  • With significant advancements in the field of artificial intelligence, many novel algorithms and technologies have emerged. Currently, AI painting can generate high-quality images based on textual descriptions. However, it is often challenging to control details when generating images, even with complex textual inputs. Therefore, there is a need to implement additional control mechanisms beyond textual descriptions. Based on ControlNet, this passage describes a combined utilization of various local controls (such as edge maps and depth maps) and global control within a single model. It provides a comprehensive exposition of the fundamental concepts of ControlNet, elucidating its theoretical foundation and relevant technological features. Furthermore, combining methods and applications, understanding the technical characteristics involves analyzing distinct advantages and image differences. This further explores insights into the development of image generation patterns.

20세기 서양 패션에 나타난 문양 이미지 - 문양의 이미지에 대한 연구 [II] - (Images of Patterns in Western Fashion in the 20th Century - A Study of Pattern Images [II] -)

  • The purpose of this study is to help understanding of patterns and to play a guideline's role in the development of designs and the prediction of trends for present and future fashion designers and textile designers. The methods of this study are the study of academic literatures as well as practical study through the analysis about actual works. The results of study are like followings. An inquiry of Pattern history in 20c is divided into six periods by the classification of styles and the styles of fashion culture according to other artistic formative will. Main trends of Pattern's image in each period and characteristics in each dimensions of Pattern image positioning are like followings. Art Nouveau style period from 1900 to 1910 is , Art Deco style period from 1910 to 1920 is , Elegance style period of 1930s is , and New Romantic style period from 1945 to mid 1950s and Pop style period from late 1950s to mid 1970s does not show main Pattern image but they are shown in four Pattern image of , , , . Compromising style period from late 1980s to 1990s shows all of four Pattern image, at the same time shows intensive main Pattern's image, .

빅데이터를 활용한 도시 브랜드 이미지 분석과 응용 해석 (City Brand Image of Dubai Using Big Data Analytics : Application of Interpretation Methods)

  • The city image is considered one of important symbolic and important factors in selecting the travel destination. Many cities are trying to be an attractive and popular city to tourists through the construction of a good brand image by utilizing their representative characteristics. This study measures the city brand image by applying a big data analytic method. In addition, the big data measurement results were rearranged and analyzed to identify further detailed city images by utilizing several previous interpretation methods. Our study has chosen Dubai since this city has the diverse images due to its regional as well as economic characteristics. In particular, nowadays Dubai has been recognized as one of the most important touristic places in the Middle East region for its modern and innovative images in spite of the limitations of location, weather, religion, and even political issues of neighbor countries. Founded on a big data analysis rather than a questionnaire-based survey, the presented interpretation methods are evaluated to improve the understanding of Dubai's diverse city images. In addition, based on the results of this research, it is expected to have a practical impact on establishing the effective marketing strategies to build and implement the valuable city brand image.

여대생의 섭식장애, 신체상 및 자아존중감 관계 연구 (A Study on Eating Disorder, Body Image and Self-Esteem of Female University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between eating disorders, body image, and self-esteem of female university students. Methods: A total 123 university female students were recruited in April 2009. Data was collected by using questionnaires. The collected data was analysed by SPSS/WIN using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, & Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: As defined by body mass index (BMI), the obese subjects were rare (8.9%) and the rest (91.1%) was under weight or normal. More than 51.2% of the subjects perceived their weight as overweight, while 8.9% of the women were obese as defined by BMI. Eighty-eight percent of the subjects were not satisfied with their body shape. The total mean score of anorexia nervosa was higher than bulimia nervosa. The scores of eating disorders did not differ significantly by the BMI score. The score of body image was highest in the group of the overweight. There was high positive correlation between self-esteem and body image. Conclusion: To ensure resonable body image and weight control behaviors in female university students, education should be reinforsed. Therefore, nursing intervention programs for cognitive changes correcting the understanding about body image need to be developed.

영상미디어 연출 특성에 따른 공간 표현에 관한 연구 (A Study on Space Expression According to the Production Characteristics of Reflex Media)

  • As the information-oriented society makes progress, the role of Image has much influence on human being in space as a medium for information delivery and a means of artistic communication. These influences are appeared as expressional characteristics of the image such as the reproducibility of reality and unreality in the real world, the synchrony of expression of time, visual formality, a sign and the transmission of moaning. For these, the investigator examined the meaning of image in aspace, taking into consideration of the interrelationship of image, space, and human being. As study findings show, the expressional characteristics of image in space have such visual effects as a space in which pictorial formality and object exists, in which the mutual understanding of communication exists, and that realizes immaterial membrane in the aspect of time and space, according to the electronic light, color, and formation of the image media. In addition, it become clear that the characteristic could be staged on various circumstances by constructing the relationship between an object and a point of time interactively with bidirectional communication through combining technology and art. This suggests that the image develops as the form of sensory communication via interacting of space and human being.

