일본(日本) 수산계(水産系) 고등학교교육(高等學校敎育)의 현황(現況)과 전망(展望) -II. 교육(敎育)의 외형(外形)과 내실성(內實性) (The Present Status and Future Prospect on Education of Fisheries High Schools in Japan -II. Outer Apperance and Substantiality of Education)

  • The auther reported the distribution of fisheries high schools and arrangement of curriculum in Japan in the forward report, and describes on the outer apparance and substantiality of education of fisheries high schools in Japan in the present report. 1. The rate of population to the number of fisheries high school shows 2,350 thousands in Japan, compared with 3,250 thousands in Korea. Then the rate in Korea is 1.4 times as high as that in Japan. 2. The rate of pupil to the whole regular instructors for fundamental subjects and for vocational subjects in the fisheries high schools, and also the rate to the instructors for vocational subjects show 10.4 and 16.3 in Japan, compared with 18.2 and 30.2 in Korea. Then the rate in Korea is 1.8 times as high as that in Japan. In addition to the instructors for vocational subjects. trainer and assistants for technical training-are employed in Japan compared with no such instructors or assistants in Korea. Then the rate of pupil to the whole instructing staffs in Korea is 2.4 times as high as that in Japan. 3. 81 percents of training ships in Japan are larger than 400 gross tons, which is extremely higher to that in Korea. The rate of gross tonnage of the ships to the number of trainees shows 6.2 tons in Japan compared with 1.1 tons in Korea. Also such large dimensioned training ships are newly built every other 12 years. the construction cost per 1 gross ton of such ships are said as 2.5 to 3 million yen, which corresponds to 15 to 18 million wons, and is over 3 times as much as that in Korea. 4. The basic education on the marine field is widely diffused in Japan. For an example, swimming pools are prepared not only in fisheries high schools but also in primary schools although it is rate even in fisheries high schools or colleges in Korea. 5. Almost all provinces which locate on the seashore have at least one fisheries high school and the curriculum is arranged to match the needs of local districts, then the management of school is tightly linked to the local government. 6. Entrance system is also flexible and recommended entrance system for successors of fishermen is settled. 7. Re-education of instructors for the new subjects which should be prepared to match the demands of ages are supported by local government in the aspect of time and budget. 8. The special two-year course for advanced seamen' s education is attached to some fisheries high schools and the graduates are qualified to get the third grade marine officer's or engineer's liscence.

학업흥미도 향상을 위한 패션전공교육 프로그램 (The education program majored in fashion for improving interest in schoolwork)

  • This study was conducted by the questionnaires to 323 undergraduate students in fashion related departments. Questionnaires were designed to ask total 23 questions including possibility of halfway dropouts, establishment of goals, self-improvement, entrance motives, satisfaction ratings of academic subjects, job prospects and path planning, amelioration of ways to instruct, desires for the integrated lessons and intense academic courses, wishes of field project education carrying out tasks, desired lecturers, and others. Results in this research were summarized as follows. To begin with, it was appeared that respondents with possibility of halfway dropouts showed considerable percentage (25.4%) and the reasons left out were various including joining the army, the poor economic conditions in family, a major not corresponding with one's aptitude. Secondly, in the extent of establishing goals and improving oneself, there was the difference between people with possibility of halfway dropouts and people without that, and it was judged that the extent of establishing goals and improving oneself as good parameters could explain halfway omission. Thirdly, the ways to teach for getting classes interesting were to make instruction according to one's capabilities, to progress systematically, and to take lessons with specific goals. Fourth, many respondents answered to want the integrated lessons, intense academic courses, and field project education carrying out tasks. Fifth, an overwhelming majority of respondents hoped instructors with a outstanding ability in business. For improvement of the ways to instruct and the role of professors, it is suggested as follows. First, students are given intelligible lessons focused on fundamental subjects fitted to their levels and also need gradual intense academic courses classified by their way directions and interests. Second, creative and individualized teaching methods depending on the majors and levels are developed to help students have strong interest in schoolwork. Third, professors are constantly to learn practical techniques and skills related to industries in step with the education goals of college. Fourth, it is desirable to adopt instructors with practical business talents rather than theoretical capabilities.

농대생의 농업교육훈련 만족도, 학습전이, 학습지속의향에 관한 구조적 관계 분석 (An Analysis of Structural Relationship among Satisfaction, Learning Transfer, Learning Persistence of Agricultural Education Program on Agricultural Students)

  • This study aimed to analyze educational satisfaction and the relationship between learning transfer and learning persistence shown after actual education targeting students who participated in the agricultural education and training. Conclusions based on the study results can be suggested as follows. First, of the factors related to learning persistence, satisfaction of educational contents turned out to be a statistically significant factor with a positive effect in the agricultural education and training. Students participating in the agricultural education and training have a conspicuous object to learn for improving ability which is necessary for and applicable to agriculture. Second, of the three factors related to learning transfer in the agricultural education and training, satisfaction of educational contents, educational facilities and satisfaction of environment turned out to have a positive effect. Third, results show that satisfaction of instructors does not affect both learning persistence and learning transfer. Lastly, in case of education and training for field practice, this study is suggesting the necessity of research by accessing in a concrete and detailed manner such as learning contents, instructors, educational facilities and satisfaction of environment from the comprehensive concept of educational satisfaction in the directivity of study related to satisfaction.

