This work describes a derivation process of JIC(Joint Integrating Concept) based JFC(Joint Functional Concept) analysis of an Aegis BMD(Ballistic Missile Defense). JIC is developed through JOC(Joint Operating Concept) and JFC based on capstone strategy and concept. Aegis BMD is a sea-based ballistic missile defense to detect ballistic missile threat, increase engagement battlespace and enable multiple engagement based on Aegis ships. Aegis BMD is a good case of JIC due to performing an Joint operations based on System of Systems under highly complicated NCW environment. This work analyses JFC using QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and UJTL(Universal Joint Task List). From this analysis the JIC of Aegis Korean BMD is derived using a CASE tool.

This study aims to develop the constructs for evaluating team presentations performed by undergraduate international students in Korea. To achieve the goal, this study reviews related research and sets the criteria to analyze the problems of team presentations performed in Korean by undergraduate international students. Through this analysis we got to know which problems they were making. They were failing to reorganize the resources they had referenced and to organize the contents into one. And errors or mistakes of grammar and spelling were found often in their PPT files, and the editing styles of the PPTs were not consistent. Moreover, their performances were not unlike their PPT files. One made a good presentation but the other students just recited the script without interaction with the audience. Moreover, they could not operate the Q&A part and lead the discussion well, and components for wrapping up the presentation also were omitted frequently. After the analysis, this study conducted a survey with 23 Korean language educators asking about the validity of the construct and description of the survey. Based on the collected feedback, the construct list has been modified primarily, and carried out a second survey with an expert group. Based on their opinion, the final construct list was fine-tuned.

In this paper, we propose a new symbolic simulation for scan chain diagnosis to solve the diagnosis resolution problem. The proposed scan chain fault simulation, called the SF-simulation, is able to analyze the effects caused by faulty scan cells in good scan chains. A new scan chain fault simulation is performed with a modified logic ATPG pattern. In this simulation, we consider the effect of errors caused by scan shifting in the faulty scan chain. Therefore, for scan chain diagnosis, we use the faulty information in good scan chains which are not contaminated by the faults while unloading scan out responses. The SF-simulation can tighten the size of the candidate list and achieve a high diagnosis resolution by analyzing fault effects of good scan chains, which are ignored by most previous works. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Medical school students learn a lot about medical knowledge and clinical experience in the classroom. Teaching is a main focus in medical schools; therefore, it is necessary to identify the characteristics of good teaching. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of high-quality education in medical schools. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted over two weeks on twelve fourth-year medical students. Participants were asked to define high-quality education, list the general ways in which high-quality classes are delivered, mention cases where they have experienced high-quality teaching, and describe the attitude required of students to make high-quality education possible. The results showed that students want to be taught in an interactive way on the core content needed in an actual clinical setting for the goal of cultivating primary care physicians. They want their education to include not only medical knowledge, but also liberal art subjects such as politics, economics, sociology, culture and ethics education to help instill a sound value system. In particular, students stressed the importance of instructors delivering appropriate post-evaluation feedback, and they also emphasized that learner mindset and attitude is important in supporting high-quality teaching in class. This paper also summarizes the elements of high-quality teaching in terms of educational goals, content, and method, and examines cases of instructors who have delivered high-quality classes.

좋은 수학 수업을 위해 수학교사는 여러 가지 역량을 필요로 하지만, 수학교사가 갖추어야 할 역량에 대한 연구자의 입장과 현직교사의 입장은 종종 일치하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 관련 선행연구와 본 연구자들의 현직교사 재교육 및 예비교사 교육 경험에 기초하여 좋은 수학수업의 의미와 특징을 반영한 수업을 실행하기 위한 교수 역량 요소를 도출하고, 연구자의 입장에서 도출된 각 요소에 대해 현직 수학교사들의 인식은 어떠한지 조사하였다. 또한 과거 교사 양성 과정의 대학에서 배운 수학이 교수 역량 계발에 얼마나 영향을 주었다고 판단하는지 그리고 현재 이루어지고 있는 예비교사 교육이 교수 역량 계발에 미치는 영향에 대해 현직 수학교사들의 인식은 어떠한지 조사하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 수학교사의 수업 역량과 예비교사 교육과 관련된 시사점을 논의하였다.

1. Objectives and Methods This study was performed to know the relationship between Sasang Constitution and characteristics of ordinary symptoms, inspection diagnosis of face and tongue. There were 666 participants(280 men and 386 women) who answered Sasang Constitutional Checkup list and were taken pictures of faces and tongues. Sasang Constitution was diagnosed by only PSSC(Phonetic System for Sasang Constitution). Distribution of Sasang Constitution and X2 test, kappa value for agreement were calculated using SPSS 10.0. 2. Results From characteristics of ordinary symptoms' point of view, Taeeumin had loud voices, big body shapes and easily sweated themselves. They felt good after sweating and had warm hands and feet. And their upper back, shoulders and chest were, they thought, well developed. They were apt to have meals quickly and overeat themselves. Soyangin and Soeumin had thin body shapes and were difficult to sweat themselves and felt powerless after sweating. They had cold hands and feet. Especially, Soeumin was apt to have meals slowly and a little amounts. They walked so fast. Soyangin was introvert and had developed their abdomen and waist. 'Looking heavy and steady' was higher in Taeeumin, 'delicate and modest' was higher in Soeumin(42.8%) and Soyangin(36.1 %) in first impression. It was thought to be difficult to discriminate Soyangin from Soeumin in first impression and make a notion of right Soyangin's first impression. Soyangin had pinky tongue color and little tongue fur whereas Soeumin had red tongue color and whitish tongue fur. Taeeumin had whitish tongue fur too. 3. Conclusions To diagnose Sasang Constitution much effectively, PSSC results and comprehensive Sasang Constitutional Checkup list extracted from effective Questionnaire items and Face and Tongue Inspection Diagnosis are thought to be needed.