내부 객체 정보를 이용한 온톨로지 기반의 객체 영상 인식 (Ontology-based Object-Image Recognition by Using Information on Inner-Objects)

  • 객체 영상에서 색, 모양과 같은 특징은 객체의 특성을 명확하게 표현하지 못한다. 따라서 제한된 특징 정보는 객체 영상인식의 애매성을 야기한다. 최근에는 객체 인식에서의 애매성을 줄이기 위해 지식베이스에 기반한 영상의 인식에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 영상은 수치적 정보로 표현되고 지식베이스는 개념적 정보로 표현되어 영상과 지식 베이스의 결합이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 영상과 지식베이스의 정보 표현의 차이를 줄이기 위해 온톨로지를 이용하여 지식베이스를 구성한다. 그리고 내부 객체 정보를 이용하여 객체 영상 인식 과정에서의 애매성을 줄이는 객체 영상 인식 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 과일 영역에서의 객체 영상 인식 실험을 통해 제안한 방법의 효용성을 확인한다.

An atypical case involving real, ghost, and pseudo-ghost images on a panoramic radiograph

  • Purpose: This report presents a unique case featuring real, ghost, and pseudo-ghost images on the panoramic radiograph of a patient wearing earrings. It also explains the formation of these images in an easy-to-understand manner. Materials and Methods: One real image and two ghost images appeared on each side of a panoramic radiograph of a patient wearing earrings on both sides. Of the two ghost images on each side, one was considered a typical ghost image and the other was considered a ghost-like real image (pseudo-ghost image). The formation zones of the real, double, and ghost images were examined based on the path and angles of the X-ray beam from the Planmeca ProMax. To simulate the pseudo-ghost and typical ghost images on panoramic radiography, a radiopaque marker was affixed to the right mandibular condyle of a dry mandible, and the position of the mandible was adjusted accordingly. Results: The center of rotation of the Planmeca ProMax extended beyond the jaw area, and the area of double image formation also reached beyond the jaw. The radiopaque-marked mandibular condyle, situated in the outwardly extending area of double image formation, exhibited triple images consisting of real, double (pseudo-ghost), and ghost images. These findings helped to explain the image formation associated with the patient's earrings observed in the panoramic radiograph. Conclusion: Dentists must understand the characteristics and principles of the panoramic equipment they use and apply this understanding to taking and interpreting panoramic radiographs.

중·고등학생의 사각형에 대한 개념 정의 이해와 개념 이미지 분석 (An analysis on concept definition and concept image on quadrangle of middle and high school students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중학생과 고등학생의 사각형에 대한 개념 정의 이해 정도를 분석하고 개념 이미지에 대한 현상을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 검사 도구를 개발하고 중학교 2학년 60명, 중학교 3학년 63명, 고등학교 1학년 65명을 대상으로 검사하고, 일부의 학생을 면담하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학년이 올라감에 따라 자연적으로 사각형의 개념 정의에 대한 이해도가 향상된다고 볼 수 없다. 특히, 모든 학년에서 다른 사각형과 비교하여 마름모 개념 정의에 대한 이해도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정사각형에 대한 개념 정의는 여학생이 남학생보다 더 잘 이해하지만, 사다리꼴, 평행사변형, 마름모, 직사각형에 대한 개념 정의에 대한 이해 정도는 성별로 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사각형 개념 정의를 이해하지 못하는 학생은 학년이 올라갈수록 개념 이미지의 영향을 점점 더 크게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학년이 올라갈수록 학생의 사각형에 대한 개념 이미지 형성에 개념 정의의 영향은 줄어들고 교과서나 교사의 영향이 증가하는 경향을 보여주었다.

경부 종물 환자의 이해도 개선을 위한 3차원 재건 영상의 활용 (3D Reconstructed Image of Neck Mass to Improve Patient's Understanding)

  • Objectives : Patients with neck tumor and their family need every information about the disease. Especially, the size and location are confusing with verbal information. With the aid of CT, the problem had some answer, but it needs some medical education. We would like to know the usefullness of 3D reconstructed images in patient education about the disease. Material and Methods : Neck CT data were collected from 10 patients with various neck tumors and converted to 3D reconstructed images. Understanding of the patients about the size and location of tumors were rated from questionaires using axial CT images and 3D images. Results : Understanding score about 3D images were greater than that of CT images(p<0.006). Conclusion : 3D reconstructed images of CT could give the patients more real visual information about the disease.

  • 대중관광에서 신관광으로의 전환은 문화관광의 다기한 발전과 밀접하게 연결되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 문화관광지의 생성 개발 및 진화 발전 단계를 도출하여 '문화관광개발의 개념적 모형'을 구축하고자 한다. 또 관광, 문화예술 활동, 문화제품 생산 간에 유기적인 시스템이 존재하고 있음을 개념적으로 밝히고 있다. 연구 결과 문화관광지는 '장소 이미지 형성', '상징적 공간 구축', '문화적 활동의 영역적 시스템 형성' 등 세 단계를 거치면서 진화 발전한다. 또 각단계별로 존재하는 몇 가지 지배적인 구성요소를 도출함으로써 문화관광지의 발전 매커니즘을 보다 구체적으로 이해할 수 있게 되었다. 이 연구는 통합적, 영역적 관점에서 관광현상을 분석함으로써, 관광부문과 지역 사회경제 각 부문간 관계를 이해하고, 활력 있는 시스템적 관계로 전환하는 방법론 개발에 기여한다. 이 연구는 장소성, 장소이미지, 활동공간, 영역적 시스템 및 네트워크 등 인문지리학적 이론과 개념에 크게 의존하고 있다.
