리더 조직시민행동의 사회적 학습 효과 (Social Learning Effect of Leader's OCB on Follower's OCB)

  • According to the social learning theory, leader' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a predisposing factor for follower' OCB, because they acknowledge and imitate leader as a desirable example of behaviors for organizational and individual success. We investigate social learning effect of leader OCB on follower OCB and examine the moderating role of political skill in the mediated relationship between leaders OCB and follower OCB (with followers' affective organizational commitment as the mediator). We find that follower's affective organizational commitment may mediate the relationship between leader OCB and follower OCB. Furthermore, we find that follower with high political skill may focus on the instrumental value of OCB. Political skill moderates the relationship between follower' affective organizational commitment and follower OCB. Data from 325 leader-follower dyads support the hypothesis. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are also discussed.

리더-추종자 대형제어의 장애물 회피 (Obstacle Avoidance of Leader-Follower Formation)

  • This paper presents obstacle avoidance of Leader-Follower formation. The follower robot maintain the formation with leader robot and avoid the detected obstacle. When obstacle is detected, follower robot avoid it considering leader robot and follower robot position and follower robot and obstacle position. In addition, follower robot avoid obstacle irrespective of obstacle size. Controller of follower robot is designed to satisfy Lyapunov stability by backstepping method. Simulation results shows that the designed controller has a stable performance.

Buckling of FGM elliptical cylindrical shell under follower lateral pressure

  • A review of previous studies shows that although there is a considerable difference between buckling loads of structures under follower and non-follower lateral loads, only the buckling load of FGM elliptical cylindrical shell under non-follower lateral load was investigated in the literature. This study is the first to obtain the buckling load of elliptical FGM cylindrical shells under follower lateral load and also make a comparison between buckling loads of elliptical FGM cylindrical shells under follower and non-follower lateral loads. Moreover, this research is the first one to derive the load potential function of elliptical cylindrical shell. In this regard, the FGM cylindrical elliptical shell was modeled using the semi-analytical finite strip method and based on the First Shear Deformation Theory (FSDT). The shell is discretized by strip elements aligned in the longitudinal direction. The Lagrangian and harmonic shape functions were considered in the circumference and longitudinal directions, respectively. The buckling pressure of the shell under follower and non-follower lateral loads was obtained from eigenvalue problem. The results obtained from the model were compared with those presented in the literature to evaluate the validity of the model. A comparison index was defined to compare the buckling loads of the shell under follower and non-follower lateral load. A parametric study was carried out to investigate the effects of material properties and shell geometry characteristics on the comparison index. For the elliptical cylindrical shells with length-to-radius ratio greater than 16 and major-to-minor axis ratio greater than 0.6, the comparison index reaches to more than 20 percent which is significant. Moreover, the maximum difference is about 30 percent in some cases. The results obtained from the parametric study indicate that the buckling load of long elliptical cylindrical shell under non-follower load is not reliable.

  • In this paper, the stability of a cracked cantilever beam subjected to follower force is presented. In addition, an analysis of the flutter instability(flutter critical follower force) of a cracked cantilever beam subjected to a follower compressive load is presented. Based on the Timoshenko beam theory. The vibration analysis on such cracked beam is conducted to identify the critical follower force for flutter instability based on the variation of the first two resonant frequencies of the beam. Besides, the effect of the crack's intensity and location on the flutter follower force is studied. The crack section is represented by a local flexibility matrix connecting two undamaged beam segments. The crack is assumed to be in the first mode of fracture and to be always opened during the vibrations. Generally, the critical follower force for flutter is proportional to the crack depth.

