The purpose of this study was to verify human physiological responses to emotional lighting system using LED (light emitting diode) flat lighting. Subjects were ten males in their twenties without medical history to eyes. Colors of LED lighting are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and colorless (white). They were stimulated by LED lighting for 5 minutes. We measured body temperature, heart rate variability (HRV) and electroencephalogram (EEG) before and after color stimulus. In case of EEG analysis, relative power ${\alpha}$ wave ratio decreased in the groups of colorless, red and orange color light. Also, sympathetic nerve was more activated than parasympathetic nerve and the body temperature was increased in the groups of colorless, red, orange, yellow color light. On the other hand, relative power ${\alpha}$ wave ratio increased and parasympathetic nerve was more activated than sympathetic nerve and the body temperature was decreased in the groups of green, blue and purple color light. The results imply that the LED color lighting system in the realistic experiment environment. In the future, studies with compounded both colors and modes according to situation or auditory as nature sound or olfactory as aroma will be required.
This study is a literature analytical process for studying the drawing teaching methods considering the professional characteristics of animation and a principle analytical process for studying the perspective that when teaching methods that consider the function, learning and creative mechanisms of the brain are applied, the animation drawing ability will be effectively increased. In recent years, as an alternative discussion on the educational method of each field, study results applied with brain-based learning principles are being presented. This is not only being applied and implemented for art and drawing education but as overall educational alternatives. On the other hand, animation drawing requires artistic literacy and at the same time requires comprehensive teaching methods that can train the structural knowledge, cognitive sensation and communication method but such professional teaching methods are insufficient. Therefore, the principle of effective education is seen through the brain mechanism and the principle of demonstrating the creativity and learning by the brain is analyzed. In addition, through the fundamental relationship on the picture drawing and the function of the brain, the relationship of the drawing and the brain is identified. As a result, not only for the left brain that observes the cognitive information which can draw the structure and shapes but the right brain which is directly related to the drawing should be developed, but in order to express the creativity, teaching methods that can understand the mechanism of comprehensive brain where physical and psychological factors are expressed should be also developed. It is because the animation drawing education is teaching the methods for demonstrating the characteristics of artistic creativity required for the drawing ability. This process will not only be a foundation for identifying the difference against the previous animation drawing teaching methods, and the brain-based principles will be selected as the core strategic definition for designing the strategy and methodological model of future education.
The application of tool which has grown rapidly by the age was used for the product development, however as today the computer digitalization has been fixed to the necessary process in every factory-made mass production, making the sensitive desire of designer the digitalization through systematic, rational information database building from the planning level of product to the final mass production in such a environment change. It should satisfy a variety of needs of consumer. The enterprise that hopes to get a winner in the present age brought in computer with useful tool to process information efficiently. The computer has displayed much more excellent computation ability than human to come up to their expectation and the growth of electronic technology was possible to make the computer's high-efficiency, economy and integration. No matter what we have a good economy and integration. No matter what we have a good information there is no meaning unless we are able to use it' so we should take it out by the our need. Therefore, this paper observes a future-oriented possibility of computer & Telecommunication in information society, information-oriented design environment and the trends of minimal and integrated computer. We will improve the designer's ability to develop a novel product that have the diversification of them using application, aiming at computer utilization and image identification design strategy of product in the age of network telecommunication.
The bovine fatty acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) plays an important role to uptake intracellular fatty acid. It has been previously reported as a positional candidate gene for marbling score in livestock. The re-sequencing of FABP4 gene detected a polymorphic AT repeated sequence in intron II of FABP4 gene. Allelic distribution for this microsatellite marker was examined in other cattle breeds. A total of 8 alleles were detected with diverse repeat units (14 to 21 AT repeat) in Hanwoo and 7 breeds. Of the 8 alleles, the predominant alleles were $[AT]_{16}$, $[AT]_{18}$ and $[AT]_{19}$ in the Hanwoo and 7 cattle breeds. The linear mixed model for genotypic effect (3237AT) on carcass traits showed a significant effect on marbling score (MAR P=0.025) and live weight (LWT; P=0.04) in the 583 Hanwoo cattle population. Live weight (LW) was highest in the homozygous $(AT)_{17}$ genotype ($557.5{\pm}6.94$) and lowest in the heterozygous $(AT)_{16/17}$ genotype ($521.7{\pm}7.70$). On the other hand, the homozygous $(AT)_{17}$ genotype ($3.0{\pm}0.15$) has the highest effect on marbling score and the lowest effect was in homozygous (AT)$_{18}$ genotype ($2.2{\pm}0.15$). The marbling score difference between both groups was 0.8 which is around two times higher than SNP genotype effect on marbling score in Limousin $\times$ Wagyu crosses.
Digital forensics is the process of uncovering and interpreting electronic data and materials found in digital device in relation to crime. The goal of the process is to preserve any evidence in its most original form which shall be having the force of law. The digital forensic market is increasing with a growth of ICT in domestic and global market. Many countries including U.S. are actively performing researched regarding a structured investigation by collecting, identifying and validating the digital information for the purpose of reconstructing past events which so does in academic society in Korea. This paper is to understand overall research trend about digital forensics and derive future strategy by integrating the result of meta-analysis into practices based on five criteria - main theme and topic, analysis phase, technical method for analysis, author's affiliation, and unit of analysis and method. 239 papers are analyzed, which were selected out of 470 papers published for 10 years (2007~2016) in academic journal on the list of KCI (Korea Citation index). The results of this analysis will be used to examine the characteristics of research in the field of digital forensics. The result of this research will contribute to understanding of the research trend and characteristics leading the technology-driven academia, through which measures for further research development and facilitation are suggested.
