Purpose: The purpose of this study was establishing process of manufacturing dental prosthesis by using eZIS system(DDS Inc.,Korea). Methods: To evaluate accuracy verification, the test was practiced two ways. First, Comparison of 3D printing models and stone models was practiced by using 3D superimposing software. #36 prepared master model was scanned by eZIS system and three 'Veltz3D' 3D printing models and three 'Bio3D' 3D printing models were manufactured. three stone models were manufactured by conventional impression technique. Second, Fitness test was practiced. the 3D printing models and the stone models was compared by manufacturing same resin crown. #36 prepared master model was scanned 9 times and manufactured (milled) 9 resin crowns by eZIS system. These crowns were cemented three 'Veltz3D' 3D printing models, three 'Bio3D' 3D printing models and three stone models. These crowns were sliced mesiodistal axis and gaps were measured by digital microscope. Results: The average accuracy of Bio3D models were 65.75%. Veltz3D(Hebsiba) models were 60.11% Stone models were 41.00%. Conclusion : This study results showed 3D printing model is similar with stone model. So it was under clinical allow, didn't affect final dental prothesis. There were no significant differences in the appearance of the three types of milling crowns.
Hospitals in Korea are having trouble with economic matters because of the low cost of medical insurance and the consumer's demand for high-quality care. The management of patient clothing is very difficult Especially for the management of size is very difficult because the mix of patients in the wards is very different from the stocked clothing sizes. Because of economic matters the ward dose not prepare enough clothing for every size. The nurses in the wards have trouble managing the clothing. Therefore the nurses want free-size patient clothing for all patients. The problem of managing the patient's clothing were surveyed by nureses in the wards. It was known that the free-size patient clothing was needed. The clothing designed from 150cm, to 180cm by 5cm were made. The different sizes of clothing were pretested. The experimental clothing were selected. The experimental patient clothing are designed for between from 165cm and 170cm in height which refers to Korean average. The fitness and sensory test were made by medical personnel outpatient who will be future client for hospital and by specialist in clothing. Finally The free-size patient clothing was made. It was said that there is no difference between the C-type (170cm) and the D-typer(165cm) clothing by specialists in clothing. The outpatient future client for hospital liked the C-type was selected. The questionnaires of the C-type patient clothing was tested by outpatient patients and by medical personnel. Eighty-four point-eightprecent(84.8%) of evaluators liked free-size clothing 75.8% liked unisex use.
Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the influence of children's hospital nurses' job characteristics and job stress on turnover intention. Method: The subjects were 148 nurses who have been working in 6 children's hospitals located in G city. Measurement tools used for this study included job characteristics were created by Lee, and modified by Hong, and job stress tool developed Kim & Ku and modified by Choi. And the tools used for assessing turnover intention were created by Mobley and Becker and modified by Kim. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson' Correlation and regression on SPSS 21.0 program. Result: Job challenge and job fitness among the sub-areas of job characteristics, job stress and salary were identified as factors influencing turnover intention. These factors explained 36.5% of variance of turnover intention. Conclusion: In conclusion, this results can be used to help the children's hospitals creates an environment where nurses can enhance Job challenge and job fitness also, reduce job stress which lead to turnover rate and turnover intention.
Objective. The 12 forms of Sun-style Tai Chi exercise has been developed specifically for arthritis patients in order to reduce their symptoms and to improve physical functioning. This quasi-experimental study examined the changes in pain, balance, muscle strength and physical functioning in women with osteoarthritis at the completion of the 12 week Tai Chi exercise program. Methods. The patients with osteoarthritis who signed the consent form were screened by their primary physician according to the inclusion criteria and invited to the study. Total of 66 osteoarthritis women with an average age of 63 years were participated in the Tai Chi exercise. At the completion of 12 weeks, 34 patients completed both pretest and posttest measures with 48% of overall dropout rate. Outcome measures were physical symptoms, balance, muscle strength, physical functioning, and depression. Paired t-test was utilized to examine differences between pre and post-measures. Results. After participating in the Tai Chi exercise program, the women with osteoarthritis showed significant improvements in their physical fitness measures, and consequently in their physical functioning. In physical fitness test, there were significant improvements in balance, flexibility, muscle strengths of knee, grip, and back muscles after the Tai Chi exercise. However, No significant differences were found in pain and stiffness of their knee joints and depression measure. Conclusion. The 12 forms of Tai Chi exercise has been found safely applicable to the older women with osteoarthritis for 12 weeks, and effective in improving balance, flexibility, and muscle strengths, and consequently lessening difficulties of performing their activities of daily life.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Korean medicine based arthritis management program for community dwelling elderly women with osteoarthritis. Methods : A Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used for this study. Elderly people who agreed to participated in the study were assigned to a experimental group(n = 29) or a control group (n = 30). The Korean medicine based arthritis management program conducted for 12 weeks, 2 times a week. Study outcomes were measured by structured questionnaires from April, 2016 to July. For data analysis, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test and ANCOVA were performed using SPSS version 21.0. Results : Pain, stiffness, balance, strength of lower extremity, and self care activity were significant difference between the two groups in pretest and posttest(F = 8.23, p = 006), (F = 9.13, p = .004), (F = 5.74, p = .020), (F = 4.98, p = .030), (F = 8.47, p = .005). Conclusions : The Korean medicine based arthritis management program was effective on decreasing joint pain, stiffness, and increasing balance, strength of lower extremity and self care activity of community dwelling elderly women with osteoarthritis. This program was found to be useful in alleviating and managing joint symptoms of elderly women with osteoarthritis.