  • Generally Cam-Follower systems consist of two elements: Cam is for rotating motion and follower for reciprocating motion. Depending on the shape of cam and type of follower, the motion of cam-follower system is determined. Thus design process and analysis process must be well defined. The design process means to find the coordinates of cam shape which can be defined the given motion of follower and the analysis process means to determine the motion curve of follower corresponding to the given cam based on the dimensions of a cam-follower system. This paper consists of two parts: One is development of a numerical method for design and analysis of cam-follower systems, the other is for development of a CAD program and its application. As the first part of the paper, an iterative contact method is proposed. This method can calculate the contact points between cam and roller and determine their contact angles iteratively. The second part of the paper presents the structure of a CAD program and its availability to the industrial applications.

  • This paper proposes the leader-follower based formation control method for multiple mobile robots. The controller is designed using the measurements of the follower robot such as the relative distance and angle between the leader and the follower. This means that the follower robot does not require the information of the leader robot while keeping the desired formation. Therefore, the proposed control method can reduce the communication loss and the cost for hardware. From Lyapunov stability theory, it is shown that all error signals in the closed-loop system are uniformly ultimately bounded. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system.

  • The dynamic instability of cylindrical shell with clamped-free boundary condition subjected to constant follower force or $P_0 + P_1cos {\Omega}_t$ type pulsating follower force is analyzed. The motion of shell is modeled using the shell theory considering rotary inertia and shear deformation, and analyzed with finite element method. In case of constant follower force, the changes of eigenvalues dependent on the magnitude of applied load are investigated and the critical loads are obtained. In case pulsating follower force, instability regions of exicitation frequency are obtained by modal transform with right and left modal matrix and by multiple scales method. The effects of thickness ratio and aspect ratio on the instability of shell are studied.

캠 합서에 관한 수치해석적 방법 (A Numerical Method for Cam Synthesis)

  • In this paper, a numerical method is proposed for cam synthesis. kinematics of closed loop system with cam and follower is presented using relative coordinates. The system is transformed into an open loop system by cutting fictitiously higher-pair contact of cam and follower and envelope constraint equations are derived. Follower constraint equations are derived from the motion of the follower ends. The joint variables and follower profile parameters are calculated from the envelope constraint equations and follower constraint equations by using the Newton - Raphson iterative method. Algorithms for cam synthesis are presented and simulations are done to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

리더-구성원 교환관계에 대한 리더와 구성원 지각의 정합성: 조직정치지각과 정서적 조직몰입의 관계를 중심으로 (Congruence in Leader and Follower Perceptions of Leader-Member Exchange: Relationships with Organizational Commitment and Perceptions of Organizational Politics)

  • 본 연구는 리더 또는 구성원의 자기보고에 의한 일방향적인 LMX 지각과 성과와의 관계를 규명한 기존 연구와 달리, LMX지각의 정합성을 바탕으로 리더와 구성원의 LMX 지각의 균형과 불균형에 따른 조직정치지각 및 정서적 조직몰입의 차이를 규명하였다. 특히, 불확실성관리이론에 근거하여 LMX지각의 정합성 차이에 따른 집단별로 구성원의 조직정치지각이 정서적 조직몰입이 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 연구결과, 먼저 정서적 조직몰입은 균형/LMX 고집단이 균형/LMX 저집단과 구성원 저평가집단에 비해 높았으며, 구성원 고평가집단 역시 균형/LMX 저집단과 구성원 저평가집단에 비해 높았다. 둘째, 조직정치지각은 균형/LMX 고집단이 균형/LMX 저집단과 구성원 저평가집단에 비해 낮았으며, 구성원 고평가집단은 균형/LMX 저집단에 비해 낮았다. 마지막으로 불확실한 정치적 업무환경에서 구성원의 정서적 조직몰입은 모든 집단(균형/LMX 고집단, 균형/LMX 저집단, 구성원 저평가집단, 구성원 고평가집단)에서 감소되었다. 특히, 내집단에 비해, 외집단의 구성원들이 정치적 업무환경 하에서 정서적 조직몰입에 더욱 부정적으로 반응하였다. 마지막으로 종합논의를 통해서 본 연구의 이론적 실무적 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
