This study focuses on the review of the present condition of schools and regional public facilities and finds out the basic direction and practical task to utilize a mixed-use school as a regional community hub reorganizing schools and regional public facilities. School facilities have enough potential to be a center of everyday life and educational function with accessibility in neighborhood living environment. Nevertheless it has institutional limitation to make school facility work for entire region because schools and regional public facilities are built and administrated without collaboration of the local governments and office of education. Also current mixed-use school facilities are planned separately or laid out monotonously without local resident's demands. This research analyzes the possibility of mixed-use facility of current operating schools and regional public facilities in Gang-nam gu and categorizes possible public facilities for mixed-use. For successful complex plan of schools and public facilities, next step will be the improvement of administration and laws and the analysis of facilities what local residents need from the preliminary stage with consultation of various stakeholders.

본 연구는 최근 사회적 여건의 급격한 변화에 따라 제기되고 있는 노인문제, 장애자문제와 가정 해체에 의한 아동 및 청소년비행과 범죄문제, 여성의 높은 취업율에 의한 육아보육 및 부녀복지문제 등 삶의 질과 관련되는 광범위한 복지문제중 복지의 범위를 한정하여 대구의 복지시설현황과 분포특성을 고찰하여 지역사회의 복지시설 입지선정에 보탬이 되고자 하였다. 먼저 우리나라의 복지제도와 복지정책을 개관하고 대구의 사회복지시설현황을 이용시설과 수용시설로 대별하여 고찰하였다. 그리고 이러한 각 시설들의 분포특성을 규명하기 위해 각 동별로 생활보호대상자수, 60세 이상의 노인인구 및 노인인구비율, 6세 이하 아동인구 및 인구비율을 파악하여 각 시설들의 분포와의 관계를 설명하고 지도화하였다. 그 결과 각 시설들의 분포는 그 시설을 주로 이용하는 연령충의 분포 및 저소득층의 분포와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 우리의 사회복지시설이 아직도 보편적인 시설이 아니라 소외계층에 제한된 시설임이 입증되었으며 앞으로는 좀 더 보편적인 시설로의 운영 및 전향을 제언하며 시설의 불균등분포의 문제와 아울러 노후화와 염세성도 문제점으로 지적하고 싶다.

The public facilities are essential of resident life, the public facilities affect quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.

The purpose of the present study is to identify potentially hazardous factors which can contribute to the outbreak of foodborne disease and to represent more practical management methods in terms of environmental sanitation and facilities for the kitchen. 230 Korean-style restaurants in Seoul were assessed and analyzed by the restaurant total area. Facilities and sanitary check-lists were developed to evaluate the facilities and sanitary conditions of sampled restaurants. The sanitary condition of kitchen, guest room and other area were assessed by the sanitary score. The basic cooking machinery and utensil were properly facilitated but automation machinery were equiped below 10% sampled restaurants. The kitchen area were not properly sufficient to total area. Sanitary condition of kitchen, guest room, cooking appliance and stored foods were evaluated as the unsatisfactory state with potentially hazardous. Concrete guidelines should be made in terms of following item; establishment for the kitchen space expansion, facilities for the improvement of the working environment and sanitary condition of foods cooked. Additionaly, it need to practice the effective education and training program for the foodservice manager and employees.

In this paper, a current condition analysis of a certified environmentally-friendly school and a school forest demonstration school was made to understand how they have developed effective ecological environments and examine their specific technical methods for ecological planning. After taking into account the differences and current situations of the two types of schools this paper will present an effective method for the suitable implementation ecological environmental projects in domestic schools.

The considerable increase of the elderly with dementia is expected annually and when we think about the family members' and the patients' suffering, it could be painful. Above all things, it imposes heavy economic burdens on the family members that have patients who suffer from diseases of age like dementia or paralysis that caring them at home and also, it is not desirable for those old people in point of physical or environmental circumstances for medical care. Thus, it is needed urgently that the expansion of specified facilities and improvement of services for these old people. Under this present condition, it is the special feature that the subject of research is people/facilities that offer services, not the elderly with dementia-the main user of those facilities. This proposal aims to make a study of expansion and improvement the old people's welfare facilities by using remodeled closed Small and Midium Hospitals which are the bad effect of economic growth. Also, it can save money with re-using abolished buildings which is property of the nation and protect environment too. In this study, We examine the present conditions of old people's welfare institution, and research a factor of remodeling for welfare facilities. Then we will verify remodeling-possibility which is concrete and working by using the product of this study.

2006년 1월 부산신항 3선석을 시작으로 부산신항의 운영이 시작되고, 해외경쟁항만의 지속적인 시설확충은 기존 우리나라의 대표항만으로 자리매김해온 부산북항이 직면한 도전이다. 이러한 도전을 슬기롭게 극복하기 위해서는 가장 먼저. 지금의 상황을 냉정하게 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항의 현 상황을 파악하기 위해서 해외경쟁항만과 부산북항의 운영시설 및 운영현황을 비교분석하고, 신규개장하는 부산신항과 부산북항의 시설현황을 비교하며. 마지막으로 부산북항 개별터미널의 시설 및 장비, 운영현황을 상대비교한다.

As almost community facilities in korean rural village have being showed signs of decrepitude, and have a lot of problems on scale and function, it hasn't made full use of almost community facilities. To resolve these problems, it is time to make different plan considered of elements, scale and function in community facilities. In this study, after being researched the present condition and interviewed local residents on target 25 administrative districts, it was sought diverse problems about community facilities and researched satisfaction measurement, activity of local residents. With Being based on this, we also drove from essential element about community facilities in korean rural village and sorted problems of community facilities as general disposition-structure-outdoor facilities-behavioral use. Therefore, it was applied to study area and ascertained the existence of problem. Thus, we found out the improving way for appropriate community facilities in korean rural village. It will be useful to make different plan for community facilities in korean rural village.

A main contents of this is to abtain the result of investigation and analysis of facilities & using space of Variation Type's middle school in Japan. we choose the sample of Japan Middle school managing variation type. Because the Japan's exiting educational system is very similar with Korea's existing educational system. We have planning about investigation and analysis of facilitie's present condition & using space of middle school in Japan. And we have also planning to have a hearing and interview investigation to teachers and students. A aim of this study is to abtain a guide of variation type space-planning in Middle school. For the aim, it is necessary to understand Japan's Middle school facilities condition and compare with Korea and Japan. A main content of study is as follow. o A collection of data and thesis of Japan's variation type middle school. o A check of curriculum of Japan's middle school. o A current of Japan's variation type middle mchool. history of construction circumstances, using situation of variation type, merit and demerit.
