권역별 대기오염물질의 연도별 배출 특성 분석 (Analysis of Annual Emission Trends of Air Pollutants by Region)

  • Using the CAPSS emissions data, we analysed changes and reasons in the annual air pollutant emission trends from 1999 to 2014. The CO emissions in the metropolitan area decreased steadily since 2001, when the latest model year of automobiles and high efficiency fuel were applied. However, other regions have not changed significantly in annual emissions. $NO_x$ emissions continued to increase since 2003, and unchanged after the decline in 2007. $SO_x$ emissions are steadily declining due to the supply of low sulfur oil. The $PM_{10}$ and $PM_{2.5}$ emissions were repeatedly affected by the influence of motor vehicles activities in the metropolitan area. In Gangwon and Chungcheong Provinces, emissions are increasing according to the use of coal in the manufacturing sector. And VOC and $NH_3$ emissions are increasing steadily every year. The major CO emission sources was automobiles in the metropolitan area. However, agricultural residue burning was the biggest CO sources in the Chungchong, Honam and Yeongnam Provinces. The major sources of $NO_x$ emissions differ from region to region. In the Metropolitan area, Honam and Yeongnam region, the truck was the largest emitter of $NO_x$. However, the cement kiln was the largest producer of $NO_x$ in Gangwon region, and the power plant is the largest emitter in Chungcheong Provinces.

조경수목의 가격변동 분석 (An Analysis of the Price Fluctuation of Landscaping Plants)

  • The purpose of the study is investigating the price fluctuation of landscaping plants in the Information on Commodity Prices(ICP) and the posted price fluctuation of landscaping plants of Public Procurement Service(PPS) recent 10 years. It also provides the basic information which can be applied to production and sales of landscaping plants, comparing with general price index. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, The price of investigated plants of PPS has increased about 4.56% in average recent 10 years. Among this increase, of evergreen tree was predominant. On the other hand, landscaping trees price of ICP has increased about only 2.34% in average. Secondly, The result shows that average price of investigated plants of PPS is positively related with the price of ICP. For this reason, we found that prices of ICP and of PPS move together in most case. However, we found that there are no relation between Consumer Price Index(CPI), Producer Price Index(PPI) and Agricultural Price Index(API). Therefore, price fluctuation of landscaping trees moves regardless of normal price fluctuation in general. Third, even though result shows that price index of evergreen trees, deciduous trees and shrubs are weakly related with normal price index partly, it was not high enough to be significant. According to the result, we found that price of landscaping plants is not related with market situation. For this reason, we thought that there are some difficulties for the reasonable production and sales of landscaping plants because the price is somewhat decided by rule of thumb. Therefore, understanding the composition of cost and making prediction by price fluctuation available are needed so that it can be practically conducive to reasonable production and sales.

영천호에서 남조류 독소(microcystins)의 계절적 변동 (Seasonal Variations of Cyanobacterial Toxins (microcystins) in Yeongchun Reservoir)

  • 영천호를 대상으로 2007년 3월부터 12월까지 남조류 발생현황, 환경요인, 남조류 독소인 microcystins의 생성 농도를 조사 분석하였다. HPLC 분석방법으로 영천호의 계절별 microcystins 농도를 분석한 결과, 각 요인에 따라 뚜렷한 증감패턴을 나타냈다. 계절적 인 우점종이 Anabaena sp.에서 M. aeruginosa로 바뀌면서 microcystins 생성량이 현저하게 증가하는 현상이 관찰되었고, 주요 출현종 중 M. aeruginosa 밀도와 microcystins 농도 간의 상관성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, M. aeruginosa 균주들의 높은 독소 생성율을 고려할 때, M. aeruginosa가 남조류 독소인 microcystins 생성에 가장 기여도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. Microcystins와 환경요인들 간의 상관성 분석결과, 조사된 6개 항목(수온, pH, 전도도, 총인, 총질소, 용존 규소) 중 수온과는 약 $20^{\circ}C$ 이상의 수온범위에서 역의 상관성이 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

토굴을 이용한 생강저장의 사회 경제적 투자효과 분석 - 서산지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on Socio-economic Investment Effects of Ginger Storage in Artificial Caves (In the Case of Seochun Districts in Chungnam Province))

