Call & Response 서비스를 위한 도로정보통신 플랫폼 구상 (A Platform Conception of Road Information Telecommunication System for Call & Response Service)

  • 본 논문에서는 고속으로 이동하는 차량에 실시간 교통정보서비스를 연속적으로 제공하기 위하여 C&R 서비스에 대한 개념 및 서비스 시나리오를 제시하고, seamless 서비스 구현에 필요한 정보통신 요소기술들과 C&R 통신시스템의 구조와 제공방법에 대해서 기술하였다 향후, 스마트 하이웨이 서비스는 160km/h 이강 고속으로 이동하는 차량에 실시간 C&R 서비스가 이루어지는 정보통신 환경을 구축하는 개념이라 할 수 있다. 지금까지 DSRC 시스템을 기반하의 환경에서는 저속 차량과 통신이 가능하였으나, 고속 이동 환경에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 DSRC 기지국과 다수의 중계기의 핸드오버 기술을 이용함으로써, 고속이동 환경에도 적용 가능하며 스마트 하이웨이 환경에 대응할 수 있는 구조를 제안하였다.

  • The Electromagnetic Interference could occur due to power line on the telecommunication service. The Countermeasure is practised by legal law. Various affecting factors are described in the law. In this paper, an effect by pipeline especially in the ground, power feeding plant, and curved railway sector is analyzed as environmental factors which are not included in the law. By the practical measurement, it appears that the measured voltages on the spots with underground pipeline are grouped into lower voltage level, induced voltage tends to be high near power feeding plant, and also in the curved railway line. These analytical results can be meaningly considered in the application of countermeasure.

  • Power telecommunication networks is being increased rapidly in that expansion of power plant according to the growth of electric power supply. The requirement of power plant operation & office automation make it to complex and confusing to operate. So, for the sake of correspond to the change, it is necessary that telecommunication network should be high reliable and managed effectively. In this paper, we suggest total reliability evaluation models for power telecommunication network which is based on the QOS(quality of service) standardization techniques recommanded by ITU-T.

  • The personal mobility Sharing service is currently active. Especially, electric scooters are widely utilized because they can move comfortably at a high speed over a short distance with a simple driving method. Its driving method is easy, but there is no protection device to protect the bare body. So, there is a greater accident than other means of transportation, and if two people are on board, there is higher accident probability. However, since there is no specific ways to prevent multi-person boarding yet, we propose a multi-person boarding detection model using tilt and pressure sensor. The proposed method measures the tilt degree and direction by using a tilt sensor installed in the center of the board plate and detects multi-people riding.

Specially, the start of television conference and service of high speed digital transmission can be said it is announcing a raising curtain of high speed broad band age. Together with high speed broad band service needs a capacity as much as several or several hundred times of telephone with one circuit, various kinds of service forms are anticipated to emerge, it is anticipated to give a big impact to the way of future communications newtork. At present, telecommunication network is transforming telephone voice information by analog technology into a flexible higher system disposable of a variety of information such as pictures or data other than telephone by the introduction of digital technology. Consequently, the development of hereafter for the following respective technologies is desired.

  • So far, almost all IP media services are targeted to the specific devices, for example, IPTV services are mainly for TV, and social community services are mainly for PC etc.. This paper describes newly developed media service platform in which the high quality video services can be provided not only to the TV or PC but also to the PMP(Portable Media Player) and even to the mobile phone. The major technical issues of the service platform are synchronization of contents among the different devices and high quality TV grade video display in PMP device. We confirmed successful operation of multi-device converged services in the developed media platform. We also have a trial service plan in Gwangju city at the end of this year.

  • 최근, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 새로운 지식정보국가 건설과 자국의 정보 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심 패러다임이라는 인식 하에 미국, 유럽, 일본의 정부 및 기업, 연구소들이 관련 기술에 대한 개발에 총력을 다하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 정부의 차세대 성장동력 산업의 주요 부분으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 제시하고 있으며, 국내 정부기관, 기업 또한 유비쿼터스 조기실현을 위한 노력을 경주하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문은 차세대 첨단 정보통신 기술로 부각되고 있는 유비쿼터스 환경을 건설분야에 효율적으로 적용하기 위한 기반 연구로써, 유비쿼터스환경하의 건설 프로세스의 변화양상과 단계별 정보 서비스 구현을 위한 필요한 요소기술들에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

  • With the rapid successful deployment of WLANs worldwide in numerous hotspots for high data rate, wireless access for data services has created the need to integrate the Cellular Networks with WLAN Networks. The integrated wireless environment will provide the end user a much better service experience along with a single subscription and a single bill. In this paper we focus on inter-working approaches, which combine WLANs and Cellular Networks into an integrated wireless environment capable of ubiquitous access to data services and very high data rates in hotspots areas. We first list the key requirements which are currently being standardized within the 30PP for integration with WLANs networks. We discuss two inter-working architectures namely loosely coupled and tightly coupled This paper will detail the loosely coupled inter-working approach while briefly discussing the tightly coupled inter-working. Finally, we will conclude that the loosely coupled approach is evolutionary and less intrusive than the tightly coupled approach.

메타구조 기반의 흡수체를 이용한 높은 격리도 특성의 WCDMA 댁내형 중계기 안테나 설계 (Design of WCDMA Indoor Repeater Antenna for High Isolation using the Absorber based on Metamaterial Structure)

  • 본 논문에서는 안테나 간 격리도 개선을 위해 메타구조 기반의 흡수체를 이용한 WCDMA 댁내형 중계기 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안된 안테나는 메타구조 흡수체가 배열된 메인패치와 대역폭을 위한 기생패치로 이루어져 있다. WCDMA 대역폭을 만족하기 위해 메인패치와 기생패치 사이의 커플링을 이용하였다. 메타구조 기반의 흡수체의 크기는 $13mm{\times}13mm$ 이며, 흡수율은 2.18 GHz 대역에서 약 94 % 의 특성을 갖고 있다. 송신 안테나와 수신 안테나 사이의 격리도는 메타구조 기반의 흡수체를 이용하여 개선하였다. 제안된 WCDMA 댁내형 중계기 안테나는 1.92 GHz부터 2.17 GHz 대역에서 6 dBi 이상의 안테나 이득과 2 이하의 VSWR 특성을 가지고 있으며, 송수신 안테나 사이의 격리도는 85 dB 이하의 특성을 나타내고 있다. 제안된 안테나의 크기는 $75mm{\times}75mm$ 이다.
