차세대 지능형 전파감시 시스템 (Next-Generation Intelligent Radio Monitoring System)

  • 통신 산업의 급격한 발달로 통신서비스의 종류가 다양해지고 전파사용이 증가함에 따라 이전의 전파감시 시스템을 대체할 효율적이고, 지능화된 전파감시 시스템의 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 차세대 지능형 전파감시 시스템은 ITU-R, 무선설비규칙 및 전파법을 근간으로 하여 V/UHF대역의 On-Air 상의 아날로그 및 디지털신호에 대해 스펙트럼분석을 통한 채널전력과 주파수편차 및 편이, 점유대역폭(99% 또는 x-dB)을 정확하고 효율적으로 전파측정 할 수 있도록 개발되었다, 시스템의 주요 기능은 전파품질측정, 불요파(스퓨리어스, 고조파)측정, 고속스펙트럼측정, 주파수이용효율조사, 불법전파탐사, 운용감시이고, 본 논문에서는 차세대 지능형 전파감시 시스템의 주요기능 중 전파품질측정, 고속스펙트럼측정에 대해 기술한다.

추진장치 성능측정 시스템에 관한 연구 (A study on performance measurement system of traction equipment)

  • 한국형 고속철도차량(350km/h)은 7량 1편성으로 구성되어 있으며, 현재 오송기지에서 본선시운전 시험운행중에 있다. 이 차량에 취부된 여러 장치들의 성능을 확인하기 위해서 다양한 신호를 측정하기 위한 측정시스템이 구축되었다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 고속철도차량의 추진장치 성능측정 시스템에 대하여 서술하였다. 추진장치의 성능측정은 Motor Block의 성능확인에 초점을 맞추고 측정할 위치를 정하였다. 본선시운전 시험을 위해, 철도연에서 자체적으로 상시계측시스템을 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 통해 추진시스템의 각종 전기신호를 입력받아 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해서 개발된 추진시스템의 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

확장 칼만필터를 이용한 궤도틀림 트롤리의 운동학적 모형화 (Kinematic Modeling of a Track Trolley Using Extended Kalman Filter)

  • 본 연구에서는 궤도틀림 측정용 트롤리의 사용성을 증진하기 위한 방편의 하나로 트롤리의 정지시 뿐만 아니라 이동시 계측방안과 이에 따른 계측오차의 최소화 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 이를 위하여 트롤리의 완화곡선 및 원곡선내 주행에 따른 궤도틀림 측정의 정밀도를 향상시키기 위한 운동학적 관계식을 새롭게 제안하였으며 비선형 확장 칼만필터를 도입하여 계측오차를 최소화하였다. 제안한 모형의 적용성 파악을 위하여 이론적인 궤도상태를 가정한 후 이산형 및 연속형 궤도틀림 측정에 따르는 표준편차를 산정하였으며 이 결과, 제안한 모형의 효용성을 입증하였다. 또한 기존 궤도 틀림 모형과의 비교를 통해 제안한 운동학적 관계식의 우월성을 입증하였다.

  • Lately, as going on increasing in the demand of high power density(power/weight), it is necessary for hydraulic axial piston pump/motor to operate more high pressure and speed. But in these condition, there are some trouble like as friction loss. To reduce this friction loss, hydrostatic bearing is used far axial piston pump/motor frequently. In general, it is difficult to measure accurate friction torque of spherical hydrostatic bearing in the use of the existing devices. So, we have developed the measurement device using the reaction torque sensor to obtain the pure friction torque, fitted in the casing. In this report, we intend to make an introduction about this measurement device for friction torque of the spherical wear part and clarify the effect of friction characteristics on supply pressure and rotational speed with three types of pocket size by using this measurement device.

