건물 부하계산 프로그램을 이용한 외단열 시공의 에너지 절감 효과 분석 (Analysis of the Energy Saving Effect for the External Insulation Construction by Building Load Calculation Method)

  • Reinforcement of insulation in apartment buildings reduces the heating and cooling energy consumption by lowering the heat transfer in the building envelope. There are differences between internal and external insulation methods in heat transmission properties. However, some building load calculation programs cannot analysis the differences between the two. This is because these programs do no account for the timelag or thermal storage effect of the wall according to the location of insulation. In this study, the heat transmission characteristics of internal and external insulation were analyzed by EnergyPlus, and heating and cooling energy demand was compared. The results showed that external insulation system had lower heating and cooling loads than internal insulation system. Also the heat transfer rate of external insulation is steadier than internal insulation. About 13.6% of heating and cooling energy demand decreased when the outdoor wall was finished with external insulation compared to the demand with internal insulation.

  • About a Structure is performance external insulation is fundamantal performance for enrgy-saving. these day, most of residential structures have constructed by internal insulation method structure. The method structure internal insulation have construction and economical efficiency, but on the other hand, be generated heat loss by heat bridge especially, be generated loss heat-energy logical consequence in structure ondol. The external insulation structure method has a mert able to minimum to loss heat about heat-bridge. But the external insulation technique is unsatisfactory statues within the know-how and method of construction and materials compared with developed countries. The recently, the requirement of market related to the external insulation technique is resulted by the energy efficiency system, but it can lead to the lack of alternative technique In study on the korea type passive house building design for insulation block method of wall system has to experimental characteristic heat-energy of practice building. In result field-experimental, the heat-bridge appeared to characteristic spent heat-energy of blow 2L class and have a suffience performance it.

  • For the target goal of Zero-energy House construction in 2025, the government announced that the insulation regulations will be continuously enhanced. It has been predicted that high-performance insulation materials, such as vacuum insulation panel (VIP), should be used to decrease the thickness of outer walls. The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of adhesively fixed external insulation and finish system (EIFS) with VIP. The energy performance of a base model with conventional internal insulation system and three alternatives of EIFS with VIP were analyzed by three-dimensional heat transfer simulation. Construction cost and convenience of each alternative were also evaluated and compared. As results, effective alternatives in terms of each performance as well as overall performance considering the weighting factors of each performance were suggested.

공동주택의 단열형태별 선형열관류율 평가 (An Evaluation of the Linear Thermal Transmittance for the Internal Insulation versus the External Insulation in Apartment Housings)

  • 본 연구는 외단열시스템 성능평가의 주요인자인 선형열관류율을 국제규격(ISO)에서 제시하고 있는 평가방법에 의거, 내단열시스템 대비 외단열시스템의 열성능에 대한 우수성을 정량적으로 파악하고, 향후 외단열시스템의 열성능 평가를 위한 기초자료로의 활용을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 공동주택의 대표적 열교부위인 3개 부위를 내단열과 외단열 시스템으로 설계하고, 각 부위별 단열형태별로 선형열관류율을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 외벽-발코니 슬라브 부위는 열교차단재 설치가 필수적인 것으로 분석되었으며, 열교차단재를 설치할 경우 외단열시스템이 내단열시스템보다 선형열관류율이 1/2 이상 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 측벽-발코니 부위와 같이 슬라브가 외부로 돌출되지 않는 구조에서는 외단열시스템을 적용할 경우, 선형열관류율이 거의 0인 것으로 나타났다. 내단열로 설계된 외벽-경계벽의 경우, 선형열관류율은 0.451W/m 로 내단열로 설계된 외벽-발코니 슬라브 등 열교가 있는 부위와 비슷한 값을 보이며, 외단열로 설치될 경우 이 또한 거의 0인 것으로 나타났다. 향후, 공동주택의 외단열시스템 도입 및 성능평가를 위해서는 국제기준을 적용한 국내 평가기준의 제도화마련이 필요하며, 특히 제도화 마련과정에서 선형열관류율 계산 인자 중의 하나인 벽체길이의 계산방법은 국가차원의 결정이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Traditional External Insulation Finishing System(EIFS) is applied to apartment construction by performing structural framework and insulation finishing work sequentially. Separate execution of the three works increases construction cost and duration. Concurrent construction method of EIFS, which performs framework and insulation finishing work simultaneously, is introduced in order to solve these problems. However, the introduced method is exposed to the risk of construction delay caused by bottlenecks due to interacting processes and resources. Therefore, this paper presents a simulation model suitable for estimating work productivity of the concurrent construction by considering predecessor and successor processes to optimize resource allocation and minimize construction delay.

