“The ultimate aim of the anthropology of art ［fashion］ must be the dissolution of art ［fashion］.” Alfred Gell, Art and Agency (1998) This study aims to rethink fashion by examining issues that have emerged out of recent writings in the anthropology of art. Since their inaugural coinciding, sound discussions have emerged between the anthropology of art and the art world, addressing such subjects as： ‘artworks and artefacts’, ‘Western and non- Western discourse’, and ‘art and agency’ (Gell 1992； 1993； 1996； 1998). This study is comprised of a series of discussions, the subjects of which follow： the relationship between fashion and art； art and the anthropology of art； and in parallel with this, examining the possibility for an anthropology of fashion. This study employs a qualitative approach based on the discussion of relevant literatures dealing with fashion, art and art theory for its methodology, followed by a brief examination of a case of the Vivienne Westwood exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in terms of an empirical account.

Two types of alginate gel beads capable of floating in the gastric cavity were prepared. The first, alginate gell bead containing olive oil(Al-Oil), is a hydrogel bead and its buoyancy is attributable to olive oil held in the alginate gel matrix. The model drug, metronidazole(MZ), contained in Al-Oil was released gradually into artificial gastric fluid. The profiles of MZ release from Al-Oil shown initial burst and after 90 min they were about 100%. The second, alginate gel bead containing curdlan microsphere(Al-C), is a gel bead with curdlan-MZ microsphere in the matrix. To sustained release rate of drug, alginate bead were prepared curdlan microsphere containing MZ. Results demonstrated that sustained delivery of MZ over 2h can be easily achieved while the bead remained float. The release properties of prepared alginate beads are applicable not only for sustained release of drugs but also for targeting the gastric mucosa.

In the present study, the protective effect of Scutellaria baicalensis against DNA damage in HL-60 cells exposed to $^{60}$ Co ${\gamma}$-rays was evaluated using micronuclei formation and alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE, comet assay). The frequency of micronuclei was decreased in groups treated with water extract (P＜0.01), polysaccaride fraction (P＜0.01) and methanol fraction (P＜0.01) before/after exposure to 200 cGy of ${\gamma}$-rays.(omitted)

첼라틴을 이용하여 직경이 $100~400{\mu}{\textrm}{m}$의 분포를 가잔 구행 미 겁 담체를 만들어 부착성 동물세포들의 부착및 성 장정도를 측정하였다. 또 상업화된 Cytodex Ill와 실험실에서 제조된 Polyacrylamide 미립담체들을 가지고 세포 성장 정도를 비교검토하였다. DMEM 애지에서 L929 (mouse fibroblast)와 BHK 21(Baby Hamster Kidney)부착성 세포를 배양한 결과 L 929는 P AA, Cytodex ill에서 가장 좋은 성장을 보였다. 109/L의 Cytodex 농도에서 최대세포농도는 약 $4\times10^6$cells/ML 이였다.

There is a close relation between the heat generation in the fuel cell stack and the fuel cell performance. In PEM fuel Gell vehicles, the stack coolant temperature is about $65^{\circ}C$, which is far lower than that for general automobile engine. Therefore, it is hard to release heat generated in the stack by using a radiator of limited size because of the reduced temperature difference between the coolant and the ambient air. In this study, indirect stack cooling system using $CO_2$ heat pump was designed and its stack cooling performance in releasing heat to the ambient was investigated. This work focuses on a series of processes that grasp the relation among the fuel cell power, the radiator capacity and the stack temperature. The purpose of this work is to find out a way to properly release sufficient amount of heat through the finite sized radiator, so that the stack power general ion can not be deteriorated due to the stack temperature increase. The optimization between the compressor power consumption and the fuel cel1 output power can be carried out to maximize the performance of fuel cell system.

순수분리된 오이모자익 바이러스(CMV)를 함배 (KY-57)에서 증식하여 개량된 순화방법으로 순화하였다. 순화된 바이러스를 Complete adjuvant와 1: 1로 섞어 토끼에 10일 간격으로 2회 근육주사하여 높은 역가의 CMV 항혈청을 제조하였다. 한천내확산법에 의한 항혈청의 역가는 1/1280이었다. 제조된 CMV 항혈청은 앞으로 채소작물이나 그밖에 식량작물에 이병된 CMV를 분리동정하는데 이용될 것이다.

The photovoltaic modules installed in the actual field are affected by various external environments and the electrical performance output value is generally lowered compared to initial output value. The most of photovoltaic modules consists of low iron glass, encapsulant (EVA), back sheet, frame and junction box assembly based on the solar cells. In this paper, the characteristics of encapsulant which is an important constituent material of photovoltaic module were verified by maximum power determination, electro luminescence images, yellowness index measurement, and gel content measurement after ultraviolet (UV) irradiation exposure. The most commonly installed 72 cells crystalline photovoltaic modules were tested after various UV exposure of 0, 15, 30, and $60kWh/m^2$ and compared with the reference module. After UV exposure of $15kWh/m^2$, which is the current international test condition, a small amount of change was observed in yellowness index and electroluminescence, while a gell content rapidly increased. At a cumulative dose of $60kWh/m^2$, which will be a new international test condition in the near future, however, the yellowness index increased sharply and showed the greatest output power drop.
