Three frequently used documents by researchers on the Japanese colonial period-Classified Police Records of the Japanese Government-General of korea on the Anti-Japanese Movement 舊 朝鮮總督府 警務局 抗日獨立運 動關係 秘密記錄, Trial Records of Gyeongseong District Court 京城地方法院 裁判記錄 and Filed Documents of Gyeongseong District Court 京城地方法院 編綴文書(while the latter two were collected by the National Institute of Korean History, the former was collected by Asiatic Research Institute of Korea University)-are among the same records group that the Prosecutor's Office of Gyeongseong District Court produced through registration and compilation. As contents related to ideology suppression and thought control were numerous, it could be assumed that most of the materials were produced by the 'Department of Ideology' of the Prosecutor's Office. By examining the administrative records of the 1920's within this group, the process of how the 'Department of Ideology' was formed is clearly shown. As ideological movements for Korea's independence and revolution grew, execution of regulations was further expanded by the Prosecutor's Office. Since the mid-1920's, information on ideology had been separated from general information, was routinely collected heavily, and was considered more valuable than the general information. By the end of the 1920's, the term Ideology Prosecutor 思想係 檢事(meaning a prosecutor who specializes in ideology verification) and the named 'Department of Ideology'(思想部) emerged on the records.

The purpose of this study is to derive basic data of the Guaranteed Maximum Price(GMP) process and to present specimens that can be used at the time of execution of CM at Risk project in South Korea. CM at Risk project is issued in South Korea, but the actual data is lack. On the other hand, CM at Risk project is universalized and the market of the CM at Risk is steadily growing. Because of that, in this study, The United States cases was selected as a sample. GMP consists of CM's fee, CM contingency, project direct cost, project indirect cost, allowance. GMP negotiations are performed before the end of design completion, and after 3 rounds of estimation comparison, preliminary GMP is confirmed. GMP can be multiple contract and it is useful for Procurement of long lead materials and early construction. If the actual cost is lower than expected GMP, sharing of the saving is an option since the conflict of interests between the client and the contractor can occur.

In previous studies, it was confirmed that through the in-situ production of precast concrete members, costs could be reduced by 14.5-39.4% compared to in-plant production. In particular, it was confirmed that the factory owner did not make a contract if it did not earn more than 20% of the production cost. If precast concrete members are produced in-situ under the same conditions, the quality equivalent to that of factory production can be secured. As it is advantageous in terms of cost and quality, precast concrete members must be produced in-situ. However, it is difficult to produce all quantities in-situ due to time and various other constraints. This is because in-situ production is avoided due to anticipated risks during the project management process. However, if the risk factors are analyzed before performing in-situ production of precast concrete members, it will increase the opportunity for in-situ production. Therefore, this study develops a checklist for evaluating the risk of in-situ production of precast concrete members. By applying the checklist to one case site, it was verified that risk factors can be evaluated easily and quickly. As a result, it was analyzed that sites with a high building coverage ratio are classified as high-risk sites because it is difficult to secure usable area for production and storage. The developed checklist efficiently evaluates the risk factors of in-site production, and makes it possible for the operator to determine the risk factors, which can change frequently during project execution, and respond according to the situation.

Researches are underway to efficiently reduce the size of video data transmitted and stored in the image analysis process using deep learning-based machine vision technology. MPEG (Moving Picture Expert Group) has newly established a standardization project called VCM (Video Coding for Machine) and is conducting research on video encoding for machines rather than video encoding for humans. We are researching a multitask that performs various tasks with one image input. The proposed pipeline does not perform all object detection of each task that should precede object detection, but precedes it only once and uses the result as an input for each task. In this paper, we propose a pipeline for efficient multitasking and perform comparative experiments on compression efficiency, execution time, and result accuracy of the input image to check the efficiency. As a result of the experiment, the capacity of the input image decreased by more than 97.5%, while the accuracy of the result decreased slightly, confirming the possibility of efficient multitasking.
The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument for school STEAM education diagnostic assessment. Literature reviews, the developmental study of a prototype instrument, experts' advices, and pilot study were administrated. The school STEAM education diagnostic assessment was consist of five areas: 'STEM education action and sustainability plan,' 'STEAM curriculum and instruction,' 'STEAM professional development,' 'process-based evaluation,' and 'community and partnerships.' Each area had one to five sub-areas. A total of 14 diagnosis items were developed, including items that can diagnose the school's STEAM environment base and STEAM education execution level at the school unit and member level for each area. The validation of the diagnostic assessment was conducted through the content validity of the expert group and the validity of a survey targeting school teachers. For applying the instrument for STEAM Education School Assessment to schools, a total of 267 elementary, middle, and high schools participated. As a result, the average of the five areas was 1.46 to 2.18. This instrument comprehensively diagnoses and evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of STEAM education in schools, and is expected to be used as basic data and core data for implementing STEAM education.

The importance of the national reseach and development project has been increased since the global financial crisis for overcoming the world economic recession and responding the threatens of the global competitiveness. As the budgets are increased and the size of the tasks is enormous, the government often requests high-level audits and data for the transparent management of research expenses. As a result, the researchers who have to concentrate on the original research work spend much time in administrative processing, government audit, and responding to the demand data than the time to concentrate on the research work. It is absolutely necessary to have a system that can integrally manage R & D projects from a company-wide point of view in order for researchers to work efficiently and concentrate on the original research. Korean government has increased the investment for the national R&D, and therefore the size of R&D projects has become more larger. Therefore, this study attempts to present a standardized management process and system establishment direction for the efficient management of research and development project and to study the success factor of system establishment for the successful execution of project and the project management plan by the case study.

