소양인체질병증 임상진료지침: 흉격열병 (Clinical Practice Guideline for Soyangin Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine: Chest-Heat congested (Hyunggyeok-yeol) Symptomatology)

  • Objectives This research was proposed to present Clinical Practice Guideline(CPG) for Soyangin Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM) ; Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) Symptomatology. Methods This CPG was developed by the national-wide experts committee consisting of SCM professors. First, collection and organization of literature related to SCM such as Donguisusebowon, Text book of SCM, Clinical Guidebook of SCM and Fundamental research to standardize diagnosis of Sasang Constitutional Medicine was performed. Secondly, journals related to clinical trial or Human complementary medicine of SCM were searched. Finally, 4 articles were selected and included in CPG for Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) Symptomatology of Stomach Heat-based Interior Heat disease in Soyangin disease. Results & Conclusions CPG of Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) symptomatology in Soyangin disease includes classification, definition and standard symptoms of each pattern. Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) symptomatology is classified into mild and moderate pattern by severity. Chest-Heat(Hyunggyeok-yeol) symptomatology Mild pattern is classified into Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) initial pattern and Chest-Heat congested(Hyunggyeok-yeol) advanced pattern. And Chest-Heat congested (Hyunggyeok-yeol) moderate pattern is classified into Clear Yang Failure of Stomach(Weguck-cheongyang Bulsagnseung) pattern (Upper wasting-thirst(Sangso) pattern), Clear Yang Failure of Large Intestine (Daejang-cheongyang Bulsangseung) pattern (Middle wasting-thirst (Jungso) pattern).

융합형 과학 교과서에 사용된 천문 분야 용어 분석 (An Analysis of the Astronomy Terms in Convergence Science Textbooks)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the terms of astronomy area used in six convergence science textbooks by 2009 curriculum revision. The results of this study were following; the first, the contents about astronomy occupied about 18.6% account of science contents. There were the terms which all textbooks used, but some terms were not used other text book, and the others were used in only one textbook. And the second, there were some terms of having certain concept which had described differently. It was suggested that it was necessary to the effort to prevent to descript same meaning terms differently and to make guideline for the depth and width of the terms.

국가기록원의 기록물 정리기술의 현황과 개선방안 (The Present State and Solutions for Archival Arrangement and Description of National Archives & Records Service of Korea)

  • 기록물 보존기관에서의 정리와 기술은 기록물 관리와 열람제공에 중요한 역할을 한다. 국가기록원(NRAS; National Records & Archinves Service)에서도 역시 정리와 기술에 대해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만, 기록보존 선진국과 비교하면 이론 및 실제 처리과정에서 많은 차이와 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이론에 있어서 큰 차이는, 기록물의 기능분류와 원질서의 유지나 다계층기술이 정리 기술의 실제 업무처리에 반영되고 있지 않다. 즉, 기록물이 도서의 정리방식과 같이 낱권 단위로 등록순서에 따라 정리된 후 서가에 배열되고 있다. 이 외에도, 기록물 생산기관의 변천내력이나 색인어의 관리 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이런 이유로 기록물의 이용이 매우 불편하다. 이들 문제점을 개선하기 위해서, 본 연구에서는 정리와 기술의 의의와 중요성, 국가기록원의 정리와 기술의 현황과 문제점, 그리고 외국의 국립기록보존소 기술지침을 소개하였다. 다음은 ISAD(G)를 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 논문은 총 8장으로 구성하였는데, 제1장 서론, 제2장 정리 기술의 의의와 중요성 및 제8장 결론을 제외한 제3장부터 제7장의 내용은 다음과 같다. 제3장에서는 국가기록원의 정리 기술 현황으로, 현재 사용하고 있는 기록물관리 시스템(Govt) 운영현황과 사용하는 기술항목을 설명하였다. 제4장에서는 미국, 영국 및 호주의 국립기록보존소 기술지침 소개로 첫째, 미국의 국립기록관리청(NARA)의 기록물 생명주기 데이터 준수사항 지침(Lifecycle Data Requirements Guide)을 소개하였으며, 기술 항목중 타이틀요소 1개에 대한 기술요령을 소개하였다. 둘째, 영국국립기록보존소(Public Records Office)의 기술지침을 소개하였다. 기술지침의 명칭은 영국국립기록보존소 편목지침(National Archives Cataloguing Guidelines Introduction)이다. 이 지침에서 사용하는 "PROCAT"라는 전산목록시스템을 소개하였다. 이 시스템에서 사용하는 7단계 기술에 대해 설명하였다. 셋째, 호주 국립기록보존소(NAA; National Archives of Australia)의 기록물 시스템은 CRS(Commonwealth Record Series)이다. 이 시스템을 위한 기록물 등록과 기술절차(Registration &description procedures for CRS system)에 대해 연구하였다. 제5장에서는 ISAD(G)를 적용한 사례로, 국가기록원이 과거 총무처 소청심사위원회에서 생산한 기록물의 기술서를 소개하였다. 제6장, 7장에서는, ISAD(G)의 사용결과 문제점, 각 기관 처리과에서 문서제목 부여, 기술항목 부족, 기록물 종류나 유형분류, 관리번호, 상세한 기술규칙의 부재, 기능분류나 계층기술, 입력포맷, 서가배열, 전거통제 등의 문제점을 지적하였다. 개선 방안으로는 계층분류 체계의 마련, 관리번호 및 배열순서의 개선, 전거제어시스템 개발, 기술 입력항목의 증가, 기술규칙 제정 및 입력포맷개선 마련 등이다. 현재 국가기록원의 정리 기술 개선의 가장 좋은 방법은 기록물관리 선진국 국립기록보존소의 표준, 지침, 매뉴얼의 상세한 검토이다. 따라서 학계에서 이 분야의 많은 연구가 있어야 한다는 것을 제안하였다.

