Filtered-Back-Projection technique is used in X-ray CT image reconstruction. This requires X-ray transmission data from all directions. As the transverse cross-section of the body is approximately 50 cm, transmitted X-rays in this direction are strongly attenuated. If X-ray transmission data in this direction is avoided, exposure to the patients seems to be reduced one 20th of usual value. Some alternative method has to be found for clinically sufficient image quality. New methods are under development and tentative results are reported that utilizes the principle of superposition.

The present paper improves the direct identification scheme based upon the equation error formulation with incomplete modal data. First, an indirect estimation technique is considered for estimating unmeasured elements of latent vectors by the combined use of a model and measured incomplete eigen vectors. It is used for estimating the other elements of eigen vectors, which are essential for identification but not available. Next an index is introduced here to indicate the quality of estimation with respect to the mode and the measured positions. A sensitivity formula for eigenvalues with respect to the unknown joint coefficient is also derived to select the modes appropriate for identification. An identification strategy is suggested to meet with practical problems with the help of the index and sensitivity formula. The index and the sensitivity are proved to be useful for selecting measurement positions and modes appropriate for identification A comprehensive simulation study is performed to test the proposed method.

Horton의 차수법칙을 이용한 지형학적 수문응답모델로서 하천유역 상호간의 수문학정 상사성 문제를 해석하였다. 지형학적 응답함수의 구성은 Nash 모델을 이용하였으며, 응답함수의 최적화는 불완전 감미함수와 Rosso가 유도한 회귀방정식을 이용하였다. 본 방법의 적용성을 검토하기 위해 평창강 유역, 위천유역 그리고 보청천 유역에 대한 실측치를 이용하였으며, 수문응답에 대한 재현성을 모멘트법과 비교하였다. 분석결과 응답모델과 무차원 순간단위도는 미계측 유역의 유출해석이나 유역의 상사상 해석에 대해 적용할 수 있다고 판단되었다.

본 연구에서는 지자체에서 최초로 공간정보데이터에 대해서 민관협력을 추진한 서울시의 사례를 중심으로 연구를 하였으며, 중앙부처 및 기타 지자체에게 공간정보데이터의 민관협력을 통해서 얻어진 노하우를 제공하기 위한 좋은 참조자료가 될 수 있도록 실질적이고 유용한 연구 자료를 제공하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 공간정보에 대해서 민간과 공공이 협의체를 구성하여 지속적으로 협의를 통해서 개선해야 할 사항을 논의해야 할 것이며, 공동으로 법적 제도적인 사항을 관계기관에게 제출하여서 개선을 해야 할 것 이다. 또한, 민간과 공공기관과의 시각에 대한 전환을 가져야 할 것이다. 서울시에서 추진한 민간과의 협력을 통해 구축된 공간정보데이터를 민관 공동 구축 및 활용 통하여 예산절감 및 효율적인 방안을 모색하고, 제도를 개선하여 활성화할 수 있도록 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 관련된 법령의 미비와 폐쇄적인 제도로 인하여 실무적인 실행에 어려움을 겪는 부분에 대해서, 서울시는 이를 극복하는 노하우를 제시하여 중앙부처 및 지자체에서 참조할 만한 가이드를 제시하고자 한다.