The present study proposed a methodology to analyze the networking efficiency of arterial road networks. The methodology was motivated to design three-dimensional networks and to analyze the networking ability quantitatively, which is a novel approach compared to existing methods depending on the two-dimensional network definition and the qualitative analysis for improving arterial road networks. The method considered the interdependence between high-level freeways and low-level highways, the ITS-based information for traffic and road conditions, and the physical networking. These three factors were quantified by a networking index (NI), and the networking efficiency was measured by a networking rate (NR). The present study proved that the networking efficiency (NR) was influenced by travel information sharing (i.e., ITS) and physical factors. This supports the fact that the integrated improvements of physical and ITS factors are necessary for an arterial road. The proposed method was applied for an actual arterial road network. It was found that the nation-wide NR was higher than that for the metropolitan area, which might be due to the difficulty in switching between high- and low-level networks and the lack of ITS functions in the metropolitan area.
This study, targeting a cancer patient undergoing radiation treatment, conducted this research with the aim of looking into the relevance between family support belonging to a patient's primary environment, social support consisting of medical personnel, and the quality of life; this study set 199 patients available for investigation from Jan. 25, 2012 until April 30, 2012 as research subjects among the cancer patients undergoing radiation treatment at the Radiation Oncology Department of a university hospital located in Seoul Metropolitan City. In the analysis of collected data, this study conducted t-test using SPSS/WIN 18.0 Statistical Program, and looked into the relevancy between independent variables including social support, and the quality of life as a dependent variable using analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis. Conclusively, it was found that the higher the family support perceived by a cancer patient undergoing radiation treatment, the higher the quality of his/her life; thus, this study could learn that there exists a significant relation between family support and the quality of life. Accordingly, it is thought that it's necessary to develop an intervention strategy which makes it possible to intensify family support and social support, etc. for the purpose of improving the quality of life of cancer patients undergoing radiation treatment; further, this study thinks that it's necessary to do additional research which could analyze diverse aspects by subdividing the future quality of life by area.
In the future network such as Internet of Things (IoT), the number of computing devices are expected to grow exponentially, and each of the things communicates with the others and acquires information by itself. Due to the growing interest in IoT applications, the broadcasting in Opportunistic ad-hoc networks such as Machine-to-Machine (M2M) is very important transmission strategy which allows fast data dissemination. In distributed networks for IoT, the energy efficiency of the nodes is a key factor in the network performance. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy logic based probabilistic multi-hop broadcast (FPMCAST) algorithm which statistically disseminates data accordingly to the remaining energy rate, the replication density rate of sending node, and the distance rate between sending and receiving nodes. In proposed FPMCAST, the inference engine is based the fuzzy rule base which is consists of 27 if-then rules. It maps input and output parameters to membership functions of input and output. The output of fuzzy system defines the fuzzy sets for rebroadcasting probability, and defuzzification is used to extract a numeric result from the fuzzy set. Here Center of Gravity (COG) method is used to defuzzify the fuzzy set. Then, the performance of FPMCAST is evaluated through a simulation study. From the simulation, we demonstrate that the proposed FPMCAST algorithm significantly outperforms flooding and gossiping algorithms. Specially, the FPMCAST algorithm has longer network lifetime because the residual energy of each node consumes evenly.

This study selected 60 board games that have a high sales rate and awareness in the board game market, and analyzed 37 board games that were selected through the advice of experts. According to the analysis of general characteristics, there was the highest number of board games that more than 2 people could participate and people from ages 7 to 11 could use, and the most common play time was from 20 minutes to 30 minutes. Also, there was the largest number of board games produced in 2000s, and Germany was the most common producer of board games. Next, the content analysis showed that abstract strategy was the most common game genre, and cognitive domain was the most common in the development area. The analysis based on how to play the game showed that games that had to go through 4 stages were the most common. Card games were the most common form of game, group was the most common in organization form, and reaching goal was most common among result analysis method. According to the analysis of correlation by items, the number of people and work analysis had a statistical correlation, and the playing age, time, and genre had a correlation. The origin of the game and game genre were also correlated to each other, and game form, game genre, organization form, and result analysis had a statistical correlation as well. The purpose of this study is to analyze the board game in terms of structural characteristics and to provide a foundation for future research.

Technology roadmap is a powerful tool that considers relationships of technology, product and market and referred as a supporting technology strategy and planning. There are numerous studies that have attempted to develop technology roadmap and case studies on specific technology areas. However, a number of studies have been dependant on brainstorming and discussion of expert group, delphi technique as qualitative analysis rather than systemic and quantitative analysis. To overcome the limitation, patent analysis considered as quite quantitative analysis is employed in this paper. Therefore, this paper proposes new technology roadmapping based on patent citation network considering technology life cycle and suggests planning for undeveloped technology but considered as promising. At first, patent data and citation information are collected and patent citation network is developed on the basis of collected patent information. Secondly, we investigate a stage of technology in the life cycle by considering patent application year and the technology life cycle, and duration of technology development is estimated. In addition, subsequent technologies are grouped as nodes of a super-level technology to show the evolution of the technology for the period. Finally, a technology roadmap is drawn by linking these technology nodes in a technology layer and estimating the duration of development time. Based on technology roadmap, technology planning is conducted to identify undeveloped technology through text mining and this paper suggests characteristics of technology that needs to be developed in the future. In order to illustrate the process of the proposed approach, technology for hydrogen storage is selected in this paper.