해외 한국어 교사 한국 방문 연수 프로그램의 개발을 위한 사례 연구 -미국 정규학교 한국어 교사 연수를 대상으로- (Case Studies of Developing Training Programs in Korea for Korean Language Instructors Overseas: With Focus on Training Programs for Korean Language Teachers at US K-12 Schools)

  • This paper seeks to use case studies of training programs for teachers at US K-12 schools to provide a model for developing training programs in South Korea for Korean language teachers overseas, and to consider directions for the future. Toward the end, we review examples of professional development programs for Korean language instructors at US K-12 schools that we have developed and conducted between 2011 and 2016. By comparing these programs with the results of post-program assessments, we explore ways of improving those programs. To respect teachers' wishes, these training programs have attempted to strike a balance between cultural and linguistic education while focusing more on workshops, debates, and field trips than on theoretical lectures. The difficulty of operating such programs is the difference in the teachers' individual circumstances and educational context, which necessitates giving teachers an opportunity to discuss the content of the program and find ways to apply it to their own circumstances. To resolve such difficulties, the training programs that we develop should avoid predetermined curriculums and should not be focused on simple drills or the trainer. Instead, these programs should take the approach of proactively incorporating contents desired by the participating teachers by starting with the situations, needs, and tasks of each of those teachers.

이해당사자 기반 평생교육실습 프로그램 평가척도 개발 (Development of Stakeholder-based Evaluation Scales for the Lifelong Education Field Training Program)

  • 본 연구는 평생교육실습 프로그램의 관련 이해당사자를 기반 하여 평생교육실습 프로그램을 다면적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가척도를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 통합연구방법 모형 중 질적연구와 양적연구를 순차적으로 실시하는 순차적 탐구 전략을 적용하였다. 연구과정은 먼저, 평생교육실습 프로그램 관련 문헌분석을 통해 주요 이해당사자를 실습생, 담당교수자, 실습지도자, 프로그램 관리자의 네 집단으로 선정하고, 이해당사자들의 평가관점 및 평가내용을 탐색하였다. 탐색된 평가내용을 보완하기 위하여 현장에서 활동 중인 13명의 전문가를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시한 후, 문헌분석과 심층면담을 통해 도출된 내용을 각 이해당사자별로 평가영역, 평가부문, 평가항목의 위계를 가진 초안을 구성하였다. 구성된 초안은 평가척도의 내용타당도를 확보하기 위해 35명의 전문가 패널을 활용하여 이해당사자별로 각각 2~3회기의 델파이 조사를 시행하였다. 이후 델파이 조사를 통해 전문가들의 의견이 반영된 평가척도를 활용하여 실습생 90명, 담당교수자 22명, 실습지도자 31명을 대상으로 적용하였다. 기술통계값, 타당도 및 신뢰도를 확인하여 평생교육실습 프로그램의 이해당사자별 평가척도를 최종 확정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 실습생 평가척도는 8개 평가영역, 14개 평가부문, 51개 평가항목, 담당교수자 평가척도는 6개 평가영역, 10개 평가부문, 40개 평가항목으로 이루어졌다. 실습지도자 평가척도는 3개 평가영역, 7개 평가부문, 31개 평가항목으로 완성되었으며, 프로그램 관리자 평가척도는 7개 평가영역, 15개 평가부문, 32개 평가항목으로 구성되었다. 이해당사자 기반 평생교육실습 프로그램 평가척도는 평생교육실습 프로그램의 효과적인 운영을 위해 진행단계에 따른 각 이해당사자 입장의 변수들을 밝혀내어 개발된 것으로서 현장에서 실시되고 있는 프로그램의 내적 충실도를 규명하는 데 유용하고 객관적인 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

예비유아교사의 모의수업 인식 및 요구도 분석 (An Analysis of Pre-service Early Childhood Education Teachers' Perceptions and Demands through Demonstration of Simulated Instruction)

  • 본 연구는 부산, 울산, 김해 지역에 소재한 3-4년제 대학 유아교육과 재학생 350명을 대상으로 예비유아교사들의 모의수업에 대한 인식과 요구도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 교원양성기관에서 모의수업을 지도하는 교수자들에게 예비유아교사의 현재 수준에 근거한 기초자료를 제공하고 모의수업의 효과적인 운영방안을 모색하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 예비유아교사는 모의수업은 교원양성교육에서 필요하며 수업능력 향상에 도움을 준다고 인식하고 있었지만 모의수업 횟수를 늘리는 것에는 찬성하지 않고 있었으며 교수자의 모의수업 지도 방법에 대해서도 매우 만족하고 있지는 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현장경력을 바탕으로 한 실제적 수업지식과 기술이 있는 교수자에게 모의수업 준비단계와 평가단계의 최소 2회의 피드백을 받길 원하고 있었으며 구체적으로 교육계획안 작성 원리 및 방법과 유아와 효과적 상호작용 및 발문에 대해 지도받고자 하였다. 피드백은 학급 구성원 모두와 교수자가 함께 참여하는 형태를 가장 선호하였으며 교수자 피드백 이외에는 영유아가 함께 참여하는 모의수업 경험을 요구하였다.

