A robust position control scheme for DC Motor is proposed based on Fuzzy Acceleration Control. Proposed control system has the similar structure that Y. Hori proposed. But the PI type acceleration controller of it is replaced by Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) which is known to be robust to the operating point and parameter variations. By the simulation study for a real DC Motor, we have slowed the superiority to the continuous PI acceleration controller in the view point of robustness to the operating point and parameter variations.

This paper deals with the theory for rotational motion of a two-layer Earth model (an inelastic mantle and liquid core) including the dissipation in the mantle-core boundary(CMB) along with tidal effects produced by Moon and Sun. An analytical solution being derived using Hori's perturbation technique at a second order Hamiltonian. Numerical nutation series will be deduced from the theory.

1972年 5, 6月 全北 內藏山一帶이 파리類 調査를 行한 바, 다음과 같은 우리나라 未記錄種이 發見되었다. 1. Parasarcophaga unguitigris Rohd. 1983 2. Protocalliphora azurea (Fallen, 1816) 3. Dichaetomyia japonica Hori et Kurahashi, 1967 4. Hydrotaea occulta (Meigen, 1826) 5. Phaonia crassipalpis Shinonage et Kano, 1971 6. Megophyro multisetosa Shinonaga, 1970 Dichaetomyia, Megophyra, Protocalliphora의 3屬은 우리나라에서 처음으로 記錄된다. 위 種들이 追加되어 우리나라 집파리科는 23種, 검정파리科는 14種, 쉬파리科는 36種이 된다.

In this note, companion to the paper [10], we describe an alternative method for finding Laurent polynomials mirror-dual to complete intersections in Grassmannians of planes, in the sense discussed in [10]. This calculation follows a general method for finding torus charts on Hori-Vafa mirrors to complete intersections in toric varieties, detailed in [5] generalising the method of [8].

With the help of various Layer 2 triggers, Fast Handover for Mobile IPv6 (FMIPv6) considerably reduces the latency and the signaling messages incurred by the handover. Obviously, if not secured, the protocol is exposed to various security threats and attacks. In order to protect FMIPv6, several security protocols have been proposed. To our best knowledge, there is lack of analysis and comparison study on them though the security in FMIPv6 is recognized to be important. Motivated by this, we provide an overview of the security protocols for FMIPv6, followed by the comparison analysis on them. Also, the security threats and requirements are outlined before the protocols are explored. The comparison analysis result shows that the protocol presented by You, Sakurai and Hori is more secure than others while not resulting in high computation overhead. Finally, we introduce Proxy MIPv6 and its fast handover enhancements, then emphasizing the need for a proper security mechanism for them as a future work.

In the present study, the preliminary results of a large-scale seismic response analysis of a super-high-rise steel frame considering soil-structure interaction are presented. A seismic response analysis under the excitation of the JR Takatori record of the 1995 Hyogoken-Nanbu earthquake is conducted. Precise meshes of a 31-story super-high-rise steel frame and a soil region, which are constructed completely of hexahedral elements, are generated and combined. The parallel large-scale simulation is performed using K computer, which is one of the fastest supercomputers in the world. The results are visualized using an offline rendering code implemented on K computer, and the feasibility of using a very fine mesh of solid elements is investigated. The computation performance of the analysis code on K computer is also presented.

Recently, many examples of practical applications of the motors with reluctance torque, such as IPMSM, RM, etc. are reported. However, the problems of the torque ripple produced by the IPMSM, are also presented. The main reasons of the torque ripple generation are the structural imperfectness of the IPMSM and its control system, such as the cogging torque of the motor, the dead time of inverter, sensors offset, imbalance and non-linearity, and so on. In this paper, authors propose a suppression control method of the torque ripple for IPMSM utilizing the repetitive control with the Fourier transformer and a vibration signal detected by an acceleration sensor attached to the motor frame, considering periodicity of the motor torque ripple. An experimental system to simulate the compliant mechanical frame is constructed, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by experimental results.

The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (JIEE) was founded far back in 1888, in the very dawn period of the electric power utilities, For the past 93 years since its establishment, the JIEE has been contributing much, in the same manner as you, towared technological progress and industrial growth in many fields of electrical engineering in Japan. Now, I am very happy to say that it will certainly be a matter of great significance for the Institute of Electrical Engineers in both countries to exert their cooperative efforts for establishment of new technologies towared the future. Today I would like to introuduce you the current status fo electrical power engineering in the Japanese electric utilities and to refer to the future R and D tasks coping with the severe energy situation.
