Until the early part of the 1990s, interior design has never been thought important by car makers. Repeated attempts have been made to systemize a technical structure, such as layout, driving method, and size, and the car's interior design has been developed by in simple comparison with the exterior design. In the 1990s, however, this trend began to change because consumers began spending more time in their cars, so the motive of the technology development became that of giving comfort and functional satisfaction to the customers. Observing how a person spends inside his or her car and considering the latest trends in car interiors have made a consumer-oriented sense of value i.e., intensifying the personality of the car's interior design and considering the emotional makeup of the consumer factor in the acquisition of a strategic brand identity. These days, car interiors assume a new concept every year due to the constant change in various factors, and the application of a high-tech design, with a sensing function and a navigation system, to achieve driverless running, is being raised as a key trend element technology for the future. Now, at the present when multilateral concept applications of design are attempted under the direct influences from other fields such as product design, fashion and furniture, I would like to lay stress on investigating and analysing the changes in car interior design varying with the background of the times and formative characteristics from the object point of view. On this study, I would like to compare the background of the times and flow of car interior design with priority given to crash pad and would like to attempt to present the direction of the future car interior design together with diversifying major technical factors.

In that it solidifies one's own personality of another side by being transformed, one's own attraction can be transferred to a fashion tattoo with which one can emit one's own personality. Secondly. a tattoo is fashion. As a new body ornament called transformation by a tattoo was emerging, the fashionableness owned by a tattoo had in its area ample room for the fashionableness with which it can coexist with the culture of dress and its ornaments. Thirdly. a tattoo is popularized. TATTOO LOOK in which one's own satisfied desires and the expression of personality are properly applied is being recently transmitted easily everywhere in the world and popularized as street fashion. Fourthly, a tattoo is not depraved art. It's because of the point that a tattoo which had been recognized only as a decadent expression in which avant-garde elements of unknown nationality appeared mixed showed the possibility that it could establish itself as fashion art. If we go on studying and complementing the problems of individual sides about a tattoo also in the future, the infinite fashionableness for the elements called personality. sense and emotion owned by a tattoo suggested ample possibility as future industry to be highlighted.
Outdoor advertising signs of sity is recorgnized as the most basic element forming street scenes of city as well as establishing the citys identity in firsthand and secondhand. It has just started by commercial measure but recntly, in the rapid economical growth and diversified social structure a grent number of business have been generated so that is brings an absoluce increage of kind and quantity in outdoor advertising signs. Such quantitative increase has caused now envirenmental city problems so a more effective control of outdoor advertising signs and sophisticatided and logical design is needed. Thus, I would like to set up the direction with street scenes of city can be formed through this study. Firstly, understanding the concept, special features, and strong, weark points of street scenes of city and outdoor advertising signs. Secondly, in present sitiation analysis, studing and comparing the chracteristic of our present outdoor advertising regulations with those of Japanese regulations. Thirdly performing the reserch upon now advertising signs can be influentia in city scenes and thereafter, issuing possible problem censequantly, I would like to suggest the direction of control policy of outdoor advertising signs as following (1). Leading differentiation of each reggion for the solution of environmental and scenic problem. (2). Non-realistic advertising regulation are needed to be amended for uping changing outdoor advertising signs. (3). Advertising problems should be settleed through effectiveness of outdoor advertising signs administration. (4). The problem of advertising agenics should be leaded short term and long term plan. (5). Collection of scenic pollution should be operated for building up a scenic and community consciousness. Therefore, with these suggestion of clear direction of polish, the improvement of city scenes and regional differentiation followed by activated local autonomy system can be induced so that a more beautiful city scenes can be achiveved.

According to Confucianism, the world before Confucius focused on respecting the heaven which meant that everything could be done by the heaven. After the period of Confucianism, Joo-Ja asserted that everything could be done by nature. During the Chosun Dynasty, philosophers such as Seo Kyung-duck, Lee Hwang, and Lee Yi talked about four characters and seven passions of human being. They started to focus more on the inside of human nature. During the later period of the Chosun Dynasty, a philosopher by the name of Dongmugong Lee Jema analyzed that one's nature and feelings can change his or her external matter and the function of internal organs by purity or impurity of one's mind. Based on these analysis, Dongmugong discovered 'sasangin' which puts more emphasis on one's state of mind compared to the outside the world. Also, Dongmugong tried to figure out the connections between Confucianism and medical science. Expo, as one of the types of convention, is defined as the exhibition of which primary object is the public enlightenment. It displays lots of exhibits from countries around the world created or produced by advanced technologies, but its priority is actually on suggesting value of product, usability and creativity, not on seeking for purchasers of those products. Thus, the world's event Expo can be deemed as the place for educating visitors with various features in both current and future generation in terms of "experience". This study intends to grasp the attributes and elements of the host cities and to look into the formation of city image after being a spectator and the relation for suggesting systematic and rational measures on planning and promoting the Expo. For the foregoing measures, this study suggests effective management measures for Expo spectators by disclosing attributes of host cities, relationship with the formation of city images, and satisfactory relationship among Expo spectators. For achieving the purpose of this study, the relationship between spectators who visited the 'Cheonan 2009 Wellbeing Food Expo' and each element on the basis of the measuring devices deducted through a preparatory research. Based on the results deducted through positive analysis, it intends to expect qualitative improvement of 'Cheonan 2009 Wellbeing Food Expo' and to suggest measures for elevating satisfaction level of Expo spectators by displaying alternative elements for spectators' choice at the Expo and gives continuous suggestion on managing spectators.
The purpose of this study is to find out what their professionalism is and how their expertise grows among Christian alternative school teachers. Professionalism refers to the broad expertise such as specific knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for a particular profession. The teacher expertise is also closely related to the life cycle of a teacher. The present study collected and analyzed the data using a mixed research method that combined a survey and interview. The survey, which involved 276 Christian alternative school teachers, asked about the current teacher's interest, the importance and retention of each element of professionalism, and, in addition, the level of external efforts and help in developing professionalism. The in-depth interview was conducted on 7 Christian alternative school teachers and identified the meaning of teacher professionalism, teacher quality and competencies, and environment for the professional growth. The results reveal that the professionalism recognized by Christian alternative school teachers is rather complex. It includes communication and relationship, calling and identity in addition to the curriculum and instruction expertise that reconstructs the curriculum from a Christian perspective. It is further found that teachers' decision to respond to the calling, subsequent continuous self-development, the teacher community that embodies such calling and efforts, and the school environment where autonomy and responsibility coexist, are equally important for their professional growth. Thus, in order to promote the professionalism of Christian alternative school teachers more effectively in the future, it would be necessary to provide programs that take the teacher's whole life cycle into account and are also directed to teachers themselves rather than to institutions. Considering the emphasis on the expertise in communication and relations, pre-service teacher education should focus not only on developing subject matter expertise, but also fostering communication and relational skills with students and other school community members.

