재사용성을 고려한 항공기 인터콤 오디오 라우팅 처리방안 연구 (A Study on the Audio Routing Processing for Aircraft Intercom Considering Reusability)

  • 항공기 인터콤 장비는 각종 LRU가 송신한 오디오를 혼합, 분배하고 상황인지용 메세지 재생을 통해 조종사의 원할한 임무 수행에 큰 역할을 담당하는 장비이다. 특히, 수신되는 오디오를 혼합/분배하는 오디오 라우팅의 경우에는 수신되는 오디오 채널에 대해 On/Off 제어를 하고, 연동 LRU에 오디오를 송신하여 임무에 대한 상황전파 및 공유를 통해 임무 수행에 매우 중요한 기능이다. 이러한 오디오 라우팅 처리는 다양한 연동 신호를 수반하고 있어 다양한 조합이 발생해 이에 대한 예외처리가 복잡해지므로 응집도를 낮고 결합도를 높여 유지보수성과 재사용성을 낮춘다. 이를 방지고자 소프트웨어 변경 시 영향을 최소화하고 재사용성과 유지보수성을 높인 항공기 인터콤용 오디오 라우팅을 효율적으로 처리하는 방안을 제시한다.

  • Most of the civil structures in Korea and abroad have many kinds of damages when they are facing over-loaded traffics, long-term serviceability, and severe environmental conditions. Repair, rehabilitation, and retrofit are important for maintaining the serviceability of structures. In recent year, VES-LMC has been widely used as repair material for bridge deck repair and rehabilitation, because the VES-LMC has a various benefits such as traffic opening after 3 hours of curing, higher durability and bond strength. In case of any structure repaired or rehabilitated with VES-LMC, those were influenced capacity of bond between the base layer of slab and VES-LMC as well as physical properties of each other materials. The capacity of bond depended on purity of interface, micro cracks, curing of VES-LMC and so like. A kind of popular concrete repair technique, High pressure water jetting equipment is extremely efficient at removing damaged concrete. Removing damaged or poor quality concrete from sensitive structures such as bridge, tunnels, multi-story car parking decks and runways, using the high pressure water jetting could remove damaged or poor quality concrete remaining healthy and sound concrete. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is that it was to evaluate effect of hydrodemolition on the bond strength of VES-LMC overlay compared with effects of other method such as breaker, untreated. Also, it was evaluated the effect of surface moisture.

Risk-Incorporated Trajectory Prediction to Prevent Contact Collisions on Construction Sites

  • Many construction projects involve a plethora of safety-related problems that can cause loss of productivity, diminished revenue, time overruns, and legal challenges. Incorporating data collection and analytics methods can help overcome the root causes of many such problems. However, in a dynamic construction workplace collecting data from a large number of resources is not a trivial task and can be costly, while many contractors lack the motivation to incorporate technology in their activities. In this research, an Android-based mobile application, Preemptive Construction Site Safety (PCS2) is developed and tested for real-time location tracking, trajectory prediction, and prevention of potential collisions between workers and site hazards. PCS2 uses ubiquitous mobile technology (smartphones) for positional data collection, and a robust trajectory prediction technique that couples hidden Markov model (HMM) with risk-taking behavior modeling. The effectiveness of PCS2 is evaluated in field experiments where impending collisions are predicted and safety alerts are generated with enough lead time for the user. With further improvement in interface design and underlying mathematical models, PCS2 will have practical benefits in large scale multi-agent construction worksites by significantly reducing the likelihood of proximity-related accidents between workers and equipment.

  • In accordance with the computerization of railway signaling systems, the interface link between signaling equipment has been replaced by a digital communication channel and the importance of this communication link has become increasingly significant. However, there are some problems with the present state of railway signaling. First, different communication protocol is applied to interfaces between signaling although they have the same functions. Next, the communication protocols currently used in the railway fields contain various illogical components such as structure, byte formation, error correction scheme and so on. To solve these matters, a new data link protocol for railway signaling systems is designed. In this paper, the structure of protocol and the results of performance analyses are presented. It will be expected to increase the safety, reliability and efficiency of maintenance of signaling systems by using the designed communication protocol for railway signaling in Korea.

  • A small, highly-trained crew working on the ship's automation has contributed to the improvement of operations and the labor environment on board ship. However, at the same time, having a small crew adds more responsibility to the ship's officers to safely operate and manage the ship. With the use of information and computer technology, efforts are being made towards the development of a system that will concentrate important information from the various pieces of navigational equipment. The purpose of this study is to set up and implement an integrated marine data networking and communication system on the training-research ship. Information relating to navigation, engine and office automation are investigated and analyzed, and implementation methods associated with navigation, engine and management information system were designed and presented. In addition, the networking system of the navigational signal interface unit for the integrated communication system, and the data communication method between the ship and land are also discussed.

