The boundary-based security system has the advantage of high operational efficiency and easy management of security solutions, and is suitable for denying external security threats. However, since it is operated on the premise of a trusted user, it is not suitable to deny security threats that occur from within. A zero trust access control model was proposed to solve this problem of the boundary-based security system. In the zero trust access control model, the security requirements for real-time security event monitoring must be satisfied. In this study, we propose a monitoring method for the most basic file access among real-time monitoring functions. The proposed monitoring method operates at the kernel level and has the advantage of fundamentally preventing monitoring evasion due to the user's file bypass access. However, this study focuses on the monitoring method, so additional research to extend it to the access control function should be continued.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the experience and meaning of falls among care workers caring for the elderly. Methods: The participants comprised 10 care workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The data collection period was from September to November 2020, and the data were obtained through individual in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed using the content analysis method of qualitative research. The main interview questions were as follows: First, in the event of a fall, "can you tell us about your experience and how you dealt with the fall?; second, "can you tell us about your role and the role of family members or the center that manages falls that occur outside of nursing visits.", third, "can you tell us about the difficulties in managing falls based on your experience?", and fourth, "how are falls that occur during nursing visits managed?" Results: As a result of analyzing the experiences of nursing care workers of falls while caring for elders in their homes, five main themes were derived. These were understanding the characteristics of the elderly at home, understanding possible emergency situations, providing caring services, minimizing physical harm, and delivering clear information. Conclusion: A significant finding of this study was that care workers who visit and provide care to elders at home confirmed the need for standard guidelines on appropriate responses in the event of a fall at home and the importance of managing emergencies arising from falls among elders at home. These results highlight the need for the development of emergency response education programs, such as programs on fall care among nurses and care workers who provide care to the elderly, and for enhanced understanding of the fall risk of elders who live at home.

In this paper, IO+5G dedicated hardware is developed and an AI device communication system equipped with a 5G is designed and tested. The AI device communication system equipped with a 5G receives the collected real-time images and the information collected from the IoT sensor in real time is to analyze the information and generates the risk detection events in the AI processing board. The event generated in the AI processing board creates a 5G channel in the dedicated hardware equipped with IO+5G. The created 5G channel delivers event video to the control video server. The 5G based dongle network enables faster data collection and more precise data measurement compared to wireless LAN and 5G routers. As a result of the experiment in this paper, the average test result of the 5G dongle network is about 51% faster than the Wi-Fi average test result in downlink and about 40% faster in uplink. In addition, when comparing the test result with terms of the 5G rounter to be set to 80% upload and 20% download, the average test result is that the 5G dongle network is about 11.27% faster when downloading and about 17.93% faster when uploading. when comparing the test result with terms of the the router to be set to 60% upload and 40% download, the 5G dongle network is about 11.19% faster when downlinking and about 13.61% faster when uplinking. Therefore, in this paper it describes that the developed 5G dongle network can improve the results by collecting data and analyzing it faster than wireless LAN and 5G routers.
The exhibition industry, as technology-intensive, eco-friendly industry, contributes to regional and national development and enhancement of its image as well, if it joins cultural and tourist industry. Therefore, We need to revitalize the exhibition industry, as actively holding an exhibition event. However, to attract a number of exhibition audience, the work of enhancing audience satisfaction and awareness of value for participation should be prioritized after improving quality of service within exhibition hall. As one way to enhance the quality of service, it is thought that the way providing personalized service geared toward each audience is needed. that is, if audience avoids the complexity in exhibition space and it affords them service to enable effective time and space management, it will improve the satisfaction. All such personalized service affordable lets the audience's preference on the basis of each audience profile registered in advance online grasp. and Based on this information, it is provided with exhibition-related information suited their purpose that is the booth for the interesting audience, the shortest path to go to the booth and event via audience's smart phone. and it collects audience's reaction information, such as visiting the booth, participating the event through offered the information in this way and location information for the flow of movement, the present position so that it makes revision of existing each audience profile. After correcting the information, it extracts the individual's preference. hereunder, it provides recommend booth and event information. in other words, it provides optimal information for individual by amendment based on reaction information about recommending information built on basic profile. It provides personalized service dynamic and interactive with audience. This paper will be able to provide the most suitable information for each audience through circular and interactive structure and designed smart-phone application supportable for updating dynamic and interactive personalized service that is able to afford surrounding information in real time, as locating movement position through sensing. The proposed application collects user‘s context information and carrys information gathering function collecting the reaction about searched or provided information via sensing. and it also carrys information gathering function providing needed data for user in exhibition hall. In other words, it offers information about recommend booth of position foundation for user, location-based services of recommend booth and involves service providing detailed information for inside exhibition by using service of augmented reality, the map of whole exhibition as well. and it is also provided with SNS service that is able to keep information exchange besides intimacy. To provide this service, application is consisted of several module. first of all, it includes UNS identity module for sensing, and contain sensor information gathering module handling and collecting the perceived information through this module. Sensor information gathered like this transmits the information gathering server. and there is exhibition information interfacing with user and this module transmits to interesting information collection module through user's reaction besides interface. Interesting information collection module transmits collected information and If valid information out of the information gathering server that brings together sensing information and interesting information is sent to recommend server, the recommend server makes recommend information through inference with gathered valid information. If this server transmit by exhibition information process, exhibition information process module is provided with user by interface. Through this system it raises the dynamic, intelligent personalized service for user.

This study is targeting Special Library users and aims to find out whether participation in the cultural events of K Special Library affects the levels of satisfaction and recognition of library users. With consideration for the actual operating case, the cultural events of K Special Library were categorized into reading activities, reading promotion events, exhibition events, lecture events, and others. The influential relationship between these cultural events, the level of satisfaction, intention of reuse, and level of recognition of the K Special Library service were analyzed. As a result of this study, participation in cultural events was found to affect the level of use, level of satisfaction on services, intention to reuse and recommend, and level of recognition of K Special Library users. However, regarding the level of satisfaction on the collection of books, there was no significant difference arising from participation in cultural events. As such, it is concluded that participation in cultural events does not affect the level of satisfaction on the collection of the books.

