MBTI 기본 프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인관계와 집단응집력에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of MBTI (Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) Basic Program on the Interpersonal Relationship Between Nursing Science Major Students and Their Cohesion)

  • This study is intended to suggest fundamental data necessary for developing MBTI program that can help improve interpersonal relation skills of nursing science major students and their cohesion. This study is pre-experimental research by one group pretest-post test design to examine the effect of MBTI(Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) basic program on the interpersonal relationship between nursing science major students and their group cohesion and the relationship between interpersonal relationship and their group cohesion. I selected 39 of sophomore students in the department nursing science of K university in I metropolitan city as test group. 35 of them joined post-test. Pretest and MBTI basic program were done before conducting MBTI program. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS window 7.5. The difference in test group before and after conducting program was examined by paired t-test. The correlation between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion was measured by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The findings are as follows. $\cdot$ The difference before and after conducting MBTI program by sub-factors of interpersonal relation: There was no significant difference, as the average figure of interpersonal relation in test group was 87.22 before conducting MBTI and 85.08 after conducting MBTI respectively. The average figure of sensitivity among the sub-factors of interpersonal relation was 7.71 before conducting MBTI and reduced to 7.08 after conducting MBTI and there was significant difference between before and after conducting MBTI(t=-2.484, p=.018) $\cdot$ The difference in group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI program: The average figure of group cohesion in test group was 56.68 before conducting MBTI and increased a bit to 56.80 after conducting MBTI\, but there was no significant difference between them. $\cdot$ The relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI: As the relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI is examined, there was positive correlation of the significance level. p<.05 before conducting MBTI(r=.320, p=.047), and of the significance level, p<.01 after conducting MBTI(r=.780, p=.000). The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation before conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, reliability, friendliness and satisfaction, and group intervention, between receptivity among group members and reliability, and between group atmosphere and satisfaction. The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation after conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. and group intervention. Based on the above findings, I realize that MBTI basic program is essential to the improvement of group cohesion. In addition, it is shown that the sub-factors of interpersonal relation such as openness, communication, friendliness, satisfaction, and understanding, and the sub-factors such as group intervention and receptivity among group members are major factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion. So, the future MBTI program should include sub-programs that deal with the above factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion.

소집단 문제해결 학습에서 수학 문제 유형에 따른 의사소통의 패턴 분석 (An Analysis of the Communication Patterns according to the Mathematical Problem Types in Small Group)

  • 수학 교실에서 학생들은 교사나 동료 학생과의 의사소통을 통하여 수학적 지식을 구성하고, 서로의 지식을 타인과 교환하게 된다. 그런데 수학 학습의 주요 과정이 문제해결 활동임을 고려할 때, 학교 수학에서 다루어지는 어떤 문제 유형이 수학적 의사소통을 촉진시키는가를 알아보는 것은 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 수학 문제유형을 정형-개념형 문제, 정형-절차형 문제, 비정형 문제, 실생활 문제로 구분하여 소집단 문제해결 과정에서 구성원들의 의사소통 패턴을 분석하였다. 연구 대상자로 초등학교 4학년 8명의 학생을 선정하여 2개의 소집단으로 구성하였고, 2개의 소집단이 각각 5시간에 걸쳐 4가지 문제 유형으로 구성된 5세트의 문제를 해결하였다. 결과 분석을 위해 소집단 문제해결 과정을 비디오로 녹화하여 전사한 자료와 관찰일지, 문서자료를 이용하였다. 그 결과, 비정형 문제와 같은 문제해결 방법이 다양한 문제일수록 소집단 구성원들의 수학적 의사소통 참여도가 높았다. 또한 비정형 문제에서 다양한 풀이 방법에 대한 논의 및 새로운 풀이 전략에 대한 아이디어 공유와 같은 다수 참여의 의사소통 패턴이 나타났고, 수용적 합의, 논쟁적 합의, 정교화된 합의 등 다양한 합의 패턴이 나타났다.

아동 문학을 활용한 수학 수업이 수학적 의사소통에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Mathematics Instruction Using Children's Literature on Mathematical Communication)

  • 이 연구는 아동문학을 활용하여 수학 수업을 운영하는 것이 학생들의 수학적 의사소통과 수학적 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 실행하기 위해 초등학교 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 수학 6-나 단계 교과 내용을 재구성하여 아동문학을 활용한 세 가지 유형의 수업방식을 10주간 20회에 걸쳐 현장에 적용하였으며, 그 효과를 수학적 의사소통 능력 측면과 수학적 태도 측면에서 분석하였다. 수학적 의사소통 능력에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위해 사전, 사후 개방형 문항 검사를 실시하여 t-test로 검증하였으며, 수학적 태도에 대한 영향을 알아보기 위해 사전, 사후 설문검사를 실시하여 t-test와 공변량분석으로 결과를 각각 검증하였다. 또한 학습 상황에서 일어나는 의사소통 과정 및 수학적 태도의 양상을 관찰하기 위해, 아동문학을 활용한 수업 과정을 캠코더로 촬영하여 그 중 각 유형별 수업을 임의로 선택하여 프로코콜 분석을 실시하였으며, 또한 학생들의 활동 모습을 관찰하고 인터뷰한 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 아동문학을 수학 수업에 적용하면, 교과서 중심의 일반적인 수학 수업을 진행했을 때보다 학생들의 수학적 의사소통 능력과 수학적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

전공 간 협력 프로젝트 학습이 대학생의 의사소통, 문제해결, 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Interdisciplinary Cooperation Project Learning on Communication, Problem-Solving, and Self-Directed Learning Ability of University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how an educator can empower students by fostering communication, problem-solving, and self-directed learning ability. Method: In order to accomplish this purpose, 136 students who were attending J University and 105 students attending M University participated in the questionnaire. The students were freshman in the nursing or social welfare departments, There were 136 in the control group and 105 in the experimental group. The control group was given an applicable class of project learning. On the other hand, the experimental group was given traditional lessons once a week for 15 weeks. The research instrument used the measuring instruments developed by KEDI for communication and problem-solving and self-directed learning ability. Data was analysed by ANCOVA with SPSS/PC. Result: The results of analysis show that communication, problem-solving, and self-directed learning ability significantly increased in the experimental group. Conclusion: Based on the research finding, project learning has an educational value. Interdisciplinary cooperation project learning is effective for communication, problem-solving, and self-directed learning ability.

