Object: The purpose of this study was to survey the government official support status of the agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents among Korea and foreign countries and to suggest the agricultural policy of Korea. Methods: For this purpose, we analyzed the current national management support status among four foreign countries and Korea about agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents of farmers. For the foreign countries and the national support current status of agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents, related literature such as books, theses, articles, and web documents from the government organization of each countries were collected and analyzed. Key words for web-site and web documents were agricultural diseases, injuries, and accidents, government official system, safety and health, farmer's welfare, and farmer's official support system. UK, United States of America, France, and Japan were selected as the foreign countries' cases. Results and Conclusions: Implications for the agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents derived from the reviews among foreign countries and Korea were as follows: governmental supports should include (1) efforts on unifying administrative systems, (2) special support and management systems focusing on special subjects such as the agriculture that have been neglected, (3) aligned strategies including vision, goals, long-term plans about national safety and health projects, (4) development of supporting systems considering the features of agriculture, (5) systemized national surveys about occupational injuries and accidents for basic statistics and national studies, (6) active prevention efforts of agricultural diseases, injuries and accidents, and (8) specialized funds for safety and health of Korean farmers.

Although several studies have made and policies have formulated for an increase in women's participation in economic activities, the participation rate of women in economic activities in Korea is only 50% and much lower than in other advanced countries. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect women's continuance intention in economic activities including their motivation for economic activities, women's perception of work, and government support recognition. We empirically analyze and examine such factors and the moderating effects of family support. The survey was conducted on women nationwide to be distributed evenly among various age groups, ranging from those in their 20s to those in their 50s. The results of the empirical analysis based on the data collected on a total of 406 people were as follows. First, the motivation for economic activities including economic and self-realization motivation, women's perception of work, and government support was seen as having a significantly positive effect on women's Continuance Intention in Economic Activities. Second, the impact of women's work perception on their continuance intention in economic activities varied depending on the level of family support, and its moderating effect was confirmed. But there was no moderating effect of family support between economic and self-realization motivation, government support recognition, and the women's continuance intention for economic activities To increase women's continuance intention for economic activities, both support for work-family compatibility policies and institutional support should be provided. Government support will also be needed in order to enable women with abundant experience to participate in economic activities.
This study asserted the need and reasonableness to enforce the consumer support administration especially in local government and also examine the area of service to help consumer the service providing system and the current situation. Based on this literature review survey on consumer need current situation in Pucheon city and case study of two other city this study propose the strategies on how the local government of Pucheon city can improve the service to support consumer.

The research and development of oriental cosmetics should be the national strategic industry because the oriental cosmetics have competitive power. To activate the industry of oriental cosmetics the support of government is needed. The governments should know the value of oriental cosmetic industry and invest the research and development. The prolonged investment on research and marketing of company and support of government will make the oriental cosmetics progress.
This study analyzes the establishment of venture companies and the interaction of venture ecosystem components (the core factors of venture ecosystems) with a focus on venture companies, venture capital, and the return market. Government support policies are understood as a catalyst for the venture ecosystem and this study will analyze the implications of government involvement by identifying the role of government policies in the venture ecosystem. According to the results of the empirical analysis with data on confirmed venture businesses by the Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA), policies that provide direct support to venture companies did not have a significant influence on the establishment of new ventures. However, new investments by venture capital show a statistically significant positive effect and signify that the new investment is an important factor in vitalizing the establishment of new venture businesses and that the economic conditions of the return market have a positive effect. The establishment of venture businesses responds to the changes in real and vertical markets with greater resilience compared to government policies. Given the unique nature of the Korean venture ecosystem that responds to the market with greater resilience than government policies, there must be increased efforts to recover the confidence of the capital markets for venture capital in order to promote improved efficiency.

