This study was conducted for technology development and industrial and enterprise system design for the sustainable life of mankind. Human society is facing a crisis. As the power of mankind has increased due to the development of nuclear weapons and information and communication technologies, the risk of human society has greatly increased. The value of growth and freedom is increasing due to capitalism and democratic systems, so technological innovation is accelerating, and industries and companies are growing significantly. New technologies and industries can greatly develop human society and put it at risk. This study was conducted with the aim of redesigning technology, industry, and enterprise systems so that humans who live on Earth can be more sustainable for a longer time. It presented a practical alternative for a long-term sustainable human society. It suggested alternatives for what philosophy and methodology should be developed for the whole of humanity and in each individual national society, for developing technologies, fostering industries, and operating corporate systems. First of all, the problems of the technology development system, industrial system, and enterprise system of human society were analyzed. The characteristics and problems were analyzed in terms of sustainability of human society. The necessary and sufficient conditions for an alternative system to solve the raised problems were derived. A system that satisfies these conditions was designed and presented. The alternative system was named as a servicism system as a system based on the service philosophy. The structure, operation model, and implementation plan of the new technology industry enterprise system were presented. In the future, follow-up studies are needed to be concreted at the level of individual countries and human society as a whole.
The style of leadership and leader's competence are expected to be an important role in the rapidly changing and uncertain circumstances of the business environment. In particular, rapid change of business environment requires organizations to innovate, and appropriate innovation can have a direct impact on an organization's competitive advantage and sustainability. In this regard, this study focused on transformational leadership as a factor that improves innovative behavior. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the process of transformational leadership leading to innovative behavior. Furthermore, the moderated mediating effect of psychological safety was also verified. To verify hypotheses, this study conducted a survey on 307 public officials who work in Chinese public institutions. The result was found that transformational leadership had a positive effect on innovative behavior by mediating effect of self-efficacy. However, contrary to the expectations of this study, the moderated mediation effect of psychological safety was found to be insignificant. The moderating effect of psychological safety showed an insignificant effect. It showed showed the different results from previous studies. In relation to these results, theoretical and practical implications were presented in this study. Overall, this study presented a plan to increase innovative behavior and verified the research model. In addition, the directions of future research for innovative behavior were presented.
Organizational members' innovative behavior is a key element that promotes organizational growth and sustainability. With today's unstable environment of economic and market , the importance of employees' innovative behavior is being emphasized. The reason is that employees' innovative behaviors play an important role in securing a organizational competitiveness. Based on this, this study focused on ways to improve employees' innovation behavior. Specifically, the causal relationship between participatory leadership and employees' innovative behavior was identified and the influence of innovative behavior was also verified. Furthermore, in the process of participatory leadership influencing employees' innovative behavior, the serial multiple mediating effect of knowledge sharing and creativity was verified. In order to demonstrate the hyphotheses, this study focused on 237 employees who work in Chinese SMEs. The results of the empirical analysis showed that participatory leadership had a positive effect on knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovative behavior. In addition, the serial multiple mediating effects of knowledge sharing and creativity on the relationship between participatory leadership and innovative behavior was significant. Overall, this study verified the positive role of participatory leadership that enhances employees' innovative behavior in Chinese SMEs and contributed to expanding the research field related to employees' innovative behavior through serial multiple mediating model.
This study analyzes the results of a survey based on classes conducted in the field to understand the educational needs of learners, and reflects the elements necessary for SW education. In this study, various experimental elements according to learning motivation and learning achievement were constructed and designed through previous studies. As a survey applied to this study, experimental elements in three categories: Faculty Competences(FC), Learner Competences(LC), and Educational Conditions(EC) were analyzed by primary area and secondary major, respectively. As a result of analyzing CT-based SW education by area, the development of educational materials, understanding of lectures, and teaching methods showed high satisfaction, while communication with students, difficulty of lectures, and the number of students were relatively low. The results of the analysis by major were found to be more difficult and less interesting in the humanities than in the engineering field. In this study, Based on these statistical results proposes the need for non-major SW education to improve into an interesting curriculum for effective liberal arts education in the future in terms of enhancing learners' problem-solving skills.
Expectations for wireless communication technology are rising as a base technology that promotes innovation in various industries in line with the paradigm of digital transformation in the 21st century beyond the stage of being used only for communication service itself. In this study, in order to compare 6G technological competitiveness between Korea and leading countries, technological competitiveness was confirmed through PFS, CPP, and network analysis based on GaN Integrated Circuit patent data. Korea's 6G technological competitiveness was 0.62 in PFS and 3.93 in CPP, which were 32.8% and 19.9%, respectively, compared to leading countries. In addition, as a result of network analysis, the collaboration rate in the 6G field was 7.2%, and the collaboration ecosystem was very insufficient in most countries. In contrast, it was confirmed that Korea, unlike leading countries, has established a small-scale collaboration ecosystem linked by industry and academia. Thus, it is necessary to establish a strategy for 6G communication technology at the national level so that communication technology can be advanced based on a relatively well-established collaborative ecosystem.
This study proposes a developmental policy direction for the online platform industry, moving away from the regulatory-centered discussions that have predominated thus far. To offer policy directions, the PEST-SWOT-AHP analysis model was employed. The study first categorizes the issues of the domestic online platform industry into political, economic, social, and technological aspects, which are then further categorized into 16 strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The relative importance among these factors was measured, leading to the derivation of four final strategies. The analysis indicates that policy directions should prioritize addressing weaknesses, with 'improving regulations that hinder innovation' being the most important factor across all categories, while technological factors were consistently rated highly in importance apart from this. Accordingly, the policy direction for the domestic online platform industry suggests avoiding excessive regulation and instead emphasizing policy support centered around technological development. This study is significant in that it presents a macroscopic developmental direction for online platform policies that have not been discussed in existing academic research, and it provides professional and objective indicators through consensus among scholars and researchers. In the future, it is hoped that research will continue to propose detailed policy strategies and implementation systems based on a macroscopic perspective.