Cooperative coevolutionary algorithm (CCEA) has proven to be a very powerful means of solving optimization problems through problem decomposition. CCEA implies the use of several populations, each population having the aim of finding a partial solution for a component of the considered problem. Populations evolve separately and they interact only when individuals are evaluated. Interactions are made to obtain complete solutions by combining partial solutions, or collaborators, from each of the populations. In this respect, we can think of various interaction modes. The goal of this research is to develop a CCEA for a supply chain network design (SCND) problem and identify which interaction mode gives the best performance for this problem. We present general design principle of CCEA for the SCND problem, which require several co-evolving populations. We classify these populations into two groups and classify the collaborator selection scheme into two types, the random-based one and the best fitness-based one. By combining both two groups of population and two types of collaborator selection schemes, we consider four possible interaction modes. We also consider two modes of updating populations, the sequential mode and the parallel mode. Therefore, by combining both four possible interaction modes and two modes of updating populations, we investigate seven possible solution algorithms. Experiments for each of these solution algorithms are conducted on a few test problems. The results show that the mode of the best fitness-based collaborator applied to both groups of populations combined with the sequential update mode outperforms the other modes for all the test problems.

Currently, health promotion is an important issue in health policy for world citizens. Aerobic workout may be one way to attain health promotion. In recent years, there ave been many studies to evaluate the effects of exercise on obese people and various patients. However, there are few studies in which both physiological and psycho-perceptual aspects of health romotion for healthy people have been evaluated. Purpose: This study focused on evaluating the holistic effect of an 8 week aerobic workout for health promotion in young women. Method: This quasi-experimental study was designed as a nonequivalent control group pre-post test study. Forty healthy college women, aged between 20 and 25 volunteered for the study. Twenty women took 30 minutes of exercise a day for five days a week over 8 weeks with Jane Fonda's aerobic workout program. Twenty women participated as controls. The aerobic workout program consisted of warm-up for arms, waist, abdominal, leg, hips, buttocks and cool down exercises. Result: After the eight weeks of aerobic exercise, changes in health related fitness components through the In Body Test, skin fold, circumference of body, Body image, Self concept, Mood and Self-efficacy were compared. The results areas follows ; 1. Following the 8 week aerobic workout, health related body components, and fitness scores, increased significantly (P < 0.05) and skin fold for four sites (right upper arm, scapular, abdomen, supra ilium), and circumference of mid thigh decreased significantly (P<0.05, p<0.005, P<0.001) compared to the control group. 2. Following the 8 week aerobic workout, there was a significant increase in Self-concept and Mood (P<0.005 and 0.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion: According to these results, it is concluded that 8 weeks of aerobic workout have a positive effect on young women's holistic health promotion.
This study purposed to examine the participative intention for health promotion program in a university and to find out the factors to associate with the participative intention. The data were based on the self-reported questionnaires from 746 women who study in E university, and this survey performed May, 1998. This study performed to analyze the participative intention for health promotion programs and the factors associate with health promotion program using $chi^2$-test and trend test by the PC-SAS 6.12. The major findings were as follows: 1. The tendency of participative intention for health promotion programs showed that Influenza preventive program was the highest among the health promotion programs, and the next were Weight control program, Rubella preventive program, Fitness program. On the other hand, Smoking preventive program and Non-drinking program were lower than the other program. 2. The four significant factors on participative intention for health promotion programs were grade, concern for health, and behavior change experience through the health education. On the other hand, the cognitive level for health, experience for health education were not the significant factors associate with the participative intention for health promotion programs. 3. The relationship between factors and each health promotion program showed that Rubella preventive program, Influenza preventive program, Weight control program, Smoking cessation program and Non-drinking program were associated with the grade or the health concern. And Chronic diseases preventive program was associated with the grade and the concern for health. Fitness program and Sex education program were associated with the concern for health and the behavior change experience through health education.
Recently, smart wearable products, including electromyography (EMG) measurement devices and clothing, have been developed to monitor users' exercise levels, muscle activation, and muscle balance more effectively during fitness activities. However, technical and socioeconomic barriers, such as flexibility and durability, still pose challenges in terms of comfort, ease of wear, and wearability of smart clothing, which includes devices and circuits. To address these issues, this study developed a wearable EMG device integrated with clothing to collect valid EMG signals from desired muscles while maintaining comfort, functionality, and ease of wear. After deriving a combined structure that could stably position the wearable device within the clothing, a prototype was manufactured and evaluated for fit, compression, comfort, and exercise comfort test by ten participants (height = 176.2 cm, weight = 76.4 kg, chest circumference = 101.2 cm). The study found that the prototype had smaller circumferences around the chest, waist, and abdomen compared to commercial products, resulting in lower ratings for wearing comfort and ease of wear. However, the prototype received high ratings for fitting, pressure, and the exercise comfort test. Valid signals were obtained when the EMG device was combined to the prototype for the rectus femoris muscle, indicating stable positioning of the device during exercise.
Investigations on the contaminated lands due to heavy metals from mining activities or hydrocarbons from oil spillage for example, should be planned based on specific fitness-for-purpose criteria(FFP criteria). A FFP criterion is site specific or varies with situation, based on which not only the data quality but also the decision quality can be determined. The limiting factors on the qualities can be, for example, the total budget for the investigation, regulatory guidance or expert's subjective fitness-for-purpose criterion. This paper deals with planning of investigation methods that can satisfy each suggested FFP criterion based on economic factors and the data quality. To this aim, a probabilistic loss function was applied to derive the cost effective investigation method that balances the measurement uncertainty, which estimates the degree of the data quality, with the decision quality. In addition, investigation planning methods when the objectives of investigations do not lie in the classification of the land but simply in producing the estimation of the mean concentration of the contaminant at the site(e.g. for the use in risk assessment), were also suggested. Furthermore, the efficient allocation of resources between sampling and analysis was also devised. These methods were applied to the two contaminated sites in the UK to test the validity of each method.
