수리지질 및 암반공학 지수 간 상관분석을 통한 절리암반 내 그라우트 주입성 예측 연구 동향: 리뷰논문 (Trends in Predicting Groutability Based on Correlation Analysis between Hydrogeological and Rock Engineering Indices: A Review)

  • 대형 댐 및 대심도 지하공간 개발에서 많이 시행되는 암반 그라우팅은 기초지반의 누수를 방지하여 안정성을 향상시키고 추가적인 재해를 방지하기 위해 사용되는 중요한 공종 중 하나이다. 대부분의 암반 그라우팅은 수리지질 및 암반공학적 지수들(RQD, Q-value, GSI, Js, Ap, Lu, SPI, and K)에 의해 영향을 받는다. 따라서, 안전하고 적절한 그라우팅 설계 및 시공을 위해서는 지질학자들의 정확한 기초 암반의 분석과 적절한 그라우팅 계획 수립이 필요하다. 해외의 경우 기초 암반의 수리지질 및 암반공학적 특성 분석과 그라우트 주입량(grout take, GT) 예측에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 주로 댐의 기초지반 분야에서 많은 연구가 수행되었다. 하지만, 국내의 경우 그라우트 주입재료 및 시공관리 기법에 대한 연구는 많이 수행되었으나 암반의 수리지질 및 암반공학적 특성을 고려한 암반 그라우팅 공법에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 리뷰에서는 암반 그라우팅 계획시 중요한 수리지질 및 암반공학적 지수들(RQD, Q-value, GSI, Js, Ap, Lu, SPI, and K)과 그라우트 주입량의 상관성 분석을 진행한 해외 연구 사례를 파악하고 국내의 암반 그라우팅 관련 연구의 발전방향을 제시하였다.

CVM을 활용한 충북지역 자연휴양림의 보전가치 추정연구 (Estimating the Conservation Value of Recreation Forests in Chungbuk through CVM)

  • 자연휴양림은 개인의 자아개발과 자연에 대한 교육, 숲 속에서의 심신의 휴양공간을 방문객에게 제공하는 공익적 시설중의 하나다. 이러한 방문객이 누리는 휴양의 가치는 단순히 방문비용만으로 그 가치를 추정하기 곤란하다. 이러한 환경재, 또는 비시장재의 가치를 측정하기 위해 많이 적용되어진 기법 중의 하나가 조건부가치측정법 또는 가상적 가치추정법이라고 불리는 CVM 이다. 모집단으로 설정한 충북지역 12개소 자연휴양림 중 6개소를 조사 대상지로 선정하여 경제학적인 접근법으로 측정한 충북지역의 일인당 연간 휴양의 가치는 약 14,000원에서부터 약 16,500원 사이로 추정하였다. 그리고 연간이용객을 적용한 충북지역 자연휴양림 1개소의 휴양가치는 약 12억 원에서 약 13억 원, 충북지역 전체 자연휴양림이 제공하는 휴양의 가치는 연간 약 150억 원에서 약 169억 원으로 추정하였다.

Derivation of Indicators for Value Assessment of School Gardens

  • Background and objective: The boom in urban agriculture has also resulted in the creation of many school gardens. With the increase in various hands-on education programs, people are interested in assessing the value of school gardens. This study was conducted to derive indicators for service value assessement of educational farming experience using school gardens. Methods: Through literature review, we selected assessment items and sub-factors. The indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of school gardens are classified using the Delphi method that involve a focus group experts. In order to increase the reliability and validity of the selected and classified items, an exploratory factor analysis was conducted. In addition, the relative importance and priority of each factor in each field were assessed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results: We classified the indicators into 4 criteria and come up with 13 items and 33 sub-factors in educational value, health value, economic value, and ecological and environmental value. Most of the items for the 4 value criteria derived were significant for assessing the value of agricultural experience services with content validity ratio (CVR) higher than 0.59 and reliability higher than .6 . In the value criteria, the experts rated educational value as the most important, followed by health value, ecological and environmental value, and economic value. In the assessment items, the most important was improvement of social functions. In the sub-factors, the most important was strengthening of ties (friendly interactions). Conclusion: Among the derived indicators assessing the value of school gardens, 4 criteria, 12 evaluation items and 29 sub-factors showed significance. The schematic index would be useful for the assessment.

