  • Enterprise which is rapidly growing in Korea is hesitating because of economic depression lately. Large enterprise have been successfully growing with Korea economic growth for fifty years. But many of them have already gone bankrupt and face the crisis of management, many people look away from them. Large enterprise come to face the time which they strongly need the improvement of their image against the devalation of their one. It is more important to use external periodicals than excess PR advertisement for the improvement of the image. External periodicals is aimed at readers who is outside of company and company PR advertisement, the purpose of issuing external periodicals is to improve the image of enterprise by arranging organization, draw attention from people (PR) and produce profit by acceleration marketing. People is much interested in external periodicals(free) under the situation of IMF because they can easily get information from that. So the role of external periodicals become more important for enterprise PR. This paper shows the importance of the edit design in external periodicals. We analysed the edit design (five group) per composition factor, suggest the improvement plan. ·The distinction of cover. ·Clear, beautiful typographic arrangement. ·The specialty of Photo and illustration. · Characteristic & standard layout. Now external periodicals is getting important because it shows the idea and character of company to people (PR). So it need characteristic plan and creative layout with the impotance by the understanding of the executive in company and also more does creation & originality by edit designer day by day. External periodicals should be not only the improvement of the image but also leading information paper which sensitively cope which an age by news and editing which can match people's need.

Automated Story Generation with Image Captions and Recursiva Calls (이미지 캡션 및 재귀호출을 통한 스토리 생성 방법)

  • The development of technology has achieved digital innovation throughout the media industry, including production techniques and editing technologies, and has brought diversity in the form of consumer viewing through the OTT service and streaming era. The convergence of big data and deep learning networks automatically generated text in format such as news articles, novels, and scripts, but there were insufficient studies that reflected the author's intention and generated story with contextually smooth. In this paper, we describe the flow of pictures in the storyboard with image caption generation techniques, and the automatic generation of story-tailored scenarios through language models. Image caption using CNN and Attention Mechanism, we generate sentences describing pictures on the storyboard, and input the generated sentences into the artificial intelligence natural language processing model KoGPT-2 in order to automatically generate scenarios that meet the planning intention. Through this paper, the author's intention and story customized scenarios are created in large quantities to alleviate the pain of content creation, and artificial intelligence participates in the overall process of digital content production to activate media intelligence.

  • A lot of accumulated data of many quantity exist within a institution or an organization, but most data is remained in form of standardization as each institution or organization. There are difficulty in exchange and share of information. New concept of knowledge information resource management to overcome this disadvantage was introduced, and the digitization of knowledge information resources to share and manage accumulated data is been doing. Specially, in science technic or education scholarship it, the tendency that importing XML to process necessary data to exchange and share of knowledge information resources structurally, and limitation of back for search and indexing or reusability is happened according as expression of great many mathematics used inside electron document of these sphere is processed to nonstructural data of image or text and so on. There is interest converged in processing of mathematics that use MathML to overcome this, and we require the solution to be able to process MathML easily and efficiently on structural document. In this paper, designed and implemented of XML document editing system which easy structural process of electronic document for knowledge information resources, and create and express MathML easily on structural document without expert knowledge about MathML.

Soccer Video Highlight Building Algorithm using Structural Characteristics of Broadcasted Sports Video (스포츠 중계 방송의 구조적 특성을 이용한 축구동영상 하이라이트 생성 알고리즘)

  • This paper proposes an automatic highlight building algorithm for soccer video by using the structural characteristics of broadcasted sports video that an interesting (or important) event (such as goal or foul) in sports video has a continuous replay shot surrounded by gradual shot change effect like wipe. This shot editing rule is used in this paper to analyze the structure of broadcated soccer video and extracts shot involving the important events to build a highlight. It first uses the spatial-temporal image of video to detect wipe transition effects and zoom out/in shot changes. They are used to detect the replay shot. However, using spatial-temporal image alone to detect the wipe transition effect requires too much computational resources and need to change algorithm if the wipe pattern is changed. For solving these problems, a two-pass detection algorithm and a pixel sub-sampling technique are proposed in this paper. Furthermore, to detect the zoom out/in shot change and replay shots more precisely, the green-area-ratio and the motion energy are also computed in the proposed scheme. Finally, highlight shots composed of event and player shot are extracted by using these pre-detected replay shot and zoom out/in shot change point. Proposed algorithm will be useful for web services or broadcasting services requiring abstracted soccer video.

