3계 마코프 도착과정의 계수과정과 적률근사 (Counting Process of MAP(3)s and Moment Fittings)

  • Moments of stationary intervals and those of the counting process can be used for moment fittings of the point processes. As for the Markovian arrival processes, the moments of stationary intervals are given as a polynomial function of parameters whereas the moments of the counting process involve exponential terms. Therefore, moment fittings are more complicated with the counting process than with stationary intervals. However, in queueing network analysis, cross-correlation between point processes can be modeled more conveniently with counting processes than with stationary intervals. A Laplace-Stieltjies transform of the stationary intervals of MAP (3)s is recently proposed in minimal number of parameters. We extend the results and present the Laplace transform of the counting process of MAP (3)s. We also show how moments of the counting process such as index of dispersions for counts, IDC, and limiting IDC can be used for moment fittings. Examples of exact MAP (3) moment fittings are also presented on the basis of moments of stationary intervals and those of the counting process.

  • The recent fashion market failed to satisfy the needs of female customers in their 30s who are demanding a slim jacket that makes the wearer look young and slim. Accordingly, the slim-fit jackets of domestic brands targeting the women in their 30s were collected to conduct look and movement fitting evaluations based on the standard somatotype, and a slim-fit tailored jacket prototype was developed based on the present findings. This research aims to increase the satisfaction level of the slim-fit jacket customers reflecting a variety of somatotypes of women in their 30s. The research process was developing jacket patterns fully reflecting the properties in terms of extra space and design lines for different somatotypes of women in their 30s based on the jacket pattern formulated through the advanced research, and then suggesting pattern design methods for the different somatotypes. In this sense, this research attempted to identify the problems concerning the slim-fit tailored jacket fitting for different somatotypes of women in their 30s. The main aim was to suggest ways to improve the customers' satisfaction level regarding the fit, and enable the manufacturers to produce a well-fitting jacket reflecting the peculiarities of each somatotype.

  • 최근 해상풍력발전 단지 조성은 많은 양의 에너지를 창출할 수 있어 그 기대는 점차적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 제주도는 풍황이 우수하여 해상풍력발전 시스템 운영을 위한 최적의 대상지이기는 하나, 화산활동에 의해 형성된 지형으로 육지부와 달리 현무암층 사이에 연약층인 화산쇄설물 및 공동이 불규칙하게 발달된 층상구조로 이루어져 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제주현무암의 p-y 곡선을 얻기 위한 수평재하시험을 실시하였다. 말뚝 수평재하시험중에 측정한 변형률 데이터로부터 p-y 곡선을 유도하기 위하여 수평변위(y)는 high order polynomial curve fitting 기법을 적용하고, 지반반력(p)은 piecewise cubic polynomial curve fitting 기법을 추천한다. 이는 지반반력을 계산하기 위하여 미분하는 과정에서 발생하는 에러를 최소화 할 수 있으므로 역해석을 통한 말뚝두부에서 하중-변위를 예측할 때 에러가 가장 작게 발생한다.

  • There is much observational evidence that active star formation is taking place in the Hii regions Sh 2-255 – 257. We present a photometric study of this star forming region (SFR) using imaging data obtained in passbands from the optical to the mid-infrared, in order to study the star formation process. A total of 218 members were identified using various selection criteria based on their observational properties. The SFR is reddened by at least E(B −V ) = 0.8 mag, and the reddening law toward the region is normal (RV = 3.1). From the zero-age main sequence fitting method it is confirmed that the SFR is 2.1 ± 0.3 kpc from the Sun. The median age of the identified members is estimated to be about 1.3 Myr from a comparison of the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram (HRD) with stellar evolutionary models. The initial mass function (IMF) is derived from the HRD and the near-infrared (J, J −H) color-magnitude diagram. The slope of the IMF is about Γ = −1.6 ± 0.1, which is slightly steeper than that of the Salpeter/Kroupa IMF. It implies that low-mass star formation is dominant in the SFR. The sum of the masses of all the identified members provides the lower limit of the cluster mass (169M). We also analyzed the spectral energy distribution (SED) of pre-main sequence stars using the SED fitting tool of Robitaille et al., and confirm that there is a significant discrepancy between stellar mass and age obtained from two different methods based on the SED fitting tool and the HRD.

