The meaning of "added value" refers to the contribution of the factors of production, i.e., land, labor, and capital goods, to raising the value of a product and corresponds to the incomes received by the owners of these factors. The importance of added value in service industry has been recognized as one of the critical factors to economic growth, even in logistics industry. But, it is hard to find out the previous studies providing a clear definition and framework for designing and analyzing the performance of Value Added Logistics(VAL). The purpose of this study is to define the meaning of extended VAL that extensively includes activities initiating and operating the reverse logistics under the closed-loop logistic scheme, and to suggest the framework that describes the partnerships among participants involving in operating the value added logistics. Also, in this paper, we emphasize on the need for investigation of added value logistics definition and framework based on previous academic studies, and examine various value added logistics service activities of current leading 3PL companies across the world. Finally, we suggest the analytic framework for value added logistics throughout closed-loop logistics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of controlling consulting service quality in relation to the factors of success and performances of the social enterprises. In order to achieve the objective of this study, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activity was defined to be the factors of success and the research model and hypothesis was set according to the theoretical basis of the factors of success, performances and the quality of consulting services. The results showed that first, securement of market competitiveness, entrepreneurship and network activities as factors of success all had significant effects on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest, having great influence on the securement of market competitiveness of the social enterprises. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the effects of controlling the quality of consulting services in relation to the relationship between the factors of success and management performances of the social enterprises, network activity showed to have significant effect on performances pertaining to both profit-making and public interest. Through this study, the importance and the necessity of the improvement of consulting services and network activities of social enterprises were highlighted and the necessity of a new consulting principle in the consulting industry that can be specialized to social enterprises is proposed.

Since 2015, the Korea Expressway Corporation has provided predicted travel time information, which is reproduced from DSRC systems over the extended expressway network in Korea. When it is open for public information, it helps travelers decide optimal routes while minimizing traffic congestions and travel cost. Although, sutiable evaluations to investigate the reliability of travel time forecast information have not been conducted so far. First of all, this study seeks to find out a measure of effectiveness to evaluate the reliability of travel time forecast via various literatures. Secondly, using the performance measurement, this study evaluates concurrent travel time forecast information in highway quantitatively and examines the forecast error by exploratory data analysis. It appears that most of highway lines provided reliable forecast information. However, we found significant over/under-forecast on a few links within several long lines and it turns out that such minor errors reduce overall reliability in travel time forecast of the corresponding highway lines. This study would help to build a priority for quality control of the travel time forecast information system, and highlight the importance of performing periodic and sustainable management for travel time forecast information.

Service industry performance and competitive advantage depend on the attitudes and behavior of customer service employees who produce and deliver services through contact with customers. Most studies on customer service employees so far have concentrated on kindness, attitudes, or benefits. This study focuses on the increasing importance of customer service employees and intends to study them from the viewpoint of human brands that recognize customer service employees as a brand. In addition to the role of the employee at the service contact point, the customer participation behavior affects the interaction process with the customer service employee. Ultimately, customers could no longer be excluded from control to improve service quality. This study based on theory that the human brand characteristics of the customer service employees lead the customer's participation, which has a positive effect on the relationship with the service brand and the service brand attitude surveyed and analyzed customers who use service brand. This study is summarized as follows. First, the relationship between the service brand and the customer is examined. Second, this study also expands prior studies by examining the human brand characteristics of customer service employees and customers' willingness to participate in providing information on the impact of the consumer-brand relationship. The results of the study indicate that among the customer service employees' human brand characteristics reliability, familiarity, and empathy were found to affect the relationship between customers, the service brand, and the attitude toward the service brand the most. This study provides important implications for theoretical and practical strategies by examining the qualities and characteristics of customer service employees, which are the most important agents of marketing.

Object : The relationships between the TSQ(Time structure questionnaire) and Well-being were examined. Methods : TSQ and questionnaire about Well-being were executed for 223 university students from April 26th to May 7th, 2010. The questionnaire adapted the item of the TSQ and Korean WHOQOL-BREF, SWLS(Satisfaction with Life Scale), LSES(Life Satisfaction Expectancy Scale), SHS(Subjective Happiness Scale). The questionnaires were distributed directly to the participants. Relativity between the TSQ and questionnaire about Well-being were analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis. Results : As a result of the relationship between the TSQ and questionnaire about Well-being, overall there was a positive correlation. TSQ(sense of purpose, structured routine, persistence, past orientation) and questionnaire about Well-being showed a statistically significant correlation(p<.05). Conclusion : A structured time use and well-being by investigating the relationship, we were able to see the importance of time management. Currently, clinical occupational therapy focused on performance components, in future, intervention of personal time management to help make ones live well-being.