  • 본 논문에서는 도로 교통 정보설비의 유지관리를 위해 지능형으로 수행하는 원격감시제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 국도 3호선에 설치되는 도로교통 설비에 대하여 유지관리를 수행하도록 시스템적으로 구축되어 있으며, 전송된 고장 정보는 중앙감시센터의 고장 정보 분석 알고리즘에 의해서 정보의 특성을 파악하도록 하였다. 분석 알고리즘은 신경회로망을 이용하여 다중으로 발생하는 고장정보에 대해서 지식 기반의 고장현상을 추론하도록 제안하였다. 고장 정보 분석 알고리즘의 유용성을 확인하기 위해 현장으로 실시간으로 전송되는 바이너리 신호의 패턴을 5가지 형태로 분류하여 성능을 분석하였으며, 이를 중앙감시센터에서의 유지관리용 운영환경 하에서 구현되도록 하였다.

First, I'll rearrange the distinctive features of modern society through references of various scholars. This is to understand how interactivity affects the whole society and what is the importance of this interactive wave. Second, I'll analyze several trends of modern community space and figure the change of methodology of design based on the advancement of design technology. This is to understand the interactive relation of the subjects. Third, I'll seek how community space design has changed in modern society and under which process design is made. This is to clarify the fact that the portion of interaction will increase in future design according to the intervention of equipment, which is one of the objects of interaction space.

단결정 성장을 위한 자동화 설비 시스템 개발 (Development of Auto- Equipment System for Single Crystalline growth)

  • 본 연구는 직류모터를 이용한 단결정 성장제어 시스템의 개발에 관한 것이다. 수동동작에서 샘플링된 매 시간에서의 변위값들을 일련의 명령어로 변환하여 컴퓨터의 제어 신호로서 직류모친의 위치를 조작하여 동작하도록 하는 것이다. 실제 실험에 있어서 기술상의 문제였던 가스의 정밀조정이 가능하였고 조작이 간편하여 사용상의 편리성을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 자동 가스 조절용 직류모터의 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 연구, 개발함으로써 제품의 품질을 향상 시 킬 수 있었고, 단결정 제조 설비의 개발 또한 용이 할 것으로 사료된다.

혼합하중 조건하에서 갈색산화물이 입혀진 구리계 리드프레임/EMC 계면의 파손경로 (Failure Path of the Brown-oxide-coated Copper-based Leadframe/EMC Interface under Mixed-Mode Loading)

  • Copper-based leadframe sheets were oxidized in a hot alkaline solution to form brown-oxide layer on the surface and molded with epoxy molding compound (EMC). The brown-oxide-coated leadframe/EMC joints were machined to form sandwiched double-cantilever beam (SDCB) specimens and sandwiched Brazil-nut (SBN) specimens for the purpose of measuring the fracture toughness of leadframe/EMC interfaces. The SDCB and the SBN specimens were designed to measure the fracture toughness of the leadframe/EMC interfaces under nearly mode-I loading and mixed-mode (mode I + mode II) loading conditions, respectively. Fracture surfaces were analyzed by various equipment such as glancing-angle XRD, SEM, AES, EDS and AFM to elucidate failure path. Results showed that failure occurred irregularly in the SDCB specimens, and oxidation time of 2 minutes divided the types of irregular failures into two classes. The failure in the SBN specimens was quite different from that in the SDCB specimens. The failure path in the SBN specimens was not dependent on the phase angle as well as the distance from tips of pre-cracks.

임베디드 OPC 기반의 통합형 HMI 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of an Integrated HMI System based on Embedded OPC Server)

  • 본 논문은 다양한 환경에서 자동화장비를 제어하고 감시하기 위하여 OPC 기반의 통합형 HMI 시스템 개발에 대하여 논한다. 다양한 프로세스제어 분야의 통신 표준 메커니즘을 위해 제안된 OPC표준에 따라 임베디드 OPC 서버를 구현하고, OPC서버의 데이터를 로컬 장비와 인트라넷 클라이언트, Web 페이지 등 다양한 HMI 환경에 접속할 수 있도록 인터페이스 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 방법을 다양한 제어 시스템에 적용함으로서 이기종간의 연결 및 데이터 상호교환 뿐만 아니라 네트워크상의 원격 제어 및 웹 모니터링도 가능하기 때문에 유비쿼터스 환경의 HMI 시스템 구현에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
