Currently, on-line business is booming because customers feel convenience in approaching on-line store. Therefore, this study has explored identifying the factors to affect entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader for the undergraduates in Korean universities as well as Vietnam universities. In addition to this, the study has also investigated the difference of the results between Korea and Vietnam. The results of the study are as follows ; First, entrepreneurial knowledge affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Second, employment barrier also affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Third, social perception on entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between employment barrier and entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Lastly, the level of entrepreneurial intention for vietnam undergraduate students shows higher than that of Korean undergraduate students. Since there was lack of recognition as to the importance for entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader in Korea, Korean government can refer to the results of this survey and implement the related policies to enhance related entrepreneurial intention. • With the increase in online shopping and delivery food consumption since the pandemic, solving environmental problems caused by single-use packaging has become an important issue. 'Upcycling' is a combination of 'Upgrade' and 'Recycle', and it is the rebirth of obsolete or discarded objects by adding new value to them, and there are currently various upcycled products on the market. In order to activate upcycling, consumers' awareness of the environment and their values for consumption are very important. This study aims to investigate the influence of students' environmental concern, environmental experience, and consumption value on their purchase intention of upcycled products. Based on the results of previous studies on environmental concern, environmental experience, and consumption value, hypotheses were set, and a survey was conducted among university students nationwide to test the hypotheses. The results of this study are as follows First, environmental concern has a significant positive effect on purchase intention of upcycled products. It can be seen that the more environmental concerns such as global warming and waste disposal problems increase, the more positive attitudes toward upcycled products increase. Second, the research hypothesis that environmental knowledge will have a positive effect on the purchase intention of upcycled products is rejected. It was found that environmental knowledge is acquired through environmental education and many SNS, but it does not have a direct effect on the purchase intention of upcycled products. Third, it was found that the consumption value of college students has a positive effect on the purchase intention of upcycled products by increasing their positive perception of upcycled products. Fourth, college students' purchase intention of upcycled products has a positive effect on their behavioral intention to purchase upcycled products. The results of the study provide implications for relevant organizations such as universities and companies to effectively design upcycling-related education. It is also expected to have a positive impact on the use of upcycled products by providing basic information on the characteristics of consumers who purchase upcycled products.

  • The paper aims to evaluate the combination of strategies that influence the success of New Technology Based Firms (NTBFs) located in isolated areas with resource constraints. We utilize the Kauffman Firm Survey to construct a subset of 224 firms operating in primary metal manufacturing industries and who are located in non-thriving areas. We focus on the impact of technological strategy, in the form of Inward Technology Licensing (ITL), combined with financial strategy, in the form of increased financial slack. Using a negative binomial-specification technique to model these relations, we find that ITL positively impacts internal innovation in the firm and this relation is strengthened by the presence of greater financial slack. This positive impact of financial slack supports the behavioral theory of the firm rather than agency theory in that financial slack enables further innovation rather than stifling it. This research confirms the importance of resource acquisition, suggesting that entrepreneurs may utilize external sources of knowledge in an effort to build a favorable situation when facing the challenges of location. Finally, by presenting evidence showing the compatibility of a financial strategy with a knowledge strategy (ITL), this study emphasizes the importance to entrepreneurs of choosing the proper combination of varying strategies.

In this study, we selected prior knowledge of markets and technology, positive attitude, social network, number of books per month as independent variables on entrepreneurial agility based on Ardichvili's Alertness model, and as control variables respondents' Demographic characteristics, such as gender, age, founding career were selected. According to the results of the empirical analysis, prior knowledge of markets and technology, positive attitudes, number of books per month as independent variables, showed positive influence on entrepreneurial alertness, showing statistical significance. However, the social network picked up measured variables by the number of regular meetings which are quantitative indicators, but found that there is no statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial alertness. Despite several limitations of this research, we investigate what factors influence entrepreneurial alertness through empirical research on entrepreneurial alertness impact factors that have not been explained in the domestic academic research. Although you saw it, it can be said that there is academic contribution.

  • As the entrepreneurial ecosystem turns out to be a leading factor in improving nation's entrepreneurship, many studies are underway in the country to develop the start-up ecosystem. Although the entrepreneurial ecosystem is receiving attention as an essential factor for the nation's economic growth as well as entrepreneurship due to its inter-relationship with start-ups, government agencies and investors, criticism of measurement indicators has been increasing due to the different institutional and political contexts of each country, including the various definition of start-up ecosystem. In this study, we develop indicators that are suitable for domestic conditions in Korea and that can measure the level of start-up ecosystems in each regional level. FGI and Delphi surveys by scholarly experts in each field of start-ups & entrepreneurship were conducted to verify how well existing indicators fit the domestic situation and to develop indicators that can measure the local entrepreneurial ecosystem in Korea through close examination. As a result, the local entrepreneurial ecosystem consisted of three to four sub-components and 38 sub-components, each consisting of seven indicators, including Policy, Investment, Culture, Market, Human Capital, Support and Knowledge. It is expected that this research will be used to diagnose local start-up ecosystems and to propose discriminatory policies that can complement regional strengths and weaknesses.

  • The purpose of this study is to promote the activation of creative problem - solving education in Korea through the case of countries leading education for creative problem solving in order to overcome the limitation of creative problem solving education in Korea. Based on 5 success factors by our cases of United States, Singapore, and Dublin City University in Ireland, we focused on the cases and extracted five key characteristics of creative problem solving education. The university should be able to provide various information gathering and theoretical knowledge for problem definition as well as continuing guidance and mentoring, rather than one-time teaching, in the form of teaching-student cooperative learning paradigm. Second, the class should be a team - based learning team which is a key factor in overseas universities' policy, so as to be able to identify differentiated, new ideas and creative problem solving methods based on knowledge and experience sharing. The creative problem solving method derived from education could be able to collect, organize, and apply to the field continuously and comprehensively about the learning process of the individual. Evaluation of curriculum should be based on characteristics of school and characteristics of students. The results of creative problem-solving education should be evaluated in order to continuously develop and create value in addition to the outcomes of the class. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an evaluation process for each university. The university should try to make creative problem solving education create value through specialization of university. Based on this, we propose a creative problem solving education framework.

  • Innovation has become a key distinct feature of modern industrial society. It is generally recognized that new knowledge and technology are one of the most important sources of innovation. However, because of their limited resources, firms can not pursue all the promising new knowledge and technology that have possibilities to be developed into critical innovation. In this article, using the stakeholder theory, we try to establish a new conceptual model that can be used for understanding knowledge creation and innovation in society. In a society, there exist diverse socio-economic groups that have conflicting values and interests. Our stakeholder theory perspective on innovation claims that innovation can occur only when new solutions can satisfy their idiosyncratic stakeholder' values and interests better than current existing solutions. From the viewpoint of stakeholder innovation theory, there could be three different types of innovation: value improvement innovation, non-traditional value Innovation, and innovation for non-traditional stakeholder.
