O2O 플랫폼 품질이 자영업자의 디지털 전환에 미치는 영향: 배달앱을 중심으로 (Study on the Influencing Factors of Business Performance and Loyalty in O2O Industry: Focusing on the Food Delivery Apps)

  • Purpose - With the increase of non-face-to-face activities due to the spread of COVID-19, O2O industry has grown rapidly which reduces contact points between suppliers and consumers. O2O platform is now recognized as an indispensable channel of distribution, but the voice is getting louder that it is necessary to check how it contributes to the performance of suppliers or how its fee system or contract terms affects the expansion of O2O industry as the leading companies tend to monopolize the market. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, the scope was limited to the restaurant industry in which transactions are the most active among the O2O industry and a regression analysis was done on 775 businesses that had used guarantor service from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Findings - Analysis on the impact of O2O platform system, information, and service quality on the business performance of the sole proprietors revealed that the system quality represented by ease of use and the information quality determined by level of timely, accurate and reliable information provided to the consumers have a statistically significant effect on the improvement of business performance. In addition, the effect of business performance on the loyalty measured by the likelihood of users continuing to use the service as well as recommending it to others was moderated by the satisfaction with contract terms, not by the fee system. Research implications or Originality - Although the number of O2O platform providers has increased manyfold, the membership rate is no more than 20%, which means that the small business owners are still struggling with digital transformation. In order for the O2O industry, which is now commonplace, to form a healthy ecosystem that satisfies both suppliers and consumers, the standard contract guidelines that are acceptable to both parties must be established and the O2O providers must offer services that help suppliers to improve performance.

  • 비콘(Beacon)은 근거리에 있는 스마트 기기를 자동으로 인식하여 필요한 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 무선 통신장치이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대표적인 사물인터넷(IoT) 설비로 근거리 정보 전달, 모바일 위치서비스, 쇼핑, 마케팅 등 다양한 분야에 활용되고 끊임없이 진화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관광위치 기반 추천 정보 제공 서비스를 바탕으로, 비콘 기술을 접목하여 사용자의 관심 또는, 선호도 등에 따라 맞춤형 정보를 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다. 즉, 관광객인 사용자가 원하는 정보를 알려 주는 정보 대행자의 역할을 한다. 관광객의 니즈를 충족시키기 위해서는 지능형 관광 추천 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안한 비콘 기술을 활용한 개인 맞춤형 한식과 관광지 추천 관리 시스템은 한국을 찾는 외국인뿐 아니라 내국인 관광객들에게 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

해외직접구매의 혜택지각 및 위험지각 요인이 소비자 평가에 미치는 영향 (The effects of benefit perception and risk perception on consumer evaluation during overseas direct purchase)

  • 본 연구는 해외직접구매 사이트에 대한 소비자 태도를 유발하는 요인들을 혜택지각요인, 위험지각요인, 제품측면, 웹사이트측면에서 종합적으로 살펴봄으로써 각각의 요인들의 상대적인 영향력을 비교하였다. 이를 위해 해외직접구매 경험이 있는 한국소비자 298명을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 해외직접구매 사이트에 대한 신뢰수준에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 요인은 배송위험과 제품성능위험으로 나타났다. 또한 해외직접구매 사이트에 대한 신뢰수준은 추천의도와 지속적 이용의도에도 강력한 영향력을 가진다는 것을 본 연구결과를 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러 본 연구는 해외직접구매의 유형(해외직접배송, 해외구매대행, 해외배송대행)과 소비자들이 주요하게 구매하는 제품군(의류, 식 음료품, 가전제품)에 따라 평균차이검정을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 각각의 해외직접구매 서비스 관련 주체별, 소비자 특성별로 적용될 수 있는 다양한 실무적 시사점들을 제안하고자 하였다.

부산지역 학교급식의 위생관리 수행 평가 (The Sanitary Management Procedures of Foodservice in Elementary Schools in Pusan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sanitary management procedures of foodservice in elementary schools in Pusan area. The questionnaire which were administered to 189 dietitians was used in this study as a survey method. The results were as follows. Mean total length of employment for dietitians at school foodservice was 3.7 year. The mean serving scale was 1,052 meals. Meals were served at classroom 63.5%, lunchroom 23.8%, and classroom+lunchroom 12.7% of the schools. The mean time span required of meal delivery was 31.5min at the classroom serving place. Regarding total mean score of sanitary management procedures, time temperature was 3.48/5.00, personal sanitation 4.20/5.00, equipments and facilities sanitation 3.92/5.00. The mean score of the pre preparation was 3.91/5.00 for time temperature management procedure, those of food purchasing and receiving, food storage, food production, meal. assembly.trasnportation service, and hot.cold holding were 3.83/5.00, 3.82/5.00, 3.71/5.00, 3.25/5.00, 2.30/5.00 respectively. 온디맨드(On-Demand) 서비스의 지속사용의도에 대한 경험가치 효과 (Effects of Experiential Value on Continuous Use Intention for On-Demand Services)

