In suite of a high supply of multi-family housings, the government's housing policies have only been focusing on the construction of housings and their supply, while being almost indifferent to the maintenance management of them. As a result, a considerable amount of inconvenience to the use of housing resources and habitation of residents occurred. Accordingly, on this paper, the current housing policies and their inspections on the maintenance period are compared and analyzed with suggestions for improvement. Analysis shows that repairing of housings at appropriate time not only significantly delays the deterioration of housings, but also keeps the function of housings to their original condition. Therefore, through an efficient management of repair maintenance, wearing of buildings can be delayed and their functions can be improved.
This study was conducted with funding from the government (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs) in 2018 with support from the Agricultural, Food, and Rural Affairs Agency, 318069-03-HD040, and is based on artificial intelligence-based HPAI spread analysis and patterning. The inflow of highly pathogenic avian influenza is coming through migratory birds from abroad, but it is not known exactly what pathways provide the farm with the cause of the infection. And the transition between farms from the generated farms only assumes that the vehicle is the main cause, and the main cause of the spread is not exactly known. Based on the call detailed records (CDR) data provided by KT, the study aims to see how people visiting migratory bird-watching sites, presumed to be the site of the outbreak, will flow through infected farms.
This study analyzes the Baekche official costume system, including the dress, cap and belt systems, by relating documentary records with the results of excavations. The study shows that the system differed depending on the time. A system of dress based on official ranks was instituted during the region of King Goi in the third century. The rap amd belt systems were begun in the first half of sixth century The official costume system, as recorded in the Chinese history $Sus{\u{o}}$, included many subdivisions of cap colors, which followed belt colors. According to $Gudangs{\u{o}}$, dress and cap systems changed in the seventh century. The official costume consisted of a $jacket(j{\u{o}}gori)$, trousers(baji), and coat(po). The coat had wide sleeves and reached below knees. Its collar had straight neckline. Officials of all rank wore silk caps and belts of matching colors. Officials above sixth rank used silver flower decorations on their caps. Officials wore wide-crouch trousers and generally adjusted the hems of the trousers, but this practice stopped in the sixth century. Officials wore shoes or boots depending on occasion. From a historical viewpoint, Baekche is important for having been the first Korean kingdom to establish a government organization. The salient feature of the system of organization established in A.D. 260(the twenty-seventh year of the region of King Goi) was the application of different colors to identify different ranks.
'Medical officials of State Council' (議政府藥房) (MOSC) were bureaucrats who was part of a State Council and provided regular medical care to the State Council's bureaucracy. The Manual for Medical Officials of State Council (議政府藥房式例) (MMOSC) is a rare resource that records the actual work of the MOSC in the 19th century. This paper examines the changing history of the title of 'medical official' (藥房, yakbang) in the Joseon Dynasty and analyzes the role of MOSC by examining the contents of MMOSC. It argues: 1) The MOSC system was established before other similar medical office systems. Subsequently, the Medical Office of Ritual Minister (禮曹藥房) and Medical Office of Patriots and Veterans Minister (忠勳府藥房) were established, followed by Medical Office of General Office (都總府藥房) and Medical Office of Managing Royal Family (宗親府藥房). 2) The MMOSC was first written in 1812 and was augmented in 1832 and 1840. This timeline can be verified through written seal at the end of the literature. 3) In addition to the medicine-related work, the medical office also did the administrative work of the government office.

Enzymatic deinking method can avoids the alkaline environment as usual required in chemical deinking, which consequently cuts chemical costs and reduced the white water pollution. The electrostatic wastepaper was dinked with commercial cellulolytic enzymes and surfactant in neutral pH and the effectiveness of deinking and the physical properties of deinked pulp were evaluated. The disintegrating efficiency of the electrostatic wastepaper in neutral pH was enhanced with enzyme treatments. Although the freeness of deinked pulp with enzymes was higher than that of deinked pulp with chemical deinking agents, the brightness of the enzymatic deinked pulp was slightly lower than that of the chemical deinked pulp. But, by additions of nonionic surfactants, the brightness of deinked pulp was increased with less residual ink particles and mechanical properties of enzymatic deinked pulp was improved compared to the deinked pulp of conventional alkaline method.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the origin of ku and changes of styles from ancient times to recent times. It will contribute to recent times . Paper is on defense for so-called internet crisis, the attack of DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) which was targeted to the central government ministries, financial sector, and portal sites of chief counties including Korea on June 7th, 2009 as its start. By conducting attack with various DDoS attacking methods in the lab environment and dividing networks targeted by the attack by layers, this paper records and analyzes the chief information for attack, destination information of packets, defense policy setting, and the flow of packet attack with the subjects of the networks separated. This study suggests CFC system using multiple firewalls applying defense policy corresponding to the target layer for ultimate attack and tests it according to the result of analyzing the attack packet information and its amount, log analysis, access recording port, and MAC and IT information, etc. by layers. This article is meaningful in that it analyzes the attack by layers, establishes firewall policy for protecting each layer, and secures accurate mechanism for detect and defense.

Uiryung Watershed area, located at the confluence of Nam River and Nagdong River has 9000 ha of agricultural land area and 3024 ha of paddy rice field have been reclaimed and managed by Korean Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation(KARICO) in the riparian area since 1954. In spite of irrigation and drainage improvement projects in last 3 decades since 1970, there are severe drought and innundation problems in the area. To improve the difficulties and efficient usage of irrigation water not only for agriculture but also for environmental conservation and cultural ceremony, Automatic Water management system has been installed supported by Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery in Korean Government. The control office in Uiryung Branch Office of KARICO, receive all the water management records from Remote Terminal Units in 7 reservoirs and 26 Pump stations to operate the decision supporting system of irrigation and drainage facility during cropping period. Since the completion of the water management system at the end of 2003, the electric cost decrease in 80 % than average years. In spite of decrease of two technical assistants since 2004, complains from farmers for the water management are very rare. The technological experience from the automatic water management system would contribute not only for the efficient water management of Uiryang area but also for the modernization of water management of other watershed areas in the future.
Singapore, an island republic of over 5 million inhabitants, has 3.1 million workers. Most are employed in the service, finance and tourist/transport industry. Significant numbers work in manufacturing, construction and heavy industry. Following a series of construction and shipyard accidents with multiple deaths in 2004, the government announced its intention to reduce workplace fatalities from 4.9 to 2.5 per 100,000 by 2015. There was strong political will to achieve this target. The strategic approaches were to build workplace safety and health (WSH) capabilities; implement legislative changes with enforcement; promote benefits of WSH and recognize best practices, and enhance partnership with stakeholders. The anticipated outcomes were to reduce workplace fatality and injury rates; have WSH as an integral part of business; and establish a progressive and pervasive WSH culture. With these measures, the workplace fatality rate declined from 4.9/100,000 in 2004, to 2.2/100,000 in 2010. However, other confounding factors could also account for this decline, and have to be considered. The next target, announced by Singapore's Prime Minister in 2008, is to further reduce the workplace fatality rate to 1.8/100,000 by 2018, and to have "one of the best workplace safety records in the world".
