드림스타트 참여가 방과후 서비스 이용에 미치는 영향 : 방과후 서비스의 종류와 이용량을 중심으로 (The Effects of Dream Start Participation on the Use of After-School Programs : Focusing on the Diversity and Amount of the Programs in Use)

  • This study examined the effects of Dream Start participation on the use of after-school programs, considering its emphasis on the utilization of community resources. For this, it compared the use of after-school programs in terms of the number of types and the total amount of time between children who had been participating in Dream Start and those who had not. The main findings are as follows. First, when all other conditions were held constant, children in Dream Start used more types of after-school programs compared to their correspondents. Second, children in Dream Start were more likely to use two types of after-school programs over weekdays or three types of programs for several days a week compared to their correspondents. Third, children in Dream Start spent less amount of time in the after-school programs compared to their correspondents. Even though this study found the effectiveness of Dream Start as a facilitator of community resource utilization, future research needs to examine the effects of after-school program use in terms of its diversity and amount on the development of low-income children.

블렌디드 러닝을 위한 자동차 엔진 조립 증강현실 시뮬레이션 개발 (Development of Automotive Engine Assembly Augmented Reality Simulation for Blended Learning)

  • 본 연구는 블렌디드 러닝을 위한 자동차 엔진 부품 조립에 대한 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발을 하고 설문을 통해 교육 효과의 유용성을 확인하였다. 자동차 엔진 조립에 대한 커리큘럼을 설계하고, 각 커리큘럼에 따라 조립해야 할 부품의 모양, 위치, 조립 순서 등을 증강현실 콘텐츠로 개발하였다. 개발된 증강현실 시뮬레이션 콘텐츠는 학습자 중심의 협력 활동과 결합하여 학생들이 능동적으로 학습할 수 있도록 하였고, 교사는 촉진자 역할을 수행하도록 설계하였다. 본 콘텐츠와 전통적인 학습을 한 학생들과 비교 실험하여 약 2배의 학습 시간이 절감되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들의 문제해결, 프로세스 기술, 시스템 기술 및 인지 능력 등이 강화되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

조선소 설비공의 직무 분석을 통한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Educational Training Program by the Job Analysis Ship-Fitters)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the job and develops the educational training program of ship-fitter by using the DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) method. On the first stage, the authors have been defined the job and classified duties and tasks of ship-fitters. To fine what is the most efficient task for ship-fitter, we have been investigated the levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry in each task. A DACUM committee is composed of total 10 members, which are one facilitator, eight panel members, one recorder & coordinator to analyze the job of ship-fitter. Following is the result of this study. First, 5 duties and 28 tasks are analyzed. Second, 19 tasks that are essential in entry level of occupation containing 'drawing inspecting' are identified. Third, a job model of ship-fitter is constructed by the results of DACUM job analysis. Fourth, training program is developed. This program contains task/curriculum Matrix, task/Course Matrix, training Course Profile, training Road Map.

대학생 직업기초능력 향상을 위한 교수학습모형 개발 연구 (Development of Teaching and Learning Model for the Key Competencies Education in the University)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the teaching & learning model to increase the key competencies in the university. For this, the researcher suggested the draft of teaching & learning model in the university based on literature analysis and survey for key competencies education to professors and students. After that, the draft of the model was revised through the formative test by experts. And then, the revised model was verified through delphi survey and a final model was fixed. As the result of this study, features of the final model are as follows. First, this study identified that a core values of teaching and learning model for the key competencies education in the university is reinforcement of learner's thinking skills and enhancement of field oriented on learning contents and reinforcement of professor's role as a mentor, a facilitator, a motivator, and an informant. Second, The core learning activity's process of the teaching and learning model for the key competencies education in the university consists of the following in order: team-building, exploring problem, gathering and analysing informations, arranging of leaning outcomes, comprehensive arrangement and self-examination.

데이컴 방법에 의한 컨테이너크레인 운전자 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Container Crane Operators by the DACUM Method)

  • 기존의 항만에서 이루어지는 컨테이너크레인 운전자 교육은 표준화된 교육방식 없이 장비 기사간의 도제식 교육으로 이루어짐에 따라 항만의 생산성 저하와 항만 내 안전사고의 문제점에 노출되어 왔다. 본 연구는 컨테이너크레인 운전자에 대한 직무분석을 통하여 체계적으로 운영인력을 육성 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 기존 컨테이너크레인 교육과정의 문제점을 조사하였고, 이를 바탕으로 데이컴(DACUM) 방법에 따른 직무분석을 실시하여 직무의 모형을 설정하였다. 컨테이너크레인 운전자 직무분석 결과 총 6개의 책무와 각 책무를 구성하는 43개의 작업을 도출하였다. 그리고 현장 맞춤형 교육 과정을 개발하기 위하여 교육 요구도 분석을 하였다. 각 작업에 대해 중요도와 난이도 및 수행 빈도를 조사하고 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 작업을 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이러한 직무분석 결과를 구조화하고 체계화하여 컨테이너크레인 운전자 직무분야에 대한 직무모형을 제시하였다.