This exploratory study was conducted to derive the components of digital entrepreneurship by targeting the experts related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Through the review of previous studies and Delphi analysis, the major components of digital entrepreneurship were derived into the 'digital entrepreneurial orientation area' and the 'digital technology competency area'. The components of digital entrepreneurship are innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking, desire for achievement, ability to identify digital business opportunities, digital technology utilization capability, digital operation process establishment capability, digital technology development capability, digital technology acceptance, information exchange, and cooperation network establishment, digital-based customer acquisition and management was presented. The importance and execution of success factors were measured through IPA analysis. The first quadrant(keep up the good work) includes proactiveness, ability to identify digital business opportunities, and ability to establish digital business processes. The second quadrant(concentrate here) includes innovativeness, digital technology development capability, and digital technology acceptance. The third quadrant(low priority) includes risk-taking, desire for achievement, digital technology utilization capacity, and digital-based customer acquisition and management. The fourth quadrant(possible overkill) includes information exchange and cooperation network establishment. This study is meaningful in that it presents the concept and components of digital entrepreneurship for digital entrepreneurs that can be applied in Korea.
Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO) is South Korea's first space exploration mission, developed by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute. It aims to develop technologies for lunar exploration, explore lunar science, and test new technologies. KPLO was launched on August 5, 2022, by a Falcon-9 launch vehicle from cape canaveral space force station (CCSFS) in the United States and placed on a ballistic lunar transfer (BLT) trajectory. A total of four trajectory correction maneuvers were performed during the approximately 4.5-month trans-lunar cruise phase to reach the Moon. Starting with the first lunar orbit insertion (LOI) maneuver on December 16, the spacecraft performed a total of three maneuvers before arriving at the lunar mission orbit, at an altitude of 100 kilometers, on December 27, 2022. After entering lunar orbit, the commissioning phase validated the operation of the mission mode, in which the payload is oriented toward the center of the Moon. After completing about one month of commissioning, normal mission operations began, and each payload successfully performed its planned mission. All of the spacecraft operations that KPLO performs from launch to normal operations were designed through the system operations design process. This includes operations that are automatically initiated post-separation from the launch vehicle, as well as those in lunar transfer orbit and lunar mission orbit. Key operational procedures such as the spacecraft's initial checkout, trajectory correction maneuvers, LOI, and commissioning were developed during the early operation preparation phase. These procedures were executed effectively during both the early and normal operation phases. The successful execution of these operations confirms the robust verification of the system operation.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the determining factors (economy, security, domestic politics, administration, and international politics) that affect the ROK-US defense cost sharing decision. Through this, we will gain a deeper understanding of the defense cost sharing decision process and improve the efficiency of defense cost sharing calculation and execution. The scope of the study is ROK-US defense cost sharing from 1991 to 2021. The data used in the empirical analysis were various secondary data such as Ministry of National Defense, government statistical data, SIPRI, and media reports. As an empirical analysis method, multiple regression analysis using time series was used and the data was analyzed using an autoregressive model. As a result of empirical research through multiple regression analysis, we derived the following results. It was analyzed that the size of Korea's economy, that is, GDP, the previous year's defense cost share, and the number of U.S. troops stationed in Korea had a positive influence on the decision on defense cost sharing. This indicates that Korea's economic growth is a major factor influencing the increase in defense cost sharing, and that the gradual increase in the budget and the negotiation method of the Special Agreement (SMA) for cost sharing of stationing US troops in Korea play an important role. On the other hand, the political tendencies of the ruling party, North Korea's military threats, and China's defense budget were found to have no statistically significant influence on the decision to share defense costs.

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a Smart learning-based middle school home economics education plan to improve the online home economics education classes. The educational plan in this study was completed through the process of analysis, design, development, and evaluation. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing consumer life units in the middle school textbooks based on 2015-revised curriculum, Smart learning activities were presented in only two out of the 12 textbooks analyxed. Second, a Smart learning-based middle school home economics education plan was developed in this study with the following characteristics: the topics and contents are structured so that to help learners actively engage in the teaching and learning activities; the education plan to reflects various media and current issues that learners may be interested in; the lesson plans were structured with the premise of online classes; softwares that enable real-time discussion and collaboration are used; and the evaluation method are composed of online activities. Third, the expert evaluation scores for the educational plan and activity materials developed were 4.52 (5-point Likert scale), when averaged across subject, goal, content, teaching/learning activity, and evaluation, and the overall content validity index(CVI) was 0.95. The adequacy of execution, benefit, attractiveness, usefulness, and feasibility were highly with an average of 4.62. Based on the experts' comments, the education plan and activity materials were revised and completed. This study is meaningful in that it developed teaching and learning activities based on online classes after the COVID-19 outbreak, overcoming the limitations of offline classes. It has implications for face-to-face home economics classes due to COVID-19, as it suggests ways to blend online and offline teaching/learning activities depending on the situation.
