For the latest 10 years, many companies have introduced the ERP system competitively. There have been many evaluations of the system, but most of them have made general evaluation and few of them studied output creation. The output of the introduction of the ERP system cannot be uniform, and the stages of output creation also vary. Accordingly, the present study purposed to examine when the management output of the ERP system is created in Korean companies that adopted the ERP system in order to predict the management output of such companies and to provide opportunities to change ERP operation methodology. Balanced scorecard was used as an indicator to measure the outcome of ERP. In addition, we conducted correlation analysis for determining the correlation between ERP system activation factors and management output, and performed frequency analysis to examine the stages of management output creation according to the stage of ERP system.

With rapid advances in IT and introduction to the concept of business process reengineering, many companies have used tremendous resources in implementing ERP systems to improve cost saving and operational efficiency, However, researchers and IT professionals have not clearly explained the roles and values of ERP systems in achieving business objectives. The purpose of the research is to analyze the differences of organizations' performances based on the organizations' ERP readiness, and to identify the roles of ERP systems in enhancing the organizatons' information capabilities and improving business performances, The findings illustrate that ERP systems implementation do not guarantee business performance improvements, and imply that the implementation of ERP systems is likely to enhance organizations' information capabilities, and information capabilities enhanced by the implementation of ERP systems can improve business performances.

This paper mainly focuses on an empirical study for performance analysis which is caused by customizing of ERP systems. To conduct this study, four companies are selected in Korea and China, two companies for each country. This paper actually considers four factors for performance analysis of ERP adoption such as financial performance, user satisfaction, competitiveness, and ERP systems adoption, and the analysis of utilization performance is based on nine factors in terms of customizing of ERP systems. As a result of the analyzed results, we conduct comparison analysis about ERP systems customizing of the companies in Korea and China and suggest how to optimally customize for successful ERP systems adoption and application.

최근 ERP 시스템이 기업의 전략적 도구로 인식되어지면서, 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화로 ERP 시스템 도입에 대한 최고경영자 및 일반직원들의 인식이 이전에 비해 높아지고는 있지만, 사실상 인식만 있을 뿐 이에 대한 실제적인 실천전략이 미흡한 실정이다. 이는 중소기업에서 ERP 시스템 구축을 위해서는 수개월 또는 수년간에 걸쳐서 기업의 많은 자원이 투입돼야하기 때문으로 중소기업이 이를 극복하고 성공적인 ERP 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 중소기업 환경에 적합한 ERP시스템 구축방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교ㆍ분석하여 중소기업의 특성에 적합한 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인과 구축전략을 도출하였다. 주요성공요인으로는 교육훈련, 명확한 도입목표 설정, 적합한 패키지 선정, 최고경영진의 참여, 그리고 현업사용자의 참여가 높은 빈도율을 나타냈다. ERP 시스템 구축방법론은 준비단계, 분석단계, 구축단계, 구현단계, 종료단계의 다섯 단계로 나눠볼 수 있으며 각각의 수행단계별로 Activity가 정의되고 이에 대한 산출물이 발생하게 된다. 또한 ERP 도입시 소프트웨어의 자체개발보다는 패키지 도입이, 그리고 이의 접근방법으로는 선정된 모듈을 일괄적으로 적용하는 Big-Bang방식이 중소기업 실정에 더 합리적이며, 구현시기에 있어서는 Big-Bang방식과 더불어 기존업무에 ERP 시스템을 구현함으로써 ERP 시스템이 제공하는 기능과 함께 BPR의 효과도 얻는 방법이 가장 적합할 것으로 사료된다. 끝으로 본 논문에서는 ERP 시스템 도입의사가 있어도 기업환경 여건이 따라주지 않아 실천에 옮기지 못하는 중소기업을 고려하여 도입지원방안으로써 산ㆍ학 연계모델을 제시하였다. 중소기업은 ERP 시스템 도입에 필요한 인적ㆍ물적 자원을 대학으로부터 얻음으로써 자체 내 보유능력의 한계를 극복하고, 대학은 현장실습을 통해 풍부한 경험을 쌓음으로써 우수 인력 양성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

많은 기업에서는 ERP시스템을 도입함으로서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하려고 노력하고 있다. 그러나 ERP시스템을 도입 후 사용자가 원하는 시스템으로 운영 유지보수 되어지지 못하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ERP시스템을 운영 유지 보수 함에 있어서 ERP시스템의 서비스품질과 시스템품질이 사용자에게 미치는 영향 및 사용자 만족에 따라 직무만족과 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석해 어떠한 방향으로 나아가야 할지를 제안한다.

현재 기업의 정보시스템으로 각광 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 인사, 회계, 물류, 제조, 서비스 등 기업 활동의 전 부분을 효과적으로 관리하고 통제하기 위한 통합 정보시스템으로 ERP 패키지를 이용하여 최신의 정보기술을 지원하는 비즈니스 시스템을 말한다. 기존의 정보시스템 개발에서는 명확한 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 하지만 ERP 패키지 개발에서는 사용자 요구사항을 정의하는데 어려움이 많다. 따라서 기존의 시스템에 적용되는 방법론과는 달리 ERP 패키지 개발을 위한 방법론이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고품질의 ERP 패키지를 효율적으로 설계할 수 있도록 마르미-II에 기반한 ERP 패키지 개발 프로세스를 제안한다.

These days the theme of " ERP" has become a topic of special interest in both public and private sectors. Based on the literature survey on M.I.S. and other IT related area, this paper reviewed the ERP Implementation success factors and found that there would be significant differences between large an small business ERP success factors. For the more practical and successful ERP Implementation, this paper proposed a new university-industry cooperation model of ERP implementation for small and medium Enterprises. Other this study related implications were discussed.

정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국$\cdot$공립 대학들의 행정업무 효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구 자료를 비교$\cdot$분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ETP시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 보다 심도 있는 연구가 계속 되어야 할 것이다.

This study aims at providing the basis for improving the applicability of ERP system in those companies which plan to introduce it or those which already introduced, but were not able to achieve the intended effect. To this end, this study focused on the empirical study to find innovation acceptance factors effecting innovation diffusion of ERP system intensively and to search the best path of innovation diffusion. Thus, it was known that innovation characteristics factors, percieved ease of use, perceived usefulnessand implementation of ERP system affected innovation diffusion directly or indirectly and there was a significant path helping companies introduce information system successfully.