가정용 냉장고의 단열 최적화 (Optimization of Heat Insulation System for a Household Refrigerator)

  • Optimization for the insulation thickness and external shape of a household refrigerator is peformed in order to minimize thermal load through the insulation wall. The one dimensional conduction heat transfer model is adopted to calculate thermal load. Calculus of variation is employed to optimize the thickness and shape of refrigerator or freezer. The uniform distribution of an insulation thickness and cubed external shape make thermal load minimize. Finally, by using both of the computational and experimental method, the thermal load is minimized for a refrigerator/freezer. It is shown that there exists optimal thickness of insulation walls and external shape for given the external cabinet dimensions and freezer and refrigerator internal volumes, Also, the analytical results are well agreed with the experimental results.

컴퓨터 비전 기반 외단열 공사의 접착제 도포품질 감리 자동화 모델 (Computer Vision-based Automated Adhesive Quality Inspection Model of Exterior Insulation and Finishing System)

  • 본 연구에서는 외단열 공사의 단열재 접착제 도포 품질을 자동으로 감리할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 사례 적용 결과, 영역 분할 모델은 mAP 92.3%의 정확도를 나타냈고, 제안 모델의 접착제 면적 비율 산출 정확도는 98.8%, 접착제 덩어리 중심 간 거리 산출 정확도는 96.7%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 외단열 공사의 감리를 위한 현장투입 인력을 최소화하면서 외단열 공사의 가장 빈번한 하자인 단열재 탈락 하자를 예방할 수 있으며 나아가 외단열 시스템의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 향후에는 다양한 환경에서 외단열 공법의 시공 영상을 수집하여 영상 분할 모델의 성능을 높이고, 영상 내에 다수의 단열재가 포함된 경우에도 자동 감리할 수 있는 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

Calculation of Adequate Remodeling Period for The Improvement of Thermal Insulation Performance of External Walls in Deteriorated Apartments

  • Purpose: Under the purpose of presenting the adequate remodeling period for the improvement of thermal insulation performance of external walls in deteriorated buildings, the change in external wall and residential environment problem(dew condensation) due to aged deterioration after the apartments were constructed in Korea were analyzed. Method: Temperature Difference Ratio Outside(TDRo) and Heat Flow Meter(HFM) were used as measurement methods to evaluate the thermal insulation performance of deteriorated buildings. For TDR evaluation, thermo-graphic camera was used to measure and analyze the surface temperature of external wall. Also, dew condensation evaluation was analyzed using the Temperature Difference Ratio Inside(TDRi). Result: As a result of analyzing thermal performance through TDRo, the first decline point of thermal insulation performance began after 14-16 years have passed since construction was completed, and after 20 years have passed the decline point of thermal insulation performance reappeared. As a result of analyzing U-value with HFM measurement method, the decline rate of external wall's thermal insulation performance is lower than 2% in average at around 5 years after completion, and 8.7% in average at 10-15 years, and over 10.2% in average at 20 years.

준불연 외단열시스템의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구 (Mechanical Properties of External Thermal Insulation Composite System with Quasi-Non-Combustible Performance)

  • 외단열시스템에서 준불연 성능을 확보한 부착식 탄산칼슘계 복합단열판은 효과적인 단열성능과 화재안전성을 강화한 것으로, 본 연구에서는 준불연 복합단열판을 대상으로 부착식 준불연 외단열시스템의 구조설계 기초데이터를 확보하기 위하여 복합단열판 및 구성재의 역학적 시험을 수행하였다. 국내외 시험규격을 참조하여 시험체를 제작하였으며, 인장강도, 압축강도, 굴곡강도, 전단강도를 시험 평가하였다. 시험결과로부터 준불연 복합단열판의 강도특성치를 도출하였고, 현행 KS M ISO 4898에서 제시하는 최소 요구물성을 확보하고 있는 것을 검증하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 사용한 준불연 외단열시스템은 지속적 중량 하중을 받지 않는 벽체의 외단열시스템으로 사용이 가능한 것을 확인하였다.

  • This study proposed vision artificial intelligence-based automated supervision technology for external insulation and finishing system, and basic research was conducted for it. The automated supervision technology proposed in this study consists of the object detection model (YOLOv5) and the part that derives necessary information based on the object detection result and then determines whether the external insulation-related adhesion regulations are complied with. As a result of a test, the judgement accuracy of the proposed model showed about 70%. The results of this study are expected to contribute to securing the external insulation quality and further contributing to the realization of energy-saving eco-friendly buildings. As further research, it is necessary to develop a technology that can improve the accuracy of the object detection model by supplementing the number of data for model training and determine additional related regulations such as the adhesive area ratio.
