저전력 네트워크 기반의 확장 용이한 스마트 홈 IoT 시스템 (An Extensible Smart Home IoT System Based on Low-power Networks)

  • There are increasing interests on smart home systems. However, most of the existing works focus on the functionality itself. In this paper, we propose an extensible smart home system based on low power networking such as CoAP, 6LoWPAN, and Zigbee. The proposed home IoT system consists of Home APP, Home Server, Home Broker, and Power Devices. Each component of the system is connected by the low-power network technologies aforementioned. As the end device, Power Device senses the current consumption of the attached appliance and controls the power to it. Power Device reports the sensing data to Home Server via Home Broker. The Home Broker enhances the scalability of the system. Home Broker extends the service area and the user's services, and it manages the connection of the underlying devices and processes, and transmits data to Home Server from Power Devices. Through the experimental evaluation, we show that the proposed system achieves the design goals such as extensibility and low power networking.

  • There have been vigorous studies on smart home appliances with ubiquitous technologies overseas as well as in Korea. Kookmin university has provided a one-room type test bed as one of many experienced-type test beds and has applied many smart home appliances with ubiquitous technologies to the test bed to examine their interrelations and usability over a year. This article scrutinize applied situations and their problems of the appliances and based on the findings we suggest smart home appliances with ubiquitous technologies in various housing types.

  • Due to cost-effective and compact system design IPM-based inverters are now being seen as an attractive alternative to conventional discrete-based inverters technique for low power ac drives in particular such as washing machines refrigerators and air-conditioners. Fairchild-IPM newly developed in order to provide the advantages of the lowest cost and better performance is discussed and its specification is given.

  • 홈 네트워크 제어 서비스 환경에서는 외부요인에 의한 장애, 네트워크 장애, 장치의 장애 등에 의해 장애가 발생할 수 있다. 더욱이 사용자는 시스템 결함 관리와 같은 복잡한 시스템 관리를 직접하는 것을 원하지 않는다. 따라서 홈 네트워크를 구성하는 홈 기기에 대해 장애가 발생할 경우 자동으로 복구하는 시스템을 필요로 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 제어 시스템 상의 홈 기기들의 제어 로그의 설계와 관리, 장애 발생시점의 홈 기기의 서비스 내용을 분석하여 홈 기기의 서비스 연속성을 보장하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 구현한다.

  • 수면호흡장애는 구강악안면 근육 기능부전을 유발하여 안모의 형태이상 및 부정교합을 유발할 수 있다. 소아치과 영역에서 수면호흡장애의 조기 진단과 치료는 이러한 합병증을 차단하여 정상적인 안모 성장을 유지할 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다. 수면호흡장애의 치료법 중에 하나로 근기능요법이 있으며 기성 근기능 장치가 보조적으로 사용될 수 있다. 본 증례들에서는 수면호흡장애가 있는 부정교합 환자들에게 기성 근기능 장치를 사용하여 수면호흡장애를 해소하는 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. 하지만 총생의 개선 효과는 그 정도에 따라 차이가 발생할 수 있으므로 이에 대한 한계점은 고려할 필요가 있다.

  • 음향방출법을 이용하여 룸 에어컨에 사용되고 있는 로터리 압축기의 로울러와 베인의 마모결함과 정상인 압축기, 축과 베어링의 scoring 결함과 정상인 압축기를 분류하기 위한 연구를 실사용 상태에서 수행하였다. 이를 위해 AE 신호 형상 인식법과 신경회로망 분류기를 사용하여 모두 완벽하게 분류하였다. 내부압력과 오일과 냉매는 로울러와 베인의 마모에 영향을 미친다.

  • This paper proposes a core loss analysis method to obtain high accuracy prediction by using Multi-curve representing magnetic properties of a electrical steel in Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Generally, the magnetic prosperities of the electrical steel are measured by Epstein Method based on the international standards that are not good sufficient to predict motor performances. The method only aims to grade products in steel companies The magnetic properties of actual stator core is highly different to those given by steel companies due to the fact that stacking effect, shearing stress, nature anisotropy of electrical steels are not taken into account. In this paper, the magnetic properties are variously measured by three measuring devices, and then the several BH curves and BW curves obtained are used to analyze the core loss of a IPM. The BH curve in the high magnetic field are extrapolated using the mathematical formulation with the maximum saturation magnetic polarization measured

  • Shrink fitting which is assembling process to fix stator core on the motor frame is widely used at the mass production line of motors because of cost and productivity. This process produces compressive stress on a stator core, which causes negative effect for example, core and copper losses on motor performance. Magnetic properties of electrical steel are effected by both compressive and tensile and thermal stresses. Electromagnetic field analysis is considered one of the effective process since one can predict motor performance including core loss precisely. This method can consider non linear magnetic property with magnetic saturation which is typical electrical steel behavior. However this method is strongly depended on non linear magnetic data, one may have different calculation result whether considering mechanical stress or not. This study describes magnetic field analysis of a motor considering mechanical stress from shrink fitting. Analysis results are compared with each stress-free and stressed condition.

  • Human Sensibility Ergonomics could be termed as an engineering approach to realize image or feeling of human into product design. Therefore, we measure qualitatively, quantitatively and scientifically the sensibility of human and apply it to design of product and environment, Later, we will try to help to manufacture products conveniently and comfortably for more pleasent human life. As the concept of products is changed from producer oriented products to consumer oriented, the technical trend of Human Sensibility Ergonomics improves and the demand of it increases. As we recognize the concept and importance of Human Sensibility Ergonomics in the country, we are going to apply to automobil, home appliance, etc. So, it is important to analyze the technical trend, survey the demand of Human Sensibility Ergonomics in the inside and outside of country, because it contributes to set up research direction and of Human Sensibility Ergonomics and to estabilish the priority of R&D, etc. This study is the analysis of the technical trend and character by fieldes of Human Sensibility Ergonomics in the country, surveyed the technical demand on automobile, home appliance in product field and the sensor of the five senses and processing technology in the infra technology field of Human Sensibility Ergonomics.

구매 단계별 그리고 제품별 소비자의 합리적 구매선택행동 분석 (Analysis of Consumers' Rational Purchase Behavior by the Purchase Stage and Product)

  • This research aims to analyze rational decision behavior in different stages of purchasing for consumers buying household appliance goods and deals with differences in socio-demographic features and relevant variables among completely rational, intermediatedly rational, and irrational groups as well as variables differentiating those groups. First, one third of purchasers for Kimchi refrigerators was the rational consumer while a half of purchasers for side-by-side refrigerators and washing machines was. Second, there was no significant differences in satisfactions levels after purchase between rational and irrational groups among purchasers of side-by-side refrigerators but between completely and intermediately rational groups in the case of Kimchi refrigerators. Rational groups of consumers for Tromm washing machines rely on various places for purchase and also show the high level of intention for repurchase. Third, in studies of variables differentiating rationality in purchase behavioral patterns of consumers, rational choices turn out to prevail (1) among purchasers of married, college graduated, employers, and high income in the case of side-by-side refrigerators, (2) among buyers of male, old-aged, college graduated, non-employers, low, income, and hurrying to purchase in the case of Kimchi refrigerators, and (3) among buyers of old-aged, high income, not hurrying to purchase, and visiting numerous stores in the case of Tromm washing machines.
