The Purpose of this study was to establish the belter residential environment in Apt. complex. In this study, the management consciousness of exterior space and the degree of satisfaction were investigated and analyzed on the GI-SAN Apt. complex in Taegu city. The data were obtained through the questionnaire survey about the exterior space of Apt. complex and analyzed by the SPSS/PC. The results of this analysis are as follow; The result of the image analysis were the cleanness factor and the arrangement factor, which have great influenced in residents image of exterior space. The dissatisfaction source of the management conditions were owing to the lake of management techniques and the discord of residents. The subject of management in the residents consciousness was the management office. In additionally, the management form by the residents were highly showed the cleaning and weeding. The main issues of their dissatisfaction about the exterior space was the lake of size, quantity of plants and rest space. The place of the most demand on management was investigated the children playground which was regarded to be the most damaged.
This study measured college students' levels of satisfaction with their cyber learning through an online survey of students who had taken one or more cyber learning before. 500 returned and usable questionnaires were analyzed and SPSS WIN 12.0 was used for the descriptive statistics, t-test, factor analysis and analysis of covariance structures. The results are as follows; First, college students were very interested in their cyber learning. Their decision to take the cyber learning was initiated more by emotional motives (m=3.13) than by rational motives (m=3.35). Second, the consumers' expectations for the cyber learning were divided into the 'Expectation for service quality' and the 'Expectation for economy,' and their 'Expectation for economy'(m=4.02) was higher than their 'Expectations for service quality'(m=3.60). Third, the consumers' expectations for the cyber learning and the results of the cyber learning were analyzed, and a discrepancy between these two were also analyzed. The analysis of discrepancy between the two showed that the average of the results was lower than that of the expectations, which means that the cyber learning did not meet the consumers' expectations in every aspect, However, the average satisfaction level was 3.20, which means consumers were satisfied with the cyber learning overall. Fourth, causes of dissatisfaction with the cyber learning were divided into internal factors due to personal matters and external factors due to classes and other factors. It was found that dissatisfaction due to internal factors was greater than that due to external factors. Lastly, the factors affecting satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the cyber learning and willingness to use it again were analyzed. The results showed that the motive for its use affected the formation of expectation but it did not affect the results. Satisfaction with the cyber learning affected the willingness to use it again positively. However, the effect of dissatisfaction on the willingness to use it again was not statistically significant.
The purpose of this study was to estimate the quality if New Town housing environment, and to present the direction of design policy to elevate it. For this study questionnaires were administrated to 272 homemakers living in apartment in Bundang. From 1st of May to 31st of May in 1995. Used statistical method was Frequency. Percentage. Mean, Factor Analysis, Correlation, Multiple Regression. The major finding is as follows : 1) Housing values were classified into five types : convenience, beauty, sociality, education, and economy, Resident ranked first economy among housing values the second is convenience, the third beauty, the forth education, while the most unimportant value is sociality. 2) House satisfaction was classified into four types : house size and plane structure, environment and facilities, interior decoration materials and facilities and building design. Residents were found to show the middle degree satisfaction on their house. 3) Housing complex satisfaction was ciassified four types : community facilities, management stage, neighborhood connection and complex facilities. Resident showed dissatisfaction on their apartment complex relatively. 4) Residents showed dissatisfaction on the interior decoration materials and facilities, local facilities and management attitude relatively.
This study was conducted to evaluate a forecast model designed to describe a vocational high school for runaway students. The study included 2000 adolescents from the KEEP(Korean Education and Employment Panel). A Data mining decision tree model revealed that: (1) Suicide ideation was a risk factor for running away among smokers. (2) High self-evaluation was a risk factor for running away among individuals that smoked and had no suicide ideation. (3) Drinking was predicted as a risk factor for no smokers, while family life dissatisfaction was predicted as a risk factor among non-smokers that drank. (4) Negative relationship with mother was predicted as a risk factor among non-drinking non-smoking.
This study aims to examine constraints on visits to urban community parks and to find ways to elevate the efficient use of parks. To achieve this, the study relied on empirical study method and the descriptive method; additionally, present condition survey was performed with a user interview, on the assumption that a park visit is a form of leisure. As a result, the item of 'insufficient lighting facilities' shows the highest mean and the item of 'low quality of park' follows Previous research also revealed that the item of 'the lack of lighting facilities' is a major factor on user dissatisfaction, so a design and management program for night time users are fully researched and elaborately accomplished. Also, the high response of 'low quality of park' shows that the park supply policy in Korea focusses mainly on quantity so far, and it shows that user's dissatisfaction for park facilities becomes one of the major constraints of park visit. The factor analysis, on the object of 35 items except 2 items, appeared 5 factors: accessibility, inner discord, companion, family matters, park-itself-matters. Oneway Anova test showed that 4 factors except 'park-itself-matters' have reliable difference in constraint cognition by age and education. The visit constraint of 'park-itself-matters' did not appear different by any personal characteristics. Careful concern for night activity should be accomplished in the planning process.