  • This study is aimed at identifying the socio-economic effects of storage of ginger in artificial caves. The gingers stored in artificial caves in Seochun, 12 sampled areas, were surveyed to get information on the socio-economic effects. The surveyed data were processed by TSP, Qbasic and B/C Ratio computer programs and analyzed the decision making criteria such as B/C ratio, NPV and IRR. The socio-economic effects of the storages of the gingers are as follows. 1. The storage benefits per ton was showed as 184,050won. 2. Considering 10% of the opportunity cost of capital, the uper limits of investments for the cave storages was analyzed as 6,784 thousand won for ginger. 3. The investment of the natural cave storages was revealed economically feasible considering the decision making criteria as B/C ratio = 1.33, NPV = 35.059 thousand won and IRR = more than 100%. The other socio-economic effects of the ginger storages was expected as ; 1. The cave storages will contribute to increase consumer's and producer's welfare through the control of supply and demand and price stability. 2. Long-term storage of ginger without damaging quality and grades will be made on account of the storage conditions as relatively low temperature, high humidity and indifferent affects from the outside climate. 3. Utilization of the underground space, the caves, for storage will maximize the land use and the sustainable environment considering the mountainous area, two third of the total national land area. 4. Construction costs of the underground storage facilities as caves are cheaper than the ground storage facilities by 15 to 20% in general. In conclusion, the underground space like natural and artificial caves are considered the most suitable for storage of ginger on account of the storage conditions as temperature, humidity and blocking the sun light. Accordingly a study on convenient utilization of new development of artificial caves should be made considering transportation and input-output of the farms. Financial support of the government should be institutionally rearranged for the successful implementation of storing farm products like ginger in natural and man-made caves.

  • 충청북도 괴산군과 증평군은 2003년에 행정구역이 분리되었다. 괴산군은 농촌, 증평군은 도시 지역이다. 본 연구의 목적은 행정구역이 분리된 충청북도 괴산군과 증평군의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 충청북도 괴산군과 증평군의 변화를 인구와 최고지가, 산업별 종사자와 입지 계수를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 괴산군의 인구는 감소, 증평군의 인구는 증가하였고, 최고지가의 상승률은 증평군이 더 높다. 2013년 기준으로 입지 계수를 보면, 증평군은 제조업과 생산자 관련 서비스업, 괴산군은 농업과 광업, 소비자 관련 서비스업이 발달하였다. 이러한 결과가 나타난 것은 괴산군과 증평군의 지역 특성이 다르기 때문이다.

익명평가 가능한 개방형 문제은행 시스템 (Opened Problem Bank System with Anonymous Review)

  • 누구나 상품의 공급자와 소비자가 될 수 있는 플랫폼을 오픈 플랫폼이라고 하며, 최근 일반 상품, 앱, 콘텐츠 등 다양한 분야에서 오픈 플랫폼 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 본 논문은 학습자의 수준을 평가할 수 있는 문제 자체에 대한 오픈 플랫폼 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 누구나 문제를 등록하여 사용할 수 있고, 문제가 등록된 이후에도 지속적으로 문제의 품질에 대한 평가를 받을 수 있기 때문에 고품질의 문제를 선별할 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 제안하는 시스템은 문제 등록, 평가, 출제의 세 가지 모듈로 구성된다. 사용자는 문제 등록 모듈에서 다양한 형태의 새로운 문제를 등록한다. 평가 모듈은 문제 등록자가 아닌 사용자가 등록된 문제에 대한 평가를 할 수 있는 모듈이다. 또한 출제 모듈은 등록되어 있는 문제 중에서 실제 온라인 및 오프라인 평가에 활용할 수 있도록 하는 모듈이다.

Enhanced Production of Bacterial Cellulose in Komagataeibacter xylinus Via Tuning of Biosynthesis Genes with Synthetic RBS

  • Bacterial cellulose (BC) has outstanding physical and chemical properties, including high crystallinity, moisture retention, and tensile strength. Currently, the major producer of BC is Komagataeibacter xylinus. However, due to limited tools of expression, this host is difficult to engineer metabolically to improve BC productivity. In this study, a regulated expression system for K. xylinus with synthetic ribosome binding site (RBS) was developed and used to engineer a BC biosynthesis pathway. A synthetic RBS library was constructed using green fluorescent protein (GFP) as a reporter, and three synthetic RBSs (R4, R15, and R6) with different strengths were successfully isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Using synthetic RBS, we optimized the expression of three homologous genes responsible for BC production, pgm, galU, and ndp, and thereby greatly increased it under both static and shaking culture conditions. The final titer of BC under static and shaking conditions was 5.28 and 3.67 g/l, respectively. Our findings demonstrate that reinforced metabolic flux towards BC through quantitative gene expression represents a practical strategy for the improvement of BC productivity.