비용함수와 파라미터를 이용한 효과적인 디지털 데이터 기계학습 방법론 (An efficient machine learning for digital data using a cost function and parameters)

  • 기계학습은 학습에 이용되는 학습 데이터와 데이터를 예측할 인공신경망을 이용하여 비용함수를 만들고, 비용함수를 최소화시키는 파라미터들을 찾는 과정이다. 파라미터들은 비용함수의 그래디언트 기반 방법들을 이용하여 변화하게 된다. 디지털 신호가 복잡할수록, 학습하고자 하는 문제가 복잡할수록, 인공신경망의 구조는 더욱 복잡해지고 깊어진다. 복잡하고, 깊어지는 인공신경망 구조는 과적합(Over-fitting) 문제를 발생시킨다. 과적합 문제를 해결하기 위하여 파라미터의 가중치 감소 정규화 방법이 사용되고 있다. 우리는 이러한 방법에서 추가로 비용함수의 값을 이용한다. 이러한 방법으로 기계학습의 정확도가 향상되는 결과를 얻었으며 이는 수치 실험을 통하여 우수성이 확인된다. 이러한 결과는 기계학습을 통한 인공지능의 폭넓은 데이터에 대한 정확한 값을 도출한다.

  • 본 논문은 딥러닝을 기반으로 한 가상 피팅 기능을 갖춘 중고 의류 거래 시스템의 구현을 소개한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자가 중고 의류를 온라인으로 시각적으로 착용하고 핏을 확인할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이를 위해, 합성곱(CNN) 알고리즘을 사용하여 사용자의 신체 형상과 의류의 디자인을 고려한 가상 착용 모습을 생성한다. 이를 통해 구매자는 온라인에서 실제로 의류를 입기 전에 핏을 미리 확인할 수 있으며, 이는 구매 결정에 도움을 준다. 또한, 판매자는 시스템을 통해 정확한 의류 사이즈와 핏을 제시할 수 있어 구매자의 만족도를 높일 수 있다. 본 논문은 CNN 모델의 학습 절차, 시스템의 구현 방법, 사용자 피드백 등을 자세히 다루고, 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 시스템의 유효성을 입증한다.

역공학을 이용한 사출금형제작 공정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Digital Process of Injection Mold in Reverse Engineering)

  • A study on digital processes of injection mold in reverse engineering are presented. Reverse engineering is useful fur several cases, where user has no geometry information of object. Laser scanner is used to obtaining 3D coordinates of object. Sequences to process cloud data are described; sampling to reduce number of points, sorting to adjust the point order, and fitting to curve and surface, and so on. Split slide structure of mold is used fur undercut part and high viscosity material. Flow of injection molding are analysed to correct cooling channel and simulate molding conditions. NC tool paths are generated to carve core and cavity. The processes are performed in digital data for reduction of lead time and consecutive geometry data.

동부스바 인발 금형설계 (Die Design of Drawing for the Copper Bus-bar)

  • Copper bus-bar is made by drawing process and used in many part of industry. Ohen design drawing die for copper bus-bar, design factor is focused on the deformation of die-land by drawing force and shrink fit. In this paper it is analyzed to determine shrink fit value by shrink fit analysis program which is used with APDL/UIDL language in a commercial FEM package, ANSYS. The shrink fit analysis has been developed that enables optimal desist of the dies taking into account the elastic deflections. Elastic deflection is generated in shrink fitting the die inserts and that caused by the stresses generated using DEFORM software for drawing process analysis. This data can be processed as load input data fir a finite element die-stress analysis. Process simulation and stress analysis are thus combined during the drawing die design. The stress analysis of the dies is used to determine optimized dimension of die-land.

  • The use of ceramic inserts in hot extrusion dies offers significant technical and economic advantages over other forms of manufacture. These potential benefits can however only be realized by optimal design of the tools so that the ceramic inserts are not subjected to stresses that lead to their premature failure. In this paper, process simulation and stress analysis are thus combined during the design, and a data exchange program has been developed that enables optimal design of the dies taking into account the elastic deflections generated in shrink fitting the die inserts and that caused by the stresses generated in the process. The stress analysis of the dies is used to determine the stress conditions on the ceramic insert by considering contact and interference effects under both mechanical and thermal loads. The results are compared with the experimental ones for verification.

Correction Simulation for Metal Patterns on Attenuated Phase-shifting Lithography

  • Problems of overlap errors and side-lobe printing by the design rule reduction in the lithography process using attenuated phase-shifting masks(attPSM) have been serious. Overlap errors and side-lobes can be simultaneously solved by the rule-based correction using scattering bars with the rules extracted from test patterns. Process parameters affecting the attPSM lithography simulation have been determined by the fitting method to the process data. Overlap errors have been solved applying the correction rules to the metal patterns overlapped with contact/via. Moreover, the optimal insertion rule of the scattering bars has made it possible to suppress the side-lobes and to get additional pattern fidelity at the same time.