2007 개정교육과정 통합교과의 "통합단원" 실행에 관한 교사들의 관심도 분석 (An Analysis on Elementary Teachers' Stages of Concern to Intergrated Units of Revised National Elementary Integrated Curriculum in 2007)

  • The purpose of the study was to figure out elementary school teachers' Stages of Concern(SoC) between senior teachers and new comers to integrated units of integrated curriculum which was revised in 2007 and applied in 2009 by using CBAM. Seventy-four home-room teachers in elementary schools took part as participants. For data collection, as Hall and Hord suggested in 2005, Questionnaire of Stages of Concern was used. Profiling of teachers' concern and one-way ANOVA were employed in data analysis. In the results, 55% of the teachers were in the stage of Awareness. In the stage of Informational, 22% of the teachers were appeared. Most of elementary teachers' concern about integrated units was closed to indifference of self-interest level. The difference of concern between senior teachers and others will be illustrated as findings. The results of the study provided that factors which influenced teachers' concern about the curriculum. Physical factors such as a curriculum guideline or on-line system to access boarder-cross curriculum influenced teachers' concern. Little intervention about the boarder-cross curriculum appeared in elementary schools. The authors of the study suggested to emphasizing the roles of facilitator for the revised curriculum.

DACUM 법에 의한 병원행정사 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Hospital Administrator Based on the DACUM Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze of hospital administrator based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks consisting of job of hospital administrator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of hospital administrator. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of hospital administrator and the committee members were total 9, a facilitator, 7 hospital administrator and a recorder. The major findings of this study were as the followings; first, duties in job of hospital administrator were total 13, which were organization of hospital administration affairs, health insurance review & assessment, general affairs, personnel management, hospital planning & management, medical quality improvement, hospital financial affairs, logistics management, facilities management, computerized system management, education & study supports, medical staffs' perceptions of service quality both directly and indirectly through their perceptions of patient orientation. These findings implied that HPWS would be a way of survival in drastically changing hospital environments.

농촌현장포럼에서 퍼실리테이터들이 경험하는 어려움에 대한 탐색 (Exploring the Difficulties Experienced by the Facilitators in the Rural Field Forum)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the extent of difficulties experienced by facilitators in the rural field forum and to derive a theoretical model for improving the satisfaction of facilitators in the rural field forum. Based on grounded theory, qualitative analysis used data collected through individual in-depth interviews with 10 facilitators who are working at the rural field forum. This collected data was analyzed using the Nvivo 11 program. Using a derived theoretical model, the result of analyzing the difficulties experienced by facilitators in the rural field forum showed the core phenomenon identified as difficulties on-site the forum. There was a clarification of the issues regarding improvement of their labour conditions in order to solve the difficulties on-site the forum. The issues towards improving labour conditions were low allowance, equal assignment, guaranteed four major insurances and so on. The facilitators have been trying to activate the rural field forum by promoting their own capacity through the cooperation between colleagues, post training, seminars, and conferences.

일개 상급종합병원 간호사의 근거기반실무(Evidence-Based Practice) 촉진요인에 대한 인식 (Nurses' Perceptions regarding Evidence-Based Practice Facilitators in a Tertiary Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate facilitators of evidence-based practice (EBP) in Clinical Nurses. Method: The instruments used in study were the EBP facilitator scale developed by Nagy et al. and a questionnaire on EBP-related characteristics. Data were collected from 230 nurses at a tertiary hospital and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results: Compared to previous studies, this study showed that nurses had more experience related to research courses and clinical research. However, the proportion of nurses who reviewed relevant articles still remained low. The respondents had positive perceptions of organizational supports for EBP and belief in the value of EBP, whereas they had negative perceptions of skills in locating and evaluating research reports, knowledge of research terms and statistics, and time to devote to EBP. Conclusion: The findings of the study provide important basic data to develop and implement an EBP programs. In future, EBP programs should cover the nurses' skills to search and review research literature as well as their knowledge of research terms and statistics. Furthermore, nurses will require help to ensure that there is adequate time to devote to EBP.

The Impact of Technology Adoption on Student Satisfaction with Higher Education: An Empirical Study from Vietnam

  • This study aims to analyze the impact of technology adoption on students' satisfaction with the higher education system in Vietnam. With the continuous development of information and technology, the education sector in particular and many economic sectors in Vietnam have witnessed an explosion of applications and interventions in teaching-learning. However, these innovations have also received a lot of criticism regarding their effectiveness and feasibility. Although the numerous benefits that technology adoption has brought to education are apparent, many practitioners have not adjusted to this transition, resulting in lower learner satisfaction. Through a survey of more than 2472 university students in Vietnam, the results find a positive relationship between technology adoption and student satisfaction in higher education. We also test how nine contingent factors including gender, income, major, self-study time, learning methods, technology administration, self-ability in adopting technology, technology accessibility, and purpose of using technology can moderate that relationship. Indeed, technology adoption acts as a facilitator to make learning more convenient, effective, and accessible, rather than completely affecting learning outcomes and satisfaction. This result suggests that self-motivation is an important and decisive factor in improving satisfaction through choosing and applying technology effectively and appropriately.
