문화산업 내 연예매니지먼트 산업은 콘텐츠의 활용 가능성이 매우 높은 고부가가치 산업으로 대중문화 및 미디어의 시대가 도래 하면서 나타난 주요한 현상 중 하나로 스타를 들 수 있다. 스타는 대중 매체에 반복적으로 등장하면서 수많은 수용자가 미디어를 소비하며 발생한 21세기의 중심적인 문화현상으로 문화 상품으로의 스타, 스타와 팬덤의 소통현상, 이러한 현상은 연예매니지먼트사의 스타의 콘텐츠화로 이어지고 있으며 다양한 마케팅으로 이익을 창출하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 마케팅이 아직까지 급변하는 기술 및 미디어의 발전에 발맞추어 나가지 못하고 있는 실정으로 앞으로의 스타콘텐츠 마케팅은 어떤 정보전달 매개체보다 강력한 수단인 휴대전화, 즉 스마트폰의 떠오르는 고부가가치 산업인 애플리케이션을 활용하여야 할 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 애플리케이션을 활용한 마케팅이 미치는 영향을 사례로 연예매니지먼트 산업의 스타콘텐츠 마케팅의 방향이 애플리케이션을 활용한다면 더욱 효과를 이룰 것이다.

The paradigm of the global logistics network has been rapidly changing from traditional concept of productivity in cost terms, toward the new characteristics of innovative productivity in terms of economies of scale, economies of scope, and economies of network. As the ship or airplane becomes larger and speedier, the less logistics hub required. The more diverse logistics parties integrate each other horizontally or vertically, the higher synergy effects they get. The more systematic concurrent engineering available for global supply chain management such as Korean manufacturers in China, the higher productivity they get. The paper analyzes these three paradigms of logistics into the application for the Korean manufacturers in China and concludes that the Korean government, the companies in China should be more focused on the governance of the logistics and the intermediary such as the 4th party logistics(4PL) is definitely developed its role and functions based on three paradigms above mentioned.

ebXML (Electronic Business using extensible Markup language), sponsored by UN/CEFACT and OASIS, is a modular suite of specifications that enables enterprises of any size and in any geographical location to conduct business over the Internet. Using ebXML, companies now have a standard method to exchange business messages, conduct trading relationships, communicate data In common terms and define and resistor business processes. It is the mission of ebXML that provides an open XML-based infrastructure enabling the global use of electronic business information in an interoperable, secure and consistent manner by all parties for creating a single e1ectronic electronic market. This paper briefly overviews the concept of core component, context, assembly rule and context rule. Then, It designs by standard specifications of ebXML core component commonly used in an industry and among industries, and assembles business messages by using XML schema. Therefore, it suggests the mechanism which effectively exchanges business messages among the trading partners. This paper designs core component by using only three business messages of retail industry : orders, dispatch report, sales report.

This article focused on the environmental changes on atolls in Micronesia. First, we considered the problem. Second, we designed research that focused on the impacts of environmental changes especially in relation to globalization and global warming in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The results were in accordance to the hypotheses that globalization had impacted prominently in communities on main islands and impact was lessened with increased distance from the centre. The fact that the islands are remotely situated and thus, in theory, do not have much outside influence, has not alleviated them from having societal concerns. The earth's environmental change is causing an impact on the main islands as well. This has been governed by distinctive characteristics in their geographical, regional, and contents. Moreover, they showed stronger concerns about impacts on the environment than globalization. A set of questionnaires was used as the principal assessment method to quantify the concerns relating to the environmental changes.

An efficient descent method for unconstrained optimization problems is line search method in which the step size is required to choose at each iteration after a descent direction is determined. There are many ways to choose the step sizes, such as the exact line search, Armijo line search, Goldstein line search, and Wolfe line search, etc. In this paper we propose a new inexact line search for a general descent method and establish some global convergence properties. This new line search has many advantages comparing with other similar inexact line searches. Moreover, we analyze the global convergence and local convergence rate of some special descent methods with the new line search. Preliminary numerical results show that the new line search is available and efficient in practical computation.

Mobile IP is a solution for mobility on the global Internet. However, it causes service delay incase of frequent movement of mobile node and mobile users. Mobile IP regional registration is Proposed to reduce the service delay. In this paper, we introduce an optimal regional location management mechanism for Mobile IP that reduces the registration delay. The movement of mobile node is described by a discrete analytical model. The proposed model explains analytically average packet rate and registration cost as the size of regional networks with mobility of mobile node.

The concept of segmental stabilization has been one of the most exciting advancements in the field of physical therapy. Specific deep stabilizing muscle have proven to reverse motor control deficits that occurs after back injury. After an injury, a new motor programming strategy is adopted and there is excessive recruitment of the large , strong , global muscular system works instead of small segmental deep muscle recruitment for stability. Many physical therapists and doctors mistakenly prescribe therapeutic exercise for low back pain to use larger, superficial musculature to strengthen the spine for stability and pain control. But motor control coordination of local segmental muscle is actually the key to stability and pain control, not strengthening of global muscle. A recent focus in physiotherapy management of patients with chronic back pain has been the specific training of muscles surrounding the lumbar spine whose primary role is considered to be the provision of dynamic stability and segmental control to the spine. These are the deep transverse abdominis muscle and lumbar multifudus.

Years ago, anthropologists gave no attention to clothing and dress; but in the 1980s, a new research agenda was created placing the body surface at center stage (Tranberg-Hansen, 2004). Now culture is seen as a process created through agency, practice, and performance-no doubt, clothing very much has a human element. Just as important, we now understand that the globalization process has both local and global impact. Highest on this local/global interaction is the process of consumption. Certainly we are not surprised by this when we know that clothes may be inspired from France, tech-packed from New York, sourced from all over the world, produced in China, and sold in shops on the other side of the globe.

RFID is an emerging technology and rapidly applied to various industries due to its high-tech characteristic and convenience. Although RFID provides valuable benefits. it might also generate serious privacy problems. Previous studies show that privacy issues should be incorporated in developing RFID systems and more detailed privacy protection methods. However. they just provide basic concept, rough guideline. and simple architecture about RFID privacy protection. Industry needs more structured framework and detailed systematic process to incorporate privacy issues into the RFID system. The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework and detailed process design of RFID privacy protection issues in retail industries. A framework is developed based on individual sensitivity concept, RFID contents, and interface with EPC global standard. Case study is applied to validate the framework and it turns out to be useful. It is expected that the proposed framework and process design would provide more systematic guide lines to solving RFID privacy problems.

The GALILEO Project is to be the one and only European Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS). The GIVE-B satellite, a second experimental GALILEO satellite was launched and started the transmission of ranging signals. GIOVE-B satellite is intended as a trueprototype of future GALILEO satellite. So I introduce the standard deviation of code multi path, signal power, antennas performance and L1-E5 group delay etc. Therefore I comprehend the current progress and tend of GALILEO Project and try to propose the national countremeasures.
