  • The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and improvements of Korean foods by using the ISA (Importance Satisfaction Analysis) targeting Korean students in international schools in the Seoul Metropolitan area. It also analyzes the difference in the importance and satisfaction of Korean foods, and to provide basic data for developing various healthy diets which are suitable for target students. Target groups are 7 to 12 graders which consist of 62 male students and 42 female students, and most of them had lived in the United States with duration of staying abroad from 1 year to less than 3 years and duration of attending schools from 1 year to less than 2 years. Most of their family structures are the nuclear family, and most of their fathers work in management positions and mothers are mostly full-time housewives. The most favored and consumed food is fruits and the least favored is seaweeds. Perceptions regarding Korean foods are mainly positive and more female students than male students consider Korean foods as well-being foods. The important factor for choosing Korean food is the flavor, and the highest satisfaction lies in the cleanliness of food and tableware, and food temperatures appear to be less important than other factors regarding both importance and satisfaction aspects. The flavor turns out to be the most influential when consuming Korean foods, and information on Korean foods is mostly acquired from advices of those around and through words-of-mouth, and many comments point out that the levels of sanitation should be improved. The result of ISA regarding determinant factors in choosing Korean foods by Korean students in international schools shows that efforts for aggressive improvements should be made in areas for 'the amount of food', 'the price of food', and 'the curiosity on food'.

  • This study aimed to identify the effects of sports participation motives, the involvement in choosing sportswear, and the satisfaction with/perceived importance of sportswear functionality, on customers' repurchase intentions. A total of 185 survey questionnaires were analyzed after surveying 200 female undergraduates in their 20s. The research results are as follows. First, the participation motives for sports were categorized as follows. A factor analysis conducted on 13 questions yielded 4 factors. Factor 1 included consideration about socializing and pleasure, factor 2 privileged ostentation, factor 3 was concerned with enhancing health, and factor 4 was about maintaining appearance. Second, the various effects of different sports participation motives, of the satisfaction with functionality, and of the involvement in buying sportswear on customers' repurchase intentions were analyzed. The intention to repurchase sportswear was considered as a dependent variable, while the motives for participating in sports, the satisfaction with functionality, and the level of involvement were treated as independent variables. A multiple regression analysis using these variables showed that the satisfaction with functionality and involvement in choosing sportswear had a significant impact on the intention to repurchase sportswear. Third, looking at how different participation motives for sports affected the importance of sportswear functionality, the motives related to socializing and pleasure and ostentation, the sub-factors in sports participation motives, significantly increased the importance of comfort. Motives related to enhancing health and maintaining appearance, on the other hand, were found to affect the importance of sports performance. Fourth, a MANOVA was performed to examine the difference in the importance of functionality between those consumers highly involved in sportswear-buying and those less involved. Those with a high level of involvement were found to prioritize sports performance over comfort. Those with a low level of involvement were shown to place a greater emphasis on comfort.

The overall level of satisfaction of postpartum care in the hospital. however, was very low. 2) Among other items of postpartum care in the hospital, 'postpartum exercise' $(25.9\%)$. 'assessment and support for postpartum depression' $(25.9\%)$, 'operation wound care for women who underwent Caesarean sections' $(24.5\%)$. and 'contraception and family planning' $(20.4\%)$ showed a need for home health care for postpartum care recipients above $20\%$. 3) The level of importance of traditional postpartum care (Sanhujori) was relatively high (mean 2.72). The importance of Sanhujori by category was as followed: 'the fourth principle: protecting the body from harmful strains' was the highest (2.88), 'the third principle: eating well', 'the first principle: invigorating the body by augmenting heat and avoiding cold', 'the second principle: resting without working', 'the fifth principle: keeping clean' and 'the sixth principle: handling with the whole heart' showed 2.85, 2.80, 2.70, 2.51 and 2.46 respectively. 4) The need for home health care with Sanhujori was very low. 5) The relationship between demographic factors and the level of satisfaction with postpartum care in the hospital was as follows: the satisfaction levels were significantly different among' delivery frequency' and 'health status' alteration after delivery'. 6) The relationship between demographic factors and the importance of the Sanhujori category was as follows: There were no significant differences in the level of importance of the first and the forth principle of Sanhujori. The level of importance of the second principle of Sanhujori was significantly different among 'income' and 'family type'. The level of importance of the third principle of Sanhujori was significantly different among 'having a boy'. The level of importance of the fifth principle of Sanhujori was significantly different among 'income' and 'feeding type'. The level of importance of the sixth principle of Sanhujori was significantly different among 'education background' and 'feeding type'. • In this study we surveyed service satisfaction for the start-up support program and measured the relative importance of the factors that influence service satisfaction. The five service factors(physical facilities, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, product development) were used to measure service satisfaction. Typically, the relative importance of predictors is assessed by simply comparing their standardized regression coefficients. However, when the predictors are correlated, regression coefficients cannot be used to explain variance shared by two or more predictors. The dominance analysis used by many researchers in recent years to measure the relative importance of predictor variables. In this article, we applied it in satisfaction research for the start-up support program. The results obtained by the dominance analysis are compared with the results obtained by multiple regression analysis. And satisfaction and relative importance of the five factors are analyzed by entrepreneurship motivation. These findings will contribute to the marketing research field relating to service satisfaction. Service satisfaction for the start-up support program can improve based on this study.