북한은 '조선민요 아리랑(2014년)'과 '김치담그기 풍습(2015년)'을 인류무형문화유산 대표목록으로 등재하였다. 아마도 남한이 먼저 등재한 '아리랑(2012년)'과 '김장문화(2013년)'의 영향을 받은 것으로 짐작된다. 이로 인해 남 북한 공유의 무형문화유산이 별개의 유네스코 인류무형문화유산 대표목록으로 등재되는 상황이 발생하고 말았다. '아리랑'과 '김장문화'의 사례는 유네스코 인류무형문화유산을 통한 남북 문화유산 교류협력의 필요성을 역설하고 있다. 이 글은 유네스코 인류무형문화유산 정책 검토를 기반으로 남 북한 인류무형문화유산의 교류협력 방안과 공동등재 방안을 고찰하여 남 북한 문화통합의 단초를 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 유네스코 무형문화유산 협약체제 적용을 위한 남 북한의 법규개정 내용을 살펴보고, 남 북한 간 문화유산 교류협력 사례를 분석하여 실질적 교류협력 활성화를 위한 대안이 무엇인지 검토해 보았다. 남 북한 무형문화유산 교류협력은 비록 비정치적인 분야이긴 하나 정세변화와 무관할 수는 없다. 따라서 상황에 따른 단계적 전개방법을 설계해 보고 정책을 실현하기 위한 방안을 검토하였다. 기반조성단계${\rightarrow}$교류협력 추진단계${\rightarrow}$사업다각화 모색단계${\rightarrow}$정책 및 대안 모색단계의 4단계로 구분하고 각 단계별 세부 추진방안을 제시하였다. 남 북한이 상호협력할 경우 일차적으로 실행이 가능하고 구체적으로 전략적 제안을 할 수 있는 대상이 필요하다. 이런 점에서 볼 때 유네스코 인류무형문화유산 공동등재는 적합한 협력대상이라 할 수 있다. 이미 공유 무형문화유산이 남 북한 별개의 유네스코 인류무형문화유산 대표목록으로 등재된 만큼 공동등재를 위한 노력은 필수적이다. 그래서 남 북한 모두 국가목록에 등재되어 있는 무형문화유산을 공동등재 대상으로는 선정하였다. 막걸리 장 가양주 구들 전통자수가 그것이다. 남 북한 공동등재를 위한 노력은 공유하고 있는 무형문화유산에 대한 정보 교류부터 시작한다. 공유된 정보를 중심으로 공동등재를 위한 시범사업(Pilot Projet)을 추진해 본 다음, 중기계획을 수립하여 공동등재할 수 있는 체제를 마련한다. 유네스코 인류무형문화유산으로 공동등재된 후에는 대상 무형문화유산의 상호 방문전시와 공연, 공동 모니터링 등 다양한 교류협력사업을 추진할 수 있다. 남 북한 인류무형문화유산의 공동등재 상호협력은 분단된 국가 중 유일무이한 사례로, 그 가치를 전세계적으로 인정받음은 물론 한민족문화의 힘을 발현할 상징으로 부각될 수 있다. 또한, 우리 고유 무형문화유산의 가치를 세계에 알리고 유네스코가 권장하는 공동등재의 모범사례가 되어 남 북한 문화통합을 위한 토대가 될 것이다.

Making deicing countermeasure plan against snow accretion on power line is a very complicated problem, which should take into account both the possibility of accidents due to snow accretion on power line and the stable operation of power system. As knowledge engineering can be a good solution to this field of problems, a prototype expert system to assist power system operators in forecasting snow accretion on power lines and making a list of all the feasible and effective deicing countermeasures has been developed. The system has been remodelled into a fuzzy expert system by adopting fuzzy rulebase and fuzzy inference method to systematically process the fuzziness included in the heuristic knowledges. Simulation results based on the past snow accretion accident data show that the proposed system is very promising.

Job shop scheduling with m different machines and n different jobs is a NP-hard problem of combinatorial optimization. The purpose of the paper is to develop the heuristic method using tabu search for job shop scheduling to minimize makespan or mean flowtime. To apply tabu search to job shop scheduling problem, in this paper we propose the several move methods that employ insert moves in order to generate the neighbor solutions, and present the efficient rescheduling procedure that yields active schedule for a changed operation sequence by a move of operations. We also discuss the tabu search techniques of diversifying the search of solution space as well as the simple tabu search. By experiments, we find the appropriate tabu list size and tabu attributes, and analyze the proposed tabu search techniques with respect to the quality of solutions and the efforts of computation. The experimental results show that the proposed tabu search techniques using long-term memory function have the ability to search a good solution, and are more efficient in the mean flowtime minimization problem than in the makespan minimization.

Jindo Ssitgimgut has been known as a funeral ritual for a long time in Korea. However, there is no study for music therapy on anxiety disorder. The aims of this study were to argue that Oral sound Daseureum of Jindo Ssitgimgut may have meaningful effect on anxiety disorder. Jindo Ssitgimgut is literally a cleansing soul. Jindo Ssitgimgut is designated as the Intangible Cultural Property No. 2 by the Korean government. Jindo Ssitgimgut is transmitted from generation to generation, not the descent of God. So, the accent is on art and one's sincere sympathy. So, with careful listening Youtube, this music Daseureum exhibits an exquisite balance between the human voice and the sounds do the instruments. The author think a good combination of his voice, Jing (Korean gong), and Ajaeng (Korean cello) can help with anxiety disorder.