This study aimed to investigate the nursing needs of hospitalized children's mothers and the quality of care in a pediatric unit. A secondary data analysis was conducted using mixed methods design. The qualitative data from 8 mothers of hospitalized children gathered through an in-depth interview were analyzed to investigate nursing needs. The quantitative data from 194 hospitalized children's mothers were analyzed to examine the quality of care in the pediatric unit using IBM SPSS 24.0. The results of qualitative research were categorized into 4 themes: dignity and respect, explanation, participation and collaboration, and nursing practice. The importance of quality of care, performance, and quality index were $8.76{\pm}1.19$ (0~10), $.30{\pm}.19$ (0~1), and $7.52{\pm}1.62$ (0~10), respectively. The quality of care scores differed according to the stage of development of the children (F=2.75, p=.044), and the score of the quality index of nursing skill varied according to the age of the mother (t=-2.08, p=.039). The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of strategies to improve the quality of nursing care for children.

Construction companies have been interested in the construction duration which importantly affects the performance and the success of the construction projects in accordance with the systemic changes such as five days per week system, introduction of construction duration reduction bidding system and post sale system nowadays. It is also very important to estimate and forecast properly the construction duration as the construction companies compete for the projects in the situation of construction market reduction and the lowest bidding system. Recognizing the importance about the construction duration, the researches about comparing and analyzing or estiamting the construction duration have been performed. However, comparing studies about the construction duraion have been limited to the apartment and office building in domestic area. Many studies about forecasting construction duration have been performed through stochastic analysis and simulations. Little research has been addressed the comparison analysis of the real construction duration about the mix-use building and officetel building which occured according to the changes of the building requirements. Therefore, the objective of this study is to compare and analyze the real construction duration and the hypothetical construction duration about the mix-use building and officetel building of the domestic companies. Moreover, we select the most competitve construction company to get the strengths and analyze the competitive advatages of the construction companies about construction duration.

Following the U.S sub-prime mortgage crisis and a slump in properties market, the probability is rising that housing investment would not yield high profit as it used to do until early 2000s. For this reason, the nature of properties market is undergoing a change from a source of lucrative investment to a source of a relatively low but stable profit, such as profit-oriented real estate. This trend is likely to promote REITs market, which is a leading product for indirect investment. Until now, the REITs market has been growing slowly compared to a general housing market or financial markets. However, as the importance of risk management based on portfolio theories increases, stable profit generation of REITs can be effective in risk management. This study conducts an empirical analysis on how investment risks can be diversified by including REITs-a source of relatively stable profit in the equity market-in investment portfolio. The analysis results showed that, similar to food and beverage stocks of highly defensive nature, REITs has a relatively weak correlation with KOSPI that reflects the overall market performance. It also showed very low standard deviation in case of minimum variance portfolio. This suggests that including REITs in investment portfolio can be as effective as including food and beverage stocks for risk diversification. Due to uncertainties, investment always accompanies risks, and balancing potential profits and risks is essential.

The importance of autonomous driving systems that utilize V2X services such as V2V(Vehicle to Vehicle) and V2I(Vehicle to Infrastructure) for safer and more comfortable driving is increasing with the recent development of autonomous vehicles. Partly autonomous vehicles based on environmental sensors have limitations for predicting and determining areas beyond the recognition distance of the mounted sensors and in response to atypical objects that are difficult to detect. Therefore, it is important to utilize the V2X service to improve the limit of sensor detection performance and to make driving safer and more comfortable. However, there may be an accident risk of autonomous vehicles due to incorrect information provided by V2X. Thus, the application of technology to prevent this needs to be considered. In this pater, we used the ISO-26262 Part3 Process and performed HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment) to derive the risk sources of autonomous vehicles due to V2I malfunctions by using the communication between vehicles and infrastructure among V2X. We also developed ASIL ratings based on the simulations and real vehicle tests of the malfunctions of major cases of usnig V2I.

Recently youth problems such as school violence and bullying are becoming increasingly lower age. In order to overcome this situation highlights the importance of education and the emotions, which in analyzing the existing mobile app, only the most fun-oriented approach has been made and the information presented. It focuses on the emotion awareness and empathy abilities of learners diagnosis, training, application can be made at the level of educational mobile app prototype was developed. First, self-understanding, self-expression, others-understanding, and empathy of emotional competency derived from review of emotional awareness skills training programs. Second, by analyzing the existing emotion recognition app macro-principles and micro-strategy of mobile app's designs were derived. Third, accordi was conducted on prototype of storyboard and app the completed prototype was completed. The proposed app is a fun and learning by doing, also Depending on students' level of performance can be customized. The proposed mobile app is efficient and effective, engaging learning space as a systematic training in the diagnosis and the emotions through the elementary students will be able to improve emotional awaeness competency.
