Transmission congestion is one of the Key factor to local market power in competitive electricity markets. Financial transmission rights provide the financial protection to their holders by paying back the congestion cost. However, the market participants who have market power can exacerbate their market power. This paper analyzes the effect of exercising local market power with the rights on the market price. The proposed methodology was demonstrated with the Optimal Power Flow(OPF). Case study is fulfilled by GAMS simulation. The simulation are condusted in case of Nodal Pricing.

A variety researches have shown that the existing trading mechanisms on transmission right can exacerbate market power. This paper proposes an alternative methodology in mitigating the local market power using the Contingent Transmission Rights on the locational marginal pricing scheme. The proposed methodology was demonstrated with the Optimal Power Flow.

This study was undertaken to evaluate the living condition and the reality of visiting part-time workers through the survey. On the matter of living condition, the most difficult problem is financial problem followed by residential problem. On the matter of female's household labor, there was a considerable difference according to the houseband's age and academic background, and family monthly income. On the question of family relationship, it was found that there was rare communication between children and father because father was rigid to talk with. In the case of mother and children, they could not find time to talk with each other. In the group of the old aged, they work to make their living. On the other hand, in the group of younger generations and the higher educated, they replied that they should work whatever the work is. It was found that they were subjected to their work because of their financial situation and that they were under the double yoke of family and work because there were no legal protection and organizational devices.

정보보호 기업은 1990년도 후반에서 2000년도 초반에 설립되었는데 다른 주요한 기반 산업에 비하면 그 역사가 휠씬 짧다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정보보호 산업은 급속하게 발전하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 첨단 기술의 발전에 힘입어 정보보호 산업의 비중은 점점 크질 것으로 예상된다. 2019년에 발생한 COVID-19가 2020년 전세계로 확산되면서 비대면 서비스와 디지털 전환 가속되었다. 이용자에 대한 사이버 위협도 증가되고 있어 분야별 차별화된 보안이 필요한 상황이다. 하지만 정보보호 인력의 부족, 국내 기업의 보안 역량의 미흡, 국내 정보보호 시장 협소 등으로 인하여 새로운 사이버보안 위협을 대응하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 정보보호 기업의 외부 환경 요인인 정부의 정보보호 제도의 운영, 정부의 영향력, 정부의 지원, 정보보호 기업간 파트너십 등과, 내부 환경 요인인 최고경영층의 지원, 재무상태, 인적자원 등이 조직 역량, 혁신 역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 조직 역량, 혁신 역량이 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는지를 실증 데이터를 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보보호 정책과 시사점을 제시하고 정보보호산업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

전 세계적으로 국가 간 자유무역이 확대되고 있는 상황에서, 우리나라도 최근 미국, EU 등 금융선진국들과 FTA 협정을 체결하는 등 급속히 추진되고 있다. 이 협정문에 따르면, 우리나라의 외국계 금융회사가 보유하고 있는 이용자 정보가 국외로 이전이 가능하게 될 전망이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 금융정보의 국외이전에 대비하여 정보이전의 개념과 범위를 정의하고, 국내 외 관련 법 제도 현황을 파악해 보고자 한다. 아울러 정보이전 시 예상되는 문제점을 제도적, 기술적 부문으로 나누어 검토하고 정보규제의 차별화, 개인정보보호법과 관련법규의 제 개정, 금융회사의 안전성 확보 및 정보이전 표준가이드라인 마련 등의 정책적 대응방안을 제시한다. 특히, 이용자의 프라이버시 보호를 위하여 개인정보의 이전시 금융정보와 차별화하는 정책 수립의 필요성을 언급한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방안은 향후 FTA 시행 후 금융정보의 국외이전에 대비하여 금융회사와 감독당국 등 관련기관이 준비해야 할 대책 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

중국에서 고용의 이원체제라 할 수 있는 '쌍궤제'는 개혁개방 시기 들어서도 사라지지 않고, 도시호구와 농민공이라는 분할선을 통해 최근까지도 유지되고 있다. 2천년대 들어 이원체제를 해소하려는 노력이 <노동계약법>의 반포로 실현되는 듯 했으나, <노동계약법>의 절충적 성격에 덧붙여 2008년 세계금융위기가 발발하면서 중국 고용의 이원체제는 파견노동의 증가라는 새로운 방식으로 다시 강화되고 있다. 중국에서 파견노동은 예외적이 아니라 정규적이 될 만큼 대규모로 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 중국에서 파견노동은 국유기업의 구조조정 과정에서 직접 해고를 방지하는 방식으로 실업문제를 해소하려던 시도를 배경으로 하고 있다는 점에서 중국적 특색을 보이고 있다. <노동계약법>과 세계경제위기의 결합 효과는 파견노동을 규제하기보다 더욱 늘리도록 작용하였고, 특히 파견노동은 '역방향 파견'이라는 방식의 편법을 허용하여 비용과 법률적 부담을 줄이려는 기업들에 의해 넓게 활용되고 있다. 파견노동은 새로운 이원체제를 형성시키고 있고, 새로운 이원체제는 기업의 부담을 파견업체로 이전하는 구도에 의해 강화되고 있다. 중국에서 고용의 이원체제는 여전히 보호가 필요한 층을 보호로부터 더 배제시킨다는 문제를 낳고 있다.

