The objective of this study is to develop education programs for cultivating smart aquaculture experts through a education demand survey of industries, high school students, university (graduate) students and field workers. The industry demand analysis was conducted as an in-depth interview on representives from seven companies. Education demand surveys were conducted on 96 students and field workers in the Jeonnam region. Results on the demand survey were analyzed using frequency analysis and cross-analysis. The company representatives responded that they want to participated in internship and retraining programs to proactively secure manpowers with convergence capabilities about smart aquaculture. Seven companies preferred manpowers with basic competencies on ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) or aquaculture. The most respondents in the demand survey want to participate in the education program for experience on advanced technology, self-development and enhancement of work capability. On the other hand, some respondents said that the education is time-consuming and that the education program does not fit their level. Thus, the education program should be developed in a way to minimize the spatial and temporal limitations of education targets and to improve understanding of non-majors by reflecting the demands of human resources in the industrial field.

본 연구는 설문을 통해 애슬레저 브랜드 커뮤니티 사용자 경험 만족도를 세대별로 측정하고 세대별 소비 취향에 따른 만족 요인을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 브랜드 커뮤니티 측정 도구는 스티븐 앤더슨(Stephen P. Anderson)의 감성 인터페이스 모형을 중심으로 작성된 설문지를 사용했고, 주요 수요층인 10대-40대의 여성을 중심으로 설문을 시행하였다. 설문 결과 세대별 소비성향에 따라 커뮤니티 참여율과 만족도 요인이 유의미하게 다르게 나타남을 추론할 수 있었다. 또한 태스크 중심의 만족도는 높았으나 경험 위주의 만족도는 비교적 낮은 결과가 도출 되었는데 이는 향후 온·오프라인 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 경험 위주의 만족도 향상의 제고 방안이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 세대별 소비 취향에 따른 만족도 요인이 향후 세분된 수요자 중심의 브랜드 커뮤니티 연구의 자료로써 활용되길 기대한다.

This paper proposes a method for solving distribution system planning problems taking into account demand uncertainty and geographical information. The proposed method can automatically select appropriate location and size of a substation, routing of feeders, and appropriate sizes of conductors while satisfying constraints, e.g. voltage drop and thermal limit. The demand uncertainty representing load growth is modeled by fuzzy numbers. Feeder routing is determined with consideration of existing infrastructure, e.g. streets and canals. The method integrates planner's experience and process optimization to achieve an appropriate practical solution. The proposed method has been tested with an actual distribution system, from which the results indicate that it can provide satisfactory plans.

With the types and targets of cyber attacks expanding and with personal information leaks increasing, the quantitative demand for information security specialists has increased. The base for training the workforce has expanded accordingly, but joblessness and job-seeking still coexist. To resolve the gap between labor demand and supply, education and training systems that can supply demand quickly are needed. It takes a considerable amount of time for information security education and new manpower supply through universities and graduate schools to be reflected in the market. However, if information security retraining is carried out in terms of career development of information security and related workforce, the problem of lack of experts could be solved in a relatively short period. This paper investigates and analyzes the information security work of the information security workforce, the degree of skill level, the need for retraining, and the workplace migration experience; it also discusses the direction of career development retraining.

Korea will soon experience a high demand for medical rehabilitation specialists, if it tries to deliver advanced health welfare service. In order to medical rehabilitation manpower policies, this study attempts to analyse, estimate and plan a long-term supply for physiatrists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. The study analysed both national and foreign statistical data of manpower supply for medical rehabilitation specialists. A structured category of questionnaire was developed to survey the opinions of regarding the supply for rehabilitation specialists in Korea. Based on the above data, the demand of and supply for each specialists were estimated for long term up to the year 2030. Based on the comparative analysis results of the future demand and supply, the author intended to develop a new supply plan for the three specialist categories. The major findings of the supply plan are as follows : First, the replied proper mean ratios of rehabilitation professionals(physiatrists : physical therapists occupational therapists) appeared 1 : 5.93 : 3.59, and there is no significant difference between interprofessionals (p>0.05). Secons, the estimated demand for rehabilitation services by interprofessionals appeared significant difference among the interprofessionals (p<0.05).

Globalization, development of the information society, intensification of migration processes, and internationalization of education in recent years have significantly affected the international labour market and increased competition between professionals in various fields. Academic, research and teaching staff are currently facing rapid changes and growing demand for quality educational services. Under such conditions, educational institutions around the world pay particular attention to improving the quality of the educational process in order for their graduates to be able to compete in the international labour market. The study of the experience of teachers' professional training in advanced countries opens new opportunities for improving the system of pedagogical training in Ukraine in order to adapt it to the requirements of the European educational space. The progressive achievements of countries demonstrating a high level of teachers' professional training in accordance with international standards, having rich historical educational traditions are of considerable scientific interest; consequently, this contributes to their leadership in science and education at the regional and global levels. The purpose of the present academic paper lies in analysing the latest trends in exploring teaching experience in the European countries and performance review of passing by students and teachers of the program on studying of pedagogical practice and experience of teaching in the countries of Europe. Methodology. Analytical and empirical (questionnaire) methods were used in the research process. Results. According to the obtained results of the research, the advantages, the most common areas of educational programs and the wishes of the participants regarding the practical implementation of the experience were identified.

