The paper, in an online learning environment which becomes prolonged for reason of COVID-19, on 80 students belonging to the aviation and aeronautics, proposed more concrete direction for raising effectiveness of online class by analyses of various standpoints regarding the relation between 8 detailed elements of self-initiated learning ability and learning satisfaction. As a result of analyses, first, it turned out that, among detailed elements of self -initiated learning ability, relatively high scores were showed in basic self management ability, grasp of resources for learning, attribution of efforts to results, and selection of learning strategies. Second, in correlation between self-initiated learning ability detailed elements and learning satisfaction and technical statistical analyses, the score of the two elements: learning goal setting and continuance of learning execution is low, so that it is necessary to note the two elements. Third, as to self-initiated learning ability, the average of female students is high and in learning satisfaction, the average of male students was high. Fourth, it was found that the first-class students showed significantly high learning satisfaction compared with the second-class students. Fourth it turned out that, regarding a difference, both of self-initiated learning ability and learning satisfaction were dismissed and thus there is no difference. Fifth, as to the effects of self-initiated learning ability on learning satisfaction, both of a corelation analysis and a regression analysis showed significant results. Accordingly, self-initiated learning ability in online class has a very significant effect on learning satisfaction.

In this study, the effects of self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and depression on college students' academic persistence in the COVID-19 epidemic and the resulting non-face-to-face education situation were identified as mediating effects on learning satisfaction. In the second semester of 2020, a survey was conducted on students enrolled in a four-year university in Daegu and the data were statistically analyzed. The path coefficient was estimated by the Smart PLS bootstrap method and the significance of the path coefficient was verified. The Sobel Test was conducted to verify the mediating effect of academic continuity intention as a parameter. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, it was found that self-efficacy and perceived usefulness had a significant influence in the relationship with learning satisfaction. Second, the relationship between learning satisfaction and academic continuity intention was found to have a significant influence. Third, depression and ease of use did not show any significant influence in the relationship between learning satisfaction. Finally, a Sobel Test was conducted to verify the mediating effect of academic continuity intention with self-efficacy, usefulness, ease of use, and depression as independent variables and learning satisfaction as parameters. As a result of both regression analyses, it was found that β values decreased, and learning satisfaction had a mediating effect. As a result of this study, it is suggested that research to increase learner satisfaction and develop various contents to increase the effectiveness of education that can increase self-efficacy and perceived usefulness should be conducted in parallel. I think this study can be used as basic data in establishing measures to continue studying for college students in natural disaster situations or psychological crisis situations called COVID-19.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the clinical competence by the face-to-face, non-face-to-face clinical practice stress and the stress coping. A survey was conducted among nursing students of university in Seoul and Chungcheong City from June 10 to July 10, 2021. 201 copies were included in the final data analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regressions was used. As a result, in the first stage, nursing students grades, major satisfaction, and face-to-face practice satisfaction explained 19.4% of their clinical performance ability, in the second step, stress coping was added to increase explanatory power by 19.6% allowing a total of 39.0% of randomness to be explained. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic data for the counseling, development, and education programs for stress coping to increase clinical competence.
This paper aimed at the development of face covers which is face protection articles for blocking UV rays and yellow sands, with a view to assist the further activation of outdoor life. The four-stage design process of field study, design, design evaluation, final selection of designs was set up for the effective product development. Field study included on-line and off-line market survey on the products for sale in market and observation on those wearing face covers. Depth interviews were done to know consumer understandings and satisfaction levels for current face covers. The results of market survey showed that most of the face covers currently in the market were mask types, which were produced for the blocking of dust and yellow sands rather than UV ray protection. The major clients of the mask were the women in their 30's-50's and the designs for these clients were very limited. Since the number of younger women and men enjoy the outdoor sports has increased, the face covers for these people should be developed. For this purpose, the direction of new face cover design had 2 points: diversification of design in terms of color, material, shape and giving seasonal differences. 12 designs were designed on the first design stage, but after both wearing test by 16 testees and UV ray blocking test to evaluate these designs, 6 face cover designs were finally selected.

Participants were 191 nursing students in G city. Data collection was conducted from May 2 to 30, 2022. Data were collected with structured questionnaires and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of there were positive correlations between the learning satisfaction (r=.20, p=.005) and self-efficacy (r=.61, p<.001) that critical thinking. Factors affecting critical thinking of nursing college students were self-efficacy (𝛽=.66, p<.001), major of interest-very interesting (𝛽=.41, p<.001), learning satisfaction (𝛽=-.31, p<.001), Grade-third (𝛽=.26, p<.001), major of interest-interesting (𝛽=.21, p=.029), Grade-second (𝛽=.16, p<.001) and which explained 60.1% of the variance. Based on the results of this study, in order to promote critical thinking among nursing college students, it is necessary to by grade and the interest of major individual counseling and guidance. Also develop and implement various programs that can improve self-efficacy and class satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to identify the level of learning flow, learning satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, academic achievement, and academic stress of nursing students who experienced non-face-to-face online lectures, and to investigate the correlation between variables and the factors affecting academic stress. The data of this study was collected from 143 students at a nursing college in Seoul, through a Google online questionnaire from September 1, 2023 to September 25, 2023, and descriptive statistics, Student's t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson's Correlation, and linear multiple regression were conducted using SPSS Statistics 25.0. Following an analysis of the difference according to general characteristics, academic stress showed significant difference according to Motivation for applying to department(F=4.465, p=.005) and Major satisfaction(F=36.499, p=.000) of the subjects. The result of analyzing the correlation academic stress was negatively correlated with learning flow (r=-.464, p<.010), academic self-efficacy (r=-.522, p<.010), and academic achievement (r=-.379, p<.010), but learning satisfaction was not correlated with academic stress. Variables affecting academic stress were major satisfaction (𝛽=.367, p<.01), learning flow (𝛽=-.186, p<.05), and academic self-efficacy (𝛽=-.241, p<.05), and the explanatory power for academic stress was 40%. The questionnaire was composed of the general characteristics of respondents, general characteristics of housing, residents' satisfaction with the use of housing space, performance degree of the elder's daily activities. To analyze the data of 106 cases, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, reliability analysis and Scheffe test were used by running SPSSWIN program. The results on the housing satisfaction and performance of activities in daily life of elderly in the detached house were as follows.: In this survey, the elderly had high value in satisfaction with the size of current house as the mean 3.14 points, but they were dissatisfied with the rising of house as the mean 2.82 points. The satisfaction with living room space was the highest but the satisfaction with toilet space was lower than others.