With the implementation of the Northeast Revitalization Strategy, the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province had an increasingly greater impact on regional economic development. Based on the tourism panel data of Heilongjiang Province from 2005 to 2021, this paper used DEA-BCC and Malmquist Index to analyze the static and dynamic changes of the tourism industry.The results of the study were as follows: (1) Static: The OE value reached strong DEA effectiveness in 2010, 2013, and 2019, indicated that tourism resources had been fully utilized. The SE value changed dramatically between 0.354 and 1, and the PTE value approached 1. OE was mainly affected by SE changes. (2) Dynamic: The total factor productivity (TFP) was overall greater than 1 and grew at an average annual rate of 13.8%. The variation in TFP was primarily influenced by the index of technological progress, indicated that the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province made full use of technology for resource development, with a relatively high level of development efficiency. Therefore, the future focus of Heilongjiang Province's tourism industry will be on adjustments in industrial scale, technological innovation, and policy optimization.

Before economical crisis in 1997, domestic company focused on increasing the size of outward experience which including organization. The result of increasing outward experience without substance was economical crisis, so after that time, many companies have been changing their focus from insourcing to strengthen the core competence to secure global market. This is becoming a cause of following that companies are reducing their outward experience. Especially, to process tasks more effectively and to cope with rapid change of business environment, such as incoming raw material from overseas/high raising of salary/rising property prices, many companies decided outsourcing method. At most of hypothesis, the result was that outsourcing can affect positively to the business. First, introducing of outsourcing during focusing on core competence can be positive effect for company performance such as business management /productivity /procurement /administration /product competitiveness /technology. Second, the result that analyzed based on a point of view of population statics after outsourcing was positive effect at the most of research. Third, result of effectiveness for every outsourcing type classified by 4M was also can be positive at the most of research. Fourth, the characteristic of population statics can be positive effect at the most of category when select outsourcing companies. Research result of outsourcing was various based on the goal of outsourcing. It is revealed by investigation of domestic/overseas treatise that there are opposite two opinions. In this research, there is no consistent result that the outsourcing can give effects on business performance, but most of hypothesis indicates that outsourcing can give positive effect on the business performance.In this research, based on the outsourcing intensity, mutual relation was analyzed. The assumption of the reason of outsourcing is economical and organizational. First, sampling numbers of research was too small so it is too difficult to get significant business performance result. (Sampling : 150, Replied : 106, Rate of Reply : 71%) Second, tried to compare significant differences of outsourcing methods which were divided based on 4M, but the there is gaps between the number of Cell and too difficult to make replier understand. Third, it is tried to find the degrees of effect that the point of view of popular statics can effect on business performances and selection of outsourced companies.
For the past 20 years, the growth and development of university-design-educational institutes contributed to the industrial development of our country. Due to the technological fluctuation and changes in the industrial structure in the latter half of the 20th century, the enterprise is demanding professionally-oriented design manpower. The principle which appears from instances of the advanced nations is to accommodate the demands in social changes and apply them to educational design programs. In order to respond promptly to the industrial demand especially, the advanced nations adopted "multidisciplinary design education programs" to lead innovation in the area of design globally. The objective of the research consequently is to suggest an educational system and a program through which the designer can be educated to obtain complex knowledge and the technique demanded by the industry and enterprise. Nowadays in order to adapt to a new business environment, designers specially should have both the knowledge and techniques in engineering and business administration. We suggest that the IPDI, a multidisciplinary design educational system and program is made up of the coordinated operation of major classes, on-the-job training connection, educational system for research base creation, renovation design development program for the application and the synthesis of alternative proposals about the training facility joint ownership by connecting with the education of design, business administration and engineering.
As we enter the era of the 4th industrial revolution, it is judged that the scope of work of radiologists will be further expanded according to the innovation and advancement of radiation medical technology development. In this study, the current status of medical equipment and radiology technicians was identified, and basic data were provided for the plan for nurturing talents in the field of radiation medical technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, as well as career and employment counseling. Data from the second quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021 were analyzed using health and medical big data. As a result of comparing the status of medical equipment by type in 2021 compared to 2020, C-Arm X-ray examination equipment increased by 5.83% to 6,638 units, followed by MRI examination equipment 1,811 units 5.29%, and angiography equipment 725 units 5.22% , general X-ray examination equipment 21,557 units increased 3.99%, CT examination equipment 2,136 units 3.03%, and breast examination equipment 3,425 units increased 3.00%. As a result of a comparison of the total number of radiologists in 2021 compared to 2020, the number was 29,038, an increase of 2.73%. As a result of comparing the status of radiographers by region, the increase was highest in the Gyeonggi region with 5.96%, followed by the Gangwon region with a 5.66% increase and the Chungnam region with a 3.81% increase. In a situation where the number of medical equipment and radiologist manpower is increasing, universities are developing specialized knowledge and practical competency through subject development related to the understanding and utilization of customized artificial intelligence and big data that can be applied in the medical radiation technology field in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. It is necessary to nurture qualified radiographers, and at the level of the association, it is thought that active policies are needed to create new jobs and improve employment.
