  • The aim of this paper is to derive a fractional derivative of the multivariable H-function of Srivastava and Panda [7], associated with a general class of multivariable polynomials of Srivastava [4] and the generalized Lauricella functions of Srivastava and Daoust [9]. Certain special cases have also been discussed. The results derived here are of a very general nature and hence encompass several cases of interest hitherto scattered in the literature.

  • In this paper, a new class of general strongly nonlinear variational-like inequalities was introduced and studied. The existence and uniqueness of solutions and a new iterative algorithm for the general strongly nonlinear variational-like inequality are established and suggested, respectively. The convergence criteria of the iterative sequence generated by the iterative algorithm are also given.

  • In this paper, we consider the general variational inequality GVI(F, g, C), where F and g are mappings from a Hilbert space into itself and C is the fixed point set of a nonexpansive mapping. We suggest and analyze a new modified hybrid steepest-descent method of type method $u_{n+l}=(1-{\alpha}+{\theta}_{n+1})Tu_n+{\alpha}u_n-{\theta}_{n+1g}(Tu_n)-{\lambda}_{n+1}{\mu}F(Tu_n),\;n{\geq}0$. for solving the general variational inequalities. The sequence $\{x_n}\$ is shown to converge in norm to the solutions of the general variational inequality GVI(F, g, C) under some mild conditions. Application to constrained generalized pseudo-inverse is included. Results proved in the paper can be viewed as an refinement and improvement of previously known results.

  • In 1985, Khan gave some sufficient conditions on semigroup identities to be preserved under epis of semigroups in conjunction with the general semigroup permutation identity. But determination of all identities which are preserved under epis in conjunction with the general permutation identity is an open problem in the category of all semigroups and hence, in the category of all posemigroups. In this paper, we first find some sufficient conditions on an identity to be preserved under epis of posemigroups in conjunction with any nontrivial general permutation identity. We also find some sufficient conditions on posemigroup identities to be preserved under epis of posemigroups in conjunction with the posemigroup permutation identity, not a general permutation identity.

  • In this paper, we firstly prove some general inequalities for the Neumann eigenvalues for domains contained in a Euclidean n-space ℝn. Using the general inequalities, we can derive some new Neumann eigenvalues estimates which include an upper bound for the (k + 1)th eigenvalue and a new estimate for the gap of the consecutive eigenvalues. Moreover, we give sharp lower bound for the first eigenvalue of two kinds of eigenvalue problems of the biharmonic operator with Navier boundary condition on compact Riemannian manifolds with boundary and positive Ricci curvature.

  • In this paper we prove a generalized symmetry relation between the generalized Euler polynomials and the generalized higher-order (attached to Dirichlet character) Euler polynomials. Indeed, we prove a relation between the power sum polynomials and the generalized higher-order Euler polynomials..

  • We investigate the domain of influence of the local volatility function on the solutions of the general Black-Scholes model. First, we generate the sample paths of underlying asset using the Monte Carlo simulation. Next, we define the inner and outer domains to find the effective volatility region. To confirm the effect of the inner domain, we use the root mean square error for the European call option prices, and then change the values of volatility in the proposed domain. The computational experiments confirm that there is an effective region which dominates the option pricing.

  • In this paper, we established the general comparison principles for IVP of impulsive differential equations with time variables, which strictly extend and improve the precious comparison results obtained by V. Lakes. et.al . and S.K.Kaul([3]-[7]). Whit the general comparison results, we constructed the monotone iterative sequences of solution for IVP of such equations which converges the maximal and minimal and minimal solutions , respectively.

  • In the present paper, some general convergence principles are established in metric spaces and then theses principles are applied to the convergence of the iterative sequences for approximating fixed points of certain classes of mappings. By virtue of our principles, most of the latest results obtained by several authors can be deduced easily.
