separate processing mechanism and structure of the mold is getting more complex, the cost is expensive. Therefore, improving the structure of the mold through a study on the forced ejecting for injection molding without undercut processing unit and to improve the productivity.

In recent years, customers and power supplies are interested in power quality. Demands of customers are change from standard quality of distribution power system to various high quality of distribution power system. so, it is necessary to apply power quality compensator. in our project, we develop the UPQC(Unfied Power Quality Compensator of 45kVA which compensates power factor and voltage sag, interruption. it is very frequently occurred power quality $problems^{[1-3]}$ As a series and shunt compensator, UPQC consists of two inverters with common do link capacitor bank. It compensates the current quality in the shunt part and the voltage quality in the series part. In this paper, we present the design and control algorithm for 4SkVA UPQC system. As a control algorithm is implemented by digital controller, we consider sample-and-hold of signals. In this simulation, we use EMTDC/PSCAD V3.0 software which can simulate instantaneous voltage and current.

As the economic volume and trade in North-East Asia have dramatically increased, the competition for dominance over the value of logistics among many developed countries has taken a new turn. The Korean government has been planning a strategy for a north-east asian logistics hub in order to increase the global competitiveness of manufacturing companies by promoting a logistics industry. However, the competitiveness of Korean logistics industry is still quite premature compared to global competitors. Taking these accounts into considerations, this study advocates that the structure of Korean logistics companies should be changed from the function of furnishing simple logistics to extending integrated logistics services. It should also shift its focus from executing domestic logistics to meeting international logistics demands and from an execution-focused service to a knowledge-intensive service. The purpose of this study is to explore effective methods for stimulating an integrated logistics industry. Some detailed guidelines and economic interpretations, based upon the results of this research, have been suggested for supporting the related legislation.

The purpose of this study is to remind the necessity of reengineering establishment of future-oriented fashion industry and to research the devices for the devices for the system establishment at this present time when the consumer\`s demands level is extremely high. This research has been done by the literature review of the relative articles, books and the case study. First, through the analysis of the important changes and movements of fashion industry environment by the environmental interpretation model of Draft and Weick, the strategic development, corresponding the environment change of fashion industry, has been attempted. Second, this study examined QR integration management method according to the Kunz\`s behavior theory of the apparel firms. Third, as the prior occupation strategy regarding the things can be done very well from now on the things are needed, the necessity and establishment of SCM, based on companionship and beyond the boundary between the companies has been studied through the exchange of the data of manufacture and sales which has been regarded as the secret of the companies. Finally, to become a company to lead the market, in addition to the re-organization of the internal process of a company with the leadership which has the clear vision for the consumer\`s satisfaction, the process have ti be integrated under the cooperation with its business partners and the cost have to be reduces, and the which takes to correspond to the consumer\`s requirements have to be reduced.

In Korea, there is great lack in jet lease agreements compared to many other countries. Due to such scarcity in numbers of jet lease agreements, problems have never truly surfaced and legal foundation dealing with such issues have not yet been formulated. However, as the globalization is making the world smaller and smaller, the demand for jets will grow. As the Korean aviation industry is expanding tremendously, although very preliminary at this time, the interest and actual execution on private jet lease agreements will grow. The prediction of increase in the private jet ownership is causing the lease industry to be nervous and may require particular preparatory foundation works. Particularly, legal analysis and detailed review maybe necessary to set a precedent with will serve as the grounded rule in the future. It is notable that Vietnam, a country which is believed have a less developed aviation industry than Korea, had already established a specialized jet leasing company, VALC in 2007. Also, when leasing an airplane from a foreign financial institution, it is possible to obtain a government issued guarantee. Therefore, it is urgent for Korea to prepare the legal foundation for the future demands in aviation leasing, as well as private jet leases which in turn would promote national wealth and further develop the financial industry.

Background: Psychosocial risk management [Psychosocial Risk Management Approach (PRIMA)] has, through the years, been applied in several organizations in various industries and countries globally. PRIMA principles have also been translated into international frameworks, such as PRIMA-EF (European framework) and the World Health Organization Healthy Workplace Framework. Over the past 10 years, an oil and gas company has put efforts into adopting and implementing international frameworks and standards for psychosocial risk management. More specifically, the company uses a PRIMA. Methods: This study explores available quantitative and qualitative risk data collected through the PRIMA method over the past 8 years in order to explore specific and common psychosocial risks in the petroleum industry. Results: The analyses showed a significant correlation between job resources and symptoms of work-related stress, there was a significant correlation between job demands and symptoms of work-related stress, and there were differences in psychosocial risk factors and symptoms of work-related stress onshore and offshore. The study also offers recommendations on how the results can further be utilized in building a robust system for managing psychosocial risks in the industry. Conclusion: The results from the analyses have provided meaningful and important information about the company-specific psychosocial risk factors and their impact on health and well-being.

With the 4th Industrial Revolution and the development of technology, markets of the VR&AR have increased. Also due to COVID-19 pandemic, demands for a digital environment were required because of physical space constraints. Firms are trying to solve this problem by using Metaverse platforms. However, with markets such as Metaverse, VR, AR, and Digital Twins are expanding, prior research on Metaverse definition or classification system is insufficient. Based on understanding VR&AR, Digital Twin, this study established a Industry-Service classification for Metaverse by defining Case studies on Metaverse and through prior research. And by Industry-Service classification for Metaverse this paper propose Metaverse Industry-Service Matrix to analyze the trend and possibility of Metaverse Platform

The significance of the image content industry, as a flagship industry of the cultural content industry, is emerging globally as a high value-added trend. Since the movie industry has diverse related industries along with a positive spillover effect from cultural and economic perspectives, it ultimately strengthens national brands as well as national competitiveness. As a national strategy cultural content industry, the movie industry in each country around the world utilizes its own diverse self-protective systems. The Korean movie industry has emerged as a 10 million-strong movie-goer market; however, in reality, it is vulnerable to high film production costs and utility. The current domestic media market demands a new paradigm through the media industry as a whole; nonetheless, it is inherently limited to past film production and distribution channels. In this study, I seek to evaluate the status quo and propose a new direction for the Korea movie industry.