  • On-Demand services have emerged as one of the core business strategies for delivering new experiential values by providing customized services in different user-needs nowadays. Based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework, this paper focuses on the factors of environmental stimulation and emotional states of the demand-side that induce continuous intention of use from the On-Demand services. The study defines 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust', and 'Convenience' as the properties of the On-Demand services and considers 'Playfulness', 'Customer Return on Investment (CROI)', and 'Service Excellence' as the aspects of the experiential values. The research shows that 'Fulfillment', 'Trust' and 'Convenience' affected the experiential value in 'Kakao Taxi (On-Demand transportation service)' while 'Informativeness', 'Fulfillment', 'Trust of platform', and 'Convenience' are represented as the related factors to the experiential value in 'Baedal Minjok (On-Demand food delivery service)'. The experiential value factors, 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence', are shown directly related to the continuous intention of use in both services. A partial mediation relationship is, furthermore, observed between the aspects of 'CROI' and 'Service Excellence' in Kakao Taxi and its 'Convenience' and 'Continuous intention of use.' In Baedal Minjok, a partial mediation relationship is found between the 'CROI' with its aspects of 'Trust of the platform', 'Convenience', and 'Continuous intention of use' as well. The results of this study may contribute a comprehensive understanding of the purpose of On-Demand services and its needs from the demand-side thus can be helpful for the supply-side.

Barriers to Employment Among Low-Income Mothers in Rural United States Communities

  • This article addresses potential barriers to sustained employment for rural low-income mothers. Drawing from a two panel longitudinal sample of 240 families from the Rural Families Speak project, it examines the extent to which human capital and family factors were related to these mothers' ability to be employed. Comparisons are made between mothers, who over a three-year period, were continuously unemployed, intermittently employed, or stably employed. Many of these rural low-income mothers faced multiple individual and family barriers that impacted their labor force participation. Notably food insecurity, mental health, caring for a young child, housing, and a family history of welfare were associated with less stable employment. The implications for public policy and service delivery are discussed.

  • This survey suggests current dairy information system in Kyong-ki province and personal computer education for dairy farmers in Korea. With the development of internet and dairy database system, more effective, quick delivery of dairy management and technology would be possible. Dairy expert's E-mail advice and using multimedia will be a great method to provide dairy technologies in Korea.

IPA를 통한 중국 허쩌 국제 모란축제관광객의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Visitors' Satisfaction of International Peony Festival in Heze, China through IPA)

  • Purpose - This study is a study on China's national flower, the Peony Festival', with a focus on the Heze International Peony Festival, which is called the "City of Peonies, to investigate the difference in the importance and achievement of festival items". Design/methodology/approach - IPA is used to identify items that need to be improved for festival satisfaction attributes, and to suggest the direction of the annual peony festival in the future. Findings - The difference in importance and achievement for each of the 17 items of the Heze International Peony Festival, there was a statistically significant difference between importance and satisfaction, except for the peony admission ticket. It was found that satisfaction was relatively low in these items as it was higher than the average value. Second, the first quadrant showed information on traffic communication, food taste, convenient facilities (parking lot, restroom, shelter), service delivery speed, service provider attitude, natural scenery at the festival site, road signs, and information boards. Third, the diversity of cultural performances appeared in the fourth quadrant. Finally, the second quadrant is an area of high importance but low achievement. Two items were derived: the environment of the entertainment venue and the diversity of the entertainment venue. Research implications or Originality - These are the items that led to the dissatisfaction of visitors to the festival, and seem to be the items that need to be improved the most urgently.

  • The trend of satisfying consumer needs (payment for mobile communication, music services, cab ordering, banking products, and food delivery) on a unified online platform has shaped a digital ecosystem, an instrument creating a unified space of economic interaction. Representatives of e-commerce are major stakeholders in the development of such tools. In particular, subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) allow users to create their own ecosystems based on their personal preferences. The rate of subscription service use is growing around the world, yet understanding of the peculiarities of development of this e-commerce sphere is limited due to insufficient research.The study aims to determine the motives and barriers to the use of subscription services (multiservice subscriptions) by consumers and their relationship with consumer characteristics.Proceeding from an online survey of 200 users, the study determines the relationship between the gender and income of consumers and their use of subscription services, motives and motivators for using subscription services, and barriers to the choice of a particular subscription service. The obtained results may serve as a basis for managerial decisions in e-commerce and for improving the effectiveness of marketing solutions.

  • 최근 생성형 AI, 특히 ChatGPT와 같은 대화형 인공지능이 고객 서비스를 자동화하는 기술적 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 고객 서비스 자동화에 있어 현재의 생성형 AI 기술이 기존 인간 관리자를 효과적으로 대체할 수 있는지, 조건이나 환경에 따라 어떤 상황에서는 유리하고 다른 상황에서는 불리한지에 대한 연구는 아직 충분히 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 "고객 서비스 활동과 관련하여 생성형 AI가 인간 관리자를 대체할 수 있는가?"라는 질문에 답하기 위해, 음식 배달 플랫폼의 고객 온라인 리뷰에 대한 실험과 설문조사를 수행하였다. 또한 고객의 온라인 리뷰가 긍정적일 때와 부정적일 때에 따라 차이가 있는지 정교화 가능성 모델의 관점을 적용하여 가설을 도출하고 해당 가설이 지지되는지를 분석을 통해 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 긍정적인 리뷰에 대해서는 생성형 AI가 인간 관리자를 효과적으로 대체할 수 있지만, 부정적인 리뷰에 대해서는 완벽한 대체가 어려워 인간 관리자의 개입이 더 바람직한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 생성형 AI를 이용하여 고객 서비스 자동화하고자 하는 기업들에게 유의미한 실무적인 통찰을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
