The purpose of this research is to identify if psychological temptation, site quality and sense of community influence user's flow and addiction and if causalities among flow, addiction, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are different between Korean and Japanese online games. To perform our research, we use MCSF(Multi-group Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and MSEM(Multi-group Structural Equation Model). The empirical results of SEM(Structural Equation Model) including high-order factor analysis indicate that all of paths in our model are the same for both countries. Therefore, site quality and sense of community have impacts on the flow, while on the other hand, psychological temptation has impacts on the addiction. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are positively related not with the addiction but with the flow. In addition, customer loyalty is significantly influenced by the flow and the customer satisfaction. In Conclusion, the empirical results of MSEM(Multi-group Structural Equation Model) indicate sense of community to flow, flow to loyalty and customer satisfaction to loyalty are different between Korea and Japan. This indicates that companies to penetrate into Japa online game industry should have a concern with Japanese Social and Cultural features and to develop strategies which correspond with Japanese culture.

This study investigated exposure to air pollutants in rooms in low-income houses at Shomolu (R1), Mafoluku (R2) and Mushin (R3) in Lagos state. The concentrations of most measured exceeded limits of Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) for indoor air quality. Air quality index (AQI) in rooms studied was unhealthy for sensitive people in terms of CO, unhealthy in terms of $SO_2$ and very unhealthy in terms of $NO_2$ while moderate air quality was obtained in terms of $PM_{10}$ in most rooms. High concentrations of carbontetrachloride, formaldehyde and xylene measured could have been responsible for some of the health complaints of the occupants. Factor analysis shows that cooking with kerosene, use of gasoline generator and insecticide were the major contributors to indoor air pollution in these rooms. Therefore, there is need to urgently tackle poverty as all affected by these pollutants were poor who live in substandard houses without kitchens.

This study explores influences of the relationship between social capital and residents' perception in a collective aspects, and also explores the differences of influence between two groups in 10 rural communities. This study conducts regression analysis with residents questionnaires, and analyzes the relationship of influence among the latent factors, and differences between the two groups. As a results, associational network and social trust factors of social capital are identified as the most important factor in the quality of life and residents' attitudes. In addition, the differences in socio-cultural factor of quality of life and residents' attitude between two groups are identified by comparison with the relationship between two groups, although the explanatory power of both groups is not high. To achieve a successful rural tourism based on the result of this study, rural tourism should consider the regional and demographic characteristics, such as age, occupations and education and so on. The major contribution of this study is to confirm that the impact of social capital on the residents' perception would be different by regions in comparison with two groups, and it will be able to provide useful implication for the rural tourism development in the future.

Objectives : The aim of this research was to develop evaluation indicators that ensure safe services and enhance the quality of small-sized dental hospitals within local communities to prepare for the dental hospital accreditation system. Methods : Materials and data from a total of 460 respondents were analyzed after quality improvement indicators were formed by surveying experts and studying documents in Korea and abroad, and by conducting a survey from August 21, 2013 to September 30, 2013 for validation purposes. Results : Based on the results of factor analysis. all measured items appeared to be statistically significant with a factor loading score of at least 0.5, and the correlation between the factors all appeared to be high as well. The goodness-of-fit for the model also appeared to be within the recommended acceptance level. Thus, the proposed evaluation indicators for dental hospital accreditation developed in this study consisted of a total of seven major category factors and a total of 91 detailed items. Conclusions : Furthermore, the results suggest that the evaluation indicators can be used to improve the quality and to ensure the safe services of dental hospitals in local communities.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of temperature during transportation and continuing shelf-life on fruit quality and the occurrence of physiological disorder to set up the appropriate exportation temperature condition in Asian pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) 'Hanareum'. In the experiment of simulated exportation headed for USA, the fruits transported at $1^{\circ}C$ showed less weight loss than those of $5^{\circ}C$. Market temperature appeared as a key factor for keeping freshness of exported pear fruits rather than transportation temperature. Quality factors such as high flesh firmness and low incidence of fruit rot and physiological disorders including core breakdown and pithiness were attained at the fruits maintained at $18^{\circ}C$. Approximately two times higher incidence of physiological disorders and of fruit decay rates were observed in the fruits distributed at $25^{\circ}C$ than the those of $18^{\circ}C$. Therefore, temperature management during marketing resulted as an important factor for maintaining fruits quality in the process of pear fruit exportation.

Power quality refers to voltage quality and current quality. Voltage quality means supply reliance such as voltage sag, voltage swell. and short-time interruption. Current quality is related to power factor, harmonic distortion, negative-sequence and zero-sequence current. We fabricated Customer STATCOM to improve current quality such as reactive power, harmonic distortion, and load imbalance. In this paper. We summarize the spec, of STATCOM. its hardware configuration, and control system.

This study is concerned with the importance of TQM factors, and their characteristics on quality management. Key aspects of management commitment and ploicy, quality department and communication, equipment and material management, training, and employee relations etc. in TQM measurement, their theoretical background and employee perception about their importance intensively are investigated. In the importance of TQM, quality department and communication, quality and reporting, and rpoduction process management appeared to have a low rating while management commitment and quality policy, internal customer and supplier have a comparatively high value. And some perception for these factor showed difference between production and non-production department; internal customer and supplier, production process management, and employee relation.

The purposes of this study was to evaluate the foodservice quality on the viewpoint of personnel in hospital foodservice. In result, S hospital's foodservice quality, that was evaluated by personnel, was comparatively high on the every variables and factors, especially on 'Q13. Meals delivery to the bed'(4.70 out of 5.0), 'Q14. Removal service of tray by foodservice personnel'(4.63), 'Q15. Kind foodservice personnel'(4.63), 'Q16. Foodservice personnel's clean and neat uniforms'(4.56) and 'factor 4. personnel attitude'(4.63). Foodservice quality factors weren't significant by general characteristics of personnel, thus all personnel were considered to hold similarly the level of foodservice quality. On the basis of these results, the gap between foodservice providers and customers need to be analyzed in the further study.

The study aims to examine how everyday life skills of disabled seniors in rural areas affect their depression and self-esteem through their quality of life and explores how to improve the quality of life of disabled seniors. To achieve this, 238 participants who were registered as disabled and aged 65 or over took part in this research. Results showed that the quality of life among disabled seniors decreased when their everyday life skills were relatively more advanced than those of non-disabled people. It was also found that the high level of everyday life skills possessed by disabled seniors caused more severe depression and lower self-esteem. Their quality of life negatively affected self-esteem and depression and their everyday life skills were a key factor that influenced depression and self-esteem.

The purpose of vehicle horn sound is for warning to pedestrians. In the past, the main development factor is to match the regulation level. But nowadays perceived quality is more important than level itself. In this study, we measure variety horn sound and evaluate its signals through the jury evaluation aimed at making horn sound quality index. Each contribution of the noise path for sound quality is identified and the target values and methods for implementing the luxurious horn sound are suggested. Finally, we developed, horn component and improve horn mounting condition for luxurious horn sound.
