The frequent handover problem and playing ping-pong effects in 5G (5th Generation) ultra-dense networking cannot be effectively resolved by the conventional handover decision methods, which rely on the handover thresholds and measurement reports. For instance, millimetre-wave LANs, broadband remote association techniques, and 5G/6G organizations are instances of group of people yet to come frameworks that request greater security, lower idleness, and dependable principles and correspondence limit. One of the critical parts of 5G and 6G innovation is believed to be successful blockage the board. With further developed help quality, it empowers administrator to run many systems administration recreations on a solitary association. To guarantee load adjusting, forestall network cut disappointment, and give substitute cuts in case of blockage or cut frustration, a modern pursuing choices framework to deal with showing up network information is require. Our goal is to balance the strain on BSs while optimizing the value of the information that is transferred from satellites to BSs. Nevertheless, due to their irregular flight characteristic, some satellites frequently cannot establish a connection with Base Stations (BSs), which further complicates the joint satellite-BS connection and channel allocation. SF redistribution techniques based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) have been devised, taking into account the randomness of the data received by the terminal. In order to predict the best capacity improvements in the wireless instruments of 5G and 6G IoT networks, a hybrid algorithm for deep learning is being used in this study. To control the level of congestion within a 5G/6G network, the suggested approach is put into effect to a training set. With 0.933 accuracy and 0.067 miss rate, the suggested method produced encouraging results.

In this paper, we investigate a frequency assignment problem from graph theory for military communications. We propose an algorithm based on the graph coloring theory and confirm that we utilize 0.77 times lower number of frequencies. We also propose a hybrid algorithm that facilitates a trade-off between the range and the spectrum utilization gain.
Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) where all users share the entire time and frequency resource has paid attention as one of the key technologies to enhance the spectral efficiency and the total throughput. Nevertheless, as the number of users and SIC error increase, the inter-user interference and the residual interference due to the SIC error also increase, resulting in performance degradation. In order to mitigate the performance degradation, we propose grouping-based NOMA system. In the proposed scheme, all users are divided into two groups based on the distance between the BS and each user, where one utilizes the first half of the bandwidth and the other utilizes the rest in the orthogonal manner. On the other hand, users in each group share the spectrum in the non-orthogonal manner. Grouping users can reduce both the inter-user interference and residual interference due to the SIC error, so it can outperform conventional NOMA system, especially in case that the number of users and the SIC error increase. Based on that, we also present the hybrid operation of the conventional and the proposed NOMA systems. In numerical results, the total throughput of the proposed NOMA systems is compared with that of the conventional NOMA systems with regard to the number of users and SIC error. It is confirmed that the proposed NOMA system outperforms the conventional NOMA system as the number of users and the SIC error increase.
One of the most serious factors constraining the next generation cellular mobile consumer communication systems will be the severe co-channel interference experienced at the cell edge. Such a capacity-degrading impairment combined with the limited available spectrum resource makes it essential to develop more spectrally efficient solutions to enhance the system performance and enrich the mobile user's application services. This paper proposes a unique hybrid method of frequency hopping (FH) and subcarrier-reuse-partitioning that can maximize the system capacity by efficiently utilizing the available spectrum while at the same time reduce the co-channel interference effect. The main feature of the proposed method is that it applies an optimal combination of different frequency reuse factors (FRF) and FH-subcarrier allocation patterns into the partitioned cell regions. From the simulation results, it is shown that the proposed method can achieve the optimum number of subcarrier subsets according to the frequency-reuse distance and results in better performance than the fixed FRF methods, for a given partitioning arrangement. The results are presented in the context of both blocking probability and BER performances. It will also be shown how the proposed scheme is well suited to FH-OFDMA based cellular systems aiming at low co-channel interference performance and optimized number of subcarriers.

With the aim of tackling the contradiction between computation intensive industrial applications and resource-weak Edge Devices (EDs) in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), a novel computation task offloading scheme in SDIN-enabled MEC based IIoT is proposed in this paper. With the aim of reducing the task accomplished latency and energy consumption of EDs, a joint optimization method is proposed for optimizing the local CPU-cycle frequency, offloading decision, and wireless and computation resources allocation jointly. Based on the optimization, the task offloading problem is formulated into a Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) problem which is a large-scale NP-hard problem. In order to solve this problem in an accessible time complexity, a sub-optimal algorithm GPCOA, which is based on hybrid evolutionary computation, is proposed. Outcomes of emulation revel that the proposed method outperforms other baseline methods, and the optimization result shows that the latency-related weight is efficient for reducing the task execution delay and improving the energy efficiency.