The environmental influence in tunnel construction is the drying of the ground water, the drop of the ground water level, and noise and vibration by tunnel excavation. The environmental influence can cause the change of natural ecosystem and the source of popular complaints. In case of popular complaints, the tunnel construction can be stopped or the construction period can be extended. Also, the financial loss may be reached to hundreds of billions won. The technology development to minimize the environmental influence in the tunnel construction is very important in order to control popular complaints and to preserve ecosystem. It should be required the investigation, the evaluation, and the assessment of environmental impact to reduce environmental influence in the tunnel construction. The objective of this research is to review the environmental impact assessment in Korea and to introduce the environmental protection technology which minimizes the environmental influence generated in the tunnel construction.

The paper deals with recent paradigm shift in German environmental policy, fundamentally modifying the German society towards a sustainable future development. Key elements of this development are forceful climate protection measures to contribute to global climate protection strategy and to fulfil international conventions, supplemented by a comprehensive strategy to promote the adaptation to climate change, the nuclear power phase out in the medium term, and innovative landscape and regional planning projects to strengthen regional identity and economic power. All this components are,complemented by a financial support program including incentives, tax reductions, and research funding.

This paper is attempted to clarify the controversial event King Thibaw ascending the throne. Moreover it was presented with the purpose of how important "Trust Building" is in politic. After ascending the throne, King Thibaw faced external threat as well as internal weakness. The Hluttaw ministers and counselors did not support effectively and King Thibaw lost trust his ministers and counselors. Therefore mass killing of royal prince took place after the ascending the throne and it made discredit to King Thibaw. Senior minister like Kinwun Mingyi and Hsinphyumashin secretly contact with Prince Nyaung Yan whom was staying under the protection of British. On the other hand Prince Myingun took refuge under protection of the French and was trying to seize the power with the supporters from lower Myanmar as well as taking the financial help from Hsinphyu Mashin. They were external strength for the British and French. In this way King Thibaw's administration became deteriorated and finally the British anxious about Franco-Myanmar treaty so they exaggerated the Bombay-Burma Teak company's problem. In this way King Thibaw was taken away by the British due to the internal weakness and external strength.

인공지능의 발전과 함께 딥러닝을 활용한 인공지능 광학문자인식 기법 (Artificial Intelligence powered Optical Character Recognition, AI-OCR) 의 등장은 기존의 이미지 처리 기반 OCR 기술의 한계를 넘어 다양한 형태의 이미지로부터 여러 언어를 높은 정확도로 읽어낼 수 있는 모델로 발전하였다. 특히, AI-OCR은 인력을 통해 대량의 다양한 서류 처리 업무를 수행하는 금융업에 있어 그 활용 잠재력이 크다. 본 연구에서는 금융권내 활용을 위한 AI-OCR 모델의 구성과 설계를 제시하고, 이를 효율적으로 적용하기 위한 플랫폼 구축 및 활용 사례에 대해 논한다. 금융권 특화 딥러닝 모델을 만듦에 있어 금융 도메인 데이터 사용은 필수적이나, 개인정보보호법 이하 실 데이터의 사용이 불가하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 기반 데이터 생성 모델을 개발하였고, 이를 활용하여 AI-OCR 모델 학습을 진행하였다. 다양한 서류 처리에 있어 유연한 데이터 처리를 위해 단계적 구성의 AI-OCR 모델들을 제안하며, 이는 이미지 전처리 모델, 문자 탐지 모델, 문자 인식 모델, 문자 정렬 모델 및 언어 처리 모델의 선택적, 단계적 사용을 포함한다. AI-OCR 모델의 배포를 위해 온프레미스(On-Premise) 및 프라이빗 클라우드(Private Cloud) 내 GPU 컴퓨팅 클러스터를 구성하고, Hybrid GPU Cluster 내 컨테이너 오케스트레이션을 통한 고효율, 고가용 AI-OCR 플랫폼 구축하여 다양한 업무 및 채널에 적용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 금융 특화 AI-OCR 모델 및 플랫폼을 구축하여 금융권 서류 처리 업무인 문서 분류, 문서 검증 및 입력 보조 시스템으로의 활용을 통해 업무 효율 및 편의성 증대를 확인하였다.