Generating Extreme Close-up Shot Dataset Based On ROI Detection For Classifying Shots Using Artificial Neural Network (인공신경망을 이용한 샷 사이즈 분류를 위한 ROI 탐지 기반의 익스트림 클로즈업 샷 데이터 셋 생성)

  • This study aims to analyze movies which contain various stories according to the size of their shots. To achieve this, it is needed to classify dataset according to the shot size, such as extreme close-up shots, close-up shots, medium shots, full shots, and long shots. However, a typical video storytelling is mainly composed of close-up shots, medium shots, full shots, and long shots, it is not an easy task to construct an appropriate dataset for extreme close-up shots. To solve this, we propose an image cropping method based on the region of interest (ROI) detection. In this paper, we use the face detection and saliency detection to estimate the ROI. By cropping the ROI of close-up images, we generate extreme close-up images. The dataset which is enriched by proposed method is utilized to construct a model for classifying shots based on its size. The study can help to analyze the emotional changes of characters in video stories and to predict how the composition of the story changes over time. If AI is used more actively in the future in entertainment fields, it is expected to affect the automatic adjustment and creation of characters, dialogue, and image editing.

Geometric LiveWire and Geometric LiveLane for 3D Meshes (삼차원 메쉬에 대한 기하학 라이브와이어와 기하학 라이브레인)

  • Similarly to the edges defined in a 2D image, we can define the geometric features representing the boundary of the distinctive parts appearing on 3D meshes. The geometric features have been used as basic primitives in several applications such as mesh simplification, mesh deformation, and mesh editing. In this paper, we propose geometric livewire and geometric livelane for extracting geometric features in a 3D mesh, which are the extentions of livewire and livelane methods in images. In these methods, approximate curvatures are adopted to represent the geometric features in a 3D mesh and the 3D mesh itself is represented as a weighted directed graph in which cost functions are defined for the weights of edges. Using a well-known shortest path finding algorithm in the weighted directed graph, we extracted geometric features in the 3D mesh among points selected by a user. In this paper, we also visualize the results obtained from applying the techniques to extracting geometric features in the general meshes modeled after human faces, cows, shoes, and single teeth.

Small Scale Digital Mapping using Airborne Digital Camera Image Map (디지털 항공영상의 도화성과를 이용한 소축척 수치지도 제작)

  • This study analyzed the issues and its usefulness of drawing small-scale digital map by using the large-scale digital map which was producted with high-resolution digital aerial photograph which are commonly photographed in recent years. To this end, correlation analysis of the feature categories on the digital map was conducted, and this map was processed by inputting data, organizing, deleting, editing, and supervising feature categories according to the generalization process. As a result, 18 unnecessary feature codes were deleted, and the accuracy of 1/5,000 for the digital map was met. Although the size of the data and the number of feature categories increased, this was proven to be shown due to the excellent description of the digital aerial photograph. Accordingly, it was shown that drawing a small-scale digital map with the large-scale digital map by digital aerial photograph provided excellent description and high-quality information for digital map.

  • Busan is one of the most popular tourist cities of the Republic of Korea. To develop differentiated urban brand as the nation's flagship maritime city, Busan needs to explore diverse marine tourism stories and develop related contents. For the purpose of developing storytelling as a way to facilitate the maritime tourism of Busan, this study attempted to i) create 'marine leisure Galmaetgil of Busan' contents using 5-step storytelling modules and ii) develop themed tour routes based on the marine tourist contents and related graphic elements such as tour route map and image editing. Galmaetgil is a beautiful trail developed along the coastal line. It is one of the most famous tourist contents of Busan. Based on this asset, Busan would be able to develop its own tourist contents as the nation's proud marine-leisure city. The emotional stories which can draw a great attention from the citizens and tourists and informative storytelling would make people understand and experience marine leisure in a fun and easy.

  • Costume play is an act of imitating the appearance or behavior of characters in digital games, cartoons or animations. In recent years, cosplay culture has become popular in China as the digital game is made into a movie. The number of cosers has also increased. Especially, Qiwei Zoe has been very popular among cosers because her cosplay photography reflects the understanding of the cosplay culture. A number of cosers admit that her work shows a commercial and artistic potential of cosplay photography. This paper analyzed how she maintains the contents of the original but creatively reimplementing them. She shoots the fantastic image of the character like it really exists in reality so that she can avoid excessive editing work. She emphasizes the character's action that symbolizes its personality and utilizes a variety of outdoor shooting locations similar to the original scenes. We also discussed how cosplay photographers can create cosplay photography by maintaining its artistic features.

  • It's important to develop Metadata standard to manage a large of marine geospatial data such as observation, ocean survey, satellite image more effectively. If we use metadata in Marine GIS we can make sense marine geospatial data, make the most of marine dataset. International standard organization's work and NGIS's standard are a good example to illustrate metadata standard's importance.