This paper discusses how to effectively design a next-generation wireless communication system that can possibly provide very high data-rate transmissions and versatile quality services. In order to accommodate the sophisticated user requirements and diversified user environments of the next-generation systems, it should be designed to take an efficient and flexible structure for multiple access and resource allocation. In addition, the design should be optimized for cost-effective usage of resources and for efficient operation in a multi-cell environment. As orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) has turned out in recent researches to be one of the most promising multiple access techniques that can possibly meet all those requirements through efficient radio spectrum utilization, we take OFDMA as the basic framework in the next-generation wireless communications system design. So, in this paper, we focus on introducing an OFDMA-based downlink system design that employs the techniques of hybrid multiple access (HMA) and frequency group (FG) in conjunction with intra-frequency group averaging (IFGA). The HMA technique combines various multiple access schemes on the basis of OFDMA system, adopting the multiple access scheme that best fits to the given user condition in terms of mobility, service, and environment. The FG concept and IFGA technique help to reduce the feedback overhead of OFDMA system and the other-cell interference (OCI) problem by grouping the sub-carriers based on coherence band-widths and by harmonizing the channel condition and OCI of the grouped sub-carriers.
Biological data mining has been noticed as an issue as the volume of biological data is increasing extremely. Grid technology can share and utilize computing data and resources. In this paper, we propose a hybrid system that combines biological data mining with grid technology. Especially, we propose a decision range adjustment algorithm for processing efficiency of biological data mining. We obtain a reliable data mining recognition rate automatically and rapidly through this algorithm. And communication loads and resource allocation are key issues in grid environment because the resources are geographically distributed and interacted with themselves. Therefore, we propose a dynamic load balancing algorithm and apply it to the grid-based biological data mining method. For performance evaluation, we measure average processing time, average communication time, and average resource utilization. Experimental results show that this method provides many advantages in aspects of processing time and cost.
It is very hard to obtain a general algorithm for solution of all the constraint satisfaction optimization problems. However, if the whole problem is separated into subproblems by characteristics of decision variables, we can assume that an algorithm to obtain solutions of these subproblems is easier. Under the assumption, we propose a problem classifying rule which subdivide the whole problem, and develop backtracking algorithms fit for these subproblems. One of the methods of finding a quick solution is efficiently arrange for any order of the search tree nodes. We choose the cluster head positioning problem in wireless sensor networks in which static characteristics is dominant and interference minimization problem of RFID readers that has hybrid mixture of static and dynamic characteristics. For these problems, we develop optimal variable ordering algorithms, and compare with the conventional methods. As a result of classifying the problem into subproblems, we can realize a backtracking framework for systematic search. We also have shown that developed backtracking algorithms have good performance in their quality.

KREONET is a principal national R&E network running by KISTI in Korea. It uniquely provides production research network services for around 200 non-profit research and educational organizations, based on hybrid (IP and non-IP) network infrastructure. However, KREONET is limited to meet various needs of new network services for advanced Science & Technology (S&T) users because its infrastructure is inherently derived form classical hardware-based, fixed and closed environments. So, KREONET-S is designed to provide advanced S&T services to catch up with time-to-research and time-to-collaboration. In this paper, we present a system architecture of KREONET-S based on network infrastructure that consists of data and control planes separately. Furthermore, we propose and describe VDN service which is capable of building a virtual dedicate & bandwidth-guaranteed network for S&T group dynamically. we implement VDN application on KREONET-S and then perform performance analysis for proving that KREONET-S system and VDN application can be a good solutions to cope with new network paradigms for various advanced S&T applications and users.

In future mobile networks, hybrid/integrated satellite and terrestrial systems will play an important role. Most of the mobile communication systems are focused on the terrestrial systems, in this case, compatibilities between the satellite and terrestrial systems are very important for efficiency of the systems. Terrestrial systems of all the 4G mobile communication adopted the adaptive modulation and coding (AMC) schemes for efficient usage of resources, and the updating interval of resource allocation in an order of msec. However, because of the long round trip delay of satellite systems, we cannot employ the same AMC scheme specified for the terrestrial system, and thus it cannot effectively counteract to short term fadings. In the paper, we propose the method to apply AMC to mobile satellite systems. In addition, in order to effectively counteract to short term fadings, we present the simulation results of the AMC combined with an interleaver.
