To enhance safety in dangerous situations, it is essential to provide practice-oriented safety education. However, direct experiences can be limited, and thus, metaverse-based safety education is emerging as an alternative. In this study, we analyzed the first official metaverse safety education program of the Korea Ministry of Education, mainly focusing on its title, objectives, content, and results using the Revised PRISMA framework. The program concentrates on "life safety" for "fire safety," "disaster safety" for "earthquake safety," and "first aid" for "abrasions, burns, fractures, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the use of AED." We classified the objectives of the entire program and its three sub-programs, and identified the knowledge, main practice tasks, and their results. The aim of this study is to promote an understanding of the main cases of national-led metaverse safety education and infer the practical safety education contents emphasized to Korean school-age students.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism among care workers, and to organize educational programs according to the priorities of care workers. Methods: The participants were 119 care workers who were working in long-term care facilities. Data were collected from May 31 to June 7, 2019 using self-report questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and Spearman's Correlation Coefficients. Results: The performance aspects of the job were as follows: care for safety and infection-related, communication and leisure support, and excretion. The most demanded educational needs were in first-aid. Care workers had more than average professional recognition. Job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism differed significantly according to several general characteristics. Conclusions: The educational needs of the areas with low frequency of job performance were high. First-aid is low in frequency, but it is important to cope with emergencies, so it is necessary to continue education. Also, there is a difference in recognition of professionalism according to the career. It will be necessary to develop individualized education programs to meet the needs of care workers.

Purpose: To compare and analyze current state of domestic and foreign educational program to develop a program and provide basic information for qualitative improvement of the program. Method: Referred to records and used various methods as searching on the Internet. Analyzing methods and standards are as follow : 1) As for the current status of domestic educational program, find out about organizations that conduct the program 2) As for the current status of foreign program, find out about United States, Canada and United Kingdom. 3) As for comparison and analysis, find out about curriculum, subject, the number of people, content, cost and time. Results: In comparison and analysis of subjects and program, United States, Canada and U. K. specified the subjects according to occupations to offer various programs appropriate for special occupational situations whereas domestic program only provide education of CPR and usage of AED. Foreign countries provide sufficient time from 5.5 to 40 hours according to occupations. In contrast, Korea only provide 2-4 hours of educations, which is insufficient to master techniques of first aid. In addition, foreign countries precisely regulate organizations that fulfill the qualification and specific guidelines for content of education. However, Korea doesn't have any standards of qualification or guidelines. Discussion: It is necessary to specify first aid education according to occupations to provide diverse programs. Furthermore, it is necessary to establish nationwide regulations for subjects and content of the programs of the first responder.

Methods : Changes in awareness of international development cooperation (understanding international development cooperation as well as government Official Development Assistance [ODA], thoughts on aid, and thoughts on government's aid scale) were analyzed using web-based surveys. The pre-course survey was conducted 1-2 weeks before the semester started, and the post-course survey was conducted 1-2 weeks after the semester ended. All data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program, and statistical significance was set at p< .05. Results : A total of 314 people participated in the survey before taking the course, and 286 people participated in the survey after taking the course. Analysis of the changes in students' awareness of international development cooperation showed that all items (understanding international development cooperation and government ODA, as well as having thoughts on aid and government's aid scale) were improved. Regarding changes in awareness according to general characteristics, thoughts on aid were statistically significant according to all characteristics except for 2018. Regarding government's aid scale, awareness scores increased after taking the course in students who majored in healthcare, fine arts and athletics, broadcasting and media studies, and digital contents. Conclusion : This study showed that changes in awareness of international development cooperation were largest in second-year students. Compared to changes regarding international development cooperation, government ODA, and thoughts on aid, changes regarding thoughts on government's aid scale were minor. In the future, it is necessary to develop class content suitable for the first-year level and to supplement and operate content that can change the way of thinking on government's aid scale.

In addition, a positive correlation was established between the experience of emergency situations and the emergency coping ability in the facilities. The purpose of this study was to examine how married women with a child perceived the low-fertility issue in order to increase the success of policy decisions for increasing the fertility rate and to present alternatives. The study subjects were 327 married women with a child who resided in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. After the survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 program. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the married women who already had one child found it ideal to have two children. In fact, however, 36.4% had determined not to have another child, and only one parent wanted to have a second child in 26.9%. Second, they took a dismal view of the government's fertility encouragement policies, and they considered it necessary for the government to pursue a more down-to-earth measure. Third, economic aid for child rearing and education was identified as the most critical way to boost the childbirth rate. In conclusion, current national policies aimed at increasing the low-fertility rate are redundant if they are only designed to publicize government action. Actions need to be taken to assist married women in taking better advantage of the existing policies.