'도시가계조사'의 기초자료를 이용하여 금융위기 이후 한국에서 소득분포(earning distribution)가 악화되었다는 것을 보았다; 90th 분위와 10th 분위의 소득격차는 금융위기 전보다 후에 더욱 커졌다. 이러한 현상은 협소하게 정의된 교육과 연령(노동시장 경력) 내에서도 뚜렷하다. 금융위기 이후 소득 불균등의 증가는 기술의 구성요소에 대한 수익(price)의 급격한 증가에 기인한다는 것을 보았다. 따라서 기술에 대한 수요의 증가가 금융위기 이후 소득 불균등의 증가를 이끄는 중요한 요인이라고 해석할 수 있다. 비록 본 연구에서는 금융위기 이후 무엇 때문에 기술 (technology)에 대한 수요가 증가되었는지는 밝히지 못했지만 외국의 연구에서와 같이 이 수요의 증가가 기술의 변화, 조직상 그리고 인사상의 관례(organizational and personnel practice)의 변화, 세계화, 그리고 노조 조직률 및 노동시장 제도의 변화 등이 복합적으로 작용했을 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이제 우리 경제는 금융 위기 이후 2년밖에 지나지 않아 속단하기는 어려우나 세계적 추세로 미루어 보아 향후 지속적으로 기술 수요의 증가가 소득 불균등을 더욱 심화시킬 것이다. 여기서 우리는 매우 중요한 정책적 합의를 끄집어 낼 수 있다. 즉 지금의 소득 불균등은 단지 경기의 회복에 의해 혜소된다고 보기 어렵다는 점이다. 물론 단기적으로는 경기부양책이나 공공사업의 증가 및 현 정부가 실시하고 있는 복지사업 등이 어느 정도 소득 불균등의 해소에 도움이 될지 모른다. 그러나 소득 불균등의 근본적인 치유는 비록시간이 걸릴지라도 수요가 있는 직업 기술에 대한 교육 투자라고 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a lifestyle consisting of a health oriented diet and personal motivation toward health improvement on an individual's desire to participate in condolence or "healing" -workshops and programs. In order to examine the influence of the "health diet" and motivation, the "health diet" lifestyle was classified into nutrition pursuit factors, psychological factors, food safety factors, and health conscious consumption factors. Personal motivation was categorized into perceived benefits, environmental factors and the individual's desire for happiness. Empirical analysis showed that nutrition pursuit factors had an impact on perceived benefits and the desire for happiness. Psychological aspect factors had a significant influence on perceived benefits, environmental factors and the desire for happiness. However, food safety factors and health conscious consumption factors did not have an effect on individual motivation to improve health. Regarding personal motivation toward health improvement on the desire for "healing", perceived benefits and environmental factors had significant influence. However, the individual's desire for happiness did not influence the demand for "healing". Regarding the effect of a "health diet" on the desire for "healing", only the psychological aspects of a "health diet" had any significant effects on the desire for "healing". The results from this study can help local organizations or service companies that provide "healing" programs with developing effective marketing strategies that could lead to greater customer satisfaction. Especially, the significant influence of psychological aspects of a "health diet" on the demand for "healing" is noteworthy in that this could play a key role in establishing a more effective marketing strategy to attract increasing numbers of consumers using health conscious diets.

본 연구의 목적은 보전 중심의 획일적인 국공립공원 개발방식에서 벗어나 보전개념과 함께 흥미 있는 테마를 적용하여 복합적인 개념의 자연공원 개발방안을 제시하는 것이다. 관광트랜드와 개발에 대한 요구분석 결과 대상지인 경기도 가평 연인산 도립공원의 방문객 대다수가 수도권에 거주(87%)했고, 주 이용객은 20-30대(52%)로 나타났다. 숙박시설은 독립빌라형을 가장 선호(47%)했고, 상업시설은 식음 및 판매시설에 대한 확충(65%)을 가장 우선적으로 요구하는 것으로 조사되었다. 향후 도입시설에 있어 자연생태체험(43%), 건강 휴양시설(34%)을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 실증분석 결과, 체험과 휴양을 핵심 컨셉으로 한 다양하고 질 높은 테마형 자연공원조성이 필요하고 환경보전을 병행해야 하겠다.