2015 개정 교육과정을 반영한 초등학교 1, 2학년 수학교과서에 나타난 다문화 교육 (Multicultural education shown in elementary school mathematics textbook based on 2015 revised curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 1, 2학년 수학교과서에 반영된 다문화 교육요소를 분석하기 위해 다문화 수학교육 요소 분석 틀을 개발하여 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정과 이를 바탕으로 한 교과서와 교사용 지도서를 분석하였다. 교육과정 총론에서는 '우리 문화의 정체성'이나 '지식의 다양성', '사회적 문제 해결'에 대한 다문화 교육 요소가 비교적 명확하게 드러나 있었지만, 수학과 교육과정에서는 '우리 문화의 정체성'이 나타나지 않았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 수학교과서에는 '사회적 문제해결'을 제외한 다문화 교육요소가 고루 나타나 있었다. 그러나 교과서에 적용된 다문화 교육 요소의 적용 수준은 대부분 낮게 나타났으며 교과서에 제시된 다른 나라의 수학사나 문화가 지나치게 유럽 중심이라는 문제점이 있었다. 또한 교과서에는 다문화 학생이나 장애인, 타인종은 찾아볼 수 없었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 수학 교과에서 다문화 교육이 활성화 될 수 있도록 다음 교과서를 제작하는데 있어서 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

1990년부터 2013년까지 농업 분야 국가 온실가스 배출량 평가 - 경종부문 중심으로 - (Estimation of National Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Agricultural Sector from 1990 to 2013 - Focusing on the Crop Cultivation -)

  • The major greenhouse gases (GHGs) in agricultural sector are methane ($CH_4$), nitrous oxide ($N_2O$), carbon dioxide ($CO_2$). GHGs emissions are estimated by pertinent source category in a guideline book from Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) such as methane from rice paddy, nitrous oxide from agricultural soil and crop residue burning. The methods for estimation GHGs emissions in agricultural sector are based on 1996 and 2006 IPCC guideline, 2000 and 2003 Good Practice Guidance. In general, GHG emissions were calculated by multiplying the activity data by emission factor. The total GHGs emission is $10,863Gg\;CO_2-eq$. from crop cultivation in agricultural sector in 2013. The emission is divided by the ratio of greenhouse gases that methane and nitrous oxide are 64% and 34%, respectively. Each gas emission according to the source categories is $7,000Gg\;CO_2-eq$. from rice paddy field, $3,897Gg\;CO_2-eq$. from agricultural soil, and $21Gg\;CO_2-eq$. from field burning, respectively. The GHGs emission in agricultural sector had been gradually decreased from 1990 to 2013 because of the reduction of cultivation. In order to compare with indirect emissions from agricultural soil, each emission was calculated using IPCC default factors (D) and country specific emission factors (CS). Nitrous oxide emission by CS applied in indirect emission, as nitrogen leaching and run off, was lower about 50% than that by D.