이탈리아 밀라노의 실내디자인학교 현황과 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Situation and Characteristic of Interior Design Schools at Milan, Italy)

  • Today the globalization has already penetrated into the education field. It accelerates the exchange and the sharing of the education systems over the world. In that situation, the education systems of USA or Japan were often introduced into our country, while those of Europe haven't been well introduced, less in the field of interior design education systems of Italy. Furthermore, it is necessary to examine objectively the present situations, because the education systems are usually easy to change according to the times. This research is wholly directed by my own experiences such as teaching and studying at Milan, Italy for the past four years. Also the research was continuously done with the data gathering after returning to my country. The detailed situations and characteristics of Politecnico di Milano would be compared to those of other interior design schools at Milan, Italy. I hope it will be an useful data for not only the professors and instructors but also the students who want to study in Italy.

가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관 인식을 통한 활용도 제고방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Utilization through Recognition of Virtual Training Content Operating Institutions)

  • 본 연구는 K대학교 온라인평생교육원의 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용을 높이는 방안을 파악하기 위해 운영기관 사례를 중심으로 활용경험, 콘텐츠 인식, 현장실습 대체, 요구사항 등을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2020년 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영한 12개 기관을 선정하여 심층인터뷰를 실시하고, 최종 인터뷰한 11개 기관의 인터뷰 내용을 질적 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 가상훈련 운영기관의 콘텐츠 활용경험은 교육환경의 변화, 이론학습의 보완, 실무감각의 향상이 목적이었다. 둘째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 인식을 조사한 결과, 콘텐츠의 중요도와 활용도가 높다고 인식한 경우에는 구비가 어려운 시설과 장비의 경험, 흥미유발 및 주의집중에 도움, 안전교육에 유용, 비대면 수업시 현장실습에 대체 가능한다고 응답했다. 셋째, 현장실습에 대체에 대한 인식은 다수의 경우, 현장실습의 사전 교육자료로 활용하기에는 무리가 없지만 현장실습을 대체하기에는 어렵다고 응답했다. 넷째, 콘텐츠 질 개선사항으로 콘텐츠 질 제고, 콘텐츠 접근 및 조작 개선, 전용 기기 개발, 교수자 대상 연수실시, 교육과정 체계화로 요약할 수 있다. 다섯째, 기관의 요구사항으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 자체의 질 제고, 장비지원, 교육과정 체계화 및 특성화, 체계적인 교육과정 및 세부 콘텐츠 목적 공유 등이며, 홍보방안으로 교수자 대상으로 연수 진행하며 가상 훈련 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 자세한 안내, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용과 타 사업 연계, 콘텐츠 활용방법 소개 및 활용 강사모집 등이었다. 본 연구는 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관의 인식을 바탕으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용도 제고를 위한 방안을 모색했다는데 의의가 있다.

치위생(학)과 학생들의 현장실습 전·후에 대한 만족 정도와 실습 후 진로의사 및 행동과의 관계 (Relationship between career decision/ behavior and the pre-/post satisfaction of dental hygiene students in field practice)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to promote the value of field practice courses by installing an efficient field practice program through understanding the relationship between career decision/ behavior and the pre-/post satisfaction of dental hygiene students in field practice. Methods: The subjects of the study were students in Gyeongnam and Busan majoring in dental hygiene, from which 218 questionnaires were obtained from 23 November 2015 to 30 July 2016. Results: In terms of career decision/ behavior, the post-satisfaction scores in ideas about their major, about whether it was helpful to selecting their speciality and positive impression of dental hygienists, interest and understanding in training course were significantly lower than the pre-satisfaction scores (p<0.05). Relationship between satisfaction in field training and career decision/ behavior following the field training, pre-/post-satisfaction on site-training content (r=0.371, p<0.01), pre-/post satisfaction in training instructions (r=0.267, p<0.01), and pre-/post-satisfaction in the training sites (r=0.436, p<0.01) were all proportionally correlated to the after-training career decision and behavior. Conclusions: It is necessary for training instructors to maintain close relationships with the students in field practice program courses. In advance, it is expected to promote students' satisfaction in field practice and serve as a starting point where students can build self-esteem as a future dental hygienist by positively influencing their career decisions and behaviors.

의류제조 직업능력개발교육 학습자의 학습참여동기가 교육 및 취업서비스만족도와 직업능력개발성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Learner's Motivation on Professional Development in Vocational Education of Clothing Manufacturing)

  • This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.
