Opioid-induced rigidity is a potentially life-threatening complication that can occur after treatment with large doses of opioids, but with early recognition it can be treated effectively with naloxone or with muscle relaxants. Regarding its onset time, there have been few case reports that have described delayed manifestations of opioid-induced rigidity. The mechanism of this complication is not well understood. In this report we describe a case of incidental overdose injection of sufentanil and subsequently review the confusing clinical features that require immediate diffenrentiation and the possible mechanim of this complication.

There are two methods of quantifying the damages when the contract is avoided. One is 'concret' assessment, the other is 'abstract' assessment. The former looks to the actual cost incurred by the aggrieved party in concluding a contract for the substitute transaction, while the latter is based on the market price. The concrete method of assessment forms the starting point in the Civil Law systems. In the Common Law systems, it is likewise available. The aggrieved party is entitled to recover the difference between the cost of cover or (as the case may be) the proceeds of resale and the contract price. Both systems also recognize the abstract method of assessment. If the aggrieved party does not resell or cover, damages are equal to the difference between the price fixed by the contract and the market price. The CISG and the UNIDROIT Principles recognize expressly both concrete and abstract methods. Under the relevant articles, the aggrieved party can recover the damages assessed by one of the methods as well as any further damages such as loss of profit, incidental and consequential damages.

The problem of energy consumption is more serious in university buildings than primary, middle and high school buildings. Because university buildings have generally heating and cooling systems, and various incidental facilities. In university, the library is one of the building that many people use and the most energy is spent. So, investigation on energy saving is very important and urgent. This study aims finally to present the guideline for low-energy design of University library by aiding a designer to select best solution in the side of energy-saving. In this paper, composition of space, utilization schedule and performance of construction materials are grasped, some primary factors that effect to energy saving are analyzed by energy simulation. The result of this study is as follows; First, the subject library has more cooling load than heating load because of cooling load generated during middle season. Second, green roofs is the most effective to heating load saving, but not to cooling energy. Third, outdoor air cooling is the most effective to cooling energy saving among the investigated strategies included in this study.

Atypical adenomatous hyperplasia is a premalignant lesion reflecting a focal proliferation of atypical cells. These lesions are usually observed as incidental findings in lungs that have been resected due to other conditions, such as lung cancer. We report the youngest case of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia on record in a 12-year-old girl. In this patient, the lesion was found in association with pneumothorax.

Pericardial cysts are rare benign anomalies generally discovered as incidental findings on radiographic images. Rarely, pericardial cysts cause symptoms and may lead to complications. A 56-year-old woman presented to the emergency department for mild chest pain. A cardiovascular and respiratory examination revealed no abnormalities, while a chest X-ray and subsequent thoracic computed tomography (CT) showed a pericardial cyst. The patient refused both percutaneous treatment and thoracic surgery. Three years later, a thoracic CT scan showed that the pericardial cyst had disappeared. Although the spontaneous resolution of these lesions is rare, this article highlights the possibility of conservative management in select cases.

The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the treatment outcome of proximal tibial graft. Thirty-nine patients were grafted with proximal tibia for the repair of maxillofacial defect. Complications can be considered incidental and neglectable clinical significance. It is concluded that the proximal tibial metaphysis offers a promising alternative sources of cancellous bone for the repair of maxillofacial defect.

Thus as C.F.R.D seismic survey is less, safety of that consist is short most development flue is high reason. That is not checking target of minuteness safety diagnosis and so on by short operation period. Wish to analyze inquiry incidental and difference with center core type dam and acquire C.F.R.D preservation administration upper necessary inquiry condition forward hereafter.

Two cases of primary torsion of the greater omentum were described. The first patient was a 5-year-old boy who was admitted to the hospital because of severe abdominal pain for 1 day. The The clinical features were similar to perforated acute appendicitis. Laparotomy revealed a normal appendix and the greater omentum twisted around its pedicle. The second patient was a 7-year-old girl admitted to the hospital because of abdominal pain in right lower quadrant for 2 days. The clinical features? were that of acute appendicitis. Laparotomy revealed a normal appendix and primary torsion of greater omentum around its pedicle. In both cases, resection of twisted omentum and incidental appendectomy were done. The microscopic findings in two cases consisted of congestion and vascular hemorrhage. Both patients recovered uneventfully. Torsion of the greater omentum, therefore, may be added to the entities to consider in the differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis.

This paper estimates electrical fire damage cost-effect to analyze electrical safety efficiency by applying a cost-benefit analysis method for analyzing the efficiency of a business public interest. Electrical fire loss statistics data was presented as direct costs and casualties, including deaths due to an electrical fire, this paper adds overhead "Incidental Cost of Accidents to the Employer" by W. H. Heinrich was applied to estimate the cost of economic loss. Also wounded, including the loss of human deaths by referring to the car accident insurance claims costs and human development estimated the losses caused by an electrical fire. And to perform a cost-benefit analysis of the electrical safety as a result of future work. In this paper, the economic effect of the electric field of safety and public interest work to systematically presented.