As the competitiveness of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is getting more and more improved and globalized, the government provides various consulting services to secure the competitiveness of small and medium firms and support stable growth. However, the assessment of the result from the government's support is generally focused on non-financial factors, such as customer satisfaction and analysis of improvement effect. This paper is in regards to the statistical analysis of how much the government's support in the form of providing consulting services contributes to financial outcomes in terms of profitability and growth. ROA (return on asset) and ROS (return on sales), which are investment profitability and sales profitability respectively, are chosen as an indicator of profitability. For analysis of growth, sales revenue and total asset growth are used. The samples are 44 corporations which are supported by government, and 150 corporations which are selected for comparison, with corporate growth support center program by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy chosen as the consulting model. After gathering the yearly balance sheets and income statements of the samples from CRETOP, Korea Enterprise Data, the analysis is conducted in the way of identifying the statistical significance of financial difference in the same period between corporates taking consulting services and corporates which have not, and the difference of financial outcomes from the corporates taking consulting services before and after consulting services. As a result, in terms of business growth, it is turned out to have positive difference both in growth ratio and profitability compared to the compared corporations at the significant level. Therefore, it is obvious that the consulting program which government provides to SMEs have direct influence practically to the corporates' management performance.
Condominium management ask for planning ability and special knowledge in order to solve the troubles of a condominium. But all the HOA has not ability or knowledge of condominium management, so administration support to condominium management came to be given to HOA. In this study, we divided the administration policies on condominium management as follows; (1) instruction about an advertisement and a contract (2) instruction about management (3) instruction about maintenance (4) instruction by the local government (5) legislation about condominium management. Most of the condominium management policy has been programmed by government, such as legal amendments and advises by administrative inspection. But these condominium management policies have limitations to support HOA, so it is need to correspond to local government. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the government's R&D support and the use of stock options by venture companies on the innovation of venture companies, that is, innovation capabilities and innovation performance. An empirical analysis was conducted using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method using the data from the detailed survey of venture companies conducted on domestic venture confirmation companies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the benefit of government R&D support had a positive (+) effect on strengthening the innovation capabilities of venture companies, and R&D support also had a positive (+) effect on the innovation performance of venture companies. Next, it was found that the use of stock options by venture companies had a positive (+) effect on the reinforcement of the innovation capabilities of companies and a positive (+) effect on the innovation performance of venture companies. In addition, it was found that the innovation capabilities of venture companies significantly mediate between the government's R&D support and the use of stock options by venture companies and the innovation performance of companies. These analysis results show that the government's R&D support and the use of stock option systems can play a meaningful role in the innovation of venture companies, and also show that the innovation capabilities of venture companies have an important meaning in the process of innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to continue the stance of R&D support for ventures and at the same time to introduce multi-faceted policy measures to support corporate capacity building, and legal and institutional maintenance and policy support to revitalize the stock option system need to be continuously provided.
The main objective of this research aims at analyzing efficiency of government financial transfers(GFTs) to the Korean fisheries sector, using the Linear Structural Relations model(i.e., LISERL model) and the field survey data. Most policies of GFTs tend to be implemented to protect industries with weak competitive advantages such as infant and/or primary industries. Specific policy instruments include income transfers, government loans with lower interest rates, taxes and the like. Fishing activities are made at a highly changeable natural environment of the ocean with a great amount of risk and uncertainty. Fishing households make their livelihood under the small-scale fisheries. Such fisheries and fishing households have also a relatively weak market power. Because of these fisheries characteristics most coastal states have adopted a variety of government support programs. However, despite such a huge government support, during the past several decades the world fishing communities have seen a tendency of continuous fishereis resource overexploitation. For this resason there have been hot debates over the government support policies for fisheries through OECD, FAO, WTO, and UNEP. In general, policy evaluations tend to be made on the basis of benefit-cost(B/C) analysis. However, the B/C analysis may produce results quite different from real ones primarily due to many unmeasurable effects. Thus, the authors composed simple questionaires and let fishermen, government officials and academic people answer the questions. The survery was made in several ways such as post-mail and personal/group interviews. In recent years, for analysis of policy performances and effectiveness, the LISREL model has often been used, which consists of structural and measurement eqquations. This model has a good advantage of transforming unobservable variables to observable ones so that it helps construct endogenous cause and effect relationships among relevant variables. The evaluation was done from the two aspects: policy results and policy effectiveness. The policy result evaluation showed that there is a need for improvement for policy problem perception and decision-making process, while the policy effect evaluation suggested that the policy goals were successfully achieved and social justice was improved from the perspective of the entire society as well. However, the research results showed that the GFT policies rendered little contrubtion to narrowing down the gap between GFT beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries incomes.
This study was carried out to verify management commitment on perceived consulting quality in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived consultant perform quality. Second, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived government support quality. Third, management commitment was found to have no effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fourth, perceived consultant perform quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fifth, perceived government support quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase institutional support for enhancing the management commitment as well as the capability of consultants and support of government. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.