The use of final IGS precise orbit and clock products for high-rate GNSS-PPP proved its effectiveness in capturing dynamic displacement of engineering structures caused by earthquakes. However, the main drawback of using the final products is that they are available after approximately two weeks of data collection, which is not suitable for timely measures after an event. In this study, the use of ultra-rapid products (observed part), which are available after a few hours of data collection, and rapid products, which are available in less than 24 hrs, are investigated and their results are compared to the more precise final products. The tests are designed such that harmonic oscillations with different frequencies and amplitudes and ground motion of a simulated real earthquake are generated using a single axis shake table and the PPP was used to capture these movements by monitoring time-change of the table positions. To evaluate the accuracy of PPP using ultra-rapid, rapid and final products, their results were compared with relative GNSS positioning and LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) data, treated as reference. The results show that the high-rate GNSS-PPP solutions based on the three products can capture frequencies of harmonic oscillations and dynamic displacement with good accuracy. There were slight differences between ultra-rapid, rapid and final products, where some of the tested events indicated that the latter two produced are more accurate and provide better results compared to the ultra-rapid product for monitoring short-term dynamic displacements.

For accurately analysing and forecasting the social networks of China's political, economic and social power elites, it is necessary to develop a database that collates their information. The development of such a database involves three stages: data definition, data collection and data quality maintenance. The present study recommends distinctive solutions in overcoming the challenges that occur in existing comparable databases. We used organizational and event factors to identify the Chinese power elites to be included in the database, and used their memberships, social relations and interactions in combination with flows data collection methodologies to determine the associations between them. The system can be used to determine the optimal relationship path (i.e., the shortest path) to reach a target elite and to identify of the most important power elite in a social network (e.g., degree, closeness and eigenvector centrality) or a community (e.g., a clique or a cluster). We have used three social network analysis tools (i.e., R, UCINET and NetMiner) in order to find the important nodes in the network. We compared the results of centrality rankings of each tool. We found that all three tools are providing slightly different results of centrality. This is because different tools use different algorithms and even within the same tool there are various libraries which provide the same functionality (i.e., ggraph, igraph and sna in R that provide the different function to calculate centrality). As there are chances that the results may not be the same (i.e. centrality rankings indicating the most important nodes can be varied), we recommend a comparison test using different tools to get accurate results.
In this paper, we propose a novel approach which models multilingual story link detection by adapting the features such as timelines and multilingual spaces as weighting components to give distinctive weights to terms related to events. On timelines term significance is calculated by comparing term distribution of the documents on that day with that on the total document collection reported, and used to represent the document vectors on that day. Since two languages can provide more information than one language, term significance is measured on each language space and used to refer the other language space as a bridge on multilingual spaces. Evaluating the method on Korean and Japanese news articles, our method achieved $14.3{\%}\;and\;16.7{\%}$ improvement for mono- and multi-lingual story pairs, and for multilingual story pairs, respectively. By measuring the space density, the proposed weighting components are verified with a high density of the intra-event stories and a low density of the inter-events stories. This result indicates that the proposed method is helpful for multilingual story link detection.

This study was intended to present the need for building the library as a hub of the community memory preservation which provides the collection, sharing, and curation services of the locality specific historical and local data based on the policy task, namely supporting the collection, preservation, and management system of the community's life memory. To this end, the current status of data collection, management, and operation of institutions serving regional-based materials such as cultural centers and regional archives was grasped, and the cases and status of curation services in libraries were investigated and analyzed. The discussion proposed via the results of the study are as follows. First, to the culture center, external demand has been increased from the aspect of social education including festivals, cultural and art event, cultural and art educational business, art activities business of local residents and managerial business is to be carried out, which makes it difficult for the culture center to manage its businesses. Accordingly, it is necessary to collect and preserve regional various data at the pubic libraries playing various roles including provision of informative services, cultural programs and information sharing places to local residents and provision of services to vulnerable social group. As the existing libraries have a plan to collect data systematically, it is considered that those libraries will smoothly operate the data management through cooperation with existing culture centers and various cultural organizations. Second, it appears that a plan will be needed to set up all the data including the ones owned by libraries, local administrative agencies, individuals and other competent agencies in online database so that they are easily available to the public and always available in the libraries because there are a lot of data which cannot be moved to other place and it is actually difficult to concentrate and set up all the data to those libraries.
Clear analysis and diagnosis of various characteristic factors of individual students is the most important in order to realize individual customized teaching and learning, which is considered the most essential function of math artificial intelligence-based digital textbooks. In this study, analysis factors and tools for individual customized learning diagnosis and construction models for data collection and analysis were derived from mathematical AI digital textbooks. To this end, according to the Ministry of Education's recent plan to apply AI digital textbooks, the demand for AI digital textbooks in mathematics, personalized learning and prior research on data for it, and factors for learner analysis in mathematics digital platforms were reviewed. As a result of the study, the researcher summarized the factors for learning analysis as factors for learning readiness, process and performance, achievement, weakness, and propensity analysis as factors for learning duration, problem solving time, concentration, math learning habits, and emotional analysis as factors for confidence, interest, anxiety, learning motivation, value perception, and attitude analysis as factors for learning analysis. In addition, the researcher proposed noon data on the problem, learning progress rate, screen recording data on student activities, event data, eye tracking device, and self-response questionnaires as data collection tools for these factors. Finally, a data collection model was proposed that time-series these factors before, during, and after learning.
