The purpose of this study was to examine leadership theory to develop leadership of rural leaders. Specific objectives of the study were 1) to examine the general development and trends of leadership theory. 2) to examine recent trends of leadership theory, 3) to examine leadership development of rural Korea. To pursue this purpose literature review was carried out. Based on the results of this study, the following were suggested. 1) Developing leadership of rural leaders was one of the essential factors for rural development. 2) There were differences in leadership according to situation and times. 3) New leadership will be required for future development of rural Korea.

The directions and tasks of rural planning system can be accessed by the three view points of planning theory that are value formation, mean identification and effectuation. The concept of rural planning in Korea have been confronted with many problems and need to make new paradigm being able to develop depressed rural area. The highest valve in rural planning have been changed from economic development oriented to environmentally sound and sustainable development oriented. Also, the strategy of rural development have been changed rapidly. The growth pole theory and agricultural economic development strategy have been replaced by the urban-rural linkage theory and multi-sectoral development strategy including economic. social and spatial development. In recent, The implementation instruments for rural development focus on the participation of residence in rural area.

We consider a 1-dimensional reaction diffusion equation with the following boundary conditions arising in a theory of the thermal explosion {-u"(t) = λf(u(t)), t ∈ (0, l), -u'(0) + C(0)u(0) = 0, u'(l) + C(l)u(l) = 0, where C : [0, ∞) → (0, ∞) is a continuous and nondecreasing function, λ > 0 is a parameter and f : [0, ∞) → (0, ∞) is a continuous function. We establish the extension of Quadrature method introduced in [8]. Using this extension, we provide numerical results for models with a typical function of f and C in a thermal explosion theory, which verify the existence, uniqueness and multiplicity results proved in [6].

Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to examine the structural equation model among consumers' concerns and purchase intentions for alternative meats. Data were collected from 300 adults living in Kyeonggi Province. Results show that animal welfare, environmental concern, and health concern all have a direct and significant effect on purchase intention of alternative meat, and the mediation effect is also significant, indicating a partial mediation effect. The image of a company as caring about animal welfare and contributing to public causes can help sell alternative meats. Media publicity focusing on animal welfare for alternative meats can improve the attitudes of domestic consumers as well as their intention to purchase alternative meat products.

We prove that if a subfield of the Hilbert class field of an imaginary quadratic field k meets the anticyclotomic $\mathbb{Z}_p$-extension $k^a_{\infty}$ of k, then it is contained in $k^a_{\infty}$. And we give an example of an imaginay quadratic field k with ${\lambda}_3(k^a_{\infty}){\geq}8$.

The aim of this paper is to generalize the theory of Hopf-Ore extension on Hopf algebras to Hopf group coalgebras. First the concept of Hopf-Ore extension of Hopf group coalgebra is introduced. Then we will give the necessary and sufficient condition for the Ore extensions to become a Hopf group coalgebra, and certain isomorphism between Ore extensions of Hopf group coalgebras are discussed.

In this paper, we consider groups of permutations S on a set A acting on subsets X of A. In particular, we show that if $X_2{\subseteq}X_1{\subseteq}A$ and Y is an S-normal extension of $X_2 in X_1$, then the Galois group $G_{S}(X_1/Y){\;}of{\;}X_1{\;}over{\;}X_2$ relative to S is an S-closed subgroup of $G_{S}(X_1/X_2)$ in the setting of a Galois theory (correspondence) for this situation.

The objective of this work is to develop the capability to analyze accurately the mixed-mode propagation of a crack in composite structures with elastic orthotropic material stiffness properties and anisotropic material strength characteristics. In order to develop the capability to fully analyze fracture growth and failure in anisotropic structures, we examined the fundamental problem of mixed mode fracture by carrying out the analysis on orthotropic materials with an inclined crack subject to biaxial loading. Our goal here is to include an additional term in the asymptotic expansion of the crack tip stress field and to show that the direction of crack initiation can be significantly affected by that term. We employ the normal stress ratio theory to predict the direction of crack extension. It is shown that the angle of crack extension can be altered by horizontal loads and the use of second order term in the series expansion is important f3r the accurate determination of crack growth direction.

The purpose of this study uses agricultural knowledge system theory to explore how the extension system in South Korea was developed and have worked well. By agricultural knowledge system we emphasized the dynamic networks of actors, processes of negotiation, and the diverse ways in which knowledge is constructed and performed. It was possible that individuals may participate in and utilize multiple knowledge systems. The knowledge systems reflected the idea that the boundaries between knowledge groups were not closed and that there could be considerable overlap between knowledge systems. The constructions of agricultural knowledge systems thus included social interactions, communication, and the diverse processes individuals employ to create, use, and evaluate multiple types and sources of information. As such, there were six priorities to development agricultural extension system; the linkage between agricultural colleges, Rural Development Administration(RDA), branch of RDA, establishing the research institution of research and extension linkage. exchange research agent with extension agent, developing information technology system, bottom-up approach, the linkage between national project and regional within extension projects, enforcement of informal learning.
