Korean Government has been actively and aggressively promoted the global e-commerce (or e-trade). However, the global researches regard the Korea as the passive or retrogressive country in e-trade. The purpose of this study is to clarify the change of the policy paradigm on the e-trade of Korea and to search for new paradigm based on the total amendment (or inauguration) of the e-trade promotion law. The research concludes the current political paradigm on "the Designated total solution provider" should be separated from the e-trade infra or platform. More competitive and market-oriented paradigm of the promotion support on e-trade metamediary should be evaluated in terms of facilitator, service provider and collaborator.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationships between individuals characteristics (socio-economic status, time pressures, resources related with implementing housework), attitudes toward goods characteristics, and the level of market goods substitution of housework in the domain of foods and clothes. For empirical analysis, the data of the study was collected from 572 married women living in Seoul. Covariance structure analysis were employed for data analysis, using LISREL. The major findings were as follows: 1) Individuals characteristics, attitudes toward market goods characteristics, and the level of goods substitution of housework had causal relationships. 2) Generally, wifes age and resources related with implementing housework were negative predictors of the level of market goods substitution of housework and wifes education, income, time pressures, attitudes toward characteristics of market goods were positive predictors. Wifes employment was a constraint of Korean traditional sauce, clothes repairing service and laundry service purchases, but a facilitator of the level of dining-out.

This paper discusses management education by utilizing the cyber education learning system in a web-based. New learning system tools offer great promise for a new contents of management learning. The cyber education learning system a shift from face-to-face lecturing to interactive learning. The situation changes profoundly when information technology becomes develope and education paradigm is shift. By exploiting the digital media. educations, and students, managers can shift to a new, more effect cyber education learning system. The following shift from classic educations to cyber educations learning system: from instruction to construction, from teacher-centered to learner-centered, from school to lifelong, from one-size-fits-all to customized, from teacher as transmitter to teacher as facilitator. Cyber education learning system has an important role to play in management education. Web-based technology is regarded as a general solution to cyber education learning. This study discussed many factors of implementation in cyber education systems and provide utilizing the learning system at main, detail functions. Lastly, management implications of these cyber education utilize are discussed in more detail.

In this paper, an effective curriculum for the department related to industrial safety and health is developed through task analysis by the following approaches. The first approach is DACUM. The method is reflected the demand of industrial fields on subjects in curriculum. In this paper, DACUM workshop involves a trained DACUM facilitator and a committee of 6 expert workers from industrial safety and health area. 21 subjects which are necessary in the industrial fields have been selected by the DACUM analysis. The other is to understand the relative importance among each subject by AHP method. The relative importance of the subject is shown in the order of safety management, mechanical safety, construction safety, human factors engineering and system safety, chemical safety, electric safety by AHP analysis. The competition of department can be improved, if the result of this research is adapted to the department curriculum related to industrial safety and health.

This paper describes some major trends in primary and secondary education now. It is a selective views of significant topics with important implication for the future. These trends are summarized as follows, after examining historical development of Teaching-learning Methodology in primary and secondary education. 1. Education is seen as part of interdisciplinary world; emphasis is on relating education to the students' world, which is not compartmentalized. 2. Emphasizing students' individual growth with their own goal of lives. 3. Open-education with variable contents and purposes of education. 4. Education for all from that for some. 5. Consructivist based from behavior based. 6. Cooperative learning, peer tutoring, group projects. 7. Authentic assessment; assessment integrated with instruction. 8. The teacher is a facilitator of learning and a learner as well; students are learners and teachers in some situations; networks emerge instead of one-way forms or communication. 9. Spiral curriculum from single exposure.

This study aims at analysing the role of crisis in the technological innovation. It has been taken for granted that organizational crisis has detrimental effects on the survival of organizations. But recent studies showed that organizational crisis has positive effects on organizational learning. They argued that crisis would provide a opportunities for reflecting the effectiveness of existing organizational routine. This study analyses the process and role of crisis in the development of CDMA mobile communication system and argues that crisis has effects on technological innovation when organizations have prior knowledge base which can be exploited in organizational learning. Secondly, it is argued that crisis can result in organizational transformation which facilitates organizational learning by integrating prior knowledge base and new knowledge. Thirdly, it is suggested that crisis may be good facilitator for organizational learning in case of competence-enhancing innovation rather than competence-destroying innovation.

The World has been rapidly changing into either technological aspects or perception of those who has utilised to the corresponding informational impact. Whatever areas we have actually been involved in are strongly connected with this evolution of informational technology in one way or another. Logistics is not a exception as well as trade. Two main routes in distribution channel such as commercial and physical flow of goods, have been operating in terms of I-business. In order to activate E-trade with E-commerce, E-logistics should be utilised and emphasized in more efficient and effective manner of doing job as a facilitator. So, in this paper, it studied the role of E-logistics to make E-trade better work as well as to look into present situations in E-commerce. Then, it was identified that some facilities as 3PL or shipping company have to adopt information in their business process with a view of valued add service providers. This means those who have implemented E-Logistics activities, should be more competitive in the market, only when they provide the value-added total logistics services.

In the midst of the crisis in the publishing industry, the library was brought up as a facilitator. However, the premise is that libraries cannot revive the publishing industry simply as a catalyst for promoting reading culture. Rather, the publishing industry presented an expanded and regenerative system of publishing contents as a model for the promotion of publishing by embracing the active production and demand of readers based on libraries. In that process, we designed an independent publishing platform in the form of library/publishing collaboration (cooperation) and proposed a distribution and reproduction model.

Science hands-on exhibits are increasingly popular, especially during vacation time. These exhibits hire guides to help visitors to understand the contents. In this study, the qualifications of the guides are investigated through interviews with the producers who run the exhibit. There were two main questions the researcher was interested in during the interviews. One was the importance of the science background of the guides. The second was the characteristics of guides that the producers consider important for successful exhibits. The results show that a science background is not an important qualification in the view of most of the producers. Many factors other than science, such as accountability or social skills, were considered to be of greater importance than a background in science.
