This is a brief clinical report describing an 18-month-old female with Robin sequence found to have an incidental mandibular cystic lesion on a head computed tomography scan in the preoperative workup before performing mandibular distraction. She underwent enucleation of the tumor, which was found to be a dentigerous cyst. One year following cyst enucleation, mandibular distraction was performed in order to alleviate her tongue-based obstruction. This case demonstrates the ability of the mandibular bone to successfully regenerate after undergoing cyst enucleation.

Lipomas are common tumors occuring mostly in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. This tumors are rare in the thorax. They frequently represent on incidental roentgengraphic finding or symptomes depending primarily on their location and size. The patient was 23-month-old male complained of fever and coughing. His chest X-ray and CT scan were revealed soft tissue density featured of pleural mass in the left lower hemithorax. And thoracotomy was performed for accurate diagnosis and treatment. So, experience of parietal pleural lipoma is reported here in.

Code and object reuse is big concern for fast and efficient Virtual Reality (VR) system development. Many VR packages offer reasonably nice abstractions for various functionalities. That is, software reuse at the functional level is well practiced. Many geometry models are rarely used for main \"characters\" but mostly for incidental and decorative objects. This is because the main \"character\" objects usually exhibit certain behavior incompatible with the way the geometric model is organized. Echinococcal or hydatid cyst is one of the most important zoonoses and commonly seen throughout the world, especially sheep and cattle raising areas, but rare in Korea. The causative organism, Echinococcus granulosus, is a small tapeworm and dogs are the usual source of infestation. Lung is the second most common focus for this disease, after liver. Recently, with increasing numbers of Koreans visiting to those endemic countries especially Middle East, the reports of hydatidosis are increasing. Authors experienced two cases of pulmonary hydatid cyst in the 31 year old male and 44 year old male who had a history of spending 2 * 3 years in Middle East. we found them in incidental routine chest X-ray.

A markedly enlarged foramen transversarium was discovered incidentally on a cone-beam computed tomography scan of a 72-year-old male patient who was referred for dental implant placement. Further evaluation with magnetic resonance angiography revealed that the foramen enlargement was caused by a tortuosity in the course of the vertebral artery. This case report highlights the importance of recognizing significant incidental findings on diagnostic images and the potential need for additional imaging as part of the complete interpretative process.

The study suggested supplementation of current problems as well as incidental businesses. The study gave SWOT analysis and management reformation to make success case of specialized market and to suggest win-win strategies and development plans to produce wedding market.

Objective : We examined patients admitted to Dong Eui University Oriental Medical Hospital from 1st January to 31st December in 2000. We studied 110 cases of patients who were diagnosed as Brain stem(pons, mid brain, medullar) infarction with brain CT, MRI scan, MR Angiography. Methods : We analyzed patients into sex, age, onset time, invasion lesion, past and family history, risk factor, abnormal vital sign for early 2 weeks, prodromal symptoms, symptoms at entry, progress and incidental symptoms at acute stage, complications, the state of condition at discharge, demonstrations, herb medications, western and oriental medical cooperation and admission period. Results : Our study was similar to existing studies in the distribution of sex, age, past and family history and risk factors. But there was some differences in the prodromal symptoms, symptoms at entry progress and incidental symptoms at acute stage, and the state of condition at discharge. Conclusions : Our study shows the brain stem infarction patients differed from other cerebrovascular accident patients in the symptoms. We hoped that our study would be further studied in western and oriental medicine.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of interaction using Wiki in communication-oriented classes taught by native teachers on the incidental improvement of productive vocabulary knowledge. Eighty two university freshmen participated in the study and they were divided into two groups. Thirty eight students(Process Group) received process feedback from the teacher while forty four students(Result Group) received result feedback. They were given a short movie project working in a group of four or five people to practice interaction between peers and between students and the teacher. Data were collected from one receptive and three productive vocabulary knowledge test scores. The results showed that interaction using Wiki was conducive to the growth of productive vocabulary knowledge incidentally due to continuous opportunities to use vocabulary. The students of process feedback group made greater gains of productive vocabulary than those of result feedback group. Based on these results, pedagogical implications are discussed.

We experienced 7 cases of patients who were performed $^{99m}Tc$-methylene diphosphonate bone scintigraphy for the evaluation of diseases they had. Their bone scintigrams showed incidental radionuclide uptake in the gastrointestinal tracts and they had no special symptom or sign attributable to the findings. Case 1 showed radionuclide uptake in the stomach and both lung and the patient had suffered from hypercalcemia and azotemia. Case 3 and case 6 showed diffuse radionuclide uptake in the stomach and intestinal tract. Others showed diffuse or regional radionuclide uptake in the intestinal tracts. Radionuclide uptake in the gastrointestinal tract by $^{99m}Tc$-methylene diphosphonate is caused by a certain pathologic lesion but also can be seen in the normal gastrointestinal tract. So, one who reads bone scintigrams should be alert for the pathologic lesion in the gastrointestinal tract although one must interpretate with the concept of this normal variations.