오마하 시스템 가이드라인의 스마트폰 애플리케이션 개발 (Developing a Smart Phone Application for the OMAHA System Guidelines)

  • Purpose: The remarkable progress in information and communication technology has had a great effect on the healthcare delivery system. The development of smart phone applications is a new field. The aim of our research was to provide assistance in developing smart phone applications for community health nursing. Methods: Based on an informative approach, this study developed persona and site maps, followed by a storyboard as a way of analyzing users' requirements and designing responses in the context of smart phone application development methodology. Results: We developed persona, user interface and database design successfully, and then seven nurses selected four nursing problems (income, residence, pain, and digestion hydration). The search time in seconds for the 2005 English OMAHA guidelines to find three nursing interventions for these problems was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the smart phone application. The results showed that smart phone applications' search was 21 times faster on the average than book guidelines. Conclusion: An English version of the OMAHA system application was developed for the Android smart phone market. It is hoped that smart phone applications such as this will be used internationally for nursing education.

『강평상한론(康平傷寒論)』 내 '상한(傷寒)' 개념의 다양성에 대한 고찰 (A Study on the Diversity of Shanghan(傷寒) Concept in Gangpyeong-Sanghanlun(康平傷寒論))

  • Objectives : Usually medical terminology of oriental mecidine has a multiple meaning. But concept of Shanghan(傷寒) should be simple, because Shanghanlun(傷寒論) is a clinical guideline book. So I researched to suggest many concept of Shanghan, which are suitable for each chapter of Shanghanlun. Methods : I enumerated provisions including Shnaghan from the original texts of Gangpyeong-Shanghanlun(康平傷寒論). And I translated and reviewed them. Results : 1. Shanghan of Preface(序文) means a disease of high fatality. 2. Shanghan of Shanghanrye(傷寒例) means diseases due to physical damage of cold weather. 3. Shanghan of Diagnosis of Daeyang Disease(辨大陽病) - Neck stiffness(痙), Dampness(濕), Sun stroke(暍) means certain disease names accompanying fever, chill. 4. Shanghan used in Diagnosis of Diseases is a premise of many provisions of Shanghanlun. And Shanghan is made up of finished fever, expected fever, chill, body pain, loss of appetite, image of tension. Conclusions : We can use a appropriate translation on Shanghan of each chapter of Gangpyeong-Sanghanlun. Especially Shanghan used in "Diagnosis of Diseases" should have more accurate meaning.

DNR(Do-Not-Resuscitate)에 대한 의사와 간호사의 경험 및 인지도 (Doctor's and Nurses' Perception and Experiences of DNR)

