Gerotor Pump and Motors are widely used in lubrication and hydraulic actuator systems, These have many advantage compared with internal gear pump and motors, But the gerotor profile have not been sufficiently analyzed theoretically. So it is vary difficult for designer to decide the specifications of the gerotor profile, and it is not yet confirmed to calculating flow rate and minimum distance of clearance in the contact point of inner and outer rotor. In this paper, When we design inner and outer rotor concurently, We have analyzed the gerotor and displayed the calculated results such as flow rate, minumum distance between inner and outer rotor and gerotor profiles
A dynamic model of pump having one step gearbox and two step gearbox is developed by the lumped parameter method. The model accounts for shafts, ball bearings and journal bearings flexibilities, gyroscopic effects and the force couplings among the transverse and torsion motions due to gearing. Excitation forces of pump having one step gearbox and two step gearbox are considered as the mass unbalance of the rotors and gear transmission error which comes from the modified tooth surface. A Campbell diagram, in which the excitation sources caused by the mass unbalance of the rotors and the transmitted errors of the gearing are considered, shows that there are no critical speeds at the operating speeds. One step and two step gearboxes are manufactured and are estimated for vibration/noise, lubrication and performance.
For the purpose of high-pressure and suction of fixed amount, the development of ultra-high pressure rotating helical gear positive displacement pump with no clearance had been proceeded. The CFD analysis was performed to verify the internal pressure and the discharge flow velocity of the pump. Accordingly, a flow analysis were performed by FVM technique and we were unable to obtain a successful result since the fluid domain is separated because the grid is not configured in a row in FVM flow analysis of the fully enclosed type without clearance. Because of these problems, the flow analysis was performed by MPS method which grid configuration is not needed and the internal pressure and the discharge flow velocity of the pump were confirmed through the MPS flow analysis. At 1,000 rpm rotation speed of the rotor, the minimum internal pressure of the pump was 19.5 bar, maximum pressure was 44.6 bar and average pressure was 33.9 bar. And the minimum discharge flow velocity was 64.5 m/s, maximum discharge flow velocity was 84.8 m/s and average discharge flow velocity was 76.1 m/s. Through this study, we could confirm that MPS method was more suitable than FVM method in terms of flow analysis with no clearance. In addition, the relationship of the flow velocity according to the change of ultra-high pressure rotating helical gear positive displacement pump could be identified through this study.

Recently, interest in the circular economy has emerged in the industry. As a result, interest in Re-manufacturing, which makes old equipment similar to new products, is growing. In the machine tool industry with many aging equipment, the Re-manufacturing industry is essential, and among them, research on the performance improvement of gear type oil pumps was conducted. The purpose was to achieve the target performance of flow rate and volume efficiency by changing the shape of the gear pump housing clearance and inlet/outlet, and Computational Fluid Analysis and Central Composite Design were conducted using ANSYS CFX 2022 R2 and MINITAB®. The level of each determined factor was determined. 20 design points were derived, and the Flow Rate at each design point was calculated, and the Theoretical Flow Rate was calculated to obtain Volumetric Efficiency. The optimal design point was obtained when the Flow Rate was 140 lpm and the Volumetric Efficiency was maximum, the optimal design point was obtained when both were maximum, and the Surface Plot for each factor was obtained to identify the tendency.

After drilling operations at the offshore plant to production to crude oil to high pressure. After that time the low pressured of pipe inside when the secondary produce so oil recovery is reduced. At that time injection sea water at the pipe inside through water injection pump that the device Increase recovery so to be research and development at many industry. So developing 3-stage water injection pump at the domestic company. A variety of mathematical analysis during the detailed design analysis was not made through the dynamics characteristic. In this paper, a 2D finite element analysis is performed through the dynamics of the present study was the validation of the model.

Most power steering systems work by using a hydraulic system to turn the vehicle's wheels. The pressure is usually provided by a hydraulic pump driven by the vehicle's engine. A double-acting hydraulic cylinder applies a force to the steering gear, which in turn applies a torque to the steering axis of the road wheels. The flow to the cylinder is controlled by valves operated by the steering wheel ; the more torque the driver applies to the steering wheel and the shaft it is attached to, the more fluid the valves allow through to the cylinder, and so the more force is applied to steer the wheels in the appropriate direction. Since the pumps employed are of the positive displacement type, the flow rate they deliver is directly proportional to the speed of the engine. And for a long time, the type of hydraulic pump pulley was boss welding type. But recently, monolith type driving pulley is widely used. Therefore in this paper we studied the safety of monolith type driving pulley to the extracting force and endurance by FEM analysis and experiments.
The mechanical equipments which are exposed to impure environment undergo significant reductions in their own lifetimes. Several environmental test procedures have been developed to analyze these phenomena. Moreover in the industry to require shorter development duration, accelerated life testers artificially add test containments into machines. In this research JIS Z 8901 test powder was added into internal gear pumps which are used as oil pumps in vehicles and thus the effects of the addition on the degradation of the pumps were examined. Three kinds of contaminants were selected. Two of the contaminants are identical in particle size but different in the composition of the ingredients. The other pair have identical ingredients and composition but different particle size. The quantity of contaminants was also an interesting factor in this study. The results show that each JIS contaminant caused notable degradation in the discharge flow characteristic of pumps while friction torque degradation did not have any tendency. Finally leakage rates were deduced and equivalent wear volume ratios were calculated.

Power flow characteristics of a hydro-mechanical transmission system(HMT) are investigated for tracked vehicle in steering. A HMT consisting of two hydrostatic pump motors(HST), several planetary gear trains and steer differential gear is considered. In order to obtain the direction and magnitude of the power flow of the HMT, network theory for the general power transmission is used. Network model for the HMT in steering is developed, which consists of shafts, nodes and transmission elements such as clutch, gear, etc. Power flow analysis procedure consists of two stages : (1) traction force analysis in steering, (2) power flow analysis in HMT. Torque and speed of every transmission element of the HMT is determined from the network analysis. Also, efficiency, mechanical and hydraulic power loss including HST, are obtained. In addition, the regenerative power flow resulting from steering can be studied in graphic display. The power flow analysis program(PCSTEER) developed in this work can be used as a useful design tool for the tracked vehicle with HMT.

In this paper. a network theory for generaltransmission systme was extended considering the direction of power flow. Also, a modified network model was suggested for a node with 4 shafts in order to verify the power flow. Based on the extended network theory, a simulation program was developed to analyze a hydro-mecaanical tranmission(HMT) system consistion of two hydrostatic pump motors, severeal planetary gear trains steer differential gear. The simulation result showed that the extendednotwork analysis program develped can predict the power circulation as well as the magnitude of torque and speed for each transmission element and can be used design tool for genaral power transmission system.

This paper describes the forging of circular tooth profiled gears as a series of development of simulator for non-axisymmetric parts that being used at the pump pulley, timing belt pulley etc. in automobiles. The half pitch of gear is divided into 6 deformation regious and kinematically admissible velocity fields for those regions are proposed. The neutral surface is introduced torepresent inner flow of material during forging operation with flat punch and, for each step, it is assumed as a circle. The upper bound solutions obtained from the suggested kinematically admissible velocity fields are in good agreement with experimental results and they are useful to predict the capacity of forging press for forging of circular gears.