생태자연도 1등급지의 경제적 가치 추정 (Estimating the Economic Value of First-Grade Area in Ecological Nature Status)

  • 본 연구는 조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 생태적으로 보호가치가 있는 생태자연도 1등급지 훼손 방지를 위한 지불의사금액 방정식을 추정하고 그로부터 생태자연도 1등급지의 가치를 추정하였다. 이중 양분선택형 질문법을 이용한 조사에서 얻어진 자료의 분석 결과, 생태자연도 1등급지 10만 평 훼손 방지를 위한 가구당 연간 지불의사금액은 8,898원(95% 신뢰구간은 6,611원~1만 1,976원)으로 추정되었다. 또한 생태자연도 1등급지 10만 평 훼손 방지에 전국 가구의 연간 지불의사금액(연간의 경제적 가치)은 1,281억 원(95% 신뢰구간은 951억 원~1,724억 원)에 이르렀다. 생태자연도 10만 평의 자산 가치는 1조 7,074억 원(95% 신뢰구간 1조 2,686억 원~2조 2,980억 원)으로 추산된다. 한편 생태자연도 1등급지의 총가치 중에서 직접 사용가치는 22.0%, 간접 사용가치는 38.8%, 선택가치는 19.9%, 보전가치는 21.3%를 차지하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 연구 결과를 환경경제통합계정의 자연자산계정 작성에 직접적으로 이용하기는 한계가 있지만, 사전 환경성 평가 및 환경영향 평가에서 의사결정에 보조 자료로는 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

환경자윈의 경제적 가치평가에 관한 연구 - 천안시 봉서산의 보존가치 추정을 중심으로 - (Estimating Economic Value of Environmental Resource - Focussed on the Preservation Value of Bong-seo Mt. by Using the CVM in Cheonan City)

  • This study attempted to estimating economic value of environmental resource by using the contingent valuation method(CVM), known as one of the tool measuring the economic benefits. To analysis the preservation value of Bong-seo Mt.. the surveys were conducted for citizens resident in Cheonan city. The sample sizes of the survey were 200 respectively. The survey method adopted face-to-face interview method as a mean of correcting useful response. This study considers models for evaluating the willingness to pay(WTP) based on payment card contingent valuation survey data and has attempted to measure goodness of fit for the data obtained from the survey design. It was estimated that the average WTP of Cheonan citizens for a maintenance and management of Bong-seo Mt. was 5,010 won per month and 60 ,118 won per year. When it is translated by total number of households in Cheonan city, there is the preservation value of approximately 8.8 billion won per year. On the other hand, total expense of development increased about 1.7 times over including application of the preservation value.

생태적 보전가치 평가를 통한 자연공원 계획에 관한 연구 - 황매산 군립공원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Natural Park Plan through Ecological Conservation Value Evaluation -A Case Study on Mt. Hwangmaesan(Mt.) County Park -)

  • This study is intend to evaluate natural conservation value, and to suggest natural park plan based on conservation value evaluation. In this study evaluation items are selected through related studies about ecological conservation evaluation, and evaluation items in this study can be classified into 2 aspects, ecological environment and topographic environment. After each evaluation items are overlaid with GIS program, management levels are derived from comprehensive overlaid maps of each evaluation items. Management areas can be classified into 5 levels; Critical Conservation Area, Conservation Area, Restoration Area, Passive Usable Area, Active Development Area and Settlement Area. So management areas can be matched each management levels to land use of natural park, that is district of preservation, district of natural environment, district of settlements and district of mass facilities. This study have good enough to evaluate ecological value for natural park plan, but, it is difficult to evaluate conservation value only with maps of each evaluation items, so it needs supplementary field survey for precise conservation value evaluation.