전류 측정을 이용한 수력학적 잉크젯 토출 모니터링 (Electrohydrodynamic Ink Jetting Monitoring based on Current Measurement)

  • The method for spraying of liquid through an electrical filed has become a printing method since it can make very small droplet. To increase the reliability using the electro-hydrodynamic (EHD) jet printing, the jetting status needs to be monitored. Vision measurement techniques using high speed camera has been used to visualize the jet images. However, it requires image processing of a lot of images after image acquisitions. So, it is difficult to understand jet behavior such as jetting frequency, jet repeatability etc. In this work, a low cost electrical current measurement method was developed to measure electrical current from EHD jet printing. To verify the jetting monitoring capability of developed circuit, images from high speed camera were processed for comparison purpose.

  • Recently, as the feasibility study shows that trans-Korea railway and trans-continental railway are advantageous, interest in high-speed railway system is increasing. Because railway vehicle is environment-friendly and safe compared with airplane and ship, its market-sharing increases gradually. We developed a measurement system for on-line test and evaluation of performances of KHST. The measurement system is composed of software part and hardware part. Perfect interface between multi-users is possible. Nowadays, position data inputs to pulse signal from wheel. Perfect position measurement was limited to slip and slide of vehicle. This measurement makes up for the weak points, Position Detection System using GPS develops. By using the system, Korean High Speed Train is capable of accurate fault position detection.

저속 충돌 제트로 생성되는 액막의 두께 분포 특성 연구 (A Study of the Characteristics of Thickness Distribution of Liquid Sheet Formed by Two Low Speed Impinging Jets)

  • In this study, the thickness of the liquid sheet formed by two low speed impinging jets was measured by the direct contact method. The effects of jet velocity and liquid viscosity on the thickness were analyzed and the results were compared with theoretical modeling and optical thickness measurement results. The liquid film thickness decreased as the radius and circumferential angle increased. The jet velocity did not affect the liquid film thickness as predicted in theoretical modeling. In the theoretical modeling, there was no influence of the fluid properties on thickness, but in the case of low viscosity liquids, the thickness was predicted high, and it was well matched in high viscosity liquids. The direct measurement results showed no significant difference from the optical measurement results, thus confirming the reliability of the optical measurement method.

  • As the on-board electric devices determine the performances of vehicles, production of reliable devices is important. To keep the reliability of devices constant, management of performance evaluation of the on-board devices is crucial. Because temperature bas a serious effect on failures of the components of the devices, its measurement is the first step for good management. In this study, we described performance characteristics of domestic auxiliary block developed through G7 project. We measured the performances of auxiliary block during test running by the developed on-line measurement system. After we save the input real-time data from each signal of Korean High Speed Train through the network line, we can acquire necessary information through Post-Processing program. We verify the auxiliary converter characteristics of Korean High Speed Train by this system.

  • The korean high speed train(350km/h), composed of 7cars that are 2 power cars, 2 motorized car and 3 trailer cars, has been developed and is under on-line test. To verify the design requirements about the functions and traction performances of this train, KRRI(Korea Railroad Research Institute) decided to evaluate traction performances of the train during on-line test. For this purpose, such as torque, velocity, voltage and current, must be measured. KRRI has developed the measurement system that can be measured vast and various signals effectively. In this paper, we introduce traction performances of korean high speed train. The traction measurement items are focused on the verification of motor block performances.

고속다기통 및 회전식 압축기의 체적효율 (A STUDY ON THE VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY OF HIGH SPEED MULTI-CYLINDER AND ROTARY COMPRESSOR)

  • Volumetric efficiency is a determining factor for tile measurement of compessor capacity, but it is practically hard to take an accurate measurement of capacity characteritics so that most of users trust the data of makers catalogue. We often realized the discrepancy in their data with actual capacity. This study was attemped to establish the basic data of capacity characteristics of compressor by measuring volumetric efficiency of high speed multi-cylinder compressor and rotary compressor. The volumetric efficiency was calculated based on the quantity of the flow of ammonia vapor and pressure difference in suction state of orifice plate and compressor. The volumetric efficiency of high speed multi-cylinder compressor was $37-61\%$ and that of rotary compressor was $57-82\%$ when compression ratio was in the range of 4-12. The discrepancy in volumetric efficiency at an equal evaporating temperature between the makers catalogue and the measured data was $5.5\%$.