With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and cloud computing are developing rapidly, and smart homes enabled by these technologies are rapidly gaining popularity. To gain a competitive advantage in the global market, companies must understand the differences in consumer needs in different countries and cultures and develop corresponding business strategies. Therefore, this study conducts a comparative analysis of consumer reviews of smart homes in South Korea and China. This study collected online reviews of SmartThings, ThinQ, Msmarthom, and MiHome, the four most commonly used smart home apps in Korea and China. The collected review data is divided into satisfied reviews and dissatisfied reviews according to the ratings, and topics are extracted for each review dataset using LDA topic modeling. Next, the extracted topics are classified according to five evaluation factors of Perceived Usefulness, Reachability, Interoperability,Trustness, and Product Brand proposed by previous studies. Then, by comparing the importance of each evaluation factor in the two datasets of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, we find out the factors that affect consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and compare the differences between users in Korea and China. We found Trustness and Reachability are very important factors. Finally, through language network analysis, the relationship between dissatisfied factors is analyzed from a more microscopic level, and improvement plans are proposed to the companies according to the analysis results.
Herzberg and his associates concluded from their findings that job satisfaction consisted on two independent dimension ; the first dimension was related to job satisfaction, the second to job dissatisfaction. According to the Herzberg theory, the satisfiers are related to the nature of the work itself and the rewards that flow directly from the performance of that work. The dissatisfaction factors are associated with the individual's relation to the context or environment in which he works. The purpose of this study was to investigate selected factors which result in job satisfaction / dissatisfaction of nurses employed in general hospital. In a study of this nature, it is important that the population be as homogenous as possible in order to reduce the effects of the different environments and backgrounds on job satisfaction. A job satisfaction questionnaire developed by Slabitt et als. was used for this study. It contains 45 statements and utilizes a Likert type scale of 5. Participants were asked to select response which were congruent with their perceptions of the item. It was decided to conduct the study in one general hospital in Seoul. A sample of 505 clinical nurses were selected to participate in this study. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. The overall mean score for the 45 five-point scales of job satisfaction items was 2.945, showing that the subjects of this study were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. 2. To identify the specific job related factors that result in Job satisfaction / dissatisfaction, the 45 items of job satisfaction were divided into 6 areas and the mean scores and % of agreement were compared. The specific job related factor that resulted in job satisfaction was the job status and those that resulted in job dissatisfaction were salaries, task requirements and organization requirements. But the areas of autonomy and interaction did not belong to either side of the specific job related factors. 3. To identify the relationship between the job satisfaction and the subject's general characteristic, data was analyzed using the t-test and the Pearson correlation coefficient. It was found that the relationship between the job satisfaction and the request for rotation and intention to remain on the job were statistically significant at .05 level, but the relationship between the job satisfaction and age, work experience, and educational background were nor statistically significant at the .05 level.
This study develops a scale for consumer clothing satisfaction based on Lee et al. 's (2002) five stages of the consumer life cycle (acquisition, possession, consumption, maintenance, and disposal). Data were gathered by surveying college students using convenience sampling, and 419 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analyzing the data, an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis using a structural equation modeling were conducted. The proposed scale, which identified various sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction associated with the 5 consumption cycles of clothing, suggests some guidelines for marketers in enhancing consumer clothing satisfaction across consumption stages. The model test for the scale also identified that consumption satisfaction had the greatest effect on consumer clothing satisfaction showing the strongest loading and squared multiple correlation.
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of genderand body cathexis on clothing behavior (interest in clothing and clothing satisfaction/dissatisfaction). The questionnaire were administered to 395 college students living in Jechon. Data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test and Pearson's Correlation. The results of this study were as follows : 1) body-cathexis was higher in men than women. In general, students were more satisfied with upper body parts than lower body parts. 2) There was no relationship between interest in cloghing and body-cathexis. But woman showed more interest in clothing than man, therefore sex showed main effect. And there was interaction between sex and body-cathexis on interest in clothing. 3) Clothing satisfaction was devided into aesthetic/economical/practical factors. Among three satisfaction factors, body cathexis has the main effect in economic factor, and there was no interaction. But in aesthetic factor, gender and body-cathexis showed interaction and body-cathexis showed main effect.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the influences of need for cognition (NFC) and fashion leadership on regret after purchasing fashion goods in female consumers and examine the relationships between regret and its dependent variables (i.e., dissatisfaction, regret resolution, and rebuying intentions). Data collection was conducted through a survey for females in their 20s~40s, and 642 questionnaires were used for final data analyses in which frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression were applied using SPSS 14.0. The results were as follows. The higher NFC was or the lower fashion leadership was, the higher the degree of regret, as NFC and fashion leadership both had a significant influence on regret. In terms of the dependent variables, the higher the degree of regret, the higher the degree of dissatisfaction and ultimately the lower the rebuying intentions. In addition, the influence of regret on regret resolution and the influence of regret resolution on rebuying intentions were significant. This study verified that consumers' characteristics and feelings of regret had a significant influence on their buying behavior of fashion goods. The results suggest that consumers' feelings of regret (which influence consumer satisfaction and rebuying intentions) should be considered in terms of competitive marketing strategies at fashion companies.