분산환경에서 CORBA를 기반으로 한 신뢰성 있는 그룹통신기법 (The Mechanism for Reliable Group Communication Based on CORBA in Distributed Environment)

  • 개방형 통신망 구조에서 어플리케이션 시스템은 다수의 컴퓨팅 노드에 분산되어 있는 객체들의 집합으로 구성된다. 이러한 분산된 환경에서 복잡한 분산 소프트웨어의 개발 및 관리의 복잡성을 줄이고 분산된 객체들을 효율적으로 관리하면서 객체들의 실시간 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 객체 그룹 관리 및 통신 기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 CORBA를 기반으로 하여 기존의 시스템에 큰 변환 얼이 새로운 서비스를 적용시킬 수 있도록 객체그룹을 구성하고 신뢰성 있는 그룹통신 기법을 제공한다. 그룹관리의 효율향상을 위해 그룹을 서브그룹으로 나누고 서브그룹 관리자를 두어 서브그룹을 관리하도록 하였으며, 시퀀서를 두어 메시지의 순서성을 유지시킨다. 그룹간의 통신방법은 IP 멀티캐스트와 일대일 통신을 기반으로 한 멀티캐스트 기법을 혼용하여 사용하며 메시지 저장소를 두어 오류 발생 시 선택적으로 메시지를 재 전송할 수 있도록 함으로서 성능을 향상시켰다. 제안된 기법을 분산환경에서 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 평가하였다.

전문대학생의 NCS기초능력군과 진로준비행동과의 관계에 관한 연구 : 의사소통능력과 수리능력을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationships between College Students' NCS Basic Capability Group and Career Preparation Behavior : Focused on Communication Capability and Mathematical Capability)

  • The importance of the NCS(National Competitiveness Standards) is growing as the job market shrinks and more institutions require hiring based on NCS. Of the ten domains of NCS', the most relevant one with the performance of all tasks is basic capability group. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' basic capability group(communication capability, mathematical capability) on their career preparation behavior. In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' basic capability group on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Empirical analysis showed that communication capability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. But, mathematical capability don't influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. Next, career self-efficacy and career outcome expectation each positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. Also, interest in the major positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. The academic implications are as follows: Career self-efficacy and interest in the major were important factors in the communication capability. The process of communication capability affecting career preparation behavior and interest in the major was explained through social cognitive career theory and self-efficacy. The practical implications are as follows: Administrative assistance should be provided to improve the career self-efficacy of college students.

Efficient and Secure Group Key Generation Protocol for Small and Medium Business

  • Group communication is becoming increasingly popular in Internet applications such as videoconferences, online chatting programs, games, and gambling. For secure communications, the integrity of messages, member authentication, and confidentiality must be provided among group members. To maintain message integrity, all group members use the Group Key (GK) for encrypting and decrypting messages while providing enough security to protect against passive attacks. Tree-based Group Diffie-Hellman (TGDH) is an efficient group key agreement protocol to generate the GK. TGDH assumes all members have an equal computing power. One of the characteristics of distributed computing and grid environments is heterogeneity; the member can be at a workstation, a laptop or even a mobile computer. Member reordering in the TDGH protocol could potentially lead to an improved protocol; such reordering should capture the heterogeneity of the network as well as latency. This research investigates dynamic reordering mechanisms to consider not only the overhead involved but also the scalability of the proposed protocol.

  • Multicast has communication mechanism that is able to transfer voice, video for only the specific user group. As compared to unicast, multicast is more susceptive to attack such as masquerading, malicious replay, denial of service, repudiation and traffic observation, because of the multicast has much more communication links than unicast communication. Multicast-specific security threats can affect not only a group's receivers, but a potentially large proportion of the internet. In this paper, we proposed the multicast security model that is able to secure multi-group communication in CBT(Core Based Tree), which is multicast routing. And designed the multicast key distribution protocol that can offer authentication, user privacy using core (be does as Authentication Server) in the proposed model.

  • In this paper, we design an effective and secure optical subscriber loop to offer multimedia service to apartment residents. The designed subscriber loop has the following properties. First, a proxy is connected to HDT(Host Digital Termination) which is a switching device, in order to effectively support multimedia services. Second, a scheduler of HDT dynamically manages bandwidth allocation and reallocation to a subscriber considering the situation of communication traffic. Finally, three alternations are used for safety.

  • In order to optimize the configurations of Ka-band transponder subsystem, the tradeoff design has been performed iterately with emphasis on the improving performances of the payload system as well as effectiveness of Satellite Communication (SATCOM) system operation. It is necessary to allocate performance to the transponder equipments and to keep providing the main services. It begins with analyzing the requirements and allocating performance parameters by establishing budgets for electrical and mechanical characteristics. In this paper, introduction of SATCOM system and finally optimized Ka-band transponder configuration that is to be used for preliminary design will be mainly presented.