Kyong-Eui Railway used to be one of the major cross-country railways connecting Busan and Shineuiju. Being the central axis of logistics and transportation in Korea, it also signifies a symbolic meaning of the people's desire for the unification of divided Korean peninsula. A steam locomotive that had stopped in Jangdan Station was bombed out during the Korean War. The locomotive has been neglected and covered with rust in DMZ over a half century, and now is becoming a historic reminder of divided Korea. The initial design approach was based on the three main perspectives of the relocation plan of the steam locomotive in Jangdan Station which is designated as the registered cultural asset no. 78: historical significance, role of a monumental space, and influence on and from the local culture and tourism. Three design subjects were especially highlighted which would represent the identity of the cultural asset, the stream locomotive. First, a vertical watching deck was installed to provide various view points toward the locomotive while ensuring the security of visitors as well as the cultural asset. Second, the Dokgae bride area has good design potentials being on the railway. However, the site is too narrow. Thus, a new ramp and a stairway were placed responding to the existing topography so that the pedestrian environment could be secured last, to respect the local context where the locomotive was originally located, mulberry trees in the locomotive were transplanted as well. Flowering plants were planted around the display area for better ventilation to minimize the negative impact on the locomotive.
Local food reflects the identity and image of a specific region. It is also a core element for determining tourists' experience of a region. The purpose of the present study was to develop a Jeju food tour package using local foods and estimate the economic value of the suggested tour package using Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Five food tour packages were developed by researchers. In order to modify and measure the value of each package, an expert panel survey was conducted, and 'package 5' was selected as a food tour scenario for the tourist survey. A survey was conducted on 295 domestic tourists who visited Jeju within the past 10 years in order to evaluate the economic value and feasibility of the Jeju food tour package. A total fo 72.9% of respondents answered that they were willing to pay for the Jeju local food tour, and the willingness to pay (WTP) range was between ₩45,000 and ₩105,000. The primary factors correlated with WTP was food expenses, followed by leisure experience expenses, interest in local foods, education level, visit frequency and age. The WTP of the Jeju local food tour was calculated with the significantly affected factors using stepwise regression model. The result of the present study reveal that tourists' WTP increased with higher food expenses, education level, and age group. The average value of food expenses, education level, and age were substituted into the formula derived from the regression analysis, yielding 58,385.752 KRW as the WTP. The expected economic value created by exploiting the Jeju local food tour was shown to be 700 billion KRW per year, calculated by multiplying WTP of the food tour packages by the number of tourists. This study examined the feasibility and plan of the food tour package to increase the economic value of Jeju local food. In the case of the culinary tour program based on Jeju local food launching, the estimated economic effect was great. Therefore, in-depth research to merchandise the Jeju local food tour program is needed.
The history of Korean Pungsu can be approached from two perspectives. One is through the history of its theoretical formation and evolution, and the other is through the history of its social and cultural formation and evolution. The former, i.e. Pungsu theories, was produced and developed by intellectuals as an elaborate system of cosmic knowledge and logic. The latter, i.e. Pungsu culture, was consumed and adopted by various social groups in their spatial life practices. It was Chinese intellectuals that originally initiated and carried out the production, formation, and development of the fengshui theoretical system. Intellectuals in neighboring countries adapted Chinese fengshui to their local environment, incorporating their own historical and cultural features, and practiced this transformed and indigenized form of geomancy. The evolution of Korean Pungsu can be summarized as having the following five characteristics. First, Koreans accepted fengshui from China, pragmatically adapting it to fit the Korean natural and social environment, and then used it for social discourse on space. Second, Pungsu had a comprehensive and varied influence on Korean culture throughout its different historical periods. Third, combined with social thought led by differing social classes, Korean Pungsu existed as an element of social discourse. Fourth, Koreans' theoretical preferences of fengshui were for the landform method over the liqi (理氣) method. Fifth, the Bibo philosophy was a characteristic feature of Korean Pungsu.

Now Korean design shall run side by side the application for formative element to be recognized by technical design as well as korean identity. So dear definition for national and cultural disposition shall be required to korean design education and design development. These prescribed efforts shall be a shortcut for globalization of korean design.