  • This study is a descriptive research in investigating the perception of doctors and nurses with regard to DNR, and data were collected through survey questionnaires. The period of collecting data was between July 15 and October 30, 2004, distributing 128 questionnaires to 128 participants, and a total of 110 questionnaires from 55 doctors and 55 nurses were collected (86%)among 70 different hospitals. The collected data were analyzed using SAS program to get real number and percentage, and were also analyzed with $X^2$-test. The Study Results are as follows: 1. Respondents who agreed with the necessity of DNR was 97.27%, the reasons of DNR necessity were 59.20% of 'impossibility of recovery in spite of lots of efforts,' and 35.20% of 'for the purpose of choosing a comfortable and dignified death,' and 97.2% of respondents answered that it was necessary to give explanation of DNR to serious case patients, terminal patients and their family. 2. Problems derived from DNR decisions were 44.44% of 'lack of treatment and nursing,' 21.11% of 'guilty conscience about failing to do best efforts,' and 71.57% of CPR implementation right after DNR decision. 3. Reasons of implementing CRP for patients with DNR decision were 50.94% of 'for the presence of family and relatives at the point of patient's death,' 20.76% of 'guardian's change of DNR decision,' and 16.98% of 'no communication for the consent after DNR decision.' 4. With regard to who was to make DNR decision? there was a difference in the opinion between doctors' and nurses' group while the group of doctors chose 'by the consent of the family and the doctor in charge,' and the group of nurses chose 'patient's intension,' and with regard to Have you received DNR related education? and Will people who want DNR increase if there is explanation given? there was a difference between the two groups. 5. In the catholic institutions, respondents of 71.7% said that it was necessary to take DNR depending upon the situation, and 73% said that they had performed DNR before. 6. In the institutions with over 500 beds, 91.92% of respondents said that there should be an establishment of guideline book as a written format to implement DNR. From the results of this study, it was found that DNR was implemented and executed broadly in clinical fields in the absence of necessary instructions and/or guideline, and that DNR order was placed to the group of doctors who got less opportunity for proper education than did that of nurses.

포제방법에 따른 반하의 Homogentisic acid와 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde 함량 및 안정성 평가 (Contents of Homogentisic acid and 3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde in the Pinellia ternata by Various Processing Method and Its Safety Estimate)

  • This study was carried out for establishment of toxicological monitoring system in oriental medicinal plants. Hence on our research, we used Banha(Pinellia ternata) and Kangbanha, Bubbanha, Jaebanha, Geokbanha by distinguished processing methods. These are frequently used in Bangyakhabpeon, which is one of the most well-known clinical book in oriental medicine. As we reviewed the reported documents, we judge homogentisic acid(HA) and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(3,4-DBA) as poisonous substance and to verify its existence, we established analysis condition of HPLC by gaining sequential fraction extracts and studied the degree of its virulence to provide basic information on the guidelines of using this medicine. Optimum condition of HPLC was H₂O : MeOH : CH₃COOH (57:35:8) in HA and 3,4-DBA analysis. HA content of raw Banha was 11.03mg/100g and HA contents of its processed product were decreased. Exceptionally, Jaebanha was increased in 175.97% than raw Banha. 3,4-DBA content of raw Banha was 2.93mg/100g and 3,4-DBA contents of its processed product were decreased. These results will be applies in intake guideline establishment, quality control and stability evaluation of oriental medicinal plants.

데이터베이스 정규화 이론을 이용한 국민건강영양조사 중 다년도 식이조사 자료 정제 및 통합 (Data Cleaning and Integration of Multi-year Dietary Survey in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) using Database Normalization Theory)

  • Objectives: Since 1998, the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) has been conducted in order to investigate the health and nutritional status of Koreans. The food intake data of individuals in the KNHANES has also been utilized as source dataset for risk assessment of chemicals via food. To improve the reliability of intake estimation and prevent missing data for less-responded foods, the structure of integrated long-standing datasets is significant. However, it is difficult to merge multi-year survey datasets due to ineffective cleaning processes for handling extensive numbers of codes for each food item along with changes in dietary habits over time. Therefore, this study aims at 1) cleaning the process of abnormal data 2) generation of integrated long-standing raw data, and 3) contributing to the production of consistent dietary exposure factors. Methods: Codebooks, the guideline book, and raw intake data from KNHANES V and VI were used for analysis. The violation of the primary key constraint and the $1^{st}-3rd$ normal form in relational database theory were tested for the codebook and the structure of the raw data, respectively. Afterwards, the cleaning process was executed for the raw data by using these integrated codes. Results: Duplication of key records and abnormality in table structures were observed. However, after adjusting according to the suggested method above, the codes were corrected and integrated codes were newly created. Finally, we were able to clean the raw data provided by respondents to the KNHANES survey. Conclusion: The results of this study will contribute to the integration of the multi-year datasets and help improve the data production system by clarifying, testing, and verifying the primary key, integrity of the code, and primitive data structure according to the database normalization theory in the national health data.
