  • Due to importance of the concepts of ${\theta}$-closure and ${\delta}$-closure, it is natural to try for their extensions to fuzzy topological spaces. So, Ganguly and Saha introduced and investigated the concept of fuzzy ${\delta}$-closure by using the concept of quasi-coincidence in fuzzy topological spaces. In this paper, we will introduce the concept of ${\delta}$-closure in intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces, which is a generalization of the ${\delta}$-closure by Ganguly and Saha.

  • This paper first investigates several uninorm logics (introduced by Metcalfe and Montagna in [8]) as fuzzy-relevance logics. We first show that the uninorm logic UL and its extensions IUL, UML, and IUML are fuzzy-relevant; fuzzy in Cintula's sense, i.e., the logic L is complete with respect to linearly ordered L-matrices; and relevant in the weak sense that ${\Phi}{\rightarrow}{\Psi}$ is a theorem only if either (i) $\Phi$ and $\Psi$ share a sentential variable or constant, or (ii) both $\sim\Phi$ and $\Psi$ are theorems. We next expand these systems to those with $\triangle$.

  • Weakening-free non-associative fuzzy logics, which are based on mica-norms, are introduced as non-associative substructural logics extending $GL_{e\bot}$ (Non-associative Full Lambek calculus with exchange and constants T, F) introduced by Galatos and Ono (cf. see [10, 11]). First, the mica-norm logic MICAL, which is intended to cope with the tautologies of left-continuous conjunctive mica-norms and their residua, and several axiomatic extensions of it are introduced as weakening-free non-associative fuzzy logics. The algebraic structures corresponding to the systems are then defined, and algebraic completeness results for them are provided. Next, standard completeness (i,e. completeness with respect to algebras whose lattice reduct is the real unit interval [0, 1]) is established for these logics by using Jenei and Montagna-style approach for proving standard completeness in [7, 18].

  • An induced hesitant linguistic aggregation operator is investigated in the paper, in which, hesitant fuzzy linguistic evaluation values are associated with probabilistic information. To deal with these hesitant fuzzy linguistic information, an induced hesitant fuzzy linguistic probabilistic ordered weighted averaging (IHFLPOWA) operator is proposed, monotonicity, boundary and idempotency of IHFLPOWA are proved. Then andness, orness and the entropy of dispersion of IHFLPOWA are analyzed, which are used to characterize the weighting vector of the operator, these properties show that IHFLPOWA is extensions of the induced linguistic ordered weighted averaging operator and linguistic probabilistic aggregation operator. In this paper, IHFLPOWA is utilized to gather linguistic information and create fuzzy ontologies, and a movie fuzzy ontology as an illustrative case study is used to show the elaboration of the proposed method and comparison with the existing linguistic aggregation operators, it seems that the IHFLPOWA operator is an useful and alternative operator for dealing with hesitant fuzzy linguistic information with probabilistic information.

  • In this paper, we deal with standard completeness of some axiomatic extensions of the involutive mianorm logic IMIAL. More precisely, first, seven involutive mianorm-based logics are introduced. Their algebraic structures are then defined, and their corresponding algebraic completeness is established. Next, standard completeness is established for four of them using construction in the style of Jenei-Montagna.

  • This paper aims to present some ideas for implementation of Uncertain Relational Databases (URD) which are extensions of classical relational databases. Our system firstly is based on possibility distribution and probability theory to represent and manipulate fuzzy and probabilistic information, secondly adopts flexible mechanisms that allow the management of uncertain data through the resources provided by both available relational database management systems and front-end interfaces, and lastly chooses dynamic SQL to enhance versatility and adjustability of systems.

  • In this work, extensions to partial least squares (PLS) for wastewater treatment (WWT) process monitoring are discussed. Conventional data gathered by monitoring WWT systems are usually time varying, high dimensional, correlated and nonlinear, PLS has been shown to be an efficient approach in modeling and monitoring high dimensional and correlated data. To represent dynamic and nonlinear features of the data several kinds of dynamic nonlinear PLS (DNLPLS) models have been proposed. However, the complexity and ambiguity of the models make them unsuitable for WWT monitoring, Recently, dynamic fuzzy PLS (DFPLS) was proposed ...

  • We introduce in L-smooth topological spaces definitions of paracompactness, almost paracompactness and near paracompactness all of which turn out to be good extensions of their classical topological counterparts. These weak paracompactness are defined for arbitrary L-fuzzy sets and their properties studied.

  • This paper deals with mianorm-based logics with right and left n-potency axioms and their fixpointed involutive extensions. For this, first, right and left n-potent logic systems based on mianorms, their corresponding algebraic structures, and their algebraic completeness results are discussed. Next, completeness with respect to algebras whose lattice reduct is [0, 1], known as standard completeness, is established for these systems via Yang's construction in the style of Jenei-Montagna. Finally, further standard completeness results are introduced for their fixpointed involutive extensions.