알칼리성 플루라나제를 생산하는 세균 Bacillus sp. S-1의 분리와 효소특성에 관한 연구 (lsolation of A Moderately Alkaline Pullulanase-Producing Bacillus sp. S-1 and Enzyme Characterization)

  • 전분의 효율적인 이용을 목적으로 토양으로부터 균체외 플루탄아제효소를 대량분비하는 약알칼리성균주 Bacillus sp. S-1를 분리하였다. 본 균주의 풀루란아제효소 생샨의 최적 pH는 6-10 사이였으며, 조효소의 가용성전분과 플루란에 대한 주요반응 최종산물은 말토트리오스로, 본 효소가 ${\alpha}$-1,6-glycosidic 결합에 특이적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 균주는 지금까지 알려진 알칼리성균주들의 플루란아제 생산성보다 월등히 높은 7.0U/ml를 생산하였으며, 정제효소의 최적 pH와 온도는 각각 8.0-10.0와 50-60$^{\circ}$C로서 알칼리성 및 호열성의 특성을 나타났었다. 또한 정제효소는 pH12에서도 약 10%의 활성을 유지하며, 넓은 pH범위에서도 안정하였다. 이러한 결과들은 본 균주가 플루란아제 생산균주로서의 이용가능한 잠재력을 보유하고 있음을 시사하였다.

Optimization of Medium for Lipase Production from Zygosaccharomyces mellis SG1.2 Using Statistical Experiment Design

  • Lipase (triacylglycerol lipase, EC 3.1.1.3) is an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing triacylglycerol, to produce fatty acids and glycerol and reverse the reaction of triacylglycerol synthesis from fatty acids and glycerol through transesterification. Applications of lipase are quite widespread in the industrial sector, including in the detergent, paper, dairy, and food industries, as well as for biodiesel synthesis. Lipases by yeasts have attracted industrial attention because of their fast production times and high stability. In a previous study, a lipase-producing yeast isolate was identified as Zygosaccharomyces mellis SG1.2 and had a productivity of 24.56 U/mg of biomass. This productivity value has the potential to be a new source of lipase, besides Yarrowia lypolitica which has been known as a lipase producer with a productivity of 0.758 U/mg. Lipase production by Z. mellis SG1.2 needs to be increased by optimizing the production medium. The aims of this study were to determine the significant component of the medium for lipase production and methods to increase lipase production using the optimum medium. The two methods used for the statistical optimization of production medium were Taguchi and RSM (Response Surface Methodology). The data obtained were analyzed using Minitab 18 and SPSS 23 software. The most significant factors which affected lipase productivity were olive oil and peptones. The optimum medium composition consisted of 1.02% olive oil, 2.19% peptone, 0.05% MgSO4·7H2O, 0.05% KCl, and 0.2% K2HPO4. The optimum medium was able to increase the lipase productivity of Z. mellis SG1.2 to 1.8-fold times the productivity before optimization.

뮤지컬 <디에>의 마케팅 성공이 중국 뮤지컬 발전에 끼친 영향 (The Influence of the Marketing Success of the Musical in the Chinese Musical Industry)

  • 본고는 중국 뮤지컬 역사상 최초로 세계 뮤지컬 시장에 진출한 <디에>의 마케팅 성공요인을 분석하였고, <디에>의 성공이 중국 뮤지컬 발전에 끼친 긍정적인 영향들을 조사하였다. 먼저 뮤지컬 마케팅의 중요한 다섯가지 요소를 분석기준으로 정하였고, 이를 통해 중국 뮤지컬 <디에>의 성공 원인을 분석한 결과 '포지셔닝', '티켓 프로모션', 'PR 전략', '프로듀서', 'OSMU' 기법 등에 있어서 체계적인 전략 수립에 의한 마케팅 추진이 이루어졌음을 도출해낼 수 있었다. 중국 뮤지컬에 있어서 <디에>의 사례는 전문적인 마케팅에 의한 최초의 성공사례라고 볼 수 있으며, 이 같은 성과의 영향으로 중국 정부와 지자체의 뮤지컬 지원 제도들이 수립되었고 최근 몇 년 간 중국 뮤지컬은 질적인 면과 산업적인 면에서 빠르게 성장하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 중국 뮤지컬과 관련된 더 많은 학술 연구가 이루어지길 기대하며, 향후 작품성과 상품성을 고루 갖춘 뮤지컬 작품이 창출되는데 기여할 수 있는 자료로 쓰여 지는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