Citizens' Perceptions of Living Labs for a Better Living Environment: Perspectives of Millennials and Generation Z

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore the citizens' perceptions of living labs in the context of enhancing the living environment. Specifically, it employs quantitative research to investigate the perspectives of Millennials and Generation Z. This study proposed research questions to examine how the impacts of citizen-driven management, social factors, locally-driven management, open innovation operation, economic value, and environmental value influence the overall attitude toward living labs. Additionally, this study investigated the effects of overall attitudes on intention to participate in living labs and expected satisfaction towards living labs. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed an online survey conducted by a well-known research organization. Factor and regression analysis were utilized for data analysis. Results: The results revealed significant effects of citizen-driven management, social factors, economic value, and environmental value on overall attitude, with social factors exhibiting the highest effect size on overall attitude. Additionally, significant effects of overall attitude on intention and expected satisfaction were observed. Conclusions: The findings suggest which aspects of living labs should be fostered for the development of residents, the local economy, and citizens' quality of life, particularly with consideration of the perspectives of Millennials and Generation Z, who play a crucial role in utilizing a diverse array of ICT tools.

청원지역 지하수의 우라늄과 라돈의 산출 특성과 수리지화학 (Hydrogeochemistry and Occurrences of Uranium and Radon in Groundwater of in Chungwon, Korea)

  • The hydrochemistry of groundwater from 47 wells in the Chungwon area, Korea was analyzed to examine the occurrence of natural radionuclides like uranium and radon. The range of Electrical Conductivity (EC) value in the study area was $67{\sim}1,404{\mu}S/cm$. In addition to the high EC value, the content of cations and anions also tends to increase. Uranium concentrations ranged from $ND{\sim}178{\mu}g/L$ (median value, $0.8{\mu}g/L$) and radon concentrations ranged from 80~12,900 pCi/L (median value, 1,250 pCi/L). Uranium concentrations in one well, that is 2.8% of the samples, exceeded $30{\mu}g/L$, which is the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) proposed by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), based on the chemical toxicity of uranium. Radon concentrations in three wells, that is 6% of the samples, and one well, that is 2.8% of the samples, exceeded 4,000 pCi/L (AMCL of the US EPA) and 8,100 pCi/L (Finland's guideline level), respectively. Concentrations of uranium and radon related to geology of the study area show the highest values in the groundwater of the granite area. The uranium and radon contents in the groundwater were found to be low compared to those of other countries with similar geological settings. It is likely that the measured value was lower than the actual content due to the inflow of shallow groundwater by the lack of casing and grouting.

티타늄계열응집제를 이용한 하수 내 인 제거 (Phosphorus Removal from Municipal Wastewater Using Ti-based Coagulants)

  • 본 연구에서는 하수 내 인 제거 시 티타늄계열 응집제의 인 제거특성을 알아보기 위해 알루미늄계열 응집제와 비교하였다. Jar-tester를 이용하여 다양한 OH/Ti 몰비(B값)의 응집제를 투여하여 실험을 진행하였다. 초기 인 농도가 증가할수록 처리 후 $PO_4-P$ 농도가 0.2 mg P/L 이하에 도달하기 위한 [Ti]/[P]는 감소하였다. T-P 제거효율은 응집제 주입량이 증가할수록 높아졌지만, 최고 제거효율에 도달한 후에는 B값에 관계없이 감소하였다. 반면에 $PO_4-P$ 제거율은 최고점에 도달한 후 B값에 상관없이 일정하게 유지하는 경향이 나타났다. 동일한 인 제거효율에서 Ti계열 응집제의 주입량은 Al계열 응집제보다 약 2배정도 높았다. 또한, Ti계열 응집제의 B값에 따라 인제거효율에 영향을 미쳤다.

  • The objective of this study is to suggest a planning direction for the management and conservation of a rural landscape. For suggesting the planning direction, this study was classified rural landscape resources based on spatial type to understand the assessment of rural landscape. This study examined literature reviews and site investigations for collecting the data on the resources of a rural landscape to maintain rurality. First above all, it was classified into physical and non-physical resources. Non-Physical resources include elements such as inhabitants' will, leaders' will and the software. It is also to reflect all these factors on the planning. Next, this study classified the resources of a landscape into artificial and natural resources and applied these resources to rural areas which were divided into five types: industry area, life area, natural landscape area, program area and human behavior area. The pictures obtained from this field survey were used for a questionnaire survey to understand the value of a rural landscape. The contents of questionnaire survey were divided into two parts: the presentation condition of a rural land-scape and assessment of a rural landscape. Especially, the value of a rural landscape was divided into the ecological value, socio-cultural value and holistic value.
